Former San Quentin guard sentenced to life for child sex assault

A former guard at San Quentin State Prison has been sentenced to life behind bars after multiple convictions of child sexual assault, the Napa County District Attorney’s Office said Friday.

Richard Phillip Bardouski, 66, was ordered to serve 165 years to life on Friday by Napa County Superior Court Judge Elia Ortiz.

Following an eight-day jury trial in June, Bardouski was found guilty of sexual intercourse with a child under 10, sexual penetration with a child under 10, lewd or lascivious acts upon a child 14 or under, and a lewd or lascivious act upon a child 14 or 15.

While working for California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, between 2010 and 2015, Bardouski sexually assaulted three children in his family — one when she was 14, and two at his home in west Napa when they were between 4 and 9 years old. The victims came forward in 2023.

Bardouski was employed as a corrections officer with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from 1997 to 2022, according to CDCR. Following his retirement from San Quentin in 2022, he moved to Montgomery, Alabama, where he was arrested in 2024.

“While I cannot give these girls their childhoods back or undo the immense pain they’ve suffered, I hope today’s sentence and having the opportunity to have their voices heard gives them a sense of justice and is a big step toward closing this chapter in their lives,” Deputy District Attorney Shashawnya Worley said in a statement.

In addition to the prison sentence, Ortiz ordered Bardouski to pay $950,000 in restitution to his three victims for their emotional suffering.

Ohio man gets prison for child sexual abuse material

A Springboro man will spend up to a dozen years in prison for having child sexual abuse material on his phone.

Christian Lloyd Baughman, 24, was sentenced Thursday, Aug. 6, by Warren County Common Pleas Judge Timothy Tepe to eight to 12 years in prison.

He pleaded guilty Thursday ahead of his sentencing to 40 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and one count each of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles and aggravated possession of drugs.

Baughman reportedly possessed drugs and images and videos of children in a state of nudity and/or engaged in sexual activity on Dec. 23, 2025, in Hamilton Twp., according to a grand jury report.

He was found in a vehicle with a 15-year-old girl in the early morning hours of Dec. 23 at a closed business, Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said at the time of Baughman’s indictment.

“During a subsequent investigation relating to that incident, a search warrant was obtained for the defendant’s cellphone, where the CSAM was discovered,” he said.

The videos and images depicted boys and girls of varying ages, but some were allegedly as young as 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 years old. There was no evidence Baughman took the photos or videos himself, the prosecutor said.

As part of his plea, 16 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance were dismissed.

In addition to his prison term, Baughman is designated a Tier II sex offender, which will require him to register his address every six months for 25 years. Once released from prison, he also will be on parole for a mandatory five years, according to court records.

Texan directed online abuse of 4 y/o in New Jersey

Newark, N.J. — A Texas man who directed a New Jersey woman to sexually abuse her four-year-old child and had her send him videos of it has been sentenced to a quarter of a century behind bars.

Earlier this week, 48-year-old Russell Lynn Davis, Jr., a registered sex offender, was sentenced in Camden federal court.

Davis had previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to sexually exploit a child, sexual exploitation of a child, and receipt of child pornography. In addition to the prison term, he was sentenced to a decade of supervised release.

What Investigators Found

According to federal authorities, between June and August 2021, Davis received at least 14 videos from a New Jersey woman who had sexually abused her then-four-year-old child and recorded it.

Investigators reviewing messages between Davis and the woman determined he had been directing and commanding her to commit specific sexual acts against the child.

U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer called the case particularly egregious, noting that Davis had directed a mother to abuse her own child and was already a registered sex offender when he did it.

The case was investigated by FBI Newark's Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force under Special Agent in Charge Stefanie Roddy and was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide DOJ initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse.

Kentucky man accused of sexual abuse takes plea deal

Less than 3 months since being formally indicted, an Elizabethtown man accused of sexually abusing a minor when she was 8-years-old entered a guilty plea.

Robert Allen, 32, appeared Tuesday in Hardin Circuit Court for a pretrial conference, but instead entered a guilty plea to the charge of first-degree sexual abuse – victim younger than 12.

The offer from the Commonwealth said that Allen will serve a seven-year sentence.

When interviewed by an Elizabethtown police officer regarding the allegations made by the juvenile victim, the arrest citation said Allen did not have much to say, “but was clearly upset.”

Sometime following the interview with police, Allen is said to have contacted police and admitted the accusations were accurate.

Allen was arrested April 8. He is being held in lieu of a $25,000 cash bond at the Hardin County Detention Center. Allen is set to appear Oct. 13 for formal sentencing.

Gov. Maura Healey signed a bill banning ICE from arresting illegal alien criminals.

The East Bridgewater Police Department says Qaisar Ali, 39, of Brockton, is facing multiple counts of assault and battery on an elderly or disabled person, as well as indecent exposure, breaking and entering in the daytime, and assault with intent to commit rape.

According to police, the victim reported the sexual assault incident to detectives on Wednesday. She said she had been assaulted by a male who was delivering medicine to her home on Aug. 2.

Investigators determined that the male worked for a pharmaceutical delivery service and was bringing medicine to the woman, who has severe mobility issues and was using a wheelchair.

And of course he doesn’t speak English.

Ali was due to be arraigned in Brockton District Court on Thursday, but an interpreter couldn’t be arranged in time for the hearing to be held. Attorney information for him wasn’t immediately available.

According to Libs of TikTok, the Pakistani Muslim illegal alien had been released into the country by Biden in 2022.

Gov. Maura Healey recently signed an illegal bill protecting illegal alien criminals like this and preventing them from being taken and deported by barring ICE from courthouses.

Rep. Ayanna Pressley vowed that she would protect illegal alien criminals and the ACLU has been fighting for illegal alien criminals detained at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility.

A German teacher has described a secondary school in the Rhineland where violence, drug dealing, and severe behavioral problems have become part of everyday life, including one case in which a 15-year-old girl allegedly prostituted herself in the school toilets for drugs and money.

Speaking anonymously to Bild, special education teacher “Carola S.” said around 75 percent of students at her school have a migrant background, with many having arrived from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan or Ukraine.

“It’s all blowing up in our faces,” she said.

“Every day is a challenge. Fights, shouting — this happens in the classroom and on the schoolyard,” she told the German tabloid. “We are happy if we can teach for a few minutes at a time. Sometimes the police have to come several times a week.”

She said drugs are also dealt on school grounds and recalled an extreme case involving a 15-year-old pupil.

“A particularly egregious case involved a 15-year-old student who prostituted herself in the school toilets for drugs and money. She became pregnant and left the school.”

Carola said many newly arrived pupils initially speak little German and do not receive grades for their first two years. “After that, the students are graded regularly, but for many, their performance is still unsatisfactory. Some don’t return at all,” she said. “This year, almost 40 percent failed to obtain their secondary school leaving certificate.”

She also described clashes over cultural attitudes, including a Syrian father who objected to his son being taught by a woman. “It is very difficult for us to reach these parents,” she said.

Carola said she was punched in the face just three weeks ago while attempting to intervene in a fight between pupils.

“I got caught in a fight between students and ended up with a split lip because a student punched me in the face during the scuffle,” she said.

She reported the incident to police, but said the case was subsequently closed.

“This is not an isolated incident. Some colleagues are openly insulted, threatened, or ambushed after school, and this isn’t even reported,” she added. “Many talk about not being able to do the job until retirement. We have a high rate of sick leave.”…

This high school in Germany, with three-quarters of its students being Muslim migrants, is not so much a school but, rather, a holding pen. Very little learning can take place where such mayhem prevails. Rapes of students by other students; fights in the classroom; assaults on teachers, including attempted murders; Muslim students — “mini-Islamists” — forcing non-Muslims to submit to their religious strictures; knife attacks on fellow students; vandalism of classrooms; endless fire alarms pulled by students intent on interrupting the school day, and so much more. Is it any wonder that so little learning takes place, with the non-Muslim students suffering from the unhinged behavior of their Muslim classmates, and that despair drives the teachers in this school to leave the profession?

A vast scandal has been unfolding in France, where staff in more than 100 after-school programs have been accused of sexual violence, including rape, against children as young as three years old. In a landmark ruling, the Paris criminal court convicted Souleymane D., a 25-year-old former after-school activity leader, of sexually assaulting a young girl aged between 3 and 5 years old. The verdict marks the first conviction of an activity leader in the ongoing Paris périscolaire scandal, which has involved multiple allegations of sexual and physical violence against children in municipal after-school programs and leisure centers.

The facts occurred between July 2023 and October 2025 at a leisure center on rue de l’Aqueduc in Paris’s 10th arrondissement, where Souleymane D. was responsible for the child. The girl reported the assaults to her parents. At trial, the accused denied the allegations, admitting only to “tickling” the child.

The court found Souleymane D. guilty of sexual assaults on a minor. It emphasized the coherence and consistency of the child’s testimony: she provided corroborative details separately to her father and mother, with no evidence of external influence from other proceedings.

Souleymane D. has been sentenced to 18 months in prison, fully suspended and a 30-month probation. If he complies with his sentencing stipulations, he will not serve any prison time.

He has also been banned from professional activity involving contact with minors, is required to undergo psychological care, and will also be registered on the French sex offender registry (FIJAIS).

Souleymane D. has ten days to appeal.

This is the first conviction since the scandal gained prominence, following two recent acquittals of other former Paris animators accused of sexual assaults on minors. Those outcomes had sparked significant outrage among parents.

The victim’s family lawyer, Me Charles Héran, described the verdict as a relief: “We are glad that this child’s voice has been heard. This is a decision that changes the previous two [acquittals] and is therefore extremely encouraging for what follows… We are very satisfied with this decision. It’s what we were expecting. We sincerely hope that he will not appeal, that he will understand this decision, and that he will follow the care that has been imposed on him.”

Is an 18-month prison sentence, with that sentence then “fully suspended,” for sexual assault on a toddler younger than five, really a “relief”? I would have thought the family would be outraged at the court’s laxity.

Souleymane kept changing his story, first denying he even knew the child, then admitted that he did, but that he had had no physical contact with her, but he had provided the damning evidence against himself in the form of photographs he had taken showing the physical contact with the child that he had denied having.

Souleymane D. should be overjoyed at what amounts to a slap on the wrist. He was given a pitiful 18-month prison sentence, but even that was then suspended as long as he fulfills the terms of his 30-month probation. That means he is “banned from professional activity involving contact with minors, and is required to undergo psychological care.”

Souleymane D., a pedophile who preyed on children between 3 and 5 years of age, will undergo psychological care, and will also be registered on the French sex offender registry (FIJAIS).

In the United States, for the sexual assault of a toddler, Souleymane D. would receive a sentence of between 25 years and life. Is French justice, which allows him to avoid even one day of prison, to be considered just?

#1. Autistic Minor Anally Raped in a Restroom

Spanish police have arrested a 36-year-old Moroccan immigrant for the particularly gruesome alleged sexual assault of a vulnerable, autistic minor in the town of Dénia.

The case concerns an incident that allegedly took place on the afternoon of May 1 inside a pizzeria and kebab restaurant in the Spanish port town. According to reporting from Informacíon, the minor was visiting the establishment with her parents when the suspect struck up a conversation with the family, claiming to be Belgian and saying he had lived in the town for a decade.

Investigators allege that the man gained the family’s trust during the encounter and even provided them with his telephone number. A short time later, the girl went to the restroom, where police say the alleged assault took place.

According to the complaint, the minor later told investigators that she was sexually assaulted inside the restroom after encountering the suspect. She said that as she was attempting to leave to return to the table, the suspect grabbed her and began forcibly kissing her. Despite initially attempting to reject his advances, the suspect froze from fear as the Moroccan national pulled down her trousers and anally raped her while he took photos of the attack.

She did not immediately tell her family what had happened, later stating that she had been frightened and emotionally shocked by the incident.

Her father reportedly became concerned when she remained away for an unusually long time and asked whether she was feeling unwell. She initially said she had been sick, but after the family returned home, she disclosed what she alleged had happened….

Police examining the suspect’s mobile phone reportedly discovered two photographs taken inside the establishment’s restroom that had been placed in the device’s deleted files.

#2. Algerian Father and Son Assault and Rob Elderly Women in Spain

The two of them had just had their status “regularized” — that is, they were among the half-million illegal migrants who, thanks to the mass amnesty just declared by the left-wing Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, have just been declared to be “legal” migrants. Possibly they felt so pleased with this promotion that they decided to celebrate by physically assaulting and robbing several women, two of them elderly. Algerian father regularized in Spain’s mass amnesty and 16-year-old son arrested over violent robberies targeting elderly women

Spanish police have arrested a 50-year-old Algerian man and his 16-year-old son over two violent robberies targeting three women in Alicante, including two elderly victims who were hospitalized after being thrown to the ground.

The father, who has a prior criminal record, was ordered into pretrial detention on Tuesday, while his son was placed in a juvenile detention center.

According to Información, the father is legally resident in Spain after obtaining regular status through Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez’s mass amnesty for illegal immigrants.

Both suspects are being investigated for possible involvement in other unresolved violent robberies in Alicante.

The father allegedly approached the elderly victims under the pretense of asking for help. The first reported attack took place at around 11 p.m. on Saturday in Tomás Valcárcel Square in Alicante’s San Blas neighborhood.

A neighbor called the authorities after hearing screams and seeing an Arab male run toward a waiting car. Officers arriving at the scene found two women, aged 87 and 72, lying injured.

After pretending to ask for directions, the man allegedly lunged at them, knocking both to the ground before ripping a chain from the 87-year-old woman and fleeing….

We only know about what the two did on the second day. So there is more to this story. The son confessed that they had been on a crime spree for two days. What did they do on the first day? The police found phones, a speaker,a watch, and a credit card, on the father, none of which belonged to the three women the pair had assaulted on the second day. So clearly there had been at least one, and probably several, robberies on day before.

#3. Moroccan Muslim Murders Spanish Girl, His Former Girlfriend, for Leaving Him

She had split up with him, and according to her parents “Paula was coming back to life.” But he would not let her go. Instead, he killed her. More on her murder can be found here:

A 39-year-old Moroccan man accused of murdering his 27-year-old former partner in Santander has refused to answer police questions ahead of his first court appearance.

Paula Solanas was found dead inside her home on Friday after suffering severe bleeding injuries believed to have been caused by a bladed weapon.

The suspect reportedly alerted the authorities himself and confessed that he was responsible. However, when formally questioned on Sunday in the presence of his lawyer, he exercised his right to remain silent….

Investigators believe the killing followed Paula’s recent decision to end their four-year relationship. The former couple had a child under the age of one….

Officers arriving at the apartment found Paula suffering from severe injuries. Emergency medical workers were unable to save her and confirmed her death at the scene….

Paula was well known through her work with the Red Cross and had been involved in teaching children about equality and the prevention of violence against women….

She could teach girls and women — presumably Muslim migrants who would be most need of such lessons — about gender equality, and how to prevent violence against women, but Paula Solanas could not save herself from one Muslim’s violence.

“Paula seemed to be coming back to life after breaking up with Nabil,” they added.

Nabil is a Muslim, and Islam is a misogynistic religion. Daughters inherit half what a son inherits. The testimony of a Muslim woman is worth only half that of a Muslim man. The Qur’an teaches Muslim men that they may “beat” their wives if they even suspect them of being disobedient. A Muslim husband may have up to four wives; a Muslim wife can have only one husband. A Muslim husband can divorce his wife merely by uttering the triple talaq; a Muslim wife has to go through much more legal rigmarole to divorce her husband. In many Muslim countries, women are restricted in where they can go, and with whom, outside of the house. In Saudi Arabia, until just a few years ago, women could only leave the house if a male relative accompanies her. Nabil was a normal domineering Muslim male, and, as Paula complained to her parents, deeply “controlling.” He no doubt thought Paula — a Western woman — had no right to leave him, and when she did, she deserved to die.

So that’s a handful of holiday snaps from Spain, of a Muslim rape, of Muslim robberies, of a Muslim murder. All the victims were Infidels, for Muslims “the most vile of created beings.” There is no end to this.
