Islam in America > Muslim massage therapist charged with rape, etc.; Tucson Muslim murders two gays then suicides

Ohio: Muslim massage therapist charged with rape, sexual battery and kidnapping

Why does this keep happening? Yes, sexual molestation happens all over. But we see Muslim migrants involved in this kind of story is seen on a not infrequent basis. Why? One reason may be because such treatment of infidel women is sanctioned in the Qur’an.

In France, a Muslim quoted Qur’an while raping his victim. A survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK has said that her rapists would quote the Qur’an to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam. Thus it came as no surprise when Muslim migrants in France raped a girl and videoed the rape while praising Allah and invoking the Qur’an. In India, a Muslim gave a Qur’an and a prayer rug to the woman he was holding captive and repeatedly raping. And the victim of an Islamic State jihadi rapist recalled: “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God…He said that raping me is his prayer to God.” In India, a Muslim kidnapped and raped a 14-year-old Hindu girl, and forced her to read the Qur’an and Islamic prayers. In Pakistan, another Christian woman recounted that her rapist was also religious: “He threw me on the bed and started to rape me. He demanded I marry him and convert to Islam. I refused. I am not willing to deny Jesus and he said that if I would not agree he would kill me.” Rapists demanded that another girl’s family turn her over to them, claiming that she had recited the Islamic profession of faith during the rape and thus could not live among infidels.

The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their veils close around them. That will be better, so that they may be recognized and not molested. Allah is always forgiving, merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.

Arizona: ‘Practicing Muslim’ Migrant Murders Two Outside Tucson Gay Bar

Another jihad attack that won’t be recognized as such?

Police Line Crime Scene by Tony Webster, Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0

A Muslim migrant murdered two people outside a gay bar in Tucson, Arizona early on Monday morning, and the establishment media is busy covering for the Islamic motivations of the killer. Of course. It’s what they do every time.

The Arizona Daily Star’s Tucson.com reported Thursday that “a cousin of Ousman Ceesay, the man police say killed two people outside a Tucson gay bar before shooting himself, said he never heard anti-gay sentiments from Ceesay, despite his growing up in a country that criminalizes homosexuality.” Oh, well, then! As long as he wasn’t anti-gay!

Ceesay’s cousin, Muhammad Sylva, explained: “We don’t talk about those things here, because you hardly see it.” That is hardly a ringing defense of tolerance and pluralism, and Sylva didn’t make Ceesay look any more accepting of Western values as he explained the shooter’s background.

Sylva “said he and his cousin Ceesay grew up in the same household in the West African nation of The Gambia, and they remained close after Ceesay moved to the U.S. around 2010. The topic of homosexuality, or opposition to it, never came up with Ceesay when they were young, nor in the years after Ceesay moved to the U.S. to attend college, said Sylva, in a Wednesday phone call from The Gambia, where Ceesay’s family still lives.”

Demonstrating an awareness of what Western leftists want to hear the most, Sylva said: “Ousman doesn’t have the time to talk about hating people. Throughout our conversations, through the 17 years he spent in the U.S., he doesn’t talk about that.”

Nevertheless, “Tucson police say Ceesay was carrying a list of LGBTQIA+ associated businesses at the time he fatally shot Vincent Anthony Siqueiros, 42, and Cameron Davis Capara, 33, in the parking lot of Venture-N, a long-standing gay bar on North Sixth Avenue.” Not only that, but “police are investigating the Aug. 31 shooting as a hate crime.”

This was because “a search warrant served on Ceesay’s home Monday afternoon turned up a note indicating ‘hate toward the LGBTQIA+ community,’ Tucson police said. Police said Tuesday that Ceesay had no prior connection to the victims, who died at the scene early Monday morning. Ceesay died later at the hospital, after also shooting himself, police say.”

The Daily Star brought in Sylva for more cleanup work on this, lest anyone come away from this story with a negative view of Islam: “Due to the shame associated with homosexuality in The Gambia, gay people hide their sexuality, so it’s unusual to hear much about the topic, Sylva said.” Sylva tried his hand at some moral equivalence: “Here, we have two religions. We have Christians and we have Muslims living here. Both faiths here don’t accept homosexuality.” Yes, but only one of them will kill you for it. “So if you’re doing it here, you hide it. … It’s not something we talk about.”

This moral equivalence mop-up work of Islam’s image was necessary because “Ceesay was a practicing Muslim who often prayed five times a day and participated in fasts, Sylva said. But Ceesay’s faith was not ‘extreme,’ he said.”

Indeed it wasn’t. A hadith depicts Muhammad specifying the punishment for homosexual activity: “The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘Whoever you find doing the action of the people of Loot [Lot], execute the one who does it and the one to whom it is done.’” (Sunan Abu Dawud 4462) Nothing extreme about that. It’s just basic Islam.

This is being investigated as a “hate crime,” but not as a jihad attack. Law enforcement officials have no category for jihad attacks. They do not exist. Yet they keep on happening, in the U.S. and elsewhere, and the longer authorities ignore their ideological roots, the more serious the problem will get.

The only piece that doesn’t fit is the fact that Ousman Ceesay killed himself. He may have expected that police would kill him, and was hoping that Allah would still accept him as a martyr for murdering the two Infidels. Or there could be some other explanation. But we will never know, because will not pursue this question, being unaware of its significance.

CSA in the USA > Norfolk man abuses 9 y/o girl; Rural PA man gets 17 years for CSA; Crackdown on pedos in Montana

Norfolk man sentenced for sexual abuse of a 9-year-old girl

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Rashid Bilal Ebron, 33, was sentenced to 14 years in prison after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl.

Rashid Bilal Ebron- Norfolk Sheriff’s Office

In September 2025, Ebron was staying with a family member, who was the legal guardian of the 9-year-old victim. On September 19, Ebron was left alone in the residence with the victim. He proposed that they play a game that was inspired by a social media challenge in which a blindfolded participant tastes and is asked to identify assorted condiments.

Ebron blindfolded the child with his shirt and, as the “game” progressed, he put one of the condiments on his penis instead of on a spoon. The victim quickly realized Ebron had put something wrong in her mouth, took off the blindfold, saw that it was his penis, and left the room.

When the victim’s guardian returned home, the victim told her what had happened. The guardian confronted Ebron, who then left the residence. The following day, the victim was taken to the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters and reported Mr. Ebron to the hospital and to the Norfolk Police Department.

After a forensic interview with the victim and an investigation, police arrested Ebron and charged him with sodomy of a victim under age 13 and taking indecent liberties with a child.

Ebron pleaded guilty to the charges on April 20. A Norfolk judge sentenced him on Aug. 28 to a total active sentence of 14 years in prison. Under the conditions of the plea agreement, Ebron must complete a period of uniform good behavior and indeterminate supervised probation. He must also register as a sex offender.

“Mr. Ebron committed a serious crime against an innocent child, and he will now serve a serious sentence in prison and will have a lifetime requirement to register as a sex offender,” said Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney Ramin Fatehi. “We are judged as a society with how we protect our most vulnerable citizens, and my office and I will continue to hold accountable the people who hurt our children.”

Rockefeller Township man sentenced to up to 17 years for sexual abuse of child

SUNBURY — A Rockefeller Township man convicted of sexually abusing an 11-year-old girl was sentenced Wednesday to 38 months to 17 years in state prison, followed by six years of probation.

Northumberland County President Judge Paige Rosini also ordered Michael Bishop, 49, to register as a Tier III sex offender for life.

Bishop was denied bail pending appeal.

A Northumberland County jury in June convicted Bishop of two counts of indecent assault of a person younger than 13, two misdemeanor counts of indecent assault without consent and one felony count of corruption of minors. He was acquitted of two aggravated indecent assault charges.

Before sentencing Wednesday, the two convictions for indecent assault of a person younger than 13 were reduced from third-degree felonies to first-degree misdemeanors after chief public defender Cory Leshner argued the jury had not made the required finding of coercive force.

Prosecutors opposed the reduction, arguing the victim’s testimony established coercive conduct.

Senior Deputy Attorney General Julie Danchak and Deputy Attorney General Rachael Coleman prosecuted the case.

The victim and members of her family addressed the court before Rosini imposed the sentence. Rosini also reviewed letters submitted on Bishop’s behalf.

The victim’s grandfather told Bishop he had taken away his granddaughter’s innocence and described the fear she must have experienced when her mother left for work.

“I hope you get the max sentence before you ruin any more lives,” he told Bishop.

The victim’s mother said Bishop had been someone who was supposed to be a trusted adult but betrayed that trust.

“I’ve watched my daughter carry the consequences of something that was never her fault,” she said.

The victim also addressed Bishop directly, wiping away tears from the prior two testimonies before speaking.

“My voice is exactly what you feared most,” she told Bishop.

She described having lost control over her own life but said she now feels freer and would not let Bishop decide what she will become.

Bishop addressed the court before sentencing and continued to deny committing the crimes.

“If I go to jail today, it will destroy me,” Bishop said. “I didn’t do anything.”

Bishop said he had been a stay-at-home father who cared for his son and other children. He denied manipulating his son against the victim and her family.

The victim’s grandfather, however, accused Bishop of turning his grandson against his family.

“You’ve convinced my grandson that his mother and sister are liars,” he said.

The investigation began in July 2020 after the victim’s mother discovered messages on her daughter’s phone and reported the matter to ChildLine. A friend of Bishop later reported that Bishop had admitted to the abuse, and Pennsylvania State Police charged him in September 2021.

Authorities Put Huge Dent in Montana Child Sex Crimes

'Huge dent' may be an overstatement here. The writer is probably not aware of just how much child sex abuse occurs in Montana. Consider that one in 4 or 5 girls and about one in 10 boys have been sexually abused. These 5 creeps mentioned below are a small drop in a very large bucket.

Montana law enforcement has been on a hot streak as of late. Recently, I've been able to share stories about law enforcement cracking down on drugs and with great success.

Now, we get to talk about their crackdown on criminals preying on children.

Montana Law Enforcement Targets Child Predators Across the State

I keep a close eye on what our law enforcement and federal authorities are up to when it comes to crime in our state.

I recently noticed a string of sentencing announcements, all involving individuals charged with sexual crimes against children.

It's a strong indicator that law enforcement isn't just going after the drug dealers and traffickers, but also the sickos preying on children in our community.

Montana Child Predators Face Punishments for Their Disgusting Crimes

We'll just look at recent cases starting on August 26th when a 50-year-old Red Lodge Man, Jeremy Dean Ruby, was sentenced to six years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release for possessing child pornography on his phone. Officials say he had "hundreds" of videos and caught him during a search warrant they executed because they suspected he was a drug trafficker.

Also on August 26th, another man, 24-year-old Cameron Lee Powell of Kalispell plead guilty to one count of producing child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography. For the first count, he faces up to 30 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and over $70,000 in special assessments.

For the second count, he faces up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and over $50,000 in special assessments.

He admitted to "coercing an 11-year-old girl into sending him Child Sex Abuse Materials (CSAM) over Snapchat."

More Montana Predators Busted by Authorities

The very next day, 39-year-old Johnathan Key Tucker out of Missoula was sentenced to 16 years and eight months in prison (followed by a lifetime of supervised release) for distributing and collecting child pornography. Authorities alleged he had "over 27,000 images of Child Sex Abuse Material" and distributed at least three videos.

Next up is 41-year-old Derek Allen Moderie out of Missoula who plead guilty to two counts of distributing child pornography yesterday (9/1). He faces up to 40 years in prison, lifetime supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and "approximately $50,000 in special assessments."

Authorities say tips from Google and Instagram were to thank for Moderie's arrest.

Then yesterday, 49-year-old Bradley Dale Evans of Babb pleaded guilty to one count of abusive sexual contact and will face up to life in prison, a $250,000 fine, up to a lifetime of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.

Documents allege he sexually abused a child under the age of 12 in a home near Babb.

Child Predators Have No Place in this World

While I'm glad that authorities are cracking down on child predators, I, like a lot of people, wish they could all be taken off the street and disposed of.

That said, you have to commend law enforcement for staying busy and bringing these sickos to justice.

Here's to all of the law enforcement, federal authorities, and any other officials involved in bringing these troubled criminals to justice. Thank you for fighting the good fight and keep up the solid work.

Foxes in the American Henhouse > NE investigator investigated for CSAM; Miami-Dade Fireman guilty again; WIS Boy Scout volunteer arrested for CSA; MD police Sergeant arrested w/o bail

Former Nebraska police investigator faces federal child sex abuse material charges

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - A former North Platte police investigator who worked internet crimes against children cases has resigned following his arrest on federal charges of possessing child sex abuse materials.

John Deal, 46, of North Platte, made his initial appearance in federal court on Tuesday.

The North Platte Police Department released an official statement on Wednesday, clarifying the timeline of the investigation and confirming that Deal resigned immediately following his arrest Monday.

According to a release by Public Information Officer Sergeant J. Johnson, the North Platte Police Department was first notified on Aug. 4 that the FBI had served a search warrant at Deal’s residence. At that time, Deal was immediately placed on administrative leave.

Because the federal criminal complaint and search warrant were sealed, the department was not provided with specific details regarding the allegations. On Monday the FBI informed the department that a federal warrant had been issued and Deal was arrested. He resigned shortly thereafter.

The federal criminal complaint was unsealed on Tuesday afternoon, allowing the department to review the specific allegations for the first time.

According to the federal complaint, Deal first came to the attention of FBI investigators last year following a CyberTip. The parent company of Cash App flagged a Bitcoin transaction from Deal’s account to a digital wallet known for purchasing child sexual abuse materials and reported it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

During the search of Deal’s home on Aug. 4, investigators seized a computer, an iPad and an iPhone. A digital forensics search of the devices uncovered a history of accessing at least 48

encrypted TOR network addresses containing child sex abuse materials, along with 13 additional sites that had already been shut down. Ultimately, investigators found 82 files of child sex abuse materials on the seized devices.

Deal had been employed with the North Platte Police Department for 21 years and previously served as a task force officer with Homeland Security Investigations, where he handled child exploitation cases.

Court documents show that investigators consulted North Platte Police Chief Steve Reeves, who confirmed Deal was not tasked with undercover operations and “should not be working child exploitation cases from his home computer or residence.”

Former Miami-Dade firefighter found guilty of sexually abusing children — again

Fernando Castano Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation

A former Miami-Dade firefighter was found guilty on Monday of sexually abusing children in a new trial stemming from an appeals court overturning his convictions. Fernando Castano, 52, was convicted by a six-person jury after more than three hours of deliberation. The allegations against Castano surfaced after he was arrested in connection to a 2021 domestic dispute with his now ex-wife.

In 2022, Castano was convicted of a slew of charges linked to him allegedly sexually abusing the children — and pulling a gun on his then-wife during the dispute. Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Ellen Sue Venzer, who presided over the retrial, had sentenced Castano to life in prison.

The ex-firefighter, who worked the 2021 Surfside condo collapse, blamed stress from responding to the tragedy for pulling the weapon. Facing the jury, prosecutor Natalie Snyder said the sexual abuse had been going on for years, so there were no injuries on the underage victims. But several pieces in that evidence pointed to Castano’s guilt. The victims testified in court about the abuse. Castano’s wife was aware of the allegations. The abuse, Snyder said, was confirmed through text messages.

Use your common sense,” Snyder said. “There’s no other explanation.” The prosecutor, in her closing argument, urged the jury to find Castano guilty. “This nightmare, this secret has finally bubbled over,” Snyder said. The sexual abuse allegations, defense attorney Jude Faccidomo said, were like a “game of telephone.” He said the victims concocted the abuse because they were in fear of Castano. Looking at the jury, Faccidomo said he argued that the allegations against Castano were not proven beyond a reasonable doubt. “There were things that came out on the stand that do not paint my client in the best light,” Faccidomo said. “That is not why you are here.”

Why was the case back in court? In May 2025, the Third District Court of Appeal reversed Castano’s convictions on the sex-abuse charges, citing how prosecutors introduced the testimony of Castano’s pastor. Castano had been convicted of sexual battery, lewd and lascivious molestation of a child and lewd and lascivious exhibition.

During Castano’s original trial, the pastor testified that Castano told her he had “sexual encounters” with one of the underage victims. The pastor, according to the court’s opinion, spoke to Castano’s then-wife, who “confirmed the abuse.” Conversations with members of clergy are often privileged and cannot be introduced as evidence against a defendant. The appeals court also ruled that Venzer, the trial judge, incorrectly allowed the pastor’s testimony. That testimony, the court found, was not harmless error, meaning that it could have led to Castano’s conviction. Judge Venzer had found that Castano’s communication with the pastor was not privileged because Castano and his pastor met at a football field during a practice and not in private. But the appeals court said Castano had an expectation of privacy, focusing on how he did not intend for his conversation with the pastor to be disclosed to others aside from his then-wife.

Judge denies bail for Anne Arundel County sergeant accused of assaulting teen at Severna Park home

The Anne Arundel County Police sergeant accused of raping a minor will remain in jail after a judge denied bail Tuesday.

James Shoults
, 59, is being held on seven criminal counts, including second-degree rape, sexual abuse of a minor and child abuse.

According to charging documents, the 31-year veteran of the department, sexually assaulted a 16-year-old who thought of him like a father figure after getting her intoxicated at his Severna Park home on Jan. 10.

The girl's mother reported the incident to the police in late July. Shoults was arrested and charged Monday.

Court documents allege the officer communicated with the girl on his police-issued phone.

According to the documents, on the night of Jan. 10, the victim went to Shoults' house after hanging out. The victim says he gave her alcoholic drinks.

Child advocate Adam Rosenberg, a former sex crimes prosecutor, said a few things jumped out to him when reviewing this case.

"It's a reminder that most sexual abuse of children occurs from someone who the child and the family knows and trusts," Rosenberg told WBAL-TV 11 News. "That stranger danger really is a myth from the 1970s."

Rosenberg said the child abuse charge indicates there was a custodial relationship and called the allegations around alcohol a grooming "red flag."

"Abuse occurs because somebody's able to gain the trust, not just of the child, but the whole family, and unfortunately, in too many cases, they use that trust to be able to exploit and abuse the child there," he said.

Two people who identified themselves as the defendant's family members attended Tuesday's bail review.

Shoults is due back in court at the end of the month.
