WARRENSBURG, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Police say they’ve arrested a man who according to the New York Sex Offender Archives is on the highest level on the registry. He was previously arrested for raping a babysitter that was unknown to him in 1998. This time he’s facing charges for alleged sexual abuse to a child he’s known for five years.
Chestertown Troopers and Queensbury officials say they arrested 37-year-old Daryl Tucker for Sex Abuse in the first degree, Criminal Sex Act in the first, and Course of Sexual Conduct in the first degree on Saturday April 2.
An investigation proved Tucker sexually abused a child he was acquainted with for five years. Tucker was arraigned in the Town of Warrensburg Court and remanded to the Warren County Jail for lack of $25,000 cash of $50,000 secure bond.
