Report: Indiana Mother of Seven Offered Man

Her Infant Daughter for Sex for $400

Morgan Stapp
Indianapolis Metropolitan Pollice Department

Authorities dispute an Indianapolis, Indiana, mother of seven’s claims that her social media account was hacked and that she did not offer up her infant daughter for sex in exchange for $400.

Morgan Stapp, 32, was charged earlier this month with child sex trafficking after police said she told a man she met on Snapchat that he could rape her seven-month-old daughter, the offer made allegedly in a message from her account.

“U can f*** her for $400,” the woman wrote, according to a probable cause affidavit reviewed by People. “Half now, rest after. I’ll send my address I do live alone and her dad is not in the picture.”

Authorities flagged the message and FBI agents met with her shortly after, according to the affidavit.

The mother told the agents she did not have access to her phone, that her Snapchat account had been compromised, and she could not have sent the message, according to People’s reporting.

The affidavit, however, states that Stapp allegedly admitted to a social worker from the Indiana Department of Social Services that the hacking story was not true.

Also, agents found more than 7,000 messages had been sent by the woman during the period of the offer, including 81 that offered sexual pictures of her daughters “to pay for diapers.”

People reported:

A warrant was then obtained for Stapp’s cell phone, said the affidavit, and a search of the device determined that the IP address registered to the mother’s home was the same as the one accessing the social media account.

Stapp told a judge in her court appearance last week that she is a stay-at-home mom and receives government aid, as well as help from her parentsaccording to the Daily Mail.

Her bond was set at $100,000 and also contained a no-contact order for two of her children.

As of Saturday, the Mail reported, she was still in jail, with a pretrial conference set for September 15.

Sheboygan County child sex assault case,

teens sentenced to prison

The two Sheboygan County teens charged as adults in a child sexual assault and incest investigation have now been sentenced to prison.

In Court:

Court records show 17-year-old Spencer Dietrich was found guilty at trial in April of child abuse and two counts of intimidating a victim. He was acquitted of all other charges.

Dietrich was sentenced on Friday to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision. He will then serve four years of probation. The court did not order sex offender registration for Dietrich.

Cole Guttmann, 17, pleaded no contest to second-degree sexual assault of a child in March, and court records show the state dismissed six other felonies.

Guttmann was sentenced in June to four years in prison and eight years of extended supervision. The court ordered that he register as a sex offender.

Random Lake investigation

What we know:

Prosecutors said the sexual assaults happened in April 2023. The investigation started after an explicit video was shared with "multiple people" and circulated around the Random Lake School District in 2024.

Sheboygan County investigators said Guttmann and Dietrich forced two brothers to perform sexual acts on one another.

Prosecutors said a boy told his mom that, while he was playing at Guttman's house, Guttman and Dietrich "forced" one of the victims "to give oral sex to his brother" with the threat of violence. Investigators said one of the victims was punched, and the incident was videotaped.

Ozaukee County case

Dig deeper:

In a separate, unrelated case in Ozaukee County, Guttmann is charged with two counts of first-degree child sexual assault. That case is open and ongoing.

Prosecutors said it happened in the summer of 2020. A victim, who was 10 years old at the time, "described a number of occasions she was abused by Cole Guttmann."

Bethalto man indicted after victim confides in teacher

Lucky S. Nance, 20, of the 200 block of Lakeside, Bethalto, was charged June 18 with six counts of child pornography, including two Class X, two Class 1 and two Class 2 felonies; and unauthorized video recording and live video transmission, a Class 2 felony.

According to court documents, between Dec. 4 2023 and June 6, 2025, Nance took “surreptitious” video of the victim, now 12, and shared it over the iPOP app; and shared other videos depicting child pornography via the app.

On June 6, Nance was in possession of a still photograph of the victim in a bathroom, taken without her knowledge; and was in possession of at least one other piece of child pornography.

And between May 1, 2025, and May 7, 2025, took video recordings of the victim through a hole in a restroom wall.

Additional court documents stated that on May 13 the Bethalto Police Department was made aware that the Madison County Child Advocacy Center was scheduled to interview the victim.

That agency became involved after an employee at a local middle school reported disclosures that Nance had been filming the victim without her knowledge in various bathrooms.

The information was referred to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.

After learning about the disclosures, the victim’s mother searched Nance’s cell phone and viewed a video.

Police interviewed the suspect on June 6, and he admitted recording the victim. After obtaining a search warrant for Nance’s cell phone, police discovered “numerous child pornography images,” including some that had been sent out through the iPOP app.
