The half-brother of a Conservative MP who was jailed for 13 years for carrying out hundreds of sexual assaults on young boys is being questioned over more historic abuse claims.

He pleaded guilty to 28 counts of indecent assault against 21 victims aged as young as eight - including many covering ‘multiple incidents’ - and one indecency charge in relation to those crimes.

He later he admitted a further two separate historic allegations of indecent assault against two 13-year-old boys after he left the school, the first in 1979 and the second in 1983.

It has now emerged that Napier, from Sherborne, Dorset, was this week questioned over new historic abuse claims.

The allegation is believed to be that Napier assaulted a teenage boy when he was staying at Thornham Magna, Suffolk, with fellow paedophile Peter Righton.

Monster Sentenced to Several Centuries for Child Sex Abuse

A judge in Chester County, Pennsylvania, sentenced a man to 339 to 690 years behind bars for sexually abusing children.

Authorities say Warren Yerger molested four in his care over the course of more than two decades.

He performed depraved and often violent acts on victims who were as young as 3 years old.

Back in December, Yerger was convicted at trial of over 100 counts.

What this guy did to little children - I wish he would live to see every one of those 690 years.

Senator Fired from Conservative Party for Child Sex Abuse

Senator Don Meredith has been expelled from the Conservative caucus following a report alleging an affair with a teenage girl.

has been kicked out of the Conservative caucus, CBC News has confirmed.

"Senator Meredith is no longer a member of the caucus," Stephen Lecce, a spokesman for Harper, said late Wednesday night.

The development comes as the Toronto Star reported Wednesday night that an 18-year-old woman alleged she had an inappropriate sexual relationship with Meredith, which began when she was 16.

The teen told the Star the relationship began with chats online that became suggestive in nature, and progressed to include sexual intimacy, including intercourse after she turned 18.

The Criminal Code defines the age of consent in Canada as 18 if sexual activity occurs in a relationship of authority, trust or dependency.

Meredith, 50, is  an ordained minister at a Pentecostal church in Vaughan, Ont. He ran unsuccessfully for the Tories in Toronto Centre in a 2008 byelection.

The Senate confirmed last week it had undertaken a workplace review in February amid rumours of harassment and bullying in Meredith's office. No formal complaint was made.

The concerns related to at least four employees.

This unfortunate situation adds to a long list of disastrous Senate appointments by Prime Minister Stephen Harper.  They include extravagant expense claims, security breaches, and now child sex abuse. Mr Harper needs to revisit his method of appointing Senators. He has been a proponent of electing Senators, an idea that has not caught-on, but his own appointments are his best argument for that idea.

The dispute over former NAACP president Rachel Dolezal's race isn’t the only challenge facing the family. 

A trial is set for August in a case against Dolezal's brother Joshua who is accused of sexually abusing a female sibling in 2001 or 2002 when the child was six or seven years old,
according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Joshua, a college professor in Pella, Idaho, was charged with four felony counts of sexual assault on a child in 2013 by the Clear Creek County District Attorney's Office.

The abuse allegedly occurred when the family lived in Colorado. The district attorney's office would not comment on the case. Joshua and his attorney did not return calls for comment.

"That is all a malicious false lie," Dolezal's mother Ruthanne tells PEOPLE. "[Rachel] is the one who initiated it. We know it is not true." 

A 'false lie', no wonder this family is confused.

The sexual abuse claims have come under the spotlight less than a week after Dolezal was accused of pretending to be a black woman for years, when her parents say she is white.

Dolezal, who resigned her post as NAACP president of the Spokane chapter Monday amid the controversy, has said the fracas over her ethnicity was planted by her parents as the Colorado case comes to trial. 

Dolezal's parents dispute her claim.

"We did not initiate it but when we were asked we were honest," says Ruthanne. "We didn't participate in the lies. We couldn't. We won't."

The sexual abuse allegations were brought to the attention of Colorado authorities in July of 2013.

According to a search warrant affidavit, Joshua's accuser came forward because "Joshua Dolezal has a one year-old daughter and [victim] does not want the daughter to be victimized." 

During a series of interviews, the alleged victim, now 20, told detectives that Joshua, who is 19-years-older, made the victim undress in front of him and forced the victim to perform oral sex on him. 

According to the report, the accuser told adopted mother Ruthanne about the alleged abuse but she "did not believe [victim] and told [victim] to stop telling lies." 

Joshua allegedly told his accuser, "Don’t tell anyone or 'I'll hurt you.'"

The attacks, the victim said, ended when Joshua returned to college.

Ruthanne says the victim suffers from reactive attachment disorder, a condition in which a child can't bond with a parent or caregiver, and "seeks to cause trouble in the family."

"The aligning with Rachel on this is a very bad combination," she says.

"Our son wasn't even home a lot of the time it was alleged it was happening," she says, "and I was a stay-at-home mother and very attentive to the kids because of her disorder. I never left her at home with our son or anything like that."

Ezra Dolezal, 22, one of Dolezal's adopted brothers, tells PEOPLE that Rachel has made things up about their eldest brother abusing the victim.

"It's more false statements," says Ezra. "it's a really horrible situation." 

Rachel and Josh "used to have a really good relationship, until Rachel decided to tear our family apart," says Ezra as he recalled Rachel taking their parents to court in an effort to adopt another adopted brother, Isaiah.

That effort, Ezra says, was wrought with false accusations by Rachel levied against their parents.

"Josh called Rachel out on that and told her it was wrong what she did, taking my parents to court over my brother, and Rachel didn't like that," Ezra says. "Basically Rachel has been constantly trying to get at Josh since then."

According to the report, Dolezal was contacted in September of 2013 about her adopted sibling's claims. She told authorities that her sibling informed her about the abuse three months earlier, in June.

"She said that [victim] told her what had happened to [victim] with Joshua Dolezal in Colorado and [Rachel] had promised to help [victim] seek closure," the report states.

According to the court document, Joshua's attorney, Aaron Hamrock, told Clear Creek County Sheriff detective Al Billinger that the Missouri Department of Social Services had requested that the Iowa Department of Human Services interview Joshua about the allegations.

Billinger wrote that Hamrock received a letter from a Missouri social services caseworker informing him that "there was no basis for the allegations."

"Aaron Hamrock advised that the allegations had already been investigated and that he does not think that Joshua Dolezal should have to submit to another interview regarding the allegations," the report states.

Billinger said Hamrock gave him the letter from the Missouri service, which found the report of abuse to be "unsubstantiated."

"This letter does not list the facts on which the determination was based," wrote Billinger.

Billinger wrote that he reached out to the caseworker with the Iowa Department of Human Services who interviewed Joshua Dolezal in 2011 for the Missouri Department of Social Services "but she has not returned any of my calls," he said.

What a messed up family! Two sisters fighting against two brothers and their parents. One sister self-identifies as black to the degree that she became president of the Spokane, WA, chapter of the NAACP, pretending that she was black. 

Could this be the new frontier for libertarians? Should you be able to declare yourself as black just because you self-identify as black? Why not? You can declare yourself female even though you have all male parts; or you can declare yourself male without any of those parts. Follow that argument to it's logical conclusion and you should be able to declare yourself to be anything you want to be. I could declare myself to be Johnny Depp, or perhaps a lion, or a tree. It makes about as much sense to me.

Add to the confused woman, a half-sister who has 'reactive attachment disorder', a brother who may be a pedophile, and you have to question how a 'stay-at-home, very attentive' mother managed to raise such a family. Well, at least I have to question it.

Quebec Pervert Who Impregnated 11 Year Old Facing New Charges

Mathieu Roy charged with sex assault of 12-year-old girl who gave birth

Mathieu Roy, 32, accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old who subsequently became pregnant, has been charged in connection with the alleged sexual assault of another minor. Roy was brought to the Trois-Rivières, Que., courthouse Monday morning for a bail hearing, but it was postponed.

The 32-year-old Quebec man accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl who subsequently became pregnant has been charged in connection with the alleged sexual assault of another minor.

Mathieu Roy, 32, was brought to the Trois-Rivières courthouse Monday morning for a bail hearing, but it was postponed because the director of criminal and penal prosecutions was preparing to file new charges.

Roy is charged with sexual assault and sexually touching a minor under age 16 for incidents between December 2013 and April 2014.

According to court documents outlining the new allegations, the victim would have been between 15 and 16 years old when the alleged assaults occurred.

Roy appeared at the courthouse on Friday, and was charged with sexual assault and sexually touching a minor under age 16 for events alleged to have happened between Aug. 25, 2014, and April 21, 2015.

The first girl, now 12, recently gave birth at a hospital in Trois-Rivières, located halfway between Montreal and Quebec City.

Hospital staff had alerted Quebec's youth protection service to the case when the girl, 36 weeks pregnant at the time, was escorted to the hospital by her mother for a medical exam.

The identity of both alleged victims is protected under Quebec law. 

CSA - Pedophile Papal Envoy Charged; Archbishop Resigns

The Vatican is to put its former envoy to the Dominican Republic, Jozef Wesolowski, on trial on child sex abuse and child pornography charges.

Pope Francis has also accepted the resignations of a US archbishop and his deputy, accused in Minnesota of having ignored a priest's child abuse.

Jozef Wesolowski is accused of sexually abusing children in the Dominican Republic from 2008 to 2013. He is under house arrest in the Vatican.

The trial is to begin on 11 July.

Wesolowski, 66, is also charged with possession of child pornography, dating from his return to Rome in 2013.

The moves are seen as part of a crackdown by Pope Francis on clerics and employees of the Church who exploit minors.

Last year, the Pope compared the actions of those who commit such crimes to a "satanic mass".

He also strengthened the Vatican's laws against child abuse.

Defrocked

Wesolowski, who is originally from Poland, was recalled from the Dominican Republic in 2013, after allegations surfaced accusing him of abusing Dominican boys.

He had spent five years in the Caribbean country as the papal envoy.

He was defrocked in June last year after he was found guilty by a Church tribunal - he is the highest-ranking church official to be defrocked for such abuse.

He will now be tried by a Vatican criminal court.

A Vatican statement said the IT systems used by Wesolowski would be scrutinised.

He has been under house arrest in the Vatican since September.

The Vatican said at the time of his arrest that he had not been placed in a police cell because of his poor health.

If found guilty, he could face between six and 10 years in prison.

US resignations

The Vatican also accepted the resignations of an archbishop in the United States and his deputy following accusations that their archdiocese covered up the sexual abuse of children.

They are Archbishop John Nienstedt and Auxiliary Bishop Lee Anthony Piche from the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis.

John Nienstedt said in a statement that his leadership had drawn attention away from the good works of the church but stressed he was leaving "with a clear conscience".

Their resignation comes after prosecutors charged their archdiocese with "turning a blind eye" to repeated reports of inappropriate behaviour by a priest who was later convicted of molesting two boys.

Neither man was named in the indictment.

Prosecutors accuse the archdiocese of failing to respond to "numerous and repeated reports of troubling conduct" by Curtis Wehmeyer, a former priest currently serving a five-year prison sentence for molesting two boys.

Janner Wrote to Michael Jackson About Pedophile Charge

Lord Janner wrote to Michael Jackson to congratulate him on being cleared of child sex charges.

The letter from Janner, who last month was deemed unfit to stand trial for 22 child sex abuse charges, was penned on House of Lords paper with his signature clearly visible at the bottom.

It comes days after Scottish police launched a new probe into the former MP for allegedly sexually abusing a teenage boy.

Janner has always denied claims that he was a paedophile and his family say he is innocent of the alleged sex attacks.

The letter was given to Jackson's friend Mark Lester, who starred in the 1968 classic film Oliver! but never passed on to the pop star, according to Ben Griffiths at The Sun on Sunday.

Dated July 12, 2005, shortly after Jackson was cleared by a US jury of molesting a 13-year-old cancer survivor, Janner wrote: 'I was so very pleased at the news of your acquittal. What a terrible time you have endured.

'I hope that you will return to London and that I should have the pleasure of seeing you once again ... so good luck and all best wishes. Yours, Greville.'

The pair first met when the peer showed the singer round Parliament in 2002.

Mr Lester found the note during a clear-out at his home in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, and says Janner gave it to him during a charity do 10 years ago.

Mark, 56, said: 'What he said was inappropriate. No one should congratulate Michael on being cleared let alone a QC and peer. It's as if he's saying, 'Well done, you got away with it'.'

Director of Public Prosecutions Alison Saunders maintains that the peer is too unwell to be prosecuted in England, despite evidence that he may have abused children.

But 78 MPs have so far demanded Mrs Saunders change her decision with veteran Labour MP David Winnick saying Mrs Saunders should be called before the Commons home affairs committee.

The former MP for Leicester voted 203 times in the House of Lords even after he granted power of attorney to his children because of his dementia in 2009.

As Scotland has a separate prosecution system, authorities there could make a decision independently of the CPS review.  

Billy Graham's Grandson Laments Church's Silence on Horrors of Child Sex Abuse

Evangelist Billy Graham's grandson Basyle "Boz" Tchividjian is a huge advocate of justice for young victims of sexual abuse, and that is why he feels sad that the church appears to be doing little to help them.

When a sexual abuse scandal rocks the church, Tchividjian noted that evangelical leaders either avoid the issue, or preach forgiveness, or condemn. "I have fluctuated between anger and tears as I read about Christian leaders who proclaim the Gospel with their voice, but remain silent and/or defensive about the horrors of child sexual abuse within the Church," he wrote in BrentDetwiler.

"Such an approach to sin is incredibly damaging to so many precious individuals who were sexually victimized for years and manipulated by perpetrators and church leaders into remaining silent," he said.

When victims are forced to keep silent about what happened to them, it only tells them that their voice and traumatic experience are nowhere near as important as the opinions of the judge or jury, he said.

"It tells them that the reputation of the institution is more important than the beauty of their soul. The silence from Evangelical 'leaders' regarding the issue of child sexual abuse within the Church is deafening and speaks volumes," added Tchividjian.

He urged Christians to return to the Gospel message when dealing with sexual abuse issues. God did not remain silent in the face of sin, he said, since He took self-sacrificial action to address sin and redeem those He loves.

Tchividjian believes that those who truly understand the Gospel will not remain silent amid these issues.

"We must be willing to openly confront abuse and its surrounding silence and give of ourselves so that those impacted can experience the healing and transformative power of Jesus," he said.

My impulse is to say that there are many churches where "the healing and transformative power of Jesus," is not being experienced, and so there is little faith in that very power and process.

I'm inclined to believe that pastors and elders need to be educated with regard to CSA and its effects on children and adults, and shown how best to respond to it both globally and locally. 

Yesterday, I listed a number of things that we should be doing in preventing a lot of child sex abuse. I think training pastors and elders should be added to that list, not just how to respond, but also how to be pro-active in detection and prevention of CSA.

I'm grateful for GRACE and the work it is doing. God bless you.

And it's not just the sexual abuse survivors who need help. In fact, even Christian institutions and its leaders need help and guidance. Tchividjian said it is only when they "truly grasp the beautiful and powerful truth that God did his most powerful work when His son was vulnerable and transparent that the Holy Spirit will be able to breathe new life into their core."

Air Force Sergeant Disappears Before Child Sex Assault Trial

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. (AP) — The U.S. Air Force is searching for a 35-year-old sergeant who disappeared while awaiting a court-martial trial at an Illinois base on charges of sexually abusing a minor.

The Air Force Office of Special Investigations has classified Technical Sergeant David Lawrence Helm as a fugitive who is wanted for questioning in an ongoing investigation. Helm is assigned to the 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron at Scott Air Force Base, outside St. Louis.

Military documents provided to The Associated Press on Monday show that Helm is accused of sexually assaulting a girl between the ages of 12 and 16 at several locations in 2013 and 2014, including Scott Air Force Base; Dayton, Ohio; and LaFollette and Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Helm was scheduled to appear in a military court Monday. Air Force officials said a judge has delayed the hearing.

The nine violations Helm is accused of include charges of sexual assault, sexual abuse of a child, simple assault and taking an indecent photograph of the victim without her consent.

Child Sex Abuse: Report's Alarming Findings

Numerous New Zealand teenagers between the ages of 12 and 16 are being paid for sex by men who go out specifically look for underage sex workers.

The revelation comes in a report from the agency Child Alert, which aims to stop the sexual exploitation of children.

Their report indicates the practice is relatively widespread, and could just be the tip of the iceberg given the secretive nature of underage sex workers.

Young people interviewed by researcher Natalie Thorburn described what is happening on the streets:

"The girls said to me that they provided a specific client group with services. And that they would have specific parts of the street that were only for the underage people, where the men would target them because they knew that they could perpetrate violent acts that they couldn't, perhaps, on the older workers."

Thorburn said all the young people she spoke to told her they had been abused prior to their involvement in sex work, often to the point of physical injury.

"This was largely normalised within girls' families and immediate networks. Moreover, the practice of trading sex for material goods, money, or safety was regarded among this group as a common practice from the age of 12, indicating an underlying social norm sanctioning the use of girls' bodies for transactional purposes," she said.

"Teens' decisions to sell sex are consequently driven by the complex interplay between their need to procure essentials such as food and clothes, internalised ideas about what it means to be female, and the need to pursue lifestyles that enable them to silence their trauma-related symptoms of distress."

While some of the girls interviewed stated that their involvement in sex work had been a choice they had made for themselves, they also acknowledged financial deprivation and psychological distress had an influence.

Most described feelings of depression and anxiety, often accompanied by symptoms of post-traumatic stress, something Thorburn said is hardly surprising given the prevalence of physical and sexual abuse most had been subjected to since early childhood. “They associate the feelings and behaviours stemming from this abuse with their need to take drugs, primarily methamphetamine, because it masks feelings of distress and shame and provides alternative social connections."

Thorburn believes many had actually sought help, and been greeted with disinterest or shaming. "They felt like the people who they were seeing in professional services, whether that was Child, Youth and Family or community agencies, that they didn't really care about them. And that they didn't want to hear their stories. And so they shut off and refused to speak about their stories."

While adult prostitution was decriminalised by the Prostitution Reform Act, payment for sexual services from a child or young person under the age of 18 remains illegal.

Natalie Thorburn says there are many possible levels of prevention and intervention that simply are not happening. "Obviously the most immediate issue would be whether or not police are out there looking and charging the people who are committing the crimes by hiring sexual services from underage girls.

"But more than that we need to look at the overarching factors that enable this to be perpetuated. Things like gender inequality and economic inequality - and also the fact that there is no community awareness, and no real awareness among agencies and professionals either."

ECPAT is calling for individuals, agencies, and communities to educate themselves about the nature of child abuse and underage sex work, and proactively support vulnerable children and teenagers.

Wow! I thought we were gearing up to hit a home-run and instead we bunted. "calling for individuals, agencies, and communities to educate themselves". Seriously, we can do better than that. There must be a way to reach individuals, agencies and communities with this kind of information that doesn't require them to initiate the process, because, believe me, 99% will not.

It's becoming apparent to me that schools need to do more than teach children how to have sex, or that it's OK for them to be queer. We need to start teaching them the consequences of their decisions; the possible outcomes of their 'world-view' in regard to sex. We need to tell them that if they have been sexually abused as a child, they need to 'come out' and get help because such abuse usually leads to very poor decisions with regard to sex, drugs, reckless lifestyles, relationships, education. Such decisions that will seriously and negatively affect the rest of their lives.

And we need to make sure that those who come out have a safe place to do so, and have access to the counselling they need to begin to recover. We need to hold the local police force's feet to the fire to bring charges against their abusers - all their abusers. And we need to make sure the justice system prosecutes and fairly sentences those who are proven guilty.

We need to go into schools and explain to girls in, or approaching their early teens how grooming works, and what it leads to. We need to tell them how precious their bodies are and how precious their innocence is. We need to tell them that pedophiles main goals are not sexual - they are the destruction of innocence. Evil hates innocence and will destroy it every chance it gets.

In other words, we need a holistic, all-encompassing ministry to rescue our young girls before a whole generation is lost. A loss from which we may not ever recover.
