D4vd Texts Suggest He Got Celeste Rivas Hernandez Pregnant at 13, Talked Her Through Abortion: LAPD
Messages between the singer and Celeste Rivas Hernandez were shared in court, along with descriptions of child sex abuse material allegedly found on D4vd’s phone

D4vd exchanged a series of text messages with his alleged murder victim Celeste Rivas Hernandez about an abortion she purportedly had in January 2024, when she was 13 and he was an adult, according to phone records presented today by prosecutors.
The messages were recovered from the singer’s iCloud account and presented alongside what investigators described as an extensive collection of child sexual abuse material involving Rivas, found on a phone seized from his Los Angeles home. The platinum-selling singer, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, is accused of killing Rivas on April 23, 2025, after she threatened to disclose the alleged abuse. Prosecutors say he later dismembered her body with a chainsaw inside a blue inflatable pool in his three-car garage. Burke has denied the allegations.
Testifying as the prosecution’s final witness at a hearing to determine whether Burke should stand trial, Detective Corey Farell of the Los Angeles Police Department read the messages aloud and described dozens of images that he said documented Burke’s sexual abuse of Rivas. Prosecutors said the images, which depicted sex acts at Burke’s home, were too sensitive to display in court. Farell said one screenshot recovered from Burke’s phone showed that his lock screen at one point was a photograph of him and Rivas embracing while both were naked from the waist up.
During a description of one graphic photo, Rivas’ mother, Mercedes Martínez, began to cry while seated in the gallery. Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman walked over to comfort Martínez, telling her, “I really think this is stuff you don’t need to hear. I just think it’s too much.” Martínez then got up and walked out of the courtroom in tears, along with Jesus Rivas, the teen’s father.
The text messages, spanning November 2023 through April 2025, showed that Rivas repeatedly told Burke she feared she was pregnant. The earliest such message presented in court was from late November 2023, around the time prosecutors allege Burke began a sexual relationship with her.

International Criminal Court Prosecutor Karim Khan dismissed
Member States of the International Criminal Court dismissed its Prosecutor Karim Khan following disciplinary proceedings related to widely reported sexual misconduct allegations at an emergency session at UN Headquarters in New York on Friday.
The decision was made by simple majority during a closed-door vote among the 125-member Assembly of States Parties to dismiss Mr. Khan, who Member States had elected to serve a nine-year term as the court’s prosecutor in 2021.
“The Assembly has decided by a majority of 82 States Parties that…prosecutor Karim Kahn committed serious conduct and a serious breach of duty…and to remove [him] from office,” the Assembly president announced, calling for the dignity and privacy of all those involved.
The ICC Assembly will be charged with electing a new prosecutor shortly.
Convictions and limitations
Since its creation in 2002 by the landmark Rome Statute, the ICC has set international standards for adjudicating the world’s gravest crimes, with seven convictions and a current docket of 34 cases.
The court cannot make arrests without State support, in particular that of its 125 members.
Not all nations have joined, including Israel and the United States, both of which signed the Rome Statute in 2000, but have yet to ratify it.
In 2025, Washington imposed sanctions on nine ICC personnel, including judges, the prosecutor and deputy prosecutors, in connection with investigations of alleged war crimes against Israel and the United States.

What is the ICC?
The ICC is a criminal court that can bring cases against individuals for war crimes or crimes against humanity.
Created with the “millions of children, women and men” in mind who “have been victims of unimaginable atrocities that deeply shock the conscience of humanity”, the world’s first permanent, treaty-based international criminal court to investigate and prosecute perpetrators of crimes against humanity, war crimes, genocide and the crime of aggression.
The court does not replace national courts. It is a court of last resort. States have the primary responsibility to investigate, try and punish the perpetrators of the most serious crimes.
A French modelling scout accused of procuring women for Jeffrey Epstein has been found dead in his home, according to reports.
Daniel Siad – who was named more than 2,000 times in the Department of Justice’s Epstein files – was found dead in his home in Colombes, west of Paris, on Monday, prosecutors said, according to Agence France-Presse (AFP).
His cause of death currently remains unclear pending an autopsy.

Siad was being investigated in France over accusations he helped Epstein traffic and abuse women. He had long denied wrongdoing, saying he had no idea the convicted pedophile “was dangerous.” He was either 68 or 69 years old at the time of his death.
Siad and Epstein communicated for around 10 years – with their last correspondence soon before the financier’s 2019 suicide in a Manhattan lockup.
Siad bragged about the women he had found in emails included in the Epstein files.
“Hello Jeffrey, I just found an amizinng [sic] one. She is 20 years old but she looks younger, from Latvia,” he wrote in one sent in June 2009, one year after Epstein pleaded guilty in Florida to soliciting prostitution.
In one July 2014 email, Siad appeared to compare recruiting women to fishing.
“In this busyness [sic] I feel like fisherman, some time I cache quick, some time no fish,” he reportedly wrote to Epstein.
In that particular exchange, Siad expressed frustration that Epstein had canceled a meeting.

“I will reimburse you of course for any expenses,” Epstein replied back. “I value your friendship and hope this did not cause you too much trouble.”
Siad always denied wrongdoing in relation to Epstein.
In February, he told French TV Epstein had “used [his] trust” and claimed he was not “in a position to know that this man was dangerous.”
“I have nothing to blame myself for,” he said in a video shared online.
Siad tried to frame himself as someone who was “from Kabylia [a region of Algeria], born French and a Swedish citizen.”
But he was accused by two women of grooming them for Epstein.
In February, ex-Swedish model Ebba Karlsson accused Siad of raping her when she was 20, and grooming her for Gerald Marie, the former chief of the Elite modeling agency. Siad and Marie denied the allegations.
In May, one model, known only as Juliette, said she was groomed by Siad in 2004 when she was 21 years old.
She claimed he asked if she was a model and had aspirations of moving to the US.
“I think he was trying to gauge whether I would accept without asking too many questions. Which I did – I let things stay vague so I wouldn’t come across as difficult,” she told AFP.
Juliette said she was sent a plane ticket to New York and headed to Madison Avenue when she touched down.
She met Epstein and claimed he asked for her passport, which she likened to “hostage taking.”
Epstein reportedly told her he couldn’t see her – but gave her $120 and said she could use his limo to go shopping.
The day after her shopping spree, she went to the Madison Avenue building, hoping for an interview, but claimed she was given a tour – walking through areas with “photos zooming in on women’s intimate body parts.”
“My internal alarm went off,” she said after being led to a bedroom.
“I felt the need to say, ‘I’m warning you, I’m not going to do anything.'”
She claimed Epstein groped her – before he offered her a job as a so-called party “escort.” She demanded her passport and escaped New York.
Stan Pottinger, an Epstein victims lawyer, said in 2016 he had spoken to Siad, “whom Jean Luc Brunel [a model scout and longtime Epstein associate found dead in 2022] describes as a ‘scout’ or recruiter of girls and/or women for J. Epstein.”
Several women have accused Gerald Marie, the former head of Elite Model Management's European operations, of rape and human trafficking in a criminal complaint filed in France. At least one of the plaintiffs alleges she was sexually abused while still a minor.
Marie, whose agency represented some of the world's biggest supermodels, including Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer, and Cindy Crawford, has faced similar accusations from more than a dozen women over the past several years. French prosecutors previously investigated the claims but closed the case in 2023 because the alleged offenses, dating largely to the 1980s and early 1990s, fell outside the statute of limitations. Marie has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
Six women, most of them Americans, filed the latest complaint on Wednesday, according to their lawyer, Mathias Darmon. Two are accusing Marie publicly for the first time, including one who alleges she was underage when she was assaulted.
The complaint alleges that Marie, while running one of the world's leading modeling agencies in Paris, “used the authority, influence and power conferred on him by his position to obtain forced sexual relations with numerous young women, some of whom were underage,” according to excerpts published by Le Monde and AFP.
Responding to the new filing, Marie's lawyer, Celine Bekerman, said that there was “no reason whatsoever to call on the courts to again revisit a case that is both time-barred and closed, nearly 40 years after the alleged events.”
Last month, former supermodel Carre Otis filed a separate complaint in Paris accusing Marie of repeatedly raping her when she was 17 and trafficking her to wealthy men in Europe. Otis first made the allegations in her 2011 memoir Beauty, Disrupted.
Earlier this year, 14 women, including former BBC journalist Lisa Brinkworth, also urged French authorities to investigate Marie over alleged links to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
In 2020, dozens of former models from the US, Canada, and Sweden told The Guardian that they had been sexually assaulted after Marie invited them to private meetings at his apartments in the 1980s. Several said they did not come forward earlier because they feared it would end their modeling careers, while others accused him of exploiting their youth and poor command of French.
Misogynist influencer sibs Andrew and Tristan Tate went to Florida court Monday to fight their extradition to the UK on new rape and sex-trafficking charges, as their lawyer called the case a “stitch-up job.”
The controversial influencer brothers made a brief appearance at the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. US Courthouse in downtown Miami after their arrest Saturday.
The pair must remain behind bars as the judge weighs their request.

Their lawyer, Joseph McBride, later claimed at a press conference that his clients were being held in solitary confinement at FDC Miami and that their treatment amounted to illegal “torture.

Andrew, 39, and Tristan, 38, were hit with multiple fresh accusations over the weekend by Bedfordshire Police in southeastern England involving four new alleged victims — charges that now bring the number of raps against them there up to 59, Time reported.
The allegations include rape, assault, trafficking and offenses related to “indecent images of a child and extreme pornography,” and span 2010 to 2017, a rep for the force said.
Andrew is accused of repeatedly placing a webcam performer in chokeholds until she passed out and raping her in a horrifying attack in her Bedford, England, home in 2015, according to a complaint unsealed on Monday and obtained by the New York Times.
Another woman alleged that the manosphere influencer visited her home in Manchester and choked her to the point she was afraid he was “going to kill her.” The pair had had consensual sex in July 2014 before the alarming encounter occurred, the document detailed.

Andrew is currently facing seven counts of rape, three counts of sex trafficking, three counts of assault, and 19 more charges connected to the “indecent images of a child and extreme pornography,” the outlet reported.
His brother, Tristan — who is facing one count of sexual assault, two counts of rape and three counts of sex trafficking — was also accused of regularly choking, beating and raping a woman with whom he was in a romantic relationship in 2012 and 2013, the filing said.
The woman told authorities that he choked her to the point she was unconscious, gave her a black eye and whipped her with a belt on multiple occasions, the complaint detailed.

The Tates, who have dual British and US citizenship, are already facing charges of rape, bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain relating to three other alleged UK victims between 2012 and 2015.
The siblings had been living in Romania since 2016 and were arrested there in 2022 on separate allegations of participating in schemes to lure women for sexual exploitation.
But as their Romanian case became bogged down in legal proceedings, local authoriites lifted their travel ban on the pair, paving the way for them to visit Miami.
Both brothers had been in the US to fly to Washington, DC, to speak to their Congress members about their ongoing legal woes when they were arrested, McBride said Monday, without giving further details.
British authorities, growing frustrated with the lack of progress in the Romanian case, requested US authorities to extradite the pair to the UK when they landed in Florida on Saturday.
Their lawyer said in a statement Saturday that he believes the new charges were “greenlighted by a low-level functionary” at the US Department of Justice without input from leadership.
The Justice Department said the arrests were approved by leadership of its Criminal Division.
Describing the new victims in the UK as “ghosts” and “phantoms,” McBride claimed Monday that Saturday’s arrests were “politically motivated,” blaming outgoing British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
“[Starmer] is mad that the Tates had a lot to do with his fall,” McBride said, claiming the case was the “last vestige” of a “failed” prime minister.
