Islam - Current Day > All-Female Swedish Court protects dignity of migrant rapists and thieves

..

Court of Appeal: Rapists ‘become exposed to the disrespect of others'

Translated from “Hovrätten: Våldtäktsmän ”blir utsatta för andras missaktning,”
Samnytt, March 27, 2023:

The three men who earlier this month were convicted of robbing and raping prostitutes in Malmö risk being exposed to others’ disrespect. That is what the Court of Appeal for Skåne and Blekinge thinks.

The background is that the Malmö district court decided to seal photos of the three men taken by the police in connection with the police investigation. This is to protect the integrity of the convicted men.

Samnytt has appealed the decision and believes that “all mugshots and other pictures of the defendant … taken by the police or other authorities” must be released.

On Monday, the Court of Appeal over Skåne and Blekinge will announce its verdict. All images of one of the defendants are released because an unmasked image of him has already been released by the court.

However, pictures of two of the other convicts, Mohamad Nahel Abo Amer and Ibrahim Abou Amer, are classified. Both men are Syrian citizens who have been sentenced to prison and deportation for several robberies and rapes.

The Court of Appeal refers to the risk that one of the rapists will be “exposed to the disrespect of others” if pictures of them are spread. “The very fact that some people know about a task that is delicate for an individual can in many cases be considered enough to entail but. The starting point for an assessment of whether but exists is the person concerned’s own experience,” the court continues its reasoning.

The decision to protect the three rapists from public contempt is made by four female lawyers. Even in the district court, it was a female lawyer who refused to release the images.

I can't tell you what horrible thoughts are running through my head right now. But this is disgraceful! How is anyone supposed to respect the integrity of rapists and thieves? How about respecting the safety of Swedish women and girls from such horrid creatures?

..

Iran: New law to fine women $60,000 for flouting hijab rules

MAR 29, 2023 9:00 AM
BY CHRISTINE DOUGLASS-WILLIAMS

Iran is the world’s representative Shia state. To expect the Islamic Republic to change course in order to suit infidel ideals of human rights is to expect its mullahs and ayatollahs to disobey the Sharia. The Qur’an instructs:

(Quran 24:31) And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their adornment only what is apparent, and to draw their veils over their bosoms, and not to reveal their adornment except to their own husbands or fathers or husbands’ fathers, or their sons or their husbands’ sons, or their brothers or their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, or their women, or their slaves, or male attendants who lack desire, or children who know nothing of women’s nakedness. And do not let them stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And turn to Allah together, O believers, so that you may succeed.

If she does not cover she may be abused:

(Quran 33:59) O prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their veils close around them. That will be better, so that they may be recognized and not molested. Allah is always forgiving, merciful.

The Iranian mullahs view the new law to fine women up to $60,000 (2.5 billion rials) as necessary to keep women in their place, and as consistent with Islamic tenets. It’s another penalty to add to the beatings, jail and murder that women in Iran who wish to be free of the hijab already face.

Women To Be Fined Up To $60,000 For Hijab: Iran Lawmaker

by Maryam Sinaee,
Iran International, March 28, 2023:

An ultra-hardliner has said that women could be fined as much as $60,000 for flouting hijab when a new law to enforce the Islamic dress code is passed by parliament.

Speaking to the press in his constituency in Yazd Province, Hojjat ol-Eslam Hossein Jalali said Sunday that punishments for flouting the hijab, according to the planned legislation, will include cash fines from 5m to 30b rials (around $100 to $60,000) and that other penalties may include revocation of drivers’ licenses and passports, or a ban on the use of the internet for celebrities and social media influencers and bloggers.

These penalties will apply to passengers who do not abide by the hijab rules while riding in vehicles, at restaurants, government organizations, schools and universities, airports and public transport terminals, in the cyberspace and to celebrities, and on the streets and other public arenas, Jalali added.

Hardliners have been looking for ways to strengthen the enforcement of hijab after their ‘morality police’ tactic of arresting women for “improper hijab” backfired with the death of Mahsa Amini last September, triggering nationwide popular protests…….

Islam - Current Day > 16 y/o girl beaten by Muslim Dad in Italy for TikTok post; 14 y/o girl beaten/threatened by Muslim Dad in Austria

..

Beaten by Muslim Dad because she posts a video without the veil on

social media, a 16-year-old of Egyptian origin ends up in hospital

Violence against women (symbol image, photo by Ansa)

She posted a video without the headscarf on TikTok. This would be the " fault " of a 16-year-old girl of Egyptian origin, who was then beaten by her father and ended up in hospital.

This happened yesterday in Brescia, as reported by local newspapers.

Some family members in Egypt warned the parent of the video without a veil of their daughter. The girl, beaten with slaps and blows to the back, managed to send a message for help to a friend who called 112. First transported to the hospital, she is now in a protected community.

The father has now been reported on the loose.

The Carabinieri, who intervened in the home of the family of Egyptian origins, and the Prosecutor of Brescia are investigating the case .

Austrian Girl (14) mistreated - Syrian father in custody

The Vienna Regional Court for Criminal Matters on Friday imposed pre-trial detention on the father of a 14-year-old after he abused the girl with a lit cigarette and a mobile phone charging cable, among other things.

This was announced by court spokeswoman Christina Salzborn of APA. The man is being investigated for continued violence and dangerous threats, according to Salzborn, among other things, the risk of committing and executing the crime was assumed to be the reason for his arrest.

The father was arrested by the police on Wednesday after the 14-year-old had sought help at her school and turned to a teacher. The day before, a dispute broke out in the home of the Syrian family after an uncle of the girl suggested that she might have a boyfriend. Believing that his daughter had fallen in love, the father must have completely freaked out. According to the current state of the investigation, he is said to have hit his daughter with a cable, kicked him (her), pulled her hair and burned her hand with a cigarette. He is also said to have threatened to kill the girl and rape her if she had a boyfriend.

When the situation escalated again on Wednesday and domestic violence broke out again, the girl ran to school. After reporting the abuse to the alerted police, the 14-year-old was taken to a hospital. The student is now in a crisis center.

The father - he has meanwhile been banned from entering and approaching the home and temporarily banned from using weapons - partially admitted to the allegations made by his daughter during his first interrogation. According to court spokeswoman Salzborn, he made no statements during the detention hearing. The pre-trial detention is legally effective until March 10th.

France: 49-year-old Muslim migrant with 11 convictions

attempts to rape 13-year-old girl in the middle of the street

FEB 12, 2023 4:00 PM

Jihad Watch

Why does this keep happening? Yes, sexual molestation happens all over. But we see Muslim migrants involved in this kind of story is seen on a not infrequent basis. Why? One reason may be because such treatment of infidel women is sanctioned in the Qur’an.

In France, a Muslim quoted Qur’an while raping his victim. A survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK has said that her rapists would quote the Qur’an to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam. Thus it came as no surprise when Muslim migrants in France raped a girl and videoed the rape while praising Allah and invoking the Qur’an. In India, a Muslim gave a Qur’an and a prayer rug to the woman he was holding captive and repeatedly raping. And the victim of an Islamic State jihadi rapist recalled: “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God…He said that raping me is his prayer to God.” In India, a Muslim kidnapped and raped a 14-year-old Hindu girl, and forced her to read the Qur’an and Islamic prayers. In Pakistan, another Christian woman recounted that her rapist was also religious: “He threw me on the bed and started to rape me. He demanded I marry him and convert to Islam. I refused. I am not willing to deny Jesus and he said that if I would not agree he would kill me.” Rapists demanded that another girl’s family turn her over to them, claiming that she had recited the Islamic profession of faith during the rape and thus could not live among infidels.

The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.

In this case, this man’s victim was a child. This may have been because this man’s reverence for Muhammad led him to think of children as sexual objects. Islamic apologists in the West routinely deny that Muhammad consummated his marriage with (i.e., raped) Aisha when she was nine, and go through all sorts of contortions to deny the evidence of the texts, but the fact that child marriage is accepted in wide swaths of the Islamic world, even by the directorate of religious affairs in once-“moderate” albeit now rapidly re-Islamizing Turkey, most clearly shows their dishonesty. The Diyanet wouldn’t approve of child marriage if it weren’t Islamic, as it explains in its own defense. And child marriage has abundant attestation in Islamic tradition and law.

“Islam has no age barrier in marriage and Muslims have no apology for those who refuse to accept this” — Ishaq Akintola, professor of Islamic Eschatology and Director of Muslim Rights Concern, Nigeria

“There is no minimum marriage age for either men or women in Islamic law. The law in many countries permits girls to marry only from the age of 18. This is arbitrary legislation, not Islamic law.” — Dr. Abd Al-Hamid Al-‘Ubeidi, Iraqi expert on Islamic law

There is no minimum age for marriage and that girls can be married “even if they are in the cradle.” — Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, prominent cleric and member of Saudi Arabia’s highest religious council

“Islam does not forbid marriage of young children.” — Pakistan’s Council of Islamic Ideology

Hadiths that Muslims consider authentic record that Muhammad’s favorite wife, Aisha, was six when Muhammad wedded her and nine when he consummated the marriage:

“The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death)” (Bukhari 7.62.88).

Another tradition has Aisha herself recount the scene:

The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became all right, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, “Best wishes and Allah’s Blessing and a good luck.” Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah’s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age. (Bukhari 5.58.234).

Muhammad was at this time fifty-four years old.

Marrying young girls was not all that unusual for its time, but because in Islam Muhammad is the supreme example of conduct (cf. Qur’an 33:21), he is considered exemplary in this unto today. And so in April 2011, the Bangladesh Mufti Fazlul Haque Amini declared that those trying to pass a law banning child marriage in that country were putting Muhammad in a bad light: “Banning child marriage will cause challenging the marriage of the holy prophet of Islam, [putting] the moral character of the prophet into controversy and challenge.” He added a threat: “Islam permits child marriage and it will not be tolerated if any ruler will ever try to touch this issue in the name of giving more rights to women.” The Mufti said that 200,000 jihadists were ready to sacrifice their lives for any law restricting child marriage.

However, anyone who points all this out will be excoriated as a “racist” and an “Islamophobe,” and accordingly ignored.

French teenager saves 13-year-old girl from rape by

Algerian migrant with 11 convictions

by John Cody, Remix News,
February 7, 2023:

On Friday, a French teenager saved a 13-year-old French schoolgirl from being raped on the street by an Algerian migrant.

The young girl was walking on a street in Cenon, southwestern France, while speaking with her mother on the phone. According to the public prosecutor of Bordeaux, Frédérique Porterie, the suspect “came running towards her, grabbed her, pushed her and made her fall before pulling her by the hair and putting his hand in her pants.”

The 49-year-old suspect dragged the screaming girl and then straddled her, unzipped his fly, and began to try forcing her to perform fellatio on him in the middle of the street, according to a report from French newspaper Le Figaro.

Another teenager, who was approximately the same age as the victim, tackled the Algerian migrant, allowing the girl to get away. The Algerian then attempted to attack the teen who had tackled him, but the teen’s efforts bought enough time for the girl to get away from danger and for others from the area to arrive to help stop the ongoing attack. The young man stayed near the victim to protect her from the suspect, who repeatedly kept trying to lunge at the girl.

The Algerian was surrounded until officers arrived on the scene and attempted to arrest him. The man resisted officers with extreme violence. He bit two of them on the hand, with one of the bites resulting in a severe injury that could lead to lasting nerve damage. He also hit a third officer with a strong blow. The vicious attack led one officer to require 10 days of hospital treatment, while the other two required five days.

Upon further investigation, the officers discovered the man had 11 previous convictions, including a number of cases involving violence. In one case from 2012, he was imprisoned for an assault that led to an involuntary death.

The man is unemployed, habitually smokes marijuana, and lives on welfare. During his court hearing, he denied he had anything to do with the case and “does not remember anything.”

The Algerian has been charged with attempted rape of a minor under 15 years of age as well as assaulting police officers. He remains in pre-trial detention.

France continues to struggle with deportations, including cases involving convictions for serious crimes. For example, in the wake of the murder of 13-year-old Lola in Paris late last year by an Algerian migrant, statistics revealed that only 0.2 percent of Algerians scheduled for deportation are actually deported.

0.2% equals one in 500. So, 499 are still roaming the streets, molesting little French girls.

Last year, French President Emmanuel Macron also admitted that half of all crimes are committed by migrants in Paris, but said he still accepted mass immigration.

Madness is not limited to Islam!

Teen boy ‘raped’ girl, 15, as three pals ‘held her down and

kept lookout’ in horrifying assault at school in Dover

FOUR teens have been arrested over the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl at a school in Kent.

One of the Afghan suspects was said to have carried out the attack while the others allegedly pinned her down and acted as look-outs.

The girl — a fellow pupil — raised the alarm and police were called on February 6.

The boys, aged 13 to 16, came to the UK on small boats across the Channel before being taken into care and placed at the school in Dover, Kent.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Four boys were arrested as part of the investigation and have since been released on bail while enquiries continue.”

The four boys all deny the rape allegation.

The girl, who was interviewed at a rape counselling suite by specialist officers, was said to have been “distressed” over the alleged incident.

But it was understood she has since withdrawn her co-operation from the police inquiry, which is continuing.

I'm sure she wasn't threatened by the boys who were let out on bail! Will the police investigate that or just be happy that she has backed off. I'll be amazed if justice is done here.

CCTV footage at the school has been analysed by detectives and potential witnesses are being spoken to.

A source said last night: “The allegations are extremely serious and police are trying to establish exactly what happened.

“All four boys are refugees and are therefore deemed to be vulnerable.”

What about the girl? Is she deemed vulnerable? Are all the other girls in the school deemed vulnerable? Is the UK obligated to protect vulnerable rapists at the expense of little British girls being raped? Seems to me they should surrender their vulnerability when convicted of crimes like this. What madness.

Convicted child molester illegally in the country:

Afghans must not be deported

An asylum seeker abused neighbor children (6 and 8 years old), he was in custody.

But now he cannot be deported: According to the authorities, his home country

Afghanistan is too dangerous for the convicted child molester.

Michael Koch, Exxpress
10 Feb 2023 06:24

The case of abuse caused a stir in Landau in der Pfalz (D) in 2018. The then 26-year-old Afghan, married with two children, attacked the neighbors' children. His justification in court: the stress of the German course, his uncertain future, his wife's third pregnancy. The verdict: three years and six months in prison.

Apparently, raping little children is a remedy for stress! I never knew!

After three years he was released early from prison and deported to his home country. But he came back illegally. After being picked up, the Afghan had to serve his remaining sentence. He will be released next Monday, he is a free man again.

The unbelievable thing: the now 31-year-old migrant can no longer be deported, reports the news magazine Focus. Since the Taliban took power, the German interior ministry has banned all deportations to Afghanistan. Too dangerous – even for convicted child molesters.

The only thing that the father of a family has to consider in the future are judicial management requirements. He has to report to the police regularly, otherwise he can continue to work on construction sites.

As the mother of the small children said after the verdict in court: “We punish tax evaders more severely than child molesters.”

Here, again, child sex abusers are protected while the children are left to their mercy.

Karachi: A married Hindu woman was abducted from Pakistan’s Sindh province and was raped after she refused to change her religion and convert to Islam. The woman alleged that she was gang-raped by three men for three days before she managed to escape.

The girl uploaded a video on social media where she alleged that she was raped in Samaro town in the Umarkot district and a case hasn't been registered. The woman said that she was kidnapped Sindh province and was threatened by the kidnappers. When she refused to convert, she was raped.

In her video, the woman has named the accused and said that she was abducted by Ibrahim Mangrio, Punho Mangrio and their accomplice. She alleged that they told her to convert to Islam and threatened her. After being raped for three days, the woman managed to escape the abductors and returned home.

There have been frequent reports of abduction and forced conversion of young Hindu women in Sindh. The province has a large Hindu population in Thar, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, Ghotki and Khairpur areas.

Earlier in December, a 40-year-old Hindu was brutally killed in Sinjhoro town on Wednesday. The woman was beheaded and her breast was chopped off. In June last year, teenage Hindu girl Kareena Kumari told a court here that she was forcibly converted to Islam and married to a Muslim man.

Three Hindu women were abducted, converted to Islam and married to Muslim men within eight days in March last year. In the same month, a woman was brutally shot dead outside her home in Rohri, Sukkur. As per reports, a Pakistani man wanted to marry her and when she refused, she was shot dead by the man and his two accomplices.

Yazidis plead with Canada not to repatriate ISIS members

Survivors of the ISIS genocide campaign say the court order brings fear, anxiety

The looming return of alleged ISIS members to Canada has brought trauma, worry and fear to people who were invited to Canada as a safe haven after the terrorist group all but destroyed their ancient community in northern Iraq.

"When I first heard the news, I felt the strength leave my body," Huda Ilyas Alhamad told CBC News in her Winnipeg apartment. She is one of 1,200 survivors of the Yazidi genocide who were resettled in Canada; she spent years as a slave of ISIS members.

"I had to sit down right away. I was heartbroken and terrified at the same time because on one hand they had promised to protect us and bring us here and give us safety, and on the other hand they're offering that same entryway for these very people who raped and tortured us on a daily basis."

The Yazidis are members of an ancient Kurdish-speaking farming community in northern Iraq who practice their own monotheistic religion. They were victims of one of the worst atrocities of the 21st century at the hands of the Islamic fundamentalist terror group, which set out to eradicate the Yazidi people in a brutal campaign launched on August 3, 2014.

'Heartbroken and betrayed'

Earlier this month, the federal government agreed to repatriate 19 Canadian women and children from northeastern Syria, where they have been held in Kurdish-run detention camps for suspected ISIS members and their families.

Lawyers for the detainees say there is no proof tying them to ISIS but if the government does have evidence against them, it should bring a prosecution in a Canadian court.

That agreement was quickly followed a day later by an order from the Federal Court, instructing the government to also repatriate four men, currently held in Syrian prisons, accused of ISIS membership.

Jamileh Naso, president of the Canadian Yazidi Association, said Yazidis feel grateful to Canada. Many have settled in Winnipeg.

"Canada was one of the first countries to respond to the plight of the Yazidis," she said. "And they couldn't be any more happy or grateful that they would come to a country like Canada where they could feel safe and protected, in a country that stood for all these great values of freedom, of rights, of justice, of accountability and all these things the Yazidi community wanted to see."

Naso praised the work of Winnipeg's Jewish community to help reunify families and privately sponsor Yazidi refugees, but she said others in the city have helped as well.

"This has really been a grassroots local community effort to reunite these families and this is what Canada is about," she said.

The ISIS repatriation order, she said, has left Yazidi families feeling "heartbroken and betrayed."

"A lot of them just broke down into tears because they thought this news was completely unbelievable. It can't be true," she said.

"We have submitted applications for family reunification to reunite with our family members who were in ISIS captivity. And here they are bringing the perpetrators of these crimes of genocide to Canada. And they know in most cases that these folks will not face trial. The evidence is not here and the witnesses aren't here. They are giving a free pass for their part in genocide and terrorism.

"It's really disappointing, not just for those in the Yazidi community, but for those across Canada who believe in liberal values, and that we should be a country that's standing up for victims and survivors."

A peaceful community destroyed

"Before ISIS arrived, we were very happy. We had 13 people in my family," Huda Alhamad told CBC News at her Winnipeg home. She was 17 years old in August, 2014, when ISIS attacked.

"It was always loud and noisy in the house, but I loved it. We would go to work, we would come home, we would have dinner as a family."

As ISIS closed in, Huda's family and thousands of others sought refuge on the slopes of the Yazidis' traditional refuge of Mount Sinjar. But they were captured, along with thousands of other Yazidi civilians. ISIS members then began to separate them by age and gender.

Huda said she believes the gunfire she heard as she was driven away after the initial separation of family members was the start of the massacre of older community members.

ISIS had different plans for different segments of the Yazidi population. The youngest boys were taken from their families to be converted to Islam and raised as jihadi fighters and suicide bombers. Thousands of older boys and men were murdered. Young women and girls, like Huda and her three sisters, were separated for sale to ISIS members as slaves.

The ISIS slave market

"They went around taking down names, ages, family members, who was connected to who, and then they started separating by looks," Huda said. "They came in like we were cattle, what looked good, what didn't look good. Who was too old, who had kids, how many kids they had."

"My sisters and I were taken to a separate room with a lot of the other young women and we were all sold.

"About 100 ISIS members came into the room. There were about 200 of us, and they all came in and started just grabbing us for themselves. And I, along with another young Yazidi girl, was taken by one of the ISIS members."

Girls as young as 10 were taken as slaves by ISIS members. After raping them for a time, members would often sell them on. Many girls were sold multiple times.

Huda's sisters were taken by other ISIS members. Years would pass before she learned they had survived.

Huda's parents and older brother were never seen again. "Other than the four family members I'm with here, and then my two sisters and my brother who are in a refugee camp now, I'm not sure what happened to the others," she said.

Yazidis told CBC News there is a misconception that the women of ISIS were less culpable or less violent than the men.

"The women were worse than the ISIS fighters. The women would beat us constantly," said Huda. "They would refuse to feed us. I would usually get beaten with a cable by the wives of the ISIS fighters, and they would laugh at me, they would spit at me, they would kick me, and that was on a daily basis. And then when their husband would come, he would rape me."

Naso said Huda's experience with the women of ISIS is common among survivors.

"Almost all of them can tell you that when they were in captivity, the women played as much of a role as the [ISIS] fighters did in torturing them, in keeping them captive, in keeping notes on them and saying what they were doing, constantly beating them," she told CBC News. "The females had just as much to do with the inhumane treatment of the Yazidis as the men did."

Stolen children

Yazidis continue to arrive in Canada as individuals struggle to reunite the surviving members of families torn apart by ISIS.

Ayad Alhussein is just 13 years old. He spent five of those years in ISIS captivity and three more in a displaced persons camp. He arrived in Winnipeg only two months ago, rescued by two older sisters he had forgotten he even had.

Ayad Alhussein in a refugee camp in Iraq. (Submitted by Layla Alhussein)

"I've only been told now how hard my sisters worked with organizations here in Winnipeg like Operation Ezra (a reunification program sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg) and the Canadian Yazidi Association," he said. "How they submitted paperwork three years ago and went back and forth with the government and different people to try to get me here."

Ayad was young enough to be spared by ISIS when his family was captured. Twelve members of his family have not been seen since August 2014.

ISIS raised the youngest Yazidi boys to be jihadi fighters and suicide bombers. Ayad forgot his native Kurmanji and learned to live in Arabic. He doesn't remember his life before capture.

Forgotten identity

"I was five years old when I was captured, so I didn't really have an idea of who my community was or who my family was or anything like that," he said. "And like the other little boys around me, I just kind of did whatever they did. At first I was scared, but then it just became normal."

Normal, he said, included almost daily beatings (the boys were told they would make them tougher), military training, weapons drills and religious indoctrination.

"And that continued on until I met some others [slightly older Yazidi captive boys] who told me that I wasn't a part of this. I had family elsewhere," he said. "And then I started learning more and more as the years went by. And when I finally reached the camp after five years of captivity, that's when I started to learn my mother tongue."

Today, Ayad is in school in Winnipeg, learning English with the help of cousins. He said he's happy in Canada and hopes to become a doctor.

But recent developments have rocked the teenager.

"When I heard the news that they would be bringing ISIS members here, I was terrified. That had not been that long since I came here," he said. "The whole point of coming to a country like Canada was to be offered safety and security. If they're bringing those people here, those terrorists, how am I supposed to feel safe?"

'We don't believe the government understands'

Huda said the news has brought on anxiety and panic.

"If I see somebody who semi-resembles one of the [ISIS] members, my heart starts beating really quickly," she said. "Sometimes I cry, sometimes I just have to drop everything I'm doing and go home right away. And that's been the case for the past five years. This news has just doubled that and I feel that all the time now.

"I'm scared to send my kids to school. What if they recognize some of us?"

And this has happened in Europe where ISIS terrorists have immigrated without any problem and have, once again, terrorized Yazidi survivors. (See last link at bottom of page).

Huda said it hurts to see ISIS families being reunited while her own sisters are still living in dangerous refugee camps.

"That's all I could really ask for, if I could be reunited with my sisters here. We've worked on their paperwork, we've submitted for family reunification," she said. "But for the past almost three years now, we have yet to hear anything about how their file is going."

Like many Yazidis, Huda said she believes the federal government and rights organizations working on behalf of suspected ISIS detainees are naive about the nature of the people they're helping.

"We don't believe the government truly understands. I mean, we've tried to share our story multiple times. We told them about the atrocities we faced," she said.

"The government was the one who recognized it as genocide. They're the ones who said yes, what they were doing to the Yazidi community constitutes genocide. They are raping women. They are separating families. They're trying to annihilate this community off the face of the earth.

"And yet here they are, bringing these very members, these individuals who chose to leave this country, this security, these freedoms, and go there and join this group that is committing these crimes. And so it doesn't make sense to us."

'No repercussions'

Although talking about her captivity is wrenching, Huda said "it's more important than ever that people know exactly what types of monsters they are, and we're inviting them into the country with no repercussions."

"If the Canadian government or anybody has questions about what ISIS was doing in Iraq and Syria," she added, "you can come talk to me.

"If you have questions about what women and girls had to face, how they were tied up and treated like slaves, how were they were sold, how 10-year-olds were raped, how girls were ripped from their mothers' arms and taken into separate rooms and they could hear them being raped. If you want to hear about why we should keep people like that out, you can come talk to me.

"I feel like I could talk for days about what had happened to us and share stories of the horrors I saw. But with this decision to bring in those very people who caused all this pain and suffering, does it even matter if we tell our stories anymore?"

Unfortunately, this Canadian Government doesn't really listen to anyone, especially anyone who is likely to cast aspersions upon Islamic people, as the Yazidi's have done here. I'm surprised the new anti-Islamophobia czarina hasn't already come down on this article.

The persecution, and re-persecution of Yazidi's, like Jews and Christians, is likely to be of little interest to Trudeau and his far-left company of fools.

An Iranian man has been jailed for more than eight years after decapitating his wife and displaying her head in public, in a case that shocked the country, the judiciary said Wednesday.

Mona Heidari
, 17, was killed in February 2022 by her husband and brother-in-law in Ahwaz, capital of the southwestern province of Khuzestan.

Video that emerged later of her smiling husband parading her decapitated head in the street sparked an outpouring of grief and outrage in the Islamic Republic.

Sajjad Heidarnava was sentenced to seven and a half years in prison for murder and eight months for assault, judiciary spokesman Massoud Setayeshi told reporters.

The family of Heidari had pardoned the killer rather than demanding qesas -- Iran’s Islamic law of retribution.

Madness! This is how much Muslims love their daughters.

“The accused has no right to protest against the verdict and the decision is final,” the spokesman said.

“The second defendant in the case, Heidar Heidarnava, was sentenced to 45 months in prison for complicity in intentional homicide,” he added.

At the time of the murder, media outlets in Iran said Heidari had been married at the age of 12 and was the mother of a three-year-old son when she was killed.

So, he married her at 12, got her pregnant at 13, and murdered her at 17, and was quite proud of himself. This is Islamic madness!

After the crime, human rights defenders called for changes to the law to protect of women against domestic violence and to increase the minimum age of marriage for girls, currently set at 13.

Iran has been rocked by protests that erupted after the September 16 death of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old Iranian Kurd, after her arrest for an alleged breach of the country’s dress code for women.

UK: Muslim woman recounts, ‘Mum took me on holiday in Egypt

… to have me mutilated’

We are constantly told in the West that FGM is cultural and has nothing whatsoever to do with Islam. The article below from the repulsive Daily Mail follows standard establishment media practice in studiously avoiding any mention of Islam or Muslims, but the reality that no one dares to face is that female genital mutilation (FGM) is justified in Islamic law. It is practiced by some non-Muslims, but only in majority-Muslim areas where the influence of Islamic culture, mores, and law is all-pervasive.

“It is a religious thing. Do you want to change religion?” said one Egyptian in response to a campaign to eradicate female genital mutilation. “You only listen to what the West is saying.”

The establishment media ignores the fact that FGM is mandated in Islamic law: “Circumcision is obligatory (for every male and female) (by cutting off the piece of skin on the glans of the penis of the male, but circumcision of the female is by cutting out the bazr ‘clitoris’ [this is called khufaadh ‘female circumcision’]).” — Umdat al-Salik e4.3, translated by Mark Durie, The Third Choice, p. 64

Why is it obligatory? Because Muhammad is held to have said so: “Abu al- Malih ibn Usama’s father relates that the Prophet said: ‘Circumcision is a law for men and a preservation of honour for women.’” — Ahmad Ibn Hanbal 5:75

“Narrated Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah: A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to her: ‘Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.’” — Abu Dawud 41:5251

That hadith is classified as weak, but this one is classified as sahih (reliable): “Aishah narrated: ‘When the circumcised meets the circumcised, then indeed Ghusl is required. Myself and Allah’s Messenger did that, so we performed Ghusl.’” — Jami` at-Tirmidhi 108

If Muhammad had the genitals of his favorite wife, Aisha, mutilated, that is a strong endorsement of the practice from the man who is an “excellent example” (Qur’an 33:21) for Muslims.

Why does it matter whether or not FGM is Islamic? Because the practice will never be eradicated if its root causes are not confronted. As long as those Muslims continue to believe that Allah and Muhammad want it done, for some that will override all other considerations, in the United States and everywhere else.

“‘Mum took me on holiday in Egypt… to have me mutilated’:

FGM survivor, 30, calls for end of barbaric practice – and has ‘no blame’

for her mother who took her to backstreet clinic aged nine,”

by Miriam Kuepper,
MailOnline,
January 22, 2023:

A survivor of female genital mutilation (FGM) calls for an end of the barbaric practice – which is still identified in many women each year in the UK alone – and has ‘no blame’ for her mother who took her to a backstreet clinic aged nine.

Basma Kamel, 30, is a student at London Metropolitan University and she was a victim of FGM at nine years old, after going on a ‘summer vacation’ with her mother during her school holidays while still living in Egypt before moving to the UK in 2019.

Over the last seven years alone, more than 30,000 cases of FGM were newly identified by NHS doctors, despite the practice being illegal since 1985.

Ms Kamel, who wants to raise awareness about the issue so others don’t suffer the same consequences like her and the over 30,000 other affected women in the UK, said: ‘She told me we were going on a summer vacation, but she had arranged to do this to me, encouraged by her friends and other mothers.

‘We went to a doctor in a special clinic where I had the procedure.

‘Honestly, I didn’t have any idea about what is going on.

‘The doctor told me it is only a small surgery and it wouldn’t be painful.’

But a week after undergoing the procedure Basma was bleeding, because the stitches were ‘open and had to be refreshed again’.

Ms Kamel said her mother never gave her a proper explanation why she had to have the circumcision, but added: ‘She said that this is something we all do for all girls, so every woman has to go through it.

‘She said it’s good for my future when I get married.

‘I didn’t really understand what the difference was when I was nine.’

She is not angry at her mother anymore.

Ms Kamel said: ‘I understand she was not aware of the real consequences of FGM and she is a survivor as well.

‘I don’t blame her for doing this, because this is something that every woman in our culture does to her daughter.’

She is still suffering from the consequences of her FGM today.

‘I’m experiencing PTSD and complicated intersexual relationships,’ she said….

MONSTERS IN OUR MIDST

Hundreds of migrants who sneaked into Britain are criminals – including murderers, terrorists and rapists

Chris Pollard, The Sun

Updated: 8:44, 20 Jan 2023

HUNDREDS of migrants who sneaked into Britain on small boats are serious criminals — including murderers, terrorists and rapists — a Sun investigation has found.

Drug dealers, gangsters, fraudsters and child sex offenders are also among the tens of thousands who have crossed the Channel — many living in taxpayer-funded homes and receiving cash hand-outs while working illegally.

The vast majority of the people who arrive by boat do not have criminal records.

But in one astonishing case an Albanian who murdered his wife cannot be sent home on human rights grounds amid fears his victim’s family will hunt him down and kill him.

The thug now runs a cash-in-hand car wash next to a Waitrose supermarket in Northamptonshire while claiming benefits and fighting for asylum through the courts with taxpayer-funded legal aid.

We were handed an astonishing dossier of evidence by a source at a secretive government security agency that oversees threats to national security.

The unit is currently monitoring nearly 1,000 immigrants with serious criminal records who have arrived in the UK on small boats.

The Sun has seen correspondence in which Home Secretary Suella Braverman has personally authorised the continued monitoring of high-risk individuals with a view to kicking them out of the country.

Our dossier also shows some of the arrivals have continued to offend since coming here.

One serial paedophile from Iraq has targeted children in Surrey and an IS fighter from Iran was recently arrested for carrying a weapon in West London.

Most of the offending arrivals cannot be deported because they claim they will be mistreated in their native country, with many fighting asylum claims through the courts at taxpayers’ expense.

Many of them also claim to be suffering from mental or physical illnesses that can only be treated on the NHS — meaning that returning them home would breach their human rights.

Our high-level whistleblower, who asked not to be named, exposed what is going on.

He declared: “If people knew the truth about these people, it would provoke national outrage — and it should.

“Hundreds of serious criminals are living all over the country, with many continuing to commit crimes, work illegally and claim benefits. And once they get to this country it is almost impossible to get rid of them.

“This is mainly due to various legal barriers, including lengthy appeals, human rights issues and a large backlog of cases.

“Our security services are stretched so thin, they don’t have the resources to monitor everyone properly.

“Senior Civil Service incompetence and political correctness also play a role.

“The only real way to solve this crisis is to stop them arriving in the first place.”

The Iranian terrorist with links to IS was deported from the UK in 2016 but sneaked back here on a small boat in March 2022.

He lives in a taxpayer-funded house in West London and was arrested last year for carrying a blade.

We also learned of an Iranian fraudster who is subject to an Interpol Red Notice — reserved for the most serious criminals.

He is living and working in Manchester while fighting an asylum appeal with legal aid, claiming he has mental health problems that can only be treated by the NHS.

The Albanian wife-killer served ten years in jail for murder.

After his release, he travelled across Europe to France and paid people-smugglers to get him into Britain on a dinghy.

When he landed on the beach at Dover, he immediately claimed asylum. This was rejected when the authorities uncovered his criminal past through a fingerprint match.

But the killer had already been released into the community — and he then went missing for several months before re-emerging earlier this year.

He is now appealing his asylum claim, claiming that he killed his wife in self-defence and that deporting him would put his life at risk.

With the backing of legal aid, he is claiming that his wife’s family will kill him if he sets foot in Albania again.

He is currently living in a taxpayer-funded house on restricted leave to remain, which has to be renewed every six months.

He is not allowed to work but helps run a car wash next to a branch of Waitrose where he employs illegal immigrant Romanians.

The Sun caught up with him and he boasted of his criminal past.

He confirmed he killed his wife, adding: “I did ten years in prison.

“I have a big problem in Albania now. If I go back, my wife’s family want to kill me.

“I want to stay here because I’m scared. I came for a new life. I live in Northampton and have a girlfriend with a child.”

Arrivals with serious criminal records are monitored by the security service MI5 plus various other agencies and the Home Office.

Last night, we showed our dynamite dossier to senior Home Office advisers, who acknowledged the danger posed by criminals who arrived here illegally.

A Home Office source said: “The Prime Minister and the Home Secretary have outlined plans to legislate once and for all to stem the flow of migrants crossing the Channel and ensure our borders are properly protected.”

Sweden: Court revokes deportation of violent Muslim migrant

who assaulted woman, saying he’d get killed in Syria

JAN 11, 2023 12:00 PM
BY ROBERT SPENCER

What about the rights of his potential future victims in Sweden? Come on, man! They don’t matter. Celebrate diversity!

“Swedish court revokes deportation of Syrian criminal who trafficked

and assaulted a woman, saying he may get killed in Syria,”

OpIndia,
January 10, 2023:

A district court in Sweden has revoked the deportation sentence of a Syrian refugee Majd Shhada, who has been convicted multiple times for offences such as rape, assault, theft and drug abuse. While revoking his deportation, the Court of Appeal for Lower Norrland contended that the accused might be at risk of military service in his home country, Syria.

Another factor given by the court to defend the ruling was Majd Shhada’s ‘possibility of becoming a parent soon.’ Notably, the woman who was trafficked from Syria by the accused and assaulted multiple times is pregnant and expecting a child with Majd Shhada.

On January 9, popular Twitter user Ashwini Shrivastava shared a thread of Tweets where he gave out information about the aforementioned case. “Sweden: A Syrian refugee Majd Shhada with 8 convictions, who savagely beaten, raped & impregnated a young woman, to avoid deportation Court ruled him, He will not be deported because his homeland is ‘too dangerous’ & he risks military service,” his tweet read.

When was the last time you heard about a Syrian soldier getting killed? It seems to me that the risks are considerably less than a girl in Sweden getting raped by a Muslim migrant.

In a subsequent tweet, Ashwini Srivastava stated that the accused Majd Shhada arrived in Sweden as a refugee from Syria in 2018. He is accused of raping and assaulting a woman he trafficked from Syria to Sweden and has been living in the same house with her since. In addition, he has been convicted in Sweden of multiple thefts, threats, and petty drug offences.

According to the Swedish News portal Samnytt, Majd Shhada’s neighbours routinely informed the police about conflicts and noises coming from the accused’s home. Majd, who routinely abused his partner, has previously been arrested for assaulting the woman. The woman had been to the hospital multiple times and her injuries had been documented. However, because the wife used to come to his defence, the accused was often saved from prison.

This time too, when the cops arrived at his flat, they were confronted by a badly bruised woman, a smashed apartment, and a violent and screaming Majd, like they have done so many times before. The woman was taken to the hospital by ambulance, while the man was detained and brought to the police station….

The Court of Appeal for Lower Norrland increased Majd’s nine-month detention to one year and four months but overturned the Ångermanland district court’s deportation decision.

The court ruled that because Majd Shhada, who arrived in Sweden as a 17-year-old, would shortly “become a parent,” and risks military service in his home country, he cannot be repatriated. “He will be conscripted into war or killed if he is deported there”, ruled the court adding that therefore the Syrian violent criminal is allowed to remain in Sweden.

It seems the court has condemned the battered woman to a life of abuse, rather than put her criminal boyfriend in anything resembling danger. What madness!

The arrest was violent. The husband of a young woman found dead in Saint-Raphaël (Var) on December 24 was arrested on Saturday in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis), after two weeks on the run, the prosecution said on Sunday. de Draguignan, stating that the man was injured during this operation.

The man, a 39-year-old Tunisian, had left Var with the couple's three children a few days before the discovery of the lifeless body of his 31-year-old wife, also of Tunisian nationality, in their apartment in Saint-Raphaël. The autopsy had put the date of death back to December 20 or 21.

The examination of the young woman's body had "revealed possible traces of strangulation and hematomas on the face", explained the public prosecutor of Draguignan, Patrice Camberou.

The untraceable children

Confirming initial information from the Actu 17 news site, the magistrate told AFP that the arrest of the husband was carried out on Saturday around 7 p.m., in an apartment in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine, by the search and rescue brigade. national intervention (BRI).

"He greeted them by threatening them with a handgun" and the BRI fired a first shot, detailed the Bobigny prosecution to AFP. "He continued to threaten them by shouting Allah akbar and there was a shooting again from the BRI", continued this source, specifying that the man was "hit in the hand and at the level of the jugular".

Two other people were present in the apartment with the husband at the time, who were also arrested. A fourth arrest took place outside the apartment.

After the discovery of the body, an investigation for intentional homicide had been opened, entrusted to the judicial police of Toulon. Since then, a judicial investigation has been opened, with referral to an investigating judge. For now, no trace of the couple's three children has been found by investigators. The family was trying to regularize their situation in France.
