Asylum seekers given lengthy prison sentences for rape of woman on Brighton beach

The woman had been separated from her friends on a night out when two of the men took her behind a beach hut and raped her, while the third went to the location moments later and captured footage of the attack.

Two asylum seekers have been given lengthy prison sentences for repeatedly raping a woman on Brighton beach, while a third who filmed the attack has also been jailed.

The woman had been separated from her friends on a night out when two of the men took her behind a beach hut and raped her, while the third went to the location moments later and captured footage of the attack.

Ibrahim Alshafe, 26, from Egypt, and Abdulla Ahmadi, 26, from Iran, had both denied two counts each of raping the woman on 4 October last year. They were found guilty.

The pair were jailed for 21 years each at Hove Crown Court on Wednesday.

Egyptian national Karin Al-Danasurt, 21, was also found guilty of all four counts of rape as a secondary party by encouraging and filming the ordeal.

He was sentenced to 18 years and six months in prison.

All three will serve a further six years on extended licence.

Men guilty over 'predatory' rape, filmed before attack

During the trial at Hove Crown Court, jurors heard the trio had found the woman "staggering in the street", alone and "incapacitated".

Footage showed her falling down twice, with prosecutors describing the attack as "cynical, predatory and callous".

Alshafe was also shown smiling and sticking his tongue out during the assault, as well as slapping the woman in the face.

At the sentencing hearing on Wednesday, the woman read a victim impact statement saying: "They destroyed my life that night, they took something from me nobody had the right to do so.

"They violated me in every way."

Sentencing the men, Judge Christine Henson KC said: "Each of you participated in an entirely predatory and callous attack on a female separated from her friends after what had been a fun night out for her.

"You each treated her with contempt and you each played a role in degrading her in the most appalling way."

Prosecutor Hanna Llewellyn-Waters KC described the men as "devoid of humanity" and their treatment of the woman was "entirely predatory, callous and contemptuous".

She described the impact on the woman as "extreme".

In her victim impact statement, the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, added: "They took something from me that night I'm afraid I will never get back.

"To not take accountability for their actions [is] like sticking a knife in and twisting it again."

She told the court that when she closes her eyes she sees the man filming it and "laughing at me".

"My skin crawls. No matter how hard I scrub it, I still feel dirty," she added.

During the trial, all three men gave evidence through translators to deny the crimes.

Ms Llewellyn-Waters said their accounts provided "clear and chilling insight into a wholly warped mindset" and a "total lack of remorse".

Alshafe and Ahmadi had claimed during the trial the encounter was consensual and that she had approached them along the seafront, kissed and touched them both, mentioned something about sex and took them both to the beach.

Al-Danasurt, who claimed to jurors he attempted to stop the attack by filming it, also denied he spat in the woman's mouth and called her a "dirty b****".

At the time of the incident, all three defendants knew each other and were living at hotel accommodation for asylum seekers near Horsham, West Sussex.

The court heard Ahmadi and Alshafe met on a small boat which arrived in the UK from France in June 2025. Al-Danasurt had arrived in the country in October 2024.

Ministers have vowed to deport the men after they were sentenced.

An Afghan who managed to smuggle himself into the UK by boat lost little time in doing what so many Muslim migrants in Europe like to do: rape little girls — non-Muslim girls, whose mien and dress suggest to Muslim males that they are just asking for it. He had arrived in the UK only four months before, and could contain himself no longer. He felt his virile urge could only be assuaged in one way — what else could he do, so far from home, so lonely, so misunderstood? Besides, as he testified, the whole thing was the little girl’s idea.

‘Laughing’ Afghan Boat Migrant Who Abducted and Raped 12-Year-Old Found Guilty

A migrant who abducted and raped a child shortly after coming to Britain by people smuggler boat has been found guilty and faces a lengthy prison sentence and deportation.

Afghan boat migrant Ahmad Mulakhil, 23, who Warwickshire Crown Court heard laughed as he raped a 12-year-old girl while filming the abuse has been found guilty of rape of a child, abduction, two counts of sexual assault and taking an indecent video. The jury failed to reach a verdict on Monday but agreed unanimously to convict on those charged after over seven hours of deliberation on Tuesday. Mulakhil was found not guilty on a second count of rape.

Amazing, isn’t it, how these impoverished Muslim migrants always seem to have enough money for a phone with which to film their sexual exploits.

He had appeared in court besides a second Afghan migrant who was accused of strangulation and attempted taking of a child, and who was found not guilty on all counts.

The court had previously heard how Mulakhil met the young girl at a play park in Nuneaton, Warwickshire on 22 July 2025 before taking her to a secluded, but nevertheless public, residential road to be raped. The court heard the victim’s statement that Mulakhil had threatened the child’s family during the attack.

After the attack, the girl was discovered by members of the public who then called police.

Now-convicted child rapist Mulakhil had maintained as defence through the trial that he hadn’t wanted to have sex with the girl at first, that she’d been deceptive over her true age, that she’d “insisted” he make the video recording of the rape on his phone, and that “she drove all of it, and that she consented throughout”. The prosecution told the court that he’d remained unrepentant and hadn’t considered in retrospect that he’d made a mistake….

Of course the Afghan was innocent. It was all her idea. She was the one who dragged him to a secluded spot, she was the one who lied to him about her age so that he wouldn’t worry about having intercourse with a 12-year-old, she was the one who “insisted” that he make the video recording of their sexual encounter, and it was she who kept saying at every step, like Joyce’s Molly Bloom, “yes I said yes I mean Yes.”

The BBC reports Mulakhil cried as the guilty verdict was read out. He was remanded into custody and will be sentenced at a later date.

He cried. So far from home, without friends, hardly knowing the language, among people whom he knew were “the most vile of created beings,” he became the victim of a sex-mad young jezebel, perfectly willing to lie through her teeth to get him in trouble. Of course he cried. How tormented he must have felt at this miscarriage of justice. He had told the judge — or was it a jury? — that the girl had been the one leading him on. Why didn’t they believe him?

Mulakhil was thirsty after fulfilling the sex-mad little girl’s fondest wish, so naturally he went to have a drink. Fortunately, the British government provides all of its migrants with a debit card — nothing is too good for these migrants! — and he ended his close encounter with a celebratory drink. By then the girl had fled, claiming she had been “raped,” and the police chose to believe the meretricious little vixen.

It is unlikely that Ami Arifi, Gezhim Xhafa, and Sohqib Shakibi think of themselves as “Brits.” They are much more likely to claim citizenship in the global umma. But they’re British citizens now, and so the Daily Mail, incontestably the worst paper in the Western world, uncritically and without a moment’s hesitation plays along with the charade. The Mail did this last August when they were arrested, and the ensuing torrent of ridicule did nothing to dissuade it from kowtowing to leftists and Islamic activists yet again now.

Three Brits are charged with gang-raping local woman at their hotel in Croatia

Three British men have been charged with gang-raping a woman at their hotel in Croatia.

Ami Arifi, 30, Gezhim Xhafa, 29, and Sohqib Shakibi, 25, allegedly raped the 28-year-old local woman over a two hour period in their hotel room in Split on the morning of July 22 last year.

They are facing up to ten years in a Croatian prison after they were charged by the Split County State Attorney’s Office on Wednesday.

Prosecutors allege the trio met the woman in Matejuska, a popular water front area in the city, before taking her to a well-known hotel at around 5:30am.

Arifi allegedly insulted and belittled her, bit her lips and touched her intimate body parts.

He is also accused of intermittently taking her mobile phone and asked her to have sexual intercourse with the second defendant.

The victim reportedly told police that she felt unable to refuse sexual relations because she was afraid her attackers would get even more violent.

Xhafa and Shakibi then allegedly engaged in sexual acts after wrongly believing that, because she did not physically resist, she consented….
