Girl, 12, ‘raped in park after being pursued by asylum seekers’

A 12-year-old girl was raped in a daylight attack after being “targeted” by two asylum seekers, a court was told.
Ahmad Mulakhil, 23, abducted the schoolgirl from a street before repeatedly raping her and taking photographs of the attack, Warwick crown court was told.
Mulakhil has admitted a charge of oral rape but says sexual activity that took place was consensual and “initiated” by the girl. He denies two other counts of rape, abducting a child, two counts of sexual assault and taking indecent photographs of a child.
His friend, Mohammad Kabir, 24, denies attempting to take the girl, strangling her and committing an offence with intent to commit a sexual offence.
Daniel Oscroft, for the prosecution, said both men “targeted” the girl after spotting her near a park in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, in July last year. Kabir put his hands around her neck and attempted to get her to come with him, it is claimed….
The girl refused to go with Kabir but was approached by Mulakhil later the same day, the court was told. CCTV later captured Mulakhil with the girl, who told him she was 19. “It was obvious she was not 19, she was a young child,” said Oscroft. “It was such an obvious lie. It’s clear that from Mr Mulakhil’s reaction, he didn’t believe her.”
Mulakhil then “led her away to a secluded cul-de-sac where he raped her”, the court was told. He also allegedly took indecent images of his girl which were later found on his phone.
The girl she was eventually found in a park and told an adult: “He raped me”, the court was told. “She appeared distressed, and apparently scanning the bushes, asking where ‘he’ has gone, and saying ‘he’ is coming for her,” said Oscroft. “She immediately disclosed that she had been sexually assaulted.”…
The girl then told how she was sexually assaulted and raped by Mulakhil. “He was saying he was going to kill my family. I was scared. He took photos. It felt weird. Why was he taking pictures of that?”

If we didn’t have so many of our moral superiors assuring us that it isn’t so, we might get the crazy idea that these repeated instances have something to do with Islam.
Station security guard jailed for sexually assaulting teenager – Worcestershire
British Transport Police, January 26, 2026:
A station security guard who targeted a 14-year-old girl while on duty at a Worcestershire rail station has been jailed, following a British Transport Police (BTP) investigation.
Aamar Mohammed, 35, and of Shireland Road in Sandwell, was found guilty of two counts of Sexual Assault following a week-long trial.
At Worcester Crown Court on 12 January, a judge sentenced him to three years and eight months in prison.
He was also given an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and will be on the sex offenders register for life.
On 14 November 2021, Mohammed approached the teenager at Worcester Shrub Hill railway station wearing a high-vis vest and asked where she was travelling to.
He walked her to the platform her train was due to arrive at before heading into an office at the station.
A short while later he asked her into that office as a warm place to go while she waited for her train. And as she approached, he turned the room’s lights off.
Inside the office Mohammed forced himself upon the teenager and sexually assaulted her.
She managed to get away from him and return to the platform to board her train, and he then emerged from the office and waved at her as the service left the station….
UK: Muslim rape gang trial collapses over jurors’ WhatsApp group
It would be interesting to know why the jurors felt free to disregard the judge’s directions so flagrantly. Could it possibly be that they knew that the elites in shattered, staggering, dhimmi Britain want to sweep such cases under the rug and thereby avoid enraging the nation’s growing and restive Muslim community, and so wouldn’t mind a bit of juror misconduct that ruined the case? Inconceivable!
Rochdale grooming trial collapsed over Jury’s WhatsApp group, courts reveal
ITV News, January 23, 2026:
The trial of an alleged grooming gang collapsed in December over a WhatsApp group set up by a number of jurors.
The jury at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court was hearing the case of six men accused of rape and other sexual offences against two teenage schoolgirls in Rochdale between 2003 and 2006.
Two months into the trial, which began in October 2025, one of the 12 jurors reported to court officials that several members of the jury had been messaging each other about a documentary about grooming gangs.
An investigation was launched and the entirety of the WhatsApp communications was examined by Judge Matthew Corbett-Jones.
In one chat exchange, a member of the group warned some of the others that viewing the broadcast was contrary to the judge’s directions, but one responded: “I’m going to watch it anyway,” followed by a smiley emoji, the court heard.
Another juror was also said to have messaged they too would watch the broadcast.
A new trial date has been set for August 2026….
Tahir Rashid, 54, from Rochdale; Mohammed Saleem, 46, from Rochdale; Iftaq Hussain, 45, of Shawforth; and Sucklane Shah, 46, of no fixed abode, all deny rape.
Arshad Mohammed, 55, of Rochdale, denies rape and assault by penetration, while Amjad Mahmood, 53, of Rochdale, denies rape, indecent assault, indecency with a child and assault by penetration.
Rashid has also pleaded not guilty to the rape of another young girl in the late 1980s.
