The Perverted Lives of the Rich and Famous > Texts suggest that D4VD got murder victim pregnant when she was just 13

D4vd Texts Suggest He Got Celeste Rivas Hernandez Pregnant at 13, Talked Her Through Abortion: LAPD

Messages between the singer and Celeste Rivas Hernandez were shared in court, along with descriptions of child sex abuse material allegedly found on D4vd’s phone

D4vd exchanged a series of text messages with his alleged murder victim Celeste Rivas Hernandez about an abortion she purportedly had in January 2024, when she was 13 and he was an adult, according to phone records presented today by prosecutors.

The messages were recovered from the singer’s iCloud account and presented alongside what investigators described as an extensive collection of child sexual abuse material involving Rivas, found on a phone seized from his Los Angeles home. The platinum-selling singer, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, is accused of killing Rivas on April 23, 2025, after she threatened to disclose the alleged abuse. Prosecutors say he later dismembered her body with a chainsaw inside a blue inflatable pool in his three-car garage. Burke has denied the allegations.

Testifying as the prosecution’s final witness at a hearing to determine whether Burke should stand trial, Detective Corey Farell of the Los Angeles Police Department read the messages aloud and described dozens of images that he said documented Burke’s sexual abuse of Rivas. Prosecutors said the images, which depicted sex acts at Burke’s home, were too sensitive to display in court. Farell said one screenshot recovered from Burke’s phone showed that his lock screen at one point was a photograph of him and Rivas embracing while both were naked from the waist up.

During a description of one graphic photo, Rivas’ mother, Mercedes Martínez, began to cry while seated in the gallery. Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman walked over to comfort Martínez, telling her, “I really think this is stuff you don’t need to hear. I just think it’s too much.” Martínez then got up and walked out of the courtroom in tears, along with Jesus Rivas, the teen’s father.

The text messages, spanning November 2023 through April 2025, showed that Rivas repeatedly told Burke she feared she was pregnant. The earliest such message presented in court was from late November 2023, around the time prosecutors allege Burke began a sexual relationship with her.

The Perverted Lives of the Rich and Famous > Cape Verde's hero captain accused of rape; Gary Glitter charged with more child rapes

Cape Verde’s soccer team captain accused of raping translator before star World Cup run

The captain of World Cup fairytale story, Cape Verde, has been accused of rape by a team translator after he allegedly entered her hotel room and choked her, according to reports.

Ryan Mendes, 36, who has played in all three of the African island country’s World Cup games so far, was accused of sexually assaulting a Brazilian woman hired to be the team’s translator during a trip to New Zealand to play a game in March, reported Brazil’s Globo news outlet.

The unidentified woman said she approached at least three officials from the Cape Verdean soccer authorities who did not respond, according to Brazilian media.

The case is now being investigated by New Zealand police, who collected security camera footage from an Auckland hotel and are awaiting the results of a forensic investigation before they decide whether to charge Mendes.

The alleged sex assault was reported by New Zealand media last month, but the name of the player was not revealed — only that he was on Cape Verde’s team.

In her statement, the woman said she was hired by Cape Verde’s soccer team for their games in the FIFA Series in New Zealand, and after the first match against Chile, she was invited to a meeting in one of the hotel rooms reserved for the national side at the hotel.

But when she realized that she wasn’t needed for translating, and this was a social gathering, she said she returned to her room, and shortly after heard knocking on the door.

When she opened it, Mendes allegedly forced his way into her room, throttled, punched, and bit her, before raping her, according to her statement to New Zealand police.

She shared pictures of injuries to her mouth, neck, leg, and side, which were handed to the police.

Mendes, whose Cape Verde team made history by becoming the smallest nation to reach the World Cup knockout rounds, has not responded yet to the allegations.

Soccer’s governing body FIFA issued a statement hours after the allegations were first reported on Sunday.

The organization said it is in contact with New Zealand authorities and takes any misconduct allegations “extremely seriously,” according to Brazil’s media.

However, it said it could not comment on the allegations or confirm whether any investigations are underway.

Cape Verde just lost in the knock-out round to Argentina.

Gary Glitter Charged With New Child Sex Abuse Allegations Dating Back to the Late 1970s

Paul Gadd, the 82-year-old former glam-rock star known to the world as Gary Glitter, is facing a fresh round of criminal charges tied to allegations of child sexual abuse, London's Metropolitan Police confirmed this week. Gadd, who is currently serving a 16-year prison sentence stemming from a previous conviction, now stands accused of one count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13, along with three separate counts of indecent assault against a girl under 14.

According to police, the alleged offenses involve a single woman and are said to have occurred sometime between 1978 and 1981, a period that fell squarely within Gadd's commercial peak, when hits like "Rock and Roll (Part Two)" made him a fixture of British pop culture. The accuser first brought her allegations to authorities in January of last year, and investigators formally interviewed Gadd about the claims in July. Officers trained to work with victims of sexual abuse have been assigned to support the woman throughout the proceedings, police said.

Gadd is scheduled to appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court on August 5, where the charges will be formally presented. In announcing the case, Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor Bethan David said that prosecutors had reviewed the evidence and determined both that it met the threshold required to proceed and that pursuing the case served the public interest.

This is far from the first time Gadd has faced prosecution for crimes against children. In 2015, he was convicted on multiple counts of sexually abusing three separate schoolgirls, with offenses dating from 1975 to 1980, roughly overlapping with the timeframe now at issue in the newly filed charges. That conviction led to his imprisonment, though he was briefly released on probation in 2023.

Gadd's record of legal trouble tied to child exploitation stretches back even further. In 1999, he was jailed in the United Kingdom after being found in possession of child pornography. Following that conviction, he relocated to Cambodia, where he lived for several years before being deported in 2002 amid suspicions of sexual offenses against children in the country. He later resurfaced in Vietnam, where a court there sentenced him to four years in prison after finding him guilty of committing obscene acts against two young girls, aged 10 and 11 at the time.

Glitter's music has had an unusual afterlife despite his criminal history, continuing to surface in mainstream culture even as his personal reputation collapsed. "Rock and Roll (Part Two)" notably played a memorable role in the 2019 film Joker, and the track has remained a staple at sporting events for decades, often blared through stadium speakers during moments of celebration, a persistence that has periodically reignited public debate over separating a song from its creator's crimes.

Despite this extensive history of convictions and allegations spanning more than two decades and multiple countries, Gadd has consistently maintained that he holds no sexual interest in children, denying wrongdoing even in the face of repeated legal findings against him.

The Perverted Lives of the Rich and Famous > JPMorgan execs in ugly, reciprocal, law suits; MJ's secret family unloads on 60 Minutes Australia

Ex-JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana hit with major setback in outrageous sex slave lawsuit hours before court appearance

The high-flying lawyer repping disgraced former JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana in his salacious sex-slave lawsuit has suddenly dropped his client — just hours before a court hearing, The Post has learned.

Daniel Kaiser, who previously repped Jeffrey Epstein accusers, filed a consent to be “discharged” as attorney for Rana just hours before they were due to appear in court on Tuesday.

Shockingly, the document reveals that Rana does not have a new lawyer lined up, and will be representing himself “pro se” until he decides to find a new attorney.

The surprise filing comes ahead of an afternoon courtroom appearance where he was supposed to argue for his client’s right to be officially known only as “John Doe” in the court docket.

Since the case was first filed, Kaiser has repeatedly defended Rana’s claims, even once stating that The Post would be “embarrassed” by its reporting on the scandal once all of the evidence is revealed.

Kaiser represented several Epstein accusers, including Jennifer Araoz, 38, a New York woman who said the deceased sex trafficker groomed her for sex when she was 14 years old.

JPMorgan Chase executive Lorna Hajdiniwho Rana claims turned him into a sex slave — has since filed defamation claims against him.

A JP Morgan spokesperson declined to comment on Rana’s latest legal headache, but reiterated that the firm has no intention of settling the matter, noting that the bank has maintained from the outset that the allegations are without merit.

Michael Jackson’s ‘secret family’ reveals disturbing child sex abuse claims against late pop star: ‘He was a monster’

Four siblings who were part of Michael Jackson’s “secret family” revealed in an interview Sunday the vile ways the late pop star allegedly groomed and sexually abused them as children.

The Cascio family sat down with “60 Minutes Australia” on Sunday night to describe how Jackson allegedly sexually abused all of them as children and supplied them with copious drugs and alcohol after wooing their family with lavish gifts and fame.

The four siblings filed a lawsuit in February, alleging Jackson was a serial child sex predator who sexually abused victims at the homes of Elizabeth Taylor and Elton John.

“He’s a monster, he’s evil, what he did was evil. And he’s tricked the whole world to think he’s this innocent, perfect human being, and he’s not,” Dominic Cascio told “60 Minutes.”

The Cascios’ father, Dominic Sr., met Jackson in the 1980s while working at the Helmsley Palace Hotel in New York City. He quickly became part of the singer’s inner circle and his family would often spend holidays at Neverland Ranch and travel the world with the King of Pop.

One of the siblings, Eddie, 43, recalled on the broadcast that he met the “Thriller” singer when he was only 2 — when Jackson began visiting the family’s New York home on late nights unannounced.

Home videos shown by the outlet captured Jackson’s chimpanzee, Bubbles, charming the children during one visit.

The star wooed the children — Eddie, Aldo, Dominic, and Marie-Nicole — by taking them on lavish trips on his private jet, on tour with him, and to meet world diplomats.

The superstar’s luxury gifts, however, were merely a facade for the decades of alleged grooming and sexual abuse that followed, the siblings said.

“My parents were young. For them to have such a big celebrity want to be friends with them … they definitely felt special, and so did we,” Eddie said. “He made us feel like we were his family, his kids, his everything.”

The four Cascio siblings claimed the campaign of abuse occurred over 25 years, including at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch and during his world tours.

“When you have the biggest superstar in the world in the ’80s that wants to be your friend, you’re vulnerable and easily manipulated,” Dominic recalled.

Eddie claimed that Jackson started molesting him when he was 11 during the 1993 Dangerous tour — abusing him every night while the two shared a bed and well into his adulthood.

“That’s when my world started to change,” he claimed.

“We were on tour, and that’s when Michael started to get closer and started rubbing me on my legs. I was sitting on his lap, and that’s when the first kiss happened, where he kissed me on the lips.”

Several of the siblings said Jackson also had them participate in a disturbing game called the “booty rumble.”

“He would lay me on top of him with my genitals up against his. While he would shake, he would kind of push up against me,” Dominic said of the twisted game.

“He would [also] drink my urine and tell me, ‘This is how much I love you.’ I’m maybe 12 years old at the time. Like, I’m a child who’s seeing this man do this,” Dominic added.

“And I said, ‘Oh, I guess he really does love me. I mean, I would never want to drink someone’s urine, so he must really love me.”‘

Marie-Nicole said Jackson would make her undress when she was 12 and would masturbate while looking at her.

Aldo, the youngest of the siblings, claimed Jackson began molesting him while the two lay in bed together and played video games.

“He just pulled down my shorts and started giving me oral sex. And he’d [say] right away, ‘Doesn’t that feel good? See, I love you. I love you,'” Aldo alleged.

The siblings added that Jackson supplied them with prescription drugs and alcohol at a young age, including “Jesus juice,” which was wine, and “Disney juice,” which was hard liquor.

“He gave me Xanax and Vicodin at 11 years old and told me I’d be floating and I would love it,” Marie-Nicole claimed.

Eddie claimed that Jackson started molesting him when he was 11 during the 1993 Dangerous tour — abusing him every night while the two shared a bed and well into his adulthood.

The Cascio siblings also alleged that the megastar instilled fear in them by training them for interrogation by their police and parents — causing the kids to be adamant that nothing abnormal was happening to them.

Marty Singer, a lawyer acting for Jackson’s estate, told “60 Minutes” in a statement that the Cascios’ allegations were merely a “money grab.”

“Notably, these shakedown attempts come more than 15 years after Jackson’s death, thus carrying no risk of being sued for defamation,” Singer said.

“Sadly, in death just as in life, Jackson’s talents and success continue to make him a target.”
