Involved in the search were the OPP’s Child Sexual Exploitation Unit and the Bancroft OPP Crime Unit.
Forty-six-year-old Richard Carroll was charged with Luring a Person Under 16 years by means of telecommunication, Invitation to Sexual Touching, and Distribution of Child Pornography.
Carroll remains in custody.
This is the second man from Bancroft in two weeks to be charged with child sex abuse crimes. Bancroft is a town of about 4,000.

A High Court judge has expressed concern about three children 'clandestinely' taken to Libya by their Libyan father - as their identities were revealed to help their mother's appeal to bring them home.
Mr Justice Peel said Khalid Aljehani, nine, and his sisters, Aasiyah, seven, and Maimunha, four, have been wrongly removed from the care of their mother Dawn Daley, 44, of Wythenshawe, Manchester, by Fares Aljehani.
He said the youngsters have been, 'on the face of it', victims of a 'blatant abduction'.
The children, who left Britain in July, are at the centre of private litigation in the Family Division of the High Court in London.
But judges involved have decided that restrictions - barring the children from being identified in media reports of that litigation - should be lifted.
They have given Ms Daley the go-ahead to launch a public appeal for help.

Lawyers representing her have now launched an appeal in the hope that publicity will help get the children back to Britain.
They said Ms Daley and Mr Aljehani were married but estranged and involved in divorce proceedings.
Mr Justice Peel raised concern at a recent hearing.
'From everything I have read and heard it is apparent that (the children) have been wrongly removed from this country by their father in what was, on the face of it, a blatant abduction,' he said.

'Those children are now with their father and his family in Libya. 'The removal was under the ruse of a holiday which the father said he wished to take in England. 'Instead, he took them clandestinely to Libya.
'In so doing it seems to me that he acted unscrupulously and contrary to the needs of these children who have always lived in this country and have been in the primary care of their mother and attending school here.'
The judge said Mr Aljehani had been served with notification of legal proceedings, begun by Ms Daley, and his response had been to send a 'laughing emoji'.
'On the face of it, this father has perpetrated an act of great cruelty on these children and their mother,' added Mr Justice Peel.
'I would urge anybody who can do anything to assist the return of the children to this country to do so. That includes the father himself, his family and any judicial or other authorities in Libya who are minded to take appropriate steps.'
A solicitor representing Ms Daley called on Mr Aljehani to do the 'right thing'.
'We remain gravely concerned for all three children,' James Netto, who is based at the International Family Law Group, said.
'Ms Daley has had virtually no contact since their abduction from this country in the summer of 2022.'

He added: 'Christmas is approaching and with each day that passes, the more painful it is for the children and for their mother.'
Ms Daley said, in a statement released through lawyers, that she had to 'carry on'.
'It's been over three months now since I last heard from my babies,' she said. 'Three long hard months for me and all of my family.
'Some days are harder than others but I remind myself that I have no option but to carry on for the sake of myself and all of my children.
'Fares, I urge you to do the right thing and bring the children home where they belong.'
She added: 'I can only imagine what's going through their little minds. I could understand your doing what you have done if I ever restricted you having a relationship with them, but this is something I would never do as I believe children need both parents in their lives.'

A 'monstrous' couple who sexually abused a young girl have been jailed.
David Crapper, 38, and wife Kim, 39, convinced the child that their treatment of her was 'normal' and repeatedly took advantage of her.
The couple from Barry, Wales, were arrested after the victim, who is not named for legal reasons, told a friend about their behaviour.
Sentencing the pair at Cardiff Crown Court on Friday, Judge David Wynn Morgan said: 'It's hard to think of a more monstrous (offence).'
The court heard the abuse began when she was very young and went on for years.
David Crapper, 38, has been sentenced to 17 years imprisonment after pleading guilty to to sexual assault of a child under 13, sexual assault, causing/inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, rape and causing a child to watch a sexual act
In her interview to police, the victim said when she told David Crapper 'no' he became angry and accused her of 'leading him on' and told her he could be put in prison.
He told her to sit on his lap and she saw him touching himself. He later touched her and made her touch him, and showed her pornography.
The victim said: 'I was confused by what he was saying and felt disgusted.'
The abuse escalated to David Crapper raping the victim and this happened repeatedly. David Crapper later told his wife about the abuse, who 'wanted to join in too'.
Kim Crapper started to sexually abuse the victim by touching her, was present when David Crapper raped the victim and had sex with her husband in front of the victim.
The Crappers were arrested by police after the victim reported the couple. David Crapper admitted raping and sexually abusing the victim. Kim Crapper also admitted abusing the victim.
The defendants pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a child under 13, sexual assault, causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
David Crapper also pleaded guilty to rape and causing a child to watch a sexual act.
Kim Crapper, 39, had said she 'wanted to join in too'. Kim Crapper, 39, started to sexually abuse the victim by touching her, was present when David Crapper raped the victim and had sex with her husband in front of the victim.
Susan Ferrier, for David Crapper, said there was 'little' to say in mitigation for her client.
She said he had admitted the offences and had prevented the victim from having to give evidence.
She said Crapper had 'fallen into distorted thinking patterns' and would have found it difficult to 'call time' on the abuse had the victim not contacted the police.
Ruth Smith, for Kim Crapper, said her client was in a 'controlling, toxic and abusive relationship' and felt 'powerless and helpless'.
She said Crapper was manipulated by her husband who 'drew her' into committing the abuse. She conceded that the victim would 'never get over' the actions of the defendants.
Judge Wynn Morgan said the physical harm caused to the victim was 'incalculable' and both the defendants had 'failed to exhibit true remorse'.
He sentenced David Crapper to 17 years imprisonment, with an extended four years on licence. Kim Crapper was sentenced to six years imprisonment, with an extended licence of three years.
Both will serve two-thirds of their sentence before being considered for parole.
The defendants were made subject to sex offender notification requirements and a sexual harm prevention order indefinitely.
There is no indication in this report of the relationship between the victim and the Crappers. I assume she was not their child or the Crappers would never have been named. Foster child? Relative? Neighbour?
