Islam's rape/torture of Yazidi girl results in trial in France for ISIS bride

France: Former wife of ISIS commander to stand trial

for Yazidi genocide and crimes against humanity

Sonia Mejri could not possibly face adequate justice in France for her part in “genocide and crimes against humanity.”

In 2018, an Iraqi judge said that he was sentencing ISIS jihadis from the UK to death in order to protect Britain. ISIS brides are every bit as dangerous as their male counterparts. Many Yazidis reported about the ISIS “theology of rape,” as well as about torture and how ISIS brides participated in it.

The Wilson Center reported this about ISIS’ theology:

Islamic State militants crossed a last possible boundary of decency by citing the Quran as authority for the barbarism they have been practicing against women. Equally disturbing, Arab leaders and the ulama, the clerical leaders of Islam, have been silent in the face of this effrontery.

The Wilson Center is indignant because it assumes the Quran doesn’t teach what ISIS claims. Unfortunately, ISIS has a case.

Initially, “the French government long refused mass repatriations of children and wives, dealing with them on a case-by-case basis that rights groups criticised as deliberately slow.” In January 2023, France finally repatriated 15 women and 32 children from jihadist prison camps in Syria. Human Rights Watch reported what “welcome news” it was, citing the “hellish” living conditions in the camps for these poor families. The gross indifference of these so-called human rights advocates to what jihadi brides have inflicted upon Yazidis is beyond the pale, from assisting their husbands in torture and rape, to the most gruesome murders. Once these ISIS brides are repatriated, after telling gullible Westerners what they want to hear, they often continue their jihadi missions on Western soil, while liberals advocate for them and dismiss the major threat they pose to society.

The mere fact that France allowed the repatriation of ISIS brides demonstrates how ill-equipped the country is to deal with them. France’s ongoing lax immigration policy is another show of the country’s ineptitude regarding national security.

Former wife of IS commander to stand trial in France on Yazidi genocide charges

Radio France Internationale, September 25, 2024:

The 35-year-old, originally from southern France, is accused of enslaving a teenage Yazidi girl in Syria in 2015 while living with her ex-husband Abdelnasser Benyoucef, a key figure in IS’s external operations.

Benyoucef is believed to be dead, though an arrest warrant has been issued for him.

The investigating judge has ordered a trial for Benyoucef on charges of genocide, crimes against humanity and complicity in these crimes, as well as directing a criminal terrorist association.

Sonia Mejri’s lawyer, has reportedly disputed the charges throughout the pre-trial investigation.

‘Inhuman acts’

According to the committal order, the judge has requested that the former couple be tried before a specially composed jury court for slavery, imprisonment, torture, rape or complicity in rape, persecution and inhuman acts committed against the Yazidi minority.

Among these inhuman acts, the order highlights “forced conversion or the couple’s attempt to achieve it”, such as “ablutions after rapes” attributed to Benyoucef on the teenager.

Abdelnasser Benyoucef – alias Abou Mouthanahas already been convicted in-absentia in France for an aborted attack in the southern Paris suburb of Villejuif in 2015.

He is believed to have been (killed?) in 2016 in the Syrian-Iraqi border region under IS control in coalition air strikes.

Testimony of Yazidi ‘slave’

Sonia Mejri is also to appear in court on charges of membership of a criminal terrorist association.

Imprisoned upon her return to France from Syria, Mejri had given evidence in trials for defendents charged with terrorist crimes – evidence that her legal council, Nabil Boudi, maintains proves her to be a “convinced repentant”.…

Being repentant would require her to renounce Islam. Whether she does or not, she still has to pay for the crimes against the Yazidi girl who was so badly abused in her presence.

This is Islam > Unspeakable Horror, unimaginable evil by Gazans upon hundreds of Israelis - 2 stories; Islamic madness afflicts Congresswoman

Hamas jihadis had ‘a thing with sexual organs’

and targeted genitalia of Israeli victims

Why? Primarily in order to “strike terror in the enemies of Allah” (Qur’an 8:60), and to humiliate those who they hated. But also because Islam exalts sexual activity as essentially the highest good a human being can attain, since it is what the blessed will be engaging in forever in paradise. As far as they’re concerned, to destroy one’s ability to engage in it is to strike at the most precious aspect of humanity.

Hamas terrorists had ‘a thing with sexual organs’ and

targeted genitalia of Israeli victims: UN testimony

Caution: very disturbing graphic descriptions of Hamas depravity

by Yaron Steinbuch, New York Post, December 5, 2023:

Barbaric Hamas terrorists had “a thing with sexual organs’’ and targeted the genitalia of male and female victims during their Oct. 7 attack on Israel, according to harrowing United Nations testimony Monday.

Some of the fiends’ unspeakable acts involved a murdered woman found with “nails and different objects in her female organs” and a gang-rape victim who had one of her breasts cut off — with her attackers then playing with it in the road, Israel said.

There were “horrific things I saw with my own eyes and I felt with my own hands,” said stricken Simcha Greinman, a volunteer who helped collect the remains of the slaughtered victims, according to the New York Times.

The Jewish state accused the UN during the special session of moving too slowly to address reports that the terror group unleashed sexual violence as a weapon of war in its attack, NBC News reported.

“This was premeditated. This was planned. This was instructed,” Israeli UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan said at the session, held at the UN’s Manhattan headquarters, according to All Israel News.

“Sadly, the very international bodies that are supposedly the defenders of all women showed that when it comes to Israelis, indifference is acceptable,” he said.

“To these organizations, Israeli women are not women, the rape of Israelis is not an act of rape. Their silence has been deafening,” he added, referring to UN groups and the international community.

About 800 people, including Jewish groups and diplomats from dozens of countries, attended the presentation, which laid out the evidence of large-scale sexual violence.

A female police officer said in video testimony played at the event that during the sneak attack, “shooting was targeted at sexual organs,” adding, “We saw that a lot,” All Israel reported.

“The women we received, they were civilian. … We mainly saw either breast amputations or gunshots just to the breast, simply shooting from one side of the breast to the other,” another female cop said.

It seems to me that Muslims generally hate women.

“As for men, they were also shot in their genitalia,” she added.

One of the officers said, “They had a thing with sexual organs — both in women and in men, either amputation or targeted shooting [to that part of the body],” the Messenger reported.

Shari Mendes, a member of an Israel Defense Forces reserve unit in charge of identifying and preparing the bodies of female soldiers for burial, also testified that she saw “systematic genital mutilation,” according to All Israel.

One female survivor of the attack on a musical festival where hundreds of people were massacred described how a woman was raped during the atrocity.

“I remember how [one attacker] shifted her position, then passed her on to another person,” she recalled in the video testimony.

“She was alive. … She was standing. … She was bleeding from her back. … She had a long hair, and he was pulling it. … She wasn’t dressed. … He cut her breast. He threw it on the road, and they played with it,” the woman recounted in the gruesome testimony.

Israeli national police Superintendent Yael Richert, who presented the sickening accounts, said, “Everything was an apocalypse of corpses — girls without any clothes on, without tops, without underwear, people cut in half, butchered, some were beheaded.”…

This is unbelievable inhumanity, and yet, you don't find these stories in mainstream media. Apparently, the world didn't suffer enough shame during and after the holocaust, for it appears we learned absolutely nothing from it.

When Jesus returns, which will be soon, there will be a terrible reckoning!

Gang rapes, beheadings, genital mutilation:

Survivors recall unspeakable Hamas atrocities

Survivor recalls how ‘woman with the face of an angel’ was gang raped by 10 terrorists, while others were shot in the genitals or beheaded.

By David Rosenberg, World Israel News

As hostages returned to Israel during last week’s ceasefire share details of the atrocities they witnessed during the October 7th invasion, alongside testimonies by other survivors of the Hamas massacres, there is growing evidence that the Gaza-based terror organization conducted an orchestrated campaign of sexual terror and physical mutilation.

While signs of rape and torture were evident since the immediate aftermath of the October 7th invasion, physical evidence gathered from the scenes of the various massacres and testimony from witnesses appears to corroborate claims by a number of captured Hamas terrorists that they were encouraged to rape Israeli women and girls and to behead their victims to instill fear.

Yoni Saadon, a 39-year-old a foundry shift manager and father of four, was one of the survivors at the Supernova music festival outside of Re’im, where at least 364 partygoers were slaughtered by Gaza terrorists.

Speaking with The Sunday Times, Saadon recalled the grisly atrocities committed by Hamas terrorists, including decapitation and gang rape.

Hiding under the dead body of a women shot during the initial attack, Saadon smeared her blood on himself to convince passing terrorists he too was dead.

An hour later, Saadon witnessed a young woman begging to be killed as she was gang raped by at least eight Hamas terrorists.

“I saw this beautiful woman with the face of an angel and eight or ten of the fighters beating and raping her. She was screaming, ‘Stop it — already I’m going to die anyway from what you are doing, just kill me!’ When they finished they were laughing and the last one shot her in the head.

Later, hiding in some bushes, Saadon saw another young woman decapitated with a shovel after she resisted attempts by two terrorists to rape her.

“They had caught a young woman near a car and she was fighting back, not allowing them to strip her. They threw her to the ground and one of the terrorists took a shovel and beheaded her and her head rolled along the ground.”

Shelly Harush, an Israel Police commander tasked with investigating the sexual terrorism committed on October 7th, shared some of the horrifying details of testimonials collected by witnesses and search and rescue teams, who often found undeniable signs of sexual assault and torture.

“It’s clear now that sexual crimes were part of the planning and the purpose was to terrify and humiliate people,” Harush told the Times.

“As a Jewish mother the mind and soul cannot bear,” Harush continued, describing “girls whose pelvises were broken they had been raped so much.”

Some of the sexual abuse was evident in video footage released by the Hamas terrorists themselves, including videos of women who had been stripped, including some with blood visible on their underwear.

When volunteers from ZAKA, the rescue and recovery organization, began collecting the victims’ remains, however, it became clear the scope of the sexual assaults was far greater than initially believed.

Many of the murdered women and girls were found stripped partially or completely naked, and many had clear signs of sexual violence, including bloody genitalia.

“We didn’t understand at first,” said Dr. Cochav Elkayam-Levy, who is leading a civilian probe into sexual terrorism during the October 7th invasion.

In some cases, the murdered victims bore signs of sexual mutilation, including gunshot wounds to their genitals.

“Their faces were in anguish and often their fingers clenched as they died,” said Shari, 60-year-0ld Jerusalemite who volunteered to help identify the victims’ remains and prepare them for burial.

We saw women whose pelvises were broken. Legs broken. There were women who had been shot in the crotch, in the breasts.

“There seems no doubt what happened to them.”

Where are the calls for crimes against humanity charges against Hamas? This is even more shameful than the West's lack of response to the Holocaust.

Progressive congresswoman dismisses

Hamas rapes – ‘It happens in war’

Democratic congresswoman appears to blame Israel for the terrorist rapes of Israeli women.

Of course, this is Islamic logic!

By Vered Weiss, World Israel News

Democratic congresswoman and member of the Progressive “Squad” Pramila Jayapal dismissed Hamas sexual crimes against Israeli women with the statement “It happens in war situations” on CNN Sunday.

Forensic evidence and witness testimony have painted a gruesome portrait of the Hamas massacre on October 7th, one that includes myriad forms of sexual violence in addition to torture, murder, and abduction.

Israel advocates have condemned the silence of the United Nations and international women’s groups in the face of these crimes, and CNN host Dana Bash brought up this topic with Rep. Jayapal in an interview.

“I want to ask you about sexual violence, and it’s kind of remarkable that this issue hasn’t gotten enough attention, globally. Widespread use of rape, brutal rape, sexual violence against Israeli women by Hamas.”

Bash continued, “I’ve seen a lot of progressive women, generally speaking, they’re quick to defend women’s rights and to speak out against using rape as a weapon of war, but downright silent on what we saw on October 7. And what might be happening inside Gaza right now to these hostages. Why is that?”

Jayapal responded, “We have to remember Israel is a democracy. That is why they’re a strong ally of ours. And if they do not comply with international humanitarian law, they are bringing themselves to a place that makes it much more difficult strategically for them to be able to build allies, to keep public opinion with them, and frankly, morally.”

The congresswoman continued, “We cannot say that one war crime deserves another. That is not what international humanitarian law says.”

To address the congresswoman’s failure to condemn the Hamas attacks and specifically the use of rape as a weapon of war, Dana Bash persisted.

“With respect, I was just asking about the women, and you turned it back to Israel. I’m asking you about Hamas.”

“I think that rape is horrific, sexual assault is horrific, I think it happens in war situations,” replied Jayapal. “However I think we have to be balanced about bringing in the outrages against Palestinians, 15,000 Palestinians have been killed.”

Bash made the point, “And it’s horrible, but you don’t see Israeli soldiers raping Palestinian women.”

Or, cutting off their breasts, shooting them in their breasts or vagina, cutting their heads off, gang-raping girls till their pelvis is broken, or any of the other atrocities Hamas committed on Oct 7th.

If the IDF did to Gazans what Hamas did to Jewish civilians and children, the whole world would bomb Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Jayapal responded, “I don’t want this to be the hierarchies of oppressions.”

After significant pressure from Israel and Jewish women’s groups, U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres announced, two months after the atrocities, that the UN was opening an investigation into Hamas sexual crimes during the October 7th massacre.

He said, “Gender-based violence must be condemned. Anytime. Anywhere.”

The UN Secretary was criticized by Israel for saying just days after the October 7th massacre that Hamas atrocities “did not happen in a vacuum.”

Being Biased Against Transgenders Could Land You in Jail in Canada

But the Real Crime is Being Committed by the Government,
the LGBTQ Lobby, and the Family and Doctors of Transgenders

At least in Canada. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau issued a troubling statement on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia.

Canada Hopes to Jail People Who Stand Against
Transgenderism
JENNIFER LECLAIRE

The slippery slope is slicker than we thought—and it could land Bible-believing Christians into a cold, dark jail cell. At least in Canada.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau issued a troubling statement on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia.

I agree, as he says, that everyone deserves to live free of stigma, persecution and discrimination. I agree, as he says, that all people—regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity—have the right to feel safe and secure, and empowered to freely express themselves. God gave us all a free will.

But that's about where my agreement ends.

"As a society, we have taken many important steps toward recognizing and protecting the legal rights for the LGBTQ2 community—from enshrining equality rights in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms to the passage of the Civil Marriage Act. There remains much to be done, though. Far too many people still face harassment, discrimination and violence for being who they are. This is unacceptable," Trudeau says.

"To do its part, the government of Canada today will introduce legislation that will help ensure transgender and other gender-diverse people can live according to their gender identity, free from discrimination and protected from hate propaganda and hate crimes."

I am all for legal rights—but not special rights.

I am all for ending hate speech—but the Bible is not hate speech.

I am all for ending violence—but this bill of which Trudeau speaks may ultimately encourage violence against those who don't embrace the LGBT lifestyle, and it will most certainly lead to persecution, discrimination and perhaps even jail time.

Here's a summary of the bill:

"This enactment amends the Canadian Human Rights Act to add gender identity and gender expression to the list of prohibited grounds of discrimination.
The enactment also amends the Criminal Code to extend the protection against hate propaganda set out in that Act to any section of the public that is distinguished by gender identity or expression and to clearly set out that evidence that an offence was motivated by bias, prejudice or hate based on gender identity or expression constitutes an aggravating circumstance that a court must take into consideration when it imposes a sentence."

It doesn't take a prophet to see where this is headed. Christians need to speak up now before it's too late.

Hate and Bias
I have underlined the last part of the summary of the bill because of what struck me when I read it. Justin (the hunk) Trudeau talked about hate and then legislated against bias and prejudice. There is a very big difference between bias and hate. Bias is quite natural when we encounter what we don't understand or what we are not familiar with.

When I was about four, I was in a car accident. The car rolled over and eventually I was pulled out from underneath the front seat. This was long before seat-belts were ever even thought of. The man who pulled me out was black. I had never seen a black man, at least not up-close, and here he was holding me inches from his very black face. It scared the daylights out of me and I fought hard to get away from him.

Was that hate? Was that anything even related to hate? Of course not! It was fear of the unknown or fear of the 'different'. In my tiny, logically ordered universe people were white. This man completely shattered the order of my universe.

Such is the issue with gays and transgenders, although gays have been high profile enough in recent decades that we 'people of an ordered universe' have had time to accept their place and have adjusted our universe even though its orderliness has deteriorated in our minds.

Transgenders, however, have not been very high profile until quite recently. The hope, and probably the plan, of the LGBTQ lobby is to bring them mainstream so they can be accepted, or at least tolerated.

Dystopia
But transgenderism is not like homosexuality; transgenderism is a mental disease where the person's mind is completely convinced that he or she is the opposite gender to what their anatomical attributes indicate. This is very similar to anorexia nervosa, where the mind is convinced that their body is fat to the extraordinary degree that it revulses at eating food and adding to that fat. The fact that the person is obviously skinnier than a bean-pole does nothing to convince the mind of the truth.

Crime against Humanity?
Gender dystopia is a recognized mental illness that needs psychological treatment. Although most children, about 80%, will grow out of the dystopia around puberty unless they are encouraged and enabled in their delusion by parents and doctors. With an attempted suicide rate of 43% (20 times normal) for transgenders, enabling children to make radical body changes based on a mental disorder should be a criminal offence, if not a crime against humanity.

South Sudan Pro-Govt Forces Offered Women to Rape in Lieu of Wages – UN Report

Evil on a spectacular scale in South Sudan
Read with caution
© Andreea Campeanu / Reuters
Pro-government militias fighting in South Sudan’s civil war have been offered women to rape in lieu of wages, according to a UN report. The document also includes harrowing accounts of opposition supporters being killed.

“Credible sources indicate groups allied to the government are being allowed to rape women in lieu of wages but opposition groups and criminal gangs have also been preying on women and girls,” said the UN human rights office, which published the report on Friday.

Over a five-month period last year, more than 1,300 rapes were reported in South Sudan’s Unity State – just one of the country’s 10.

One woman described being stripped naked and raped by five soldiers on the side of a road in front of her children. She said she was then raped by more men in the bushes, only to return to find her children missing.

Another victim said after her husband was killed she was tied to a tree and forced to watch her 15-year-old daughter being raped by 10 soldiers.

Others said they were attacked after leaving UN-protected camps in search of food, while some were abducted as sex slaves or “wives” for soldiers living in government barracks.

“If you looked young or good looking, about ten men would rape the woman; the older women were raped by about seven to nine men,” a witness said.

In one incident, soldiers argued whether or not to rape a
six-year-old girl, and ended up shooting her, the report claims.

According to the report, the prevalence of rape “suggests its use in the conflict has become an acceptable practice by (government) SPLA soldiers and affiliated armed militias.”

Acknowledging the figures disclosed in the report, UN human rights chief Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein said those rapes must amount to only a “snapshot of the real total” taking place in the country.

“The scale and types of sexual violence – primarily by Government SPLA forces and affiliated militia – are described in searing, devastating detail, as is the almost casual, yet calculated, attitude of those slaughtering civilians and destroying property and livelihoods,” he said in a statement.

In addition to the disturbing rape figures, the report also “contains harrowing accounts of civilians suspected of supporting the opposition, including children and the disabled, killed by being burned alive, suffocated in containers, shot, hanged from trees, or cut to pieces,” the UN human rights office said.

In a 12-month period ending November 2015, there were an estimated 10,553 deaths in Unity State – 7,165 of which were due to violence. A total of 829 were caused by drowning. The report noted that the killings appeared to be deliberate, systematic, and based on ethnicity.

In one instance, forces from the Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) reportedly rounded up 60 cattle-keepers and locked them in a container in the compound of a Catholic Church. All but one suffocated within two days.

Although all sides in South Sudan’s civil war have committed atrocities that may amount to crimes against humanity, government forces were responsible for the most in 2015, according to the report.

The South Sudanese government has denied those accusations, however, maintaining that its soldiers do not target civilians.

“We condemn in the strongest terms possible any crimes committed against civilians,” Ateny Wek Ateny, a spokesman for President Salva Kiir, told the Guardian.

He said the atrocities may have been carried out by militias wearing SPLA uniforms, but stressed that government troops operate under “strict rules of engagement” that prohibit the targeting of civilians.

“The government takes it very seriously and we are investigating to find who has committed these heinous crimes and as soon as we get those who are responsible for committing human rights violations, we will bring them to book,” Ateny said.

Meanwhile, Amnesty International’s senior crisis adviser, Lama Fakih, said on Friday that the UN’s results aligned with her agency’s recent findings in Unity State.

“It’s clear that South Sudan has a problem with its army and allied militias – who have been raping women and girls and leaving men and boys to suffocate to death in a shipping container,” she told the Guardian.

The war in South Sudan began in 2013, when President Kiir accused his former vice president, Riek Machar, of plotting a coup. Fighting quickly broke out between those supporting Kiir, an ethnic Dinka, and those backing Machar, an ethnic Nuer. The conflict has led to the deaths of tens of thousands of people and displaced more than two million. At least 40,000 people have been plunged into famine, and 2.8 million are in need of aid, according to UN's February findings.

ISIS Holding More Than 3,500 Slaves in Iraq, Mostly Women & Children – UN Report

Children born to sex-slaves become child soldiers

© AFP
Islamic State is holding around 3,500 people as slaves in Iraq, according to a United Nations report released on Tuesday. Most of those being detained are women and children from Iraq's Yazidi community.

The report, issued jointly by the UN human rights office and the UN Assistance Mission for Iraq, states that an estimated 3,500 people are “currently being held in slavery” by Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL).

“Those being held are predominantly women and children and come primarily from the Yazidi community, but a number are also from other ethnic and religious minority communities," the report says.

It goes on to state that the militant group, which also controls large swathes of territory in neighboring Syria, has committed widespread abuses that may “in some instances, amount to war crimes, crimes against humanity, and possibly genocide.”

The report details executions by shooting, beheading, bulldozing, burning alive, and throwing people off the top of buildings.

It also states that the UN has information about the murder of child soldiers, and has verified reports suggesting that between 800 and 900 children in Mosul were abducted for military and religious training.

Despite the figures detailed in the document, UN human rights chief Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein noted that they fail to represent all those who have suffered.

“Even the obscene casualty figures fail to accurately reflect exactly how terribly civilians are suffering in Iraq," he said in a statement.

“The figures capture those who were killed or maimed by overt violence, but countless others have died from the lack of access to basic food, water or medical care.”

He went on to describe the “horror” that Iraqi refugees are attempting to escape when they flee to Europe and other regions.

The report comes less than one month after Islamic State's “laws” on sex slave treatment were revealed. Any children born to sex slaves are then trained to murder, an aid worker told RT last month.

Many of those taken as slaves are from the ethnically-Kurdish Yazidi minority in Iraq, which continues to be targeted by the militant group. Earlier this month, RT’s Murad Gazdiev traveled to the Nowrooz camp in Syria to hear the stories of those who have fled.

According to the UN, IS jihadists have abducted thousands of women and girls as young as 12 years old, selling them as sex slaves or giving them to militants as rewards.
