Two Georgian twins, separated at birth when they were sold to different adoptive families<, have been reunited and have TikTok to thank for bringing them back together.

The astonishing story begins 10 years ago when one of the twins, Amy Khvitia, sat watching Georgia’s Got Talent in her godmother’s house near the Black Sea.

A young girl, who looked exactly like her, climbed up on stage and began to dance in front of the reality show’s judges.

“Everyone was calling my mum and asking: ‘Why is Amy dancing under another name?’” she told the BBC.

However, when she brought it up with her mom, she was told it was just a coincidence.

“Everyone has a doppelganger,” Amy recounted her mother as saying.

Another seven years went by when Ano Sartania, the young girl that had danced on television, was sent a Tik Tok video of a young woman with blue hair getting her eyebrow pierced.

“My friend found that video of her getting the piercing, and sent it to me. She was like, ‘It’s you’,” she told The Sun. “And I said: ‘it’s not me, but it’s me. So I was searching for that person, and I couldn’t find her.”

Determined, Ano took to a WhatsApp university group with her plea, asking for help finding the woman with the blue hair.

Against all odds, someone in the group knew Amy and the pair was connected through Facebook.

Still not knowing they were related and assuming they simply looked a lot alike, Amy and Ano agreed to meet in-person at a local train station.

“It was awkward, it was awesome, it was everything,” Ano told The Sun of that first meeting, adding, “It was weird for me like I was looking in a mirror.”

As they grew to know each other more, the two women began to list the similarities they shared and admit to being a bit unsettled by it all.

Both were born in the same hospital, but their birth certificates said they were born a couple of weeks apart. The both loved dancing and shared a genetic condition called dysplasia.

“Every time I learned something new about Ano, things got stranger,” Amy told the BBC.

Wanting answers, they turned to their families to ask some hard questions and soon had an explanation – both families admitted to adopting the girls as newborns.

It turns out both of their mothers had been unable to have children and were told they could pay to adopt unwanted babies at the hospital.

However, neither family knew that their adopted child was a twin and didn’t realize that paying to adopt was technically illegal in the country.

The revelations continue

Amy and Ano both told the BBC they were upset upon learning this news and needed more answers. They wanted to know why their biological parents have given them up and if they had been sold for profit.

They turned to a Facebook page dedicated to reuniting Georgian families with children suspected to have been illegally adopted at birth.

Through the group they met another young woman who said her mother had given birth to the a set of twins at the same hospital where Amy and Ano were born in 2002. And while she was always told that her twin sisters had died, she had doubts.

DNA tests eventually confirmed that all three were sisters, and that Amy and Ano were twins.

More shockingly, they also discovered that they had two other siblings.

The twins have since been reunited with their birth mother, Aza, who claimed she fell into a coma after delivering her identical daughters and when she woke up hospital staff told her that her babies were dead.

While Ano and Amy’s story contains a lot of coincidence on their path to reunion, their adoption circumstances aren’t that unique in Georgia – as many as 100,000 Georgian babies have been put up for illegal adoption since the 1950s on the “black baby market,” says Georgian journalist Tamuna Museridze, who has been working to reunite families.

Many of those children ended up in families as far away as Canada and the U.S., and were often sold for a lot of money.

In 2002, the Georgian government launched an investigation into this period of child trafficking and in 2005 changed its adoption legislation.

A year later, the government strengthened anti-trafficking laws, making illegal adoptions more difficult.

Organizations like "Swim Ontario" have to protect the children in their care. But, instead, they protect the paedophiles who terrify those children. No wonder Canada is rapidly approaching a culture like Sodom's, and the Judgement that follows.

The Toronto Sun reported in December: “Girls from age eight to 16 in a Swimming Canada-sanctioned swim meet in Barrie last week not only found themselves in the same pool as a transgender female swimmer but in the same changeroom, too.” The swimmer — 50-year-old Nicholas Cepeda, “who now goes by the name Melody Wiseheart” — “changed in and out of a swimsuit in the women’s locker room at the East Bayfield Community Centre during the Dec. 1 Trojan Cup.”

A comment  from one of the parents of the kids at the pool:

“The girls were terrified”….The whole thing is gross. “It’s all so confusing for the kids.”

Another comment from a parent:

“We have no idea why it is allowed…We know it’s not fair to the girls who are training at their sport and some of whom are hoping for scholarships.”

And now for the latest, as noted below by Rebel Media: “Nicholas J. Cepeda, a.k.a., ‘Melody Wiseheart’, showed up yet again to compete against teenage girls.” This time it was at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre, which hosted a swim competition where Cepeda was allowed “to swim, change and shower with real teenage girls.”

This is just stunning in its madness!

Swim Ontario has chosen exactly whose interests they consider a priority: the 50-year-old biological male over the well-being of young girls.

David Menzies from Rebel Media tried to interview staff at the pool, but he didn’t get far. After all, how on earth can anyone defend Swim Ontario’s creepy decision to allow this?

What’s next? Grown men identifying as toddlers? It actually did happen in 2022, when a Scottish transgender murderer, Sophie Eastwood, demanded to be treated like an infant because he “self-identifies as an infant.” Eastwood, who was nicknamed “Hannibal Lecter Jr.,” murdered a 22-year-old male fellow inmate, Paul Algie, using shoelaces to strangle him. The nickname stuck because “prison staff were shocked by the level of force” Eastwood used. Eastwood’s demands were being taken seriously by woke prison personnel, where Eastwood was sucking on a pacifier “much of the time.” The likes of Eastwood, however, have not been placed in nurseries. Yet.

How did Eastwood demand to be treated like an infant? Did he cry and refuse to take his bottle? An infant can't argue with words.

It comes down to how much will parents choose to tolerate.

Nicholas/Melody “identifies” as a 13-year-old girl, and thanks to the unholy trinity of diversity, equity and inclusion, this mindset allows Cepeda to swim, change and shower with real teenage girls.

But instead of taking a stance against this perversity in the pool and upholding World Aquatics guidelines, Swim Ontario is going out of its way to accommodate Cepeda. Incredibly, this woke sports regulator snuck Cepeda in to and out of the Pan Am Centre to “protect” him – not from violence, but from being asked insensitive questions….

Key Part of Law to Help Child Sex Abuse Survivors to Expire

Georgia law is set to revert to statutes of limitations as brutally cruel as those of New York. Lobbying by those who were criminally negligent in allowing child sex abuse to flourish in their institutions results in victims being re-victimized, and those responsible for both escaping accountability. And we let them get away with it!

ATLANTA, GA — After suffering through sexual abuse for a decade starting when she was 5, a Georgia woman said she was too emotionally wrecked to sue her alleged abuser until it was too late — state law says victims must file lawsuits seeking damages before they turn 23.

She got another chance when legislators in 2015 passed the Hidden Predator Act, which provided a two-year window during which victims older than that could sue their alleged abusers.

Now 28, the woman, identified in court documents only as H.M., filed a suit against her abuser in March. The case is in progress.

Other survivors may not get the same chance: The two-year window opened by the Hidden Predator Act, which went into effect July 1, 2015, expires Saturday, at which point Georgia will return to being one of the "worst five states in the country" for providing recourse for victims of childhood sex abuse, along with Alabama, Michigan, Mississippi and New York, said Marci Hamilton, a professor at the University of Pennsylvania and CEO of Child USA.

The 2015 law also provided a "discovery rule" that allows any victim of childhood sexual abuse suffered after July 1, 2015, to pursue civil action after age 23 if the lawsuit is brought within two years from the date when the victim knew or had reason to know of the abuse.

The lawmaker who sponsored the Hidden Predator Act, Republican Rep. Jason Spencer, is trying to get his colleagues in the General Assembly to extend the measure and go even further. He wants to open a new two-year window, and to expand the scope of the law to allow victims to sue both their abusers and the organizations where they worked or with which they were associated. He also wants to extend the deadline for filing a lawsuit by 15 years, to the victim's 38th birthday.

But the same intense opposition to the time exemptions that has limited efforts thus far could thwart this latest attempt, which Spencer hopes will pass in the legislative session that starts in January.

Among the opponents are religious and business interests that, while not publicly speaking against it, have actively lobbied behind closed doors to defeat Georgia's law and similar measures in other states, Hamilton said.

The opponents have argued that opening up the statute of limitations would lead to a flood of cases, false claims and ruined reputations — but Hamilton, who tracks cases around the country, says that hasn't been the case so far. In Georgia, only 10 lawsuits that would have been banned under the previous statute have been filed during the special two-year window, she said.

H.M.'s story

H.M. was adopted by her maternal aunt at a young age and thought of her aunt and uncle as her parents. When she was 5, the uncle, whom she saw as a father, began sexually abusing her, fondling her, taking naked photos of her and forcing her to perform oral sex, according to her lawsuit.

The Associated Press doesn't identify victims of alleged sexual abuse and is also not naming the alleged abuser because that information could be used to identify H.M.

H.M. said she became suicidal and had to be institutionalized shortly after she confided in her brother when she was 16. For a long time, she said in a phone interview, she just wanted to put it behind her and get on with her life, especially after a criminal case fell apart.

But a nagging feeling gnawed at her: She worried he could be abusing others.

"I had some anger and resentment, more toward myself than anything else because I felt like I should have done more," she said.

A major drawback to limiting the age by which victims who were abused as children must file lawsuits is that victims frequently unconsciously block out the abuse and only remember it years or even decades later, often not until they are in their 40s, said Emma Hetherington, who runs the Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation Clinic at the University of Georgia's law school, which is representing H.M. and other clients free of charge. Others, like H.M., may vividly recall the abuse but aren't emotionally strong enough or in a stable enough situation to pursue a lawsuit until much later.

Eliminating the statute of limitations, or at least extending the window for lawsuits, can bring justice to past victims while also identifying and stopping the predators, many of whom continue assaulting victims into their elderly years, Hamilton said.

Meredith Gardial, a post-graduate fellow at the university's clinic, says lawyers have learned that H.M.'s uncle is still working with children's groups at churches, has been trying to start a Bible study for young girls at his home, and abused his stepchildren. The lawyers have passed that information on to the state's Division of Family and Children Services.

"There are people operating in the state right now, sexually assaulting children, that they could learn about if they were to pass the new window," Hamilton said.

Sex, Drugs & ‘Naked Twister’: Georgia Mom Avoids Jail After Underage Party

A Georgia mother who performed sex acts during a lewd party with her 16-year-old daughter’s friends and provided them with alcohol and marijuana, has avoided jail.

Details of the April 2015 party hosted by 36-year-old Rachel Lynn Lehnardt for her daughter and her friends were revealed in a police report, filed by Lehnardt’s Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor.

Lehnardt told the sponsor that four of her children were with their father when her oldest daughter asked if she could have friends over “to party.” Lehnardt allegedly replied “Come on, let’s party.”

The report details Lehnardt’s claims that she allowed the teenagers to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana in her home and “divulged that the group of minors and her” played “naked twister” in the living room.

Lenhardt allegedly had sex with an 18-year-old friend of her daughter’s in a bathroom, performed sex acts before the group, and languished in a hot tub before passing out.

Her sponsor said Lehnardt claimed she woke up in her bed while being raped by her daughter’s 16-year-old boyfriend. She filed no sexual assault charges.

Lehnardt was sentenced to 12-months probation and fined $100 for each of six counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Following her arrest last year, Lehnardt issued a statement through her attorney claiming “many of the allegations are exaggerated”, that she was “extremely remorseful” and was “obtaining professional and pastoral counseling to ensure that this conduct is never repeated.”

Lehnardt said she was still a supporter of the Alcoholics Anonymous program and would continue to participate in it.

MARIETTA, GEORGIA -- A former Cobb County Republican Party leader was arrested Friday and charged with child molestation, police in Cobb County confirm.

Authorities say Joseph Russell Dendy, 71, was arrested in Cobb County after investigators learned that Dendy was wanted for child abuse-related charges out of Ann Arbor, Mich. and Laurens, S.C.

Police did not specify when the warrants in the other states were issued or go into detail about those charges. In Cobb County, Dendy faces child molestation and aggravated child molestation charges related to incidents that allegedly happened at his Cobb County home.

Dendy's attorney told the Marietta Daily Journal in an email that his client would be pleading not guilty to all charges and would be conducting his own independent investigation.

Dendy is being held without bond in Cobb County Jail.

Another source says that Denby is accused of molesting two boys, 4 and 12 years of age.

A former high-ranking corrections officer at a southeast Georgia women's prison used his position of power to prey on inmates, targeting their vulnerabilities and forcing them to have sex with him, according to investigators.

Over at least four years, Edgar Daniel Johnson groped and fondled women and forced some to have sex with him, according to sworn statements filed in warrant applications by an investigator for the Georgia Department of Corrections.

He faces criminal charges, and his lawyer said Johnson, 48, looks forward to defending himself.

'Mr Johnson vehemently denies the allegations, and we look forward to having the opportunity to confront these charges in court,' attorney Kendall Gross said.

The Associated Press spoke to four of 13 women who say Johnson victimized them while they were inmates at Emanuel Women's Facility in Swainsboro. The AP generally does not name alleged victims of sexual crimes.

They said Johnson initially seemed like someone who cared, a comfort in a scary place, said one woman who was 25 and had never been in prison when she landed at Emanuel.

She was jailed on charges related to an injury her son suffered while with her ex when the boy was supposed to be in her custody. Johnson said he was a pastor and recited passages from the Bible to her.

Then, she said, he started telling her how pretty she was, how a girl like her didn't belong in prison. He asked about her family. He was a captain, so he could help her get to a transitional center closer to her children, he told her.

'He got a feel for your story to see what angle he could come at you with,' she said.

Her assigned work detail included cleaning his office, but she said he'd summon her more often than needed - up to five or six times a day - sometimes having an officer wake her from a nap to go and see him.

He'd give her tasks to keep her in the office or sometimes he'd just have her sit there, she said.

He quickly started making sexual comments and brushing up against her in a way that was too familiar, she claims.

'You kind of just blocked it out, thinking: If I can just get out of his office without anything happening, I'll be fine,' she said. 'I guess after a while you just learn to deal with it.'

The comments and unwelcome touching continued for about 18 months. Then in April 2013, as she was about to be transferred to a transitional center closer to her family near Atlanta, he forced her to have sex with him five or six times, threatening to stop her transfer if she didn't, she alleged.

Johnson continued to contact her for the first six months she was in the transitional center, saying he missed her and that he looked up her photo in her file every day, she said.

She never told anyone what was happening, but it was an open secret at the prison, she said. She was afraid of retaliation if she complained because he'd said repeatedly that he basically ran the place.

Georgia Department of Corrections spokeswoman Lisa Rodriguez-Presley said the warden at the prison initiated an investigation immediately after she became aware of the allegations.

'We take very seriously allegations of this nature, which cause unjust risk and harm to the individuals we supervise as well as the safe operation of our facilities,' she wrote in an email.

The women in this case said Johnson forced them to have sex. But even consensual sex between an inmate and a prison employee is illegal.

Because inmates are vulnerable to sexual assault both by prison staff and other inmates, Congress in 2003 passed the Prison Rape Elimination Act, which calls for corrections systems to have a zero-tolerance policy on prison rape.

The Georgia Department of Corrections is actively implementing that law and expects to be fully compliant by August 2016, Rodriguez-Presley said.

When an investigator from the Department of Corrections came to see the woman at the transitional center in April, she initially told him nothing had happened. She didn't trust him because he worked for the department.

Back in her room, she broke down in tears, finally deciding it was time to say something. She caught the investigator before he left and told him everything, she said.

The other women who spoke to the AP told similar stories, detailing how Johnson first told them he was a pastor and offered to use his influence to help them. Then came the comments, the touching and the forced sex, they said.

He identified their vulnerabilities to manipulate them, they said. One had a brother serving a life sentence at another Georgia prison and Johnson threatened to make his life miserable, she said.

Another had a baby while in the county lockup before being moved to prison, and she said he told her he'd keep her away from her baby and five other kids.

After being transferred to a higher-security prison in July 2012, a woman who said she had begun challenging Johnson wrote a complaint against him and gave it to the warden at her new prison. In it, she named several other women as victims.

Clay Nix, an inspector with the Department of Corrections' office of professional standards, said one of his investigators has identified 13 women who say Johnson victimized them, and the investigation is ongoing.

Once it's done, the case will be turned over to the district attorney for presentation to a grand jury.

Johnson was fired from his job in April amid the allegations and was arrested in May on multiple charges related to the investigation. He's free on bond.

Nix declined to get into specifics of the investigation because it's still active, but he said it was prompted by complaints from inmates who told very specific stories with many similarities and details no one else would know.

'It became quickly apparent the allegations were most likely true,' he said.

Once they began looking into Johnson, they discovered the 2012 complaint against him and evidence that it was thoroughly investigated but never presented to the district attorney, said Nix, who came to the department in August 2013.

Bringing criminal charges can be very difficult when there's no physical evidence and a case is based on inmate outcry alone, he said.

The women who say they were victimized by Johnson recall that he compared himself - going by his middle name - to the biblical Daniel in the lion's den, saying he always comes out on top, no matter what he's up against.

They use words like 'ruined' and 'broken' to describe how they feel as a result of his alleged actions.

The four who spoke to the AP are all out of jail and said they have trouble trusting people, especially men, which makes finding a job or forming personal relationships difficult.

Walter Madison, a lawyer who represents six of the women, has helped them start an online fundraising campaign to pay for counseling and other expenses.

He said they're also considering civil litigation. They need to get back on their feet and feel confidence in themselves again, he said.

'We did a crime and we were sentenced, but nowhere did it say that we had to be his sex slaves,' said the first woman described above. 'He took something from us that we can never get back.'

Georgia GOP Consultant Forced Boys to Perform Sex Acts in Church

A Republican political consultant from Georgia was sued this week for allegedly forcing boys to perform sex acts and videotaping it.

WSAV reported that attorneys for Matt Stanley filed a lawsuit against Jim Collins for abuse that occurred between from 1996 and 2002 while attending First Baptist Church Vidalia, where Collins was a youth volunteer.

Collins is accused of instructing boys to perform “individual sexual acts, both privately and in a group setting.” The lawsuit alleges that he recorded the boys performing the acts at least once while at church. The “highly inappropriate, sexualized physical contact with many of the boys” continued while Collins was chaperoning out-of-town trips, the lawsuit says.

Stanley said that he was abused “more than a hundred times” from the age of 11 until he was 18 years old.

At a press conference on Monday, attorney Jameson Carroll praised Stanley for coming forward to file the lawsuit.

“Matt could have sued under a pseudonym, he could have sued and asked this case be filed under seal but he didn’t, and I think it’s very brave,” Carroll noted.

The case was filed under Georgia’s updated Georgia Hidden Predator Act, which gives accusers a longer period of time to file complaints.

Although the lawsuit names 50 other organizations which were “negligent” by not protecting the boys, Georgia’s laws do not allow churches or businesses to be sued.

OK, churches I can see, maybe, but businesses? You can't sue a business? How crazy is that?

According to his LinkedIn profile, Collins is currently employed at CSG International, a software and consulting firm. A bio provided by his previous employer, iSquared Communications, calls Collins “a top political advisor and strategist for new Senate Majority Leader Tommy Williams.” It also indicates that he “managed the campaigns for several of the Capitol’s new South Georgia incumbents.”

In a statement, the leadership of First Baptist Church said that it was “deeply saddened” by the allegations against Collins.

However, the statement insisted that “First Baptist Church, Vidalia did absolutely nothing wrong.”

Great! That's taking responsibility. How could hundreds of depraved acts occurring in your building not be, at least, somewhat your responsibility?

“Mr. Stanley failed to come forward to Church leadership, or anyone else, with any allegations until nearly a decade after the alleged abuse ended,” the statement continued. “Despite Mr. Stanley’s decision not to report the alleged abuse to the police, the Church has cooperated fully with the authorities as they have investigated claims against Mr. Collins.

This is not the least bit unusual in child sex abuse cases. You should know that!

Despite the lack of any criminal prosecution against the accused, the Church forced him to resign from any volunteer position with the Church and forbade him from having any contact with any youth member of the Church.”

So, the question is, why? If you don't believe Mr Stanley, why force Collins to resign? Are you all about 'appearance'? Are you more concerned about the collection plate than the alleged innocence of a long-term volunteer?
