These three men should all be deported so the girl never has to meet them again. Sentencing should include consideration of the victim, but it rarely ever does. She should sue the state for failing to protect her.
In March 2020, Milly, then 18 years old, was raped by eight men in the basement of an apartment building in the Cité des Mordacs housing project in Champigny-sur-Marne. She was then beaten and threatened with a gun to keep her silent. Two men, now adults but tried in juvenile court because they were 15 at the time, were sentenced to 10 years in prison, the maximum sentence. A third man was sentenced to six years in prison for complicity in gang rape. Their DNA was found on the victim's clothing. Milly has previously attempted suicide and suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder. The rapists will be released from prison at barely 30 years old.
