Turning Children into Assassins

Destroying all that is decent in a child makes him a good Muslim

Child executioners prepare to slaughter a group of more than 25 regime soldiers
in the ancient city of Palmyra.
ISIS has released a horrific new video showing child executioners being forced to brutally slaughter a group of more than 25 regime soldiers in the ancient city of Palmyra.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights first reported that the Islamic State group had publicly executed a group of men in the city amphitheater in late May, shortly after the jihadist group captured the area from government forces.

The monitoring group said the men were accused of fighting for the Syrian government, and that local residents were forced to come and watch the mass execution.

Video footage of the slaughter, which was published via ISIS-linked Twitter accounts over the weekend, shows soldiers lined up on their knees on the stage of the Roman amphitheatre while child executioners, all wearing desert camouflage and brown bandanas, stand behind them.

ISIS fighters can be seen standing or sitting on top of the ancient ruins, watching over the crowd as they wait for the execution. A leader speaks to the audience, and on command, the condemned soldiers are killed simultaneously as the child fighters, who appear to be between 12 and 13, shoot them in the head.

ISIS seems to be taking a page from central African militant rebels who have been forcing children to shoot their mothers for many years. The purpose is to deaden anything resembling a conscience in the child so that he becomes a heartless killer. It is all about the destruction of innocence - just like pedophilia - and it comes straight from Hell.

As previously reported by the Gospel Herald, ISIS beat back Syrian forces under control of the Assad regime and captured Palmyra in May. During that time, the group carried out more than 200 killings, including of civilians, in and around the city.

Additionally, ISIS has destroyed the region's treasured ancient monuments; on Thursday, the group boasted in a statement that it had destroyed six archaeological artifacts in the city, which is over 2,000 years old and a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The jihadist group also frequently uses children - known as 'caliphate cubs' - as suicide bombers, soldiers and executioners in their attempts to establish a caliphate across Iraq and Syria.

In the past several weeks, at least 500 children have been kidnapped from Iraq's Anbar and Diyala provinces and taken to the group's bases, where they are trained for use in "terror attacks", according to Iraqi authorities.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also reported in late March that ISIS recruited over 400 children to join its military ranks in Syria from Jan. 1 through March 23. While some of the children are recruited with their parents' consent as part of a "military training exercise," several more have been kidnapped without their parents knowing. As earlier noted by the Gospel Herald, the group also encourages children with birth defects to join their ranks, as some believe that these children are used as human shields, blood donors for wounded fighters, and suicide bombers.

"They use children because it is easy to brainwash them," Rami Abdulrahman, the head of the Syrian Observatory, told Reuters. "They can build these children into what they want. They stop them from going to school and send them to IS schools instead."

The group has also has regularly released videos of its mass killings, showing the gruesome violence in chilling detail that experts say is a key propaganda tool for the group.

"While ISIS likes the shock factor, these executions are chosen to show their compliance with Sharia law," said Ryan Mauro, national security analyst for the New York-based Clarion Project.

"ISIS is acting upon doctrines that say spies and apostates, those who leave Islam, are to be executed.

"ISIS will argue that these specific methods are justifiable according to Islam as they see it, and that they are not being barbaric just for the sake of it," he added. "Even its executions are an attempt to portray ISIS as the most legitimate followers of Islam."

Boys Launched 'Sadistic' Sex Attack on Woman with Mental Health Issues

Anything is possible in the world of sexual perversion

Two boys, aged 12 and 14, are accused of a violent assault on a vulnerable woman
Liverpool Crown Court
Two boys carried out a "violent, sadistic and humiliating" sex attack on a vulnerable woman in her own home, a court has heard.

The pair, aged 12 and 14, are accused of attacking the woman in the Anfield area of Liverpool, England, in September 2014.

She was raped by the older boy, while the younger defendant threatened her with a knife and sexually assaulted her, the city's crown court heard.

Both boys, who cannot be named due to their age, deny all charges.

When paramedics found the woman, who has mental health difficulties, she was at the point of hypothermia, and was covered in paint, jurors heard.

'Unable to cope'

Prosecutors told the court the paint was poured over her head along with cleaning fluid to prevent the recovery of forensic evidence.

Ben Jones, prosecuting, said: "The prosecution case is that these two defendants, acting together subjected [the woman] to a humiliating sexual assault.

"The prosecution say the word 'humiliating' because the word is justified.

"Violent and sadistic might also be accurate descriptions."

Mr Jones said during police interviews the victim, who suffered 27 injuries, including bruising and scratches, described being "unable to cope" in the weeks afterwards.

The 14-year-old is accused of rape and three sexual assaults, while the 12-year-old is charged with two sexual assaults and aiding and abetting rape.

No charges for the use of the knife? Why not?

Both boys sat in court next to their parents.

The trial, which is expected to last for a week, continues.

Tougher Action on Child Sexual Abuse Signaled in China

China making big strides in protecting children from sex abuse
Students learn and practice self-defense skills at a school in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province

A spate of headline-grabbing cases involving the rape and molestation of minors has prompted a review of the relevant legislation and school safety measures, and has placed greater emphasis on a lack of parental oversight, as Zhang Yan reports.

"If I had paid more attention to taking care of my only daughter, and had advised her to always be cautious in the presence of strangers, she wouldn't have been sexually assaulted," said Chen Lin (not her real name), whose 9-year-old daughter was repeatedly raped by a neighbour.

"The worst thing is that her mental health has been severely damaged. She tends to be silent and is afraid of contact with others. I don't know when she will come out of the shadows," Chen said, as tears rolled down her cheeks.

The case dates back to August 2013, when Chen divorced her husband and moved to Beijing from Henan province to open a small business selling fruit.

Because of the pressures of running her business, Chen regularly left the girl at a neighbour's home, where she would watch TV and wait for her mother to return in the evening. The neighbour, an unmarried man in his 30s, was also a migrant worker. He took the opportunity provided by Chen's absence to sexually abuse the girl several times. The attacks, which took place over the space of about a month, only came to light when Chen discovered a number of injuries on her daughter's body.

In March last year, the man was convicted of rape at Beijing Fengtai District People's Court and sentenced to eight years in prison. He was also ordered to pay compensation of 20,000 yuan ($3,220).

Coercion, prostitution

Chen's daughter is just one of thousands of minors - defined as children age 14 or younger - in China who have been sexually assaulted, molested, abducted or threatened with being forced into prostitution in recent years. The cases have attracted widespread public and media attention.

Statistics released by the Supreme People's Procuratorate show that last year national prosecuting departments charged 3,239 people with the sexual abuse of minors, obscene behaviour, or luring young people into prostitution. The figures showed a sharp rise compared with 2013.

Between 2010 and the end of 2013, prosecutors charged 8,069 people in 7,963 cases of "obscene behaviour", including molestation and indecent exposure. During the same period, 255 people were charged in 150 cases of "sexual abuse" - rape - of a minor.

Tong Lihua, director of the Beijing Minors' Legal Aid and Research Center, said that in recent years the influence of unhealthy and obscene online videos has distorted some people's values, and they have sought out virgin girls to satisfy their abnormal desires.

"A lack of awareness among minors, parental negligence, and flawed safety management in schools and society in general have all contributed to the high incidence of such cases," he said.

According to Zhang Xiangjun, director of the procuratorate's prosecution department, few parents are aware of the importance of teaching young children about sexual issues, preferring to wait until the child is 14 or 15.

In addition, primary and junior schools usually provide physical health classes for minors, rather than sex education, which means many children lack awareness of how to protect themselves.

"Because of the lack of sex education, some juveniles may not realise they have been sexually assaulted, and even if they realise that a crime has been committed, some don't even dare report it to the police," he said.

Tong said that most of the victims were younger than 14 and were the children of migrant workers and single-parent families.

He said the perpetrators are usually acquainted with their victims - for example, neighbours, family friends, stepfathers or teachers - and many cases involve repeated abuse over long periods of time.

Schools failing students

According to Shi Weizhong, a senior official at the procuratorate's prosecution department, loopholes in school safety are also to blame. Some schools failed to conduct regular patrols and didn't equip dormitories with safety features, such as alarms and intercoms, thereby providing opportunities for the perpetrators.

"Many sexual assaults occurred in classrooms and dormitories. Some even happened at the teacher's desk or in their offices," he said.

One such case is said to have occurred in November, when a sports teacher at a primary school in the capital allegedly molested two 7-year-old girls during gym classes.

The prosecution department claims that while the rest of the class was exercising, the teacher invited the girls into the equipment storeroom and made them stand with their hands against the wall while he undressed them and then sexually abused them.

It's alleged that over the course of about three months, the teacher frequently committed indecent acts on the girls, and always warned them not to say anything to their parents.

However, when the mother of one of victims discovered injuries on her daughter's hands and asked her how they had happened, the girl reluctantly told the whole story and the matter was immediately reported to the police.

The teacher has been charged with indecent behaviour by the legal authorities and he will appear in court at a later date.

"The suspect is being held on a criminal charge, but his alleged obscene behaviour has caused great pain to both the victim and her mother. Even when she is an adult, the girl will have to deal with misunderstandings, doubts and even criticism, because many members of the public believe that there's no smoke without fire and will say she must have encouraged her abuser. She may have to bear that stigma for the rest of her life," Zhao Hui, a lawyer representing one of the girls, said.

Come on,she was 7 years old, for Heaven's sake. Are people really that stupid?

Hong Daode, a law professor at China University of Political Science and Law, said the legislation relating to the sexual abuse of children needs urgent revision. "The priority is to enact up-to-date laws to protect the legitimate rights of minors, and the judicial authorities need to set up a quick-response mechanism to handle such cases and impose severe punishments on the guilty," he said.

He said the laws that protect minors were last revised in 2004, so they no longer provide practical ways of dealing with such cases and the sentencing tariffs are no longer adequate.

According to Hong, sometimes, when cases of alleged sexual abuse of children are reported, a lack of immediate evidence means authorities - the police, prosecutors' departments and courts - are reluctant to commit large numbers of officers and technical staff to conduct further investigations, which can lead to long delays before the start of judicial proceedings.

"Even worse, during questioning, the police, prosecuting departments and the courts repeatedly ask minors for details of the abuse, which forces the girls to recall unpleasant, disturbing memories," he said.

To tackle the issue, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Supreme People's Court, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Justice issued a joint notice in October specifying severe punishments for sexual crimes against minors.

Zero-tolerance approach

In May, the procuratorate also released detailed measures of a quick-response mechanism being established by the prosecuting departments, and prosecutors will be ordered to redouble their efforts to deal with the problem.

"We will adopt a zero-tolerance approach to the sexual abuse of minors and attempts to force them into prostitution," Xiao Wei, a spokeswomen for the authority, said. "Once we obtain solid evidence we will immediately arrest and charge suspects."

Awesome!

Zhang Xiangjun, deputy director of the authority's prosecuting department, said national prosecutors will also attach great importance to investigating the conduct of officials who fail to act when confronted with cases of child sexual abuse. "If we discover that government officers have detected such crimes but have not taken effective measures to stop them, and that failure has resulted in minors dying or suffering severe injuries, those officials will be held criminally accountable."

Tougher action on child sexual abuse signaled

He pledged that legal aid and psychological counseling for minors would be improved, and that local governments and relevant authorities would hire qualified psychological experts to provide young victims with relevant counseling.

Moreover, when a child is being questioned about alleged attacks, the public security authorities will make audio and video recordings, which will then be handed over for use by the court so the child will not have to relive the ordeal publicly, he said.

In addition, he urged schools and communities to assume supervisory roles, and to offer more guidance to parents with the aim of reducing the number of offences.

Despite the improved measures, Tong Lihua said the only way to stop the sexual abuse of children is to make them more aware of the threat.

"Minors, who are physically and mentally immature and lack the ability to distinguish right from wrong are vulnerable and easily become targets. It's essential that we improve education to prevent sexual assaults. After learning about all the relevant knowledge and skills, children will have the ability to identify potential threats and protect themselves from harm," he said.

74 Children Executed by ISIS for 'Crimes' That Include Refusal to Fast, Report Says

Happy Ramadan everyone! Let's celebrate by crucifying some children!

While Canada and the US were celebrating Canada Day and Independence Day, ISIS was busy executing, in the most gruesome way, dozens of children for minor offences. And for some reason, this has some appeal to potential followers. Evil thrives among us!

The blood-soaked executioners of ISIS have spared neither women nor children since the jihadist army established its caliphate a year ago, putting an estimated 74 kids and even more women to death for such offenses as practicing “magic” and refusing to fast during Ramadan.

A total of 3,027 people have been executed by ISIS since it declared itself a state under strict Islamic law in Syria and Iraq last June, according to a new report by the UK-based group, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

"Many of the charges against those executed are recorded as blasphemy and spying, but others include sorcery, sodomy, practicing as a Shia Muslim," the report states.

Just this week, two children whose ages were not known were crucified in the Mayadin, Deir Ezzor province in eastern Syria after ISIS accused them of not properly fasting during Ramadan. The children’s bodies, put on public display on crossbars, each bore a sign explaining their violation during the holy month for Muslims that runs June 17 to July 17. With each execution justified by ISIS' medieval interpretation of the Koran, the group is attempting to portray itself as the true practitioners of Islam, say experts.

“Underlying all these executions is the apocalypse ideology of the final battle between the believers and the unbelievers,” said Jasmine Opperman, the director of Southern Africa Operations at the Terrorism, Research & Analysis Consortium.

The poor fools don't even know they are on the wrong side of that battle. They are not believers; it requires no faith to follow the law by the letter. It requires faith to follow the 'Spirit' of the law and to allow others to go their own way if they choose to reject that Spirit.

“ISIS is using executions to show its followers -- and would-be followers -- that the group is the only true representative of believers, not only in word, but action, which is why executions are featured so prominently.”

As I stated above, for some reason this resonates with potential followers. I believe there is another 'spirit' at work here and those who embrace it will quickly deteriorate into becoming women and child abusers, torturers and murderers.

Other children died fighting for their lives.

“The violent Islamist group appears to demonstrate a particular interest in children, releasing videos of children fighting in cages and undertaking military training,” the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights group said. “The report also details moves undertaken by the group to entice children to join, which include setting up offices called "cubs of the caliphate" that recruit children to fight for ISIS.”

The United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child released a report in February, documenting the many horrors ISIS has imposed on children who are Kurdish, Yazidi, Christian and even Muslim. Children – even those who are mentally challenged – are being tortured, crucified, buried alive, used as suicide bombers and sold as sex slaves, the report said.

“ISIS is hoping to spur current supporters around the world who are dormant, of which there are millions, into joining their caliphate by advertising acts like these, of which there are millions,” said Ryan Mauro, national security analyst for the Clarion Project, a nonprofit organization that educates the public about the threat of Islamic extremism. “They know that they can greatly increase their numbers by appealing to current radicals rather than the broader masses.Astonishing!

Women are not spared the cruel brutality of ISIS, either.

The Syrian Observatory found that the terror group carried out more executions this week, murdering two married couples by beheading them publicly with a sword for “sorcery.”

“The Islamic State group executed two women by beheading them in Deir Ezzor province, and this is the first time the Observatory has documented women being killed by the group in this manner,” Rami Abdel Rahman, of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, told the Daily Mail.

Other citizens suspected of practicing black magic or sorcery also have been killed, the organization reports, including a magician beheaded in recent weeks in the Iraqi province of Salahuddin.

“The practicing of anything that is not approved by Islamic State under their very strict interpretation of Islam is ‘Haram’ or forbidden,” said Veryan Khan, editorial director for the Florida-based Terrorism, Research & Analysis Consortium. “If the Islamic State thinks that sorcery is real, then black magic would be a threat to them and seen as a danger.”

ISIS stepped up its killing spree this week as it celebrated both Ramadan and its one-year anniversary as a caliphate in Iraq and Syria with three straight days of ruthless public punishments and executions. On June 30, 11 workers from al-Miadin endured live crucifixion and were forced to wear signs saying "70 lashes and to be crucified for 1 day for breaking the fast in Ramadan."

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the most recent killing spree is less than a week, after ISIS released a video of 15 men executed in three terrible ways: Drowned in cages, having their head blown off with explosives and burning them alive in a car hit with a rocket launcher.

Last Friday, the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the death of 38 people in Tunisia who were gunned down, and another 27 people who died after a bomb rocked a Shia mosque in Kuwait.

“Islamic State executions are not merely retribution by the state for behavior seen as illegal,” said Khan, noting executions by the Islamic State include everything from burning alive victims, firing squads, beatings and beheadings, to drowning, explosions, and throwing people off of buildings. “The Islamic State uses executions to intimidate and dominate the local population, for diplomatic communiqués to world leaders, for recruitment purposes and to demonstrate the organization is in complete control.”

LONDON: Two of three teenage girls who travelled from Britain to Syria sparking criticism of the police response have married Daesh (IS) group fighters, the lawyer for their families said Saturday.

Kadiza Sultana, 16, and 15-year-olds Shamima Begum and Amira Abase left their homes in February and flew to Istanbul before crossing into Syria.

Two of the trio have been in touch with their families to say they have married men in ceremonies approved by Daesh and are living in and around the Syrian city of Raqqa, the group’s stronghold, The Guardian reported.

The newspaper did not identify which two of the three had got married at the families’ request.

Tasnime Akunjee, who represents the families, told the Guardian that the news had “caused a lot of distress.”

“It entrenches their lives in Syria, rather than in Britain. It erodes significantly hopes that they will come back,” he added.

The paper reported that the two teenagers were given a “catalogue” of men to choose from and that their husbands were in their 20s.

All three of the girls attended the same school in East London, Bethnal Green Academy.

They are believed to have followed a classmate who left a few months previously.

Four other girls from the same school have been given a court order banning them from travelling abroad over fears they too could go to Syria.

The girls’ families have accused police of failing to communicate information which could have alerted them to the risk that their daughters would travel to Syria.

Scotland Yard believes around 600 Britons have travelled to Syria and Iraq since the conflict began though about half are believed to have returned to Britain.

'About', 'believed' - in other words, they don't really know? Astonishing!

Sickening Account of a Violent Pedophile Apparently Protected by Peer

Child rape, concealment and corruption: Can the parliamentarian Lord Tenby shed light on his alleged involvement?

Published by Scallywag

What does the parliamentarian Lord Tenby know about the alleged participation of his son in the paedophile ring that operated in North Wales children's homes?

Can the Honourable Peer also confirm that he took steps to conceal police involvement in this abuse ring?

And finally, can Lord Tenby confirm that he is a freemason, and tell us more about the role of freemasons in protecting child rapists?

The quality of the image below is not very good, but it is worth the effort to read it, if only so that the victim's stories are heard.

Inside the Twisted Minds of Young Child Sex Abusers

Kendra Mangione, CTVNews.ca Writer

Graphic text messages and photographs were released in a Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, court after three adults in their early 20s pleaded guilty to sexual abuse of children.

A series of messages about kidnapping, drugging and raping children were revealed as part of a 100-page agreed statement of facts about the charges against Shayne Lund, 23, and Avery Taylor, 21.

Lund has pleaded guilty to 35 charges, including making and distributing child pornography and sexually assaulting children. Taylor pleaded guilty to 11 charges including bestiality, conspiring to kidnap and drug a child, and sexual assault. The crimes occurred during the summer of 2013, mostly in Orillia, Ont.

Shayne Lund and Avery Taylor
A third person, 21-year-old Kathryn Thompson, also pleaded guilty to 11 similar counts.

The document released Thursday reveals how Lund and his then-girlfriend Taylor planned to hurt young children. In some cases, they went through with their plans.

In the statement, Taylor said she became increasingly aware of Lund's "obsession with having sexual intercourse with small children" in the summer of 2013. At the time, she was studying early childhood education, and often asked parents for access to children for school projects.

The pair also talked about opening a daycare or having children of their own which they would then abuse.

In one case, Lund asked Taylor to find him a little girl. Taylor texted Lund to say she was taking care of a 5-year-old girl. Taylor said they took the girl to the bathroom, blindfolded her and "played a taste testing game" that turned into oral sex.

Taylor and Lund took the same girl to an Orillia beach, but they later texted each other that the assault failed when the girl shouted and struggled.

"I didn't know she was a screamer," Taylor wrote. "The next time we need to knock her out... watching u with her made me happy."

Other text message conversations included detailed plots of luring young girls, suggesting using "children's gravol" to drug them.

"I swear I'm gunna walk into the girls bathroom and take one," Lund wrote in one of the messages.
"Dare you ;)" Taylor replied.

The statement of facts also included several blacked out images of nude photos of the children in her care. Other text messages and photos focused on sexual encounters with animals.

The Crown has said that it will seek dangerous-offender status for Lund, Taylor and Thompson.

Taylor and Lund will be assessed by a forensic psychiatrist before the judge will come to a decision.

The hearing is scheduled to resume in Newmarket on Sept. 29.

Boko Haram Regroups; Resumes Massacres

After a month of relative quiet, Boko Haram has re-emerged as it's old, murderous, evil self

Boko Haram waged fresh attacks in northeastern Nigeria, locals said Friday, bringing to nearly 170 the number of people killed this week in violence President Muhammadu Buhari blasted as "inhuman and barbaric".

Militants have launched multiple attacks in restive Borno state since Wednesday, with people attending evening prayers during the holy month of Ramadan gunned down, women shot at home, and men dragged from their homes in the dead of night.

A young female suicide bomber also killed 12 worshippers when she blew herself up in a mosque in Borno and while there was no immediate claim of responsibility, Boko Haram has used both men and young women and girls as human bombs in the past.

"President Muhammadu Buhari has condemned the latest wave of killings by Boko Haram in Borno state, describing them as most inhuman and barbaric," the presidency said in a statement.

The wave of attacks, which took place over less than 36 hours, is the bloodiest since Buhari came to power in May, vowing to root out the insurgency that has claimed more than 15,000 lives.

Bodies 'lying unattended'

News of the violence first emerged on Thursday, when survivors described raids on three different villages in Borno the previous evening that left at least 145 people killed and houses burnt to the ground.

On Friday, fresh details of these killings emerged from a resident of Kukawa, the worst-affected village.

Baana Kole told AFP that he and others had managed to escape into the bush where they spent the night, before returning to bury the dead, only to find that the militants had laid mines everywhere.

"Some residents who hid in trees saw them planting the mines and alerted us when we returned to the village and started burying our dead," he said.

"So many dead bodies are still in Kukawa lying unattended. We had to abandon them because we could not carry them with us."

Bomber 'aged around 15'

Less than 24 hours later, a girl blew herself up in a mosque in Malari village, more than 150 kilometres away from Wednesday's attacks.

"The bomber was a girl aged around 15 who was seen around the mosque when worshippers were preparing for the afternoon prayers," Danlami Ajaokuta, a vigilante assisting the military against Boko Haram, told AFP.

"People asked her to leave because she had no business there and they were not comfortable with her in view of the spate of suicide attacks by female Boko Haram members.

"She made to leave but while the people were inside the mosque for the prayers she ran from a distance into the mosque and blew herself up," he added -- an account corroborated by resident Gajimi Mala.

And early Friday morning, as people were sleeping, Boko Haram militants dragged men out of houses in Miringa village and shot them for escaping forced conscription.

They "picked 13 men from selected homes and took them to the Eid prayer ground outside the village where they opened fire on them," resident Baballe Mohammed said, adding 11 died and two managed to escape.

He and another resident said the victims had been targeted because they had fled their home village after Boko Haram tried to force them to join their ranks.

Boko Haram has 're-grouped'

The armed group has intensified its campaign of violence since Buhari came to power on May 29, launching raids, explosions and suicide attacks that have claimed more than 420 lives.

The spike in violence has sparked concern that earlier victories claimed by the armies of Nigeria, Niger, Chad and Cameroon in the region are being eroded.

The four countries -- all of which border Lake Chad, a focal point of Boko Haram unrest -- launched offensives against the militants early this year as it became apparent that the armed group was gaining too much ground in Nigeria.

They managed to push the militants out of captured towns and villages, but the recent attacks highlight that Boko Haram is not defeated.

"The draw-down of counterinsurgency initiatives, in addition to the fact such undertakings remain limited to Nigerian territory only, have seemingly allowed Boko Haram to re-group, re-arm and mobilise their forces ahead of a renewed offensive," said Ryan Cummings, chief Africa analyst at the Red24 consultancy group.

A new regional fighting force comprising 8,700 troops from Nigeria, Niger, Chad, Cameroon and Benin is due to deploy at the end of the month.

How Long Before Pedophilia is Protected by the Supreme Court?

In a post from this morning I suggested that marriage between a pedophile and a 3 year old may be sanctified by the Supreme Court within 20 years. In fact, it may happen with alarming speed thanks to the 'gay marriage' ruling.

That was FAST: Yesterday it was gay marriage; Now look who wants “equal rights”
Written by Ashley Edwardson

I am not adding much commentary to this, because I really think little is necessary. I am busy trying to find a hand hold on our slippery slope, because I fear my nation is falling into an abyss.

I, on the other hand, could not restrain myself from adding some commentary - Gary

Excerpted from the Northern Colorado Gazette:

Using the same tactics used by “gay” rights activists, pedophiles have begun to seek similar status arguing their desire for children is a sexual orientation no different than heterosexual or homosexuals.

Critics of the homosexual lifestyle have long claimed that once it became acceptable to identify homosexuality as simply an “alternative lifestyle” or sexual orientation, logically nothing would be off limits.

“Gay” advocates have taken offense at such a position insisting this would never happen. However, psychiatrists are now beginning to advocate redefining pedophilia in the same way homosexuality was redefined several years ago.

In 1973 the American Psychiatric Association declassified homosexuality from its list of mental disorders. A group of psychiatrists with B4U-Act recently held a symposium proposing a new definition of pedophilia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health Disorders of the APA.

B4U-Act calls pedophiles “minor-attracted people.” The organization’s website states its purpose is to, “help mental health professionals learn more about attraction to minors and to consider the effects of stereotyping, stigma and fear.”

In 1998 The APA issued a report claiming “that the ‘negative potential’ of adult sex with children was ‘overstated’ and that ‘the vast majority of both men and women reported no negative sexual effects from childhood sexual abuse experiences.”

That is absolute crap! The negative effects of pedophilia on children have always been and are still dramatically understated. The above statement should disqualify the APA from expressing any meaningful opinion with regard to children and sexuality.

Pedophilia has already been granted protected status by the Federal Government. The Matthew Shephard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act lists “sexual orientation” as a protected class; however, it does not define the term.

Republicans attempted to add an amendment specifying that “pedophilia is not covered as an orientation;” however, the amendment was defeated by Democrats. Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-Fl) stated that all alternative sexual lifestyles should be protected under the law. “This bill addresses our resolve to end violence based on prejudice and to guarantee that all Americans, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability or all of these ‘philias’ and fetishes and ‘isms’ that were put forward need not live in fear because of who they are. I urge my colleagues to vote in favor of this rule.”

How insane the world has become! Congress voted to recognize pedophilia as a 'sexual orientation' in order not to offend anyone, no matter how perverse their desires. In doing so, they are sacrificing our children on the altar of political correctness. How utterly evil and disgraceful!

The White House praised the bill saying, “At root, this isn’t just about our laws; this is about who we are as a people. This is about whether we value one another – whether we embrace our differences rather than allowing them to become a source of animus.”

It's also about whether we value political correctness above our children. I don't think God will be kind to those who do.

Earlier this year two psychologists in Canada declared that pedophilia is a sexual orientation just like homosexuality or heterosexuality.

Van Gijseghem, psychologist and retired professor of the University of Montreal, told members of Parliament, “Pedophiles are not simply people who commit a small offense from time to time but rather are grappling with what is equivalent to a sexual orientation just like another individual may be grappling with heterosexuality or even homosexuality.”

He went on to say, “True pedophiles have an exclusive preference for children, which is the same as having a sexual orientation. You cannot change this person’s sexual orientation. He may, however, remain abstinent.”

When asked if he should be comparing pedophiles to homosexuals, Van Gijseghem replied, “If, for instance, you were living in a society where heterosexuality is proscribed or prohibited and you were told that you had to get therapy to change your sexual orientation, you would probably say that that is slightly crazy. In other words, you would not accept that at all. I use this analogy to say that, yes indeed, pedophiles do not change their sexual orientation.”

This insinuates that homosexuals do not change their sexual orientation, either. That 'great' sex researcher with pedophilic tendencies, Alfred Kinsey, would be astonished at such a statement. He believed there was great fluidity in sexuality.

Many a gay person has been 'delivered' from his preference for gay sex - testimonies can easily be found on the internet. Deliverance means you are set free from something; something oppressive, something demonic! Many sexually abused children have grown up to be child sex abusers themselves. The passing forward of pedophilia is an indication that there is 'something' far beyond what psychologists understand, or are willing to talk about, going on.

Dr. Quinsey, professor emeritus of psychology at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, agreed with Van Gijseghem. Quinsey said pedophiles’ sexual interests prefer children and, “There is no evidence that this sort of preference can be changed through treatment or through anything else.”

At least, none that you are willing to admit. see above comment.

In July, 2010 Harvard health Publications said, “Pedophilia is a sexual orientation and unlikely to change. Treatment aims to enable someone to resist acting on his sexual urges.”

Of course, psychologists don't believe that demons are real, consequently they can never really address the root of the problem, and therefore cannot 'fix' it.

Linda Harvey, of Mission America, said the push for pedophiles to have equal rights will become more and more common as LGBT groups continue to assert themselves. “It’s all part of a plan to introduce sex to children at younger and younger ages; to convince them that normal friendship is actually a sexual attraction.”

Milton Diamond, a University of Hawaii professor and director of the Pacific Center for Sex and Society, stated that child pornography could be beneficial to society because, “Potential sex offenders use child pornography as a substitute for sex against children.”

This is the most astonishing statement of lunacy in this article rife with lunacy. Where do you think child pornography comes from, Mr Diamond? Child pornography cannot exist without child sex abuse! There is no protection for children in this insane attitude. Is Mr Diamond willing to accept a world where the sexual abuse of children is necessary, even 'a good thing'?

Diamond is a distinguished lecturer for the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco. The IASHS openly advocated for the repeal of the Revolutionary war ban on homosexuals serving in the military.

The IASHS lists, on its website, a list of “basic sexual rights” that includes “the right to engage in sexual acts or activities of any kind whatsoever, providing they do not involve nonconsensual acts, violence, constraint, coercion or fraud.”

So then necrophilia and bestiality are 'basic sexual rights' in their eyes. None of the above restraints apply to dead bodies, or dogs.

Another right is to, “be free of persecution, condemnation, discrimination, or societal intervention in private sexual behavior” and “the freedom of any sexual thought, fantasy or desire.” The organization also says that no one should be “disadvantaged because of age.”

[Note: the website also says in its mission statement: The Institute is dedicated to the belief that sexual rights are basic human rights and it is appropriate to help students understand that many people have been hurt, falsely imprisoned, harassed and persecuted because of laws and misinformation about the role and place of sexuality and its many expressions by individuals in our society.

I'm sure the above statement is true in part; 'falsely accused' may not be accurate though, and 'misinformation' may also be inaccurate. Perhaps the misinformation and falsehoods are peculiar to the IASHS.

Sex offender laws protecting children have been challenged in several states including California, Georgia and Iowa. Sex offenders claim the laws prohibiting them from living near schools or parks are unfair because it penalizes them for life.

Now here’s the scary part: This article from the Greeley Gazette was originally published in 2011. But now, there’s actually a constitutional argument that can be made in its favor. The ruling on same sex marriage has many unintended consequences.

Please pray for our nation.
