Might this have had any connection to the common assumption among many Muslims in the West that if a woman is not fully veiled, that she is a slut and wants sexual contact? The Qur’an tells Muslim women to veil so that they aren’t molested (33:59). The obverse of that is the idea that if women aren’t veiled, they’re fair game for molestation.

TTC employee accused of sexually assaulting female coworker ‘numerous times'

A TTC employee has been suspended and faces criminal charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a female coworker “numerous times.”

While Toronto Police have not identified the accused man’s employer, the Toronto Transit Commission has confirmed authorities were contacted after a female employee complained about serious workplace “misconduct” allegedly by a male co-worker.

In a statement released Saturday, police officers said responded to a call for an alleged sexual assault near Leslie St. and Lake Shore Blvd. E. on Tuesday afternoon.

Police said the accused allegedly sexually assaulted the woman “numerous times at her place of employment” between Aug. 1, 2022, and Dec. 31, 2024.

Mohammed Shaik, 51, of Peel Region, was located on Saturday and arrested.

He is charged with five counts of sexual assault.

The incident allegedly occurred on TTC property….

Vaughan realtor charged with sex assault

York Regional Police have charged a Vaughan realtor with sexual assault and indecent act and are appealing for additional victims to come forward.

Police say on Feb. 9, the female victim contacted a realtor from a social media sales platform regarding a rental listing and the next day, the realtor asked the victim to visit the listed property.

As the victim was unable to do so, police say the realtor and the victim agreed to meet at her home to discuss the listing.

Cops say while inside the home with the victim, the suspect allegedly sexually assaulted her and committed an indecent act….

On Monday, Farzad Farhoodinejad, 44, was charged. His photo has been released as cops say they believe there may be additional victims….
