A total of 19 men and women have been flogged in public as judicial punishment in Afghanistan's Tajar province, the Afghan Supreme Court said Saturday.

The convicts have been convicted of crimes such as adultery, leaving their father's or husband's house with another man or theft. Each of them received 39 lashes at a ceremony held a week ago in the provincial capital, Taluqan.
The public punishment is intended as a warning to the criminals and a lesson to the guilty, according to the statement of the Supreme Court, controlled like all other Afghan institutions by the Taliban.
Taliban leader Mullah Hebatullah Ajundzada recently ordered Afghanistan's judges to fully apply Sharia -- or Islamic law -- against those who commit a range of crimes that could be punishable even by public amputations or stoning for offenses such as robbery, kidnapping or sedition.
It is not the first time that the Taliban leader has defended the need to "totally" apply Sharia law in Afghanistan since the fundamentalists took power in August 2021 following the flight of President Ashraf Ghani.
The fundamentalists have installed a government marked by a lack of women and representatives of other political and ethnic groups, while facing domestic and international criticism for limiting the rights of the population, especially women and girls.

Why does this keep happening? Yes, sexual molestation happens all over. But this kind of story is seen on a not infrequent basis. Why? One reason may be because such treatment of infidel women is sanctioned in the Qur’an.
In France, a Muslim quoted Qur’an while raping his victim. A survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK has said that her rapists would quote the Qur’an to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam. Thus it came as no surprise when Muslim migrants in France raped a girl and videoed the rape while praising Allah and invoking the Qur’an. In India, a Muslim gave a Qur’an and a prayer rug to the woman he was holding captive and repeatedly raping. And the victim of an Islamic State jihadi rapist recalled: “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God…He said that raping me is his prayer to God.”
Of course, it's not God he refers to but Allah, who is not God. This justification for raping an unbeliever was used frequently against Yazidi girls who were raped countless times by ISIS idiots.
This, I believe, is the basis of Pakistani grooming gangs all over England, who have raped thousands of young British girls. There is no minimum age for raping an unbeliever in the Quran, as long as you can lie on top of her without smothering her, you're good to go.
In India, a Muslim kidnapped and raped a 14-year-old Hindu girl, and forced her to read the Qur’an and Islamic prayers. In Pakistan, another Christian woman recounted that her rapist was also religious: “He threw me on the bed and started to rape me. He demanded I marry him and convert to Islam. I refused. I am not willing to deny Jesus and he said that if I would not agree he would kill me.” Rapists demanded that another girl’s family turn her over to them, claiming that she had recited the Islamic profession of faith during the rape and thus could not live among infidels.
The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59) The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.
However, anyone who points all this out will be excoriated as a “racist” and an “Islamophobe,” and accordingly ignored.

These days the trend of hiding their religion and committing crimes against women is increasing day by day. Another shocking incident comes to light in which a 50-year-old Muslim man was arrested in Kanpur for faking his identity to lure a Hindu girl from Bihar and there harassed her.
As per Kanpur Police, the 50-year-old man has been identified as Shahenshah Alam. Shahenshah Alam had allegedly befriended with the girl from Motihari district on Facebook. The man had introduced himself as Sachin Sharma instead of Shahenshah Alam and also posted a different picture on his social media account.
The victim came in contact with Shahenshah Alam a few months ago who had promised to marry her and get a job for her in Kanpur. According to her complaint, the girl from Bihar accused the 50-year-old of luring her by concealing his religious identity. The girl claimed that Alam asked her to visit him at a hotel in Kanpur’s Copperganj area. Shahenshah Alam was wearing a mask, switched off the light as soon he entered the hotel room and also tried to molest the girl. When the girl switched on the lights, she was shocked to see a 50-year-old man standing in front of her.
The victim immediately raised an alarm after which the hotel staff alerted the police.
Good for her, putting up a fight!
