Finally, the lawsuits from de-transitioners are starting. Will they wake up America like they did the UK?

A California woman whose breasts were removed when she was 13-years-old because she thought she was transgender is now suing the doctors and hospital that oversaw the procedure — claiming they were in it for the money.
Kayla Lovdahl, now 18, says she was pushed to “entertain the erroneous belief that she was transgender” at age 11, after being exposed to online influencers, according to the lawsuit she filed in California State Court against Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and four doctors.
“…they essentially handed Kayla the prescription pad, and allowed her naïve, emotional, childish, rollercoaster of feelings to dictate the so-called ‘treatment’ that she would receive,” according to the June 14 court papers.
Not knowing what to do when their daughter claimed she was a boy, her parents sought out help from medical professionals who quickly affirmed the girl’s idea that she was transgender, Lovdahl said.
By the age of 12 she was on hormone blockers and testosterone without a proper psychological evaluation, Lovdahl claims in the legal filing.
Lovdahl underwent a single 75-minute transition evaluation, she alleged.
” ‘It is better to have a live son than a dead daughter,’ ” the physicians allegedly told the family.
The procedures were “idealogical and profit-driven medical abuse,” Lovdahl now maintains.
She detransitioned at age 17 and now feels the doctors were negligent, calling her earlier belief that she was transgender “mistaken.”
“Kayla was not transgender and was not a person that any reasonable physician could ascertain would permanently maintain a transgender identity,” Lovdahl claims in the suit.
Her mental health issues should have raised red flags for the doctors, Lovdahl said, pointing to medical studies that she said show young girls’ mental health is not often improved by transitioning.
By the age of 12 she was on hormone blockers and testosterone without a proper psychological evaluation, Lovdahl claims in the legal filing.

“The vast majority of cross-gender identified children, if medically treated in early adolescence risk regretting the decision after they are old enough to realize their losses,” Lovdahl said.
Lovdahl additionally accused the hospital and doctors of not providing her and her parents proper “informed consent,” which would have included in-depth therapy, something she said never happened.
The procedures were “an insane form of child abuse,” lawyers for Lovdahl, who also uses the pseudonym Layla Jane, said in a statement.
“We believe cases like this are the best way to stop them, especially in liberal states like California, where reckless ideologues are pushing this radical agenda,” said attorney Charles Limandri.
Lovdahl, who is seeking unspecified damages, claims the procedures left her with “deep physical and emotional wounds and severe regrets.”
Kaiser did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

As we approach the End Times, it has become obvious that there would be a serious clash between LGBTQ rights and religion. This we've seen for 30 years now. It's hard to see how this can happen when most of the world is either Christian or Muslim, both of which recognize the sin nature of homosexuality, and the incompatibility of LGBTQ rights with Christianity or Islam. Yet, somehow, this wretched ideology will likely take hold before the return of Christ which I suspect will be around the end of this decade.
UN Attempts to Impose LGBT Orthodoxy on All Religions
By Stefano Gennarini, J.D. | June 21, 2023
NEW YORK, June 23 (C-Fam) Religious freedom ends where LGBT rights begin. This is the conclusion of a new UN report on the right to freedom of religion and belief.
The report calls on governments to threaten and punish religious leaders and organizations that do not comply with LGBT orthodoxy, and, in a novel and unprecedented way, it calls on government to destabilize religions from within by supporting pro-LGBT factions within religious denominations.
The UN independent expert on sexual orientation and gender identity, Victor Madrigal-Borloz, the nominal author of the report, does not hide his intention to create “a new normative space” where governments impose acceptable LGBT standards for religion.
“The limits established in the very design of Freedom of Religion and Belief – including the fundamental rights and freedoms of LGBT persons – are the key to full compatibility of Freedom of Religion and Belief and all actions that are necessary to combat violence and discrimination against them,” he concludes at the end of the report.
Clergy and other faith-based actors should be threatened to comply with the official LGBT-friendly religious standards or face the consequences, according to the conclusions of the report. Governments should “encourage religious institutions to consider the ways in which representatives will be held responsible in cases in which they promote discrimination against LGBT and other gender diverse persons.”
When religions teach that homosexual conduct is a sin or that sex is an immutable biological reality they run afoul of human rights law.
“There are dark corners where LGBT people are regarded as sinners and second-class citizens who should be scorned and abused,” the report says.
God does not hide in a dark corner!
Madrigal-Borloz urges UN member states to use favorable religious leaders and institutions to promote homosexual and transgender ideology. He expressly endorses several dissident religious groups: Catholics for Choice, which promotes abortion, and Muslims for Progressive Values, which promotes homosexual and transgender issues. He also praised the views of non-religious humanists about sex as “an evolved trait, with no intrinsic meaning.”
Madrigal-Borloz argues that individuals who identify as homosexual or transgender have a “right to access spirituality on equal terms with everyone else.” He concludes therefore that unless all religions endorse pro-LGBT ideas, individuals who identify as such will be alienated and excluded, causing them pain, mental health issues, and potentially leading them to suicide, and ultimately violating their human rights.
“For many individuals, their religion is part of the foundation of their sense of self, the source of truth,” he explains.
At the heart of the report is the belief that sexuality and gender identity are fundamental rights on the same plane, if not higher, than freedom of religion.
“All believers, including religion and belief leaders, have a sexual orientation and a gender identity, and all LGBT persons have beliefs,” the report states.
The report makes pronouncements regarding scriptural interpretation and theology. It disparages interpretations of Judeo-Christian scripture that condemn homosexuality as “dogmatic” and modern “homocolonialist” inventions and asserts that the morality of homosexuality is a “matter of theological debate.”
You will have the opportunity to debate that with Jesus, one day. But, it will be a short debate.
The report denies that religious health workers and institutions may object to providing abortions or transgender “affirming” treatments and surgeries, including to children. It also denies that providers of services and goods, such as bakers and florists, can deny service to persons and events based on their conscientious objection. It claims that parochial schools may not fire teachers based on their sexual orientation and gender identity.
He apparently doesn't realize that 3 of the most liberal countries in the world have joined the UK and many states in America in banning gender transitioning of children. Nor does he realize that most countries in the world will soon follow once lawsuits from transitioned and detransitioned youth begin to pile up.
Ultimately, Madrigal-Borloz promotes homosexual marriage as a higher right than religious freedom. He even hints at forcing clergy to conduct homosexual marriages at the cost of losing their privilege to conduct legally-recognized marriages.
“A human-rights-based approach directly challenges family conceptions that are exclusionary of LGBT persons,” he explains.
The report’s multi-pronged attack on religious freedom will be presented at the Human Rights Council in Geneva on Thursday afternoon.
And it must be rejected outright immediately for the madness it reveals.

How insane can it get? Here goes....
UK students identify as horses, dinosaurs, moons
amid neogender ‘furry’ trend

Students at woke schools in the UK have been identifying as neogender “furries” like horses, dinosaurs and even curse-casting moons — sparking outrage from Britain’s top leader and a government investigation.
The revelations are part of an investigation by The Telegraph, which reported this week on a now-viral video showing a teacher at a school in East Sussex blasting a girl as “despicable” for refusing to accept a classmate who identified as a cat.
Now, that school, Rye College, is being probed by the government, the newspaper said.
The outlet also found a student at an unidentified school who refers to themselves as “moonself” — and wears a cape to class to express their “true self” — even though other students must wear uniforms and could be reprimanded for not adhering to the dress code.
The kid didn’t identify as the moon but as a moon — and claimed to be able to cast curses on people.
At a secondary school — the equivalent of American high school — in the southwest of England, another student insisted on identifying as a dinosaur.
And The Telegraph also turned up a student who called themselves a horse.
Other pupils identifying as cats — or “catself” — are also allowed to wear cat ears to express their “true self,” The Telegraph said of the so-called neogender known as a “furry.”

A student at a school in Wales said a fellow classmate complains about being “discriminated against if you do not refer to them as ‘catself’” — and will “meow rather than answer a question in English.”
“And the teachers are not allowed to get annoyed about this because it’s seen as discriminating,” the other pupil said.
“It’s affecting other people and their education and everybody in their lessons. It’s distracting to sit in a lesson and have someone meow to a teacher rather than answer in English.
“It’s a big ask to sit there and listen to someone answer like that and not have that be the main talk of the classroom rather than the lesson going on.”
Regarding the cat incident, a rep for UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak ripped the growing classroom trend, telling The Telegraph: “We understand why these reports will be concerning for parents.”
“Teachers have a responsibility to encourage their students to engage respectfully with those they disagree with,” the rep said.
At Rye College, the East Sussex school, the teacher angrily told the objecting student that she should go to another school for thinking that “if you have a vagina you’re a girl and if you have a penis you’re a boy.”
Audio of the fight caught the teacher insisting it was a “fact” that you can “be who you want to be, and how you identify is up to you.”
What book on biology would I find that in?
The Church of England school in Rye where teacher was caught calling pupil "despicable" over fight
about classmate identifying as a cat.
Sunak spoke out after now-viral video caught a teacher in Rye calling a girl “despicable” for denying a classmate’s right to identify as a cat.
Sunak’s rep said teachers “should also not be teaching contested opinions as fact, shutting down valid discussions and debates.
“It’s important parents and carers are reassured that children aren’t being influenced by personal views of those teaching them,” the rep said. “Any example that strays from this would be wrong and we would expect headteachers to act.”
Tracy Shaw, of the child advocacy group Safe Schools Alliance, said that the current climate makes teachers fear taking the wrong step.
“If a child is coming to school identifying as a cat or a horse, that should immediately raise red flags,” Shaw told the UK paper.
“The problem is that teachers have a blind spot where anything involving identity comes in, because they are frightened of doing the wrong thing.
“They think they are being kind by affirming these behaviors, but they are not being kind, because they are likely to be missing all sorts of things that are going on in that child’s life.”
And those confused kids are greatly influencing all the other students in their classes. Not in a positive way.
The madness has to end sometime!
