Fredericton is the capitol of the province of New Brunswick in eastern Canada. This is so frustrating to see sex offenders who are expected to re-offend released into society with no way to track their whereabouts. Surely there's a better way to protect our women and children.
Fredericton City Police are asking for your help to find a man wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant. They are looking for 45 year old Robert Paul Gillis, who is caucasian, has a medium build, short brown hair or possibly shaved head and goatee. He was recently paroled after serving time for sexual assault and has been classified as a medium to high risk to re-offend. Anyone with information on where Gillis may be living is to contact city police.
