French activists face up to 5 years in prison for protesting outside
house of migrant accused of brutal rape of 29-year-old Mégane
After a migrant allegedly raped a French woman so brutally with a broomstick that she was forced into a month-long coma, two dozen right-wing protestors marched outside his home in Cherbourg, France. However, at least half of them are now facing criminal prosecution and up to five years in prison for an “unauthorized gathering” and for “promoting self-defense” despite the French government’s glaring inability to protect its own citizens….
The suspected rapist, Oumar N., is now in pre-trial detention for sexually assaulting Mégane. The suspect gave her such grievous wounds when he raped her with a broomstick that she nearly died. Emergency workers, including hospital staff, reportedly broke down in tears while treating the woman and some needed psychological counseling.
These two dozen protesters were not violent. They didn’t threaten anyone, they didn’t shout. All they did was hold up a sign — “The state doesn’t protect us. Get ready!” — and a photograph of Oumar Ndiaye. Why did such a peaceful gathering need to be “authorized”? And what is wrong with “promoting self-defense” in the absence of sufficient protection by the state? In the case of Oumar Ndiaye, it was the state’s negligence that allowed him, after committing 17 criminal offenses, many of them violent, to still roam free, and thus he was able to assault his latest victim, Mégane.
The demonstration, which took place on Sept. 9, 2023, in the Provinces district, was on behalf of 29-year-old Mégane, who awoke from her coma but remains between life and death. The French government may have special reason to pursue Argos, the right-wing group that organized the protest, as the group is the direct heir to the French group Génération identitaire, which was banned by the government in 2021. Génération identitaire became a thorn in the government’s side after it ran a series of civil disobedience protests against the state of demographic transformation in France and the government’s failures to control illegal immigration.
The French government has decided to treat any group that is opposed to the Muslim invasion of France as “right-wing” and a threat to the state. In this case the group that organized the small, silent protest was Argos, supposedly the ideological heir to another group, Génération identitaire, that had been banned by the government in 2021. What was Génération identitaire’s crime that caused the state to shut it down? It dared to organize civil disobedience protests against the demographic transformation of France – that is, against the inexorable growth in the Muslim population, and to protest as well the failure of the French state to stop the massive illegal immigration by Muslim economic migrants. As Génération Identitaire’s complaints were unanswerable, the Macron regime, instead of engaging with its complaints, simply banned it. And it now appears, exercising one’s free speech rights — with a single banner– as a member of Argos will also be treated as a criminal offense.
The Argos group posted about their action on X, writing:
Argos supports Mégane and her family as she comes out of a coma.
Is this the kind of speech that should be banned? It’s a simple statement, posted online, of sympathy and solidarity with the victim of a particularly atrocious crime. Or is it because Oumar is a Muslim that special rules to protect him from protests, however mild, in person or online, must be applied? Argos continued:
Savagely attacked and raped by Oumar N. last August, Mégane finally came out of the coma today but remains in a fragile state. The Argos activists therefore went to the hospital in Cherbourg where she is being treated in order to show her our support. A donation was also made via a fund set up recently.
In a society where the state and Justice do their job, Mégane would not have had to suffer the barbarity of Oumar. In a society where young people do not have such a wait-and-see attitude, Oumar could not have committed these crimes. Support for Mégane,
People’s Self-Defense for our own!
A dozen of the activists were arrested after holding up banners that read: “The state doesn’t defend us, get ready,” and placards featuring a photo of the suspected rapist. The youngest arrested from the group is 18 while the oldest is 28. They were taken into police custody and held for 48 hours. All of the activists used their right to remain silent, according to French media outlet Ouest France.
The prosecutor in the case is apparently taking issue with the group’s calls for self-defense, despite the state being increasingly unable to defend its citizens.
It's not that France is unable to defend its citizens, especially girls and young women, it's that they are unwilling to.
Why are these young people being prosecuted? For standing quietly in a vigil outside Mégane’s hospital, holding up a banner in support of Mégane, the victim of an atrocious crime, including anal rape with a broomstick, that left her in a month-long coma, and even now she remains in critical condition, “hovering between life and death.” No, they are being prosecuted for the banner they held up outside Ndiaye’s house that — it needs to be repeated — simply called into question the willingness and ability of the French state to protect its citizens, stating “the state doesn’t defend us, get ready.”
“You are appearing for having, through speeches made at an undeclared demonstration, incited willful harm to a person’s integrity by calling for self-defense,” stated Pierre-Yves Marot, the public prosecutor. He announced that five members of Argos were first arrested by the police and another seven were taken into custody inside a vehicle shortly afterwards.
How does a call for “self-defense” become an “incitement to cause willful harm” to someone — that someone being the rapist Oumar Ndiaye? Did the protestors call for violence against Oumar Ndiaye or anyone else? They called only for the people of France to be prepared to defend themselves as the state was doing such a poor job of doing so.
The French state is treating as criminals the very people who only want that state to deal effectively with the real criminals, such people as Oumar Ndiaye who, despite 17 criminal offenses, including incestual rape, was still walking freely on the streets of Cherbourg, and thus able to commit his latest atrocity. They did not call for vigilante justice against Ndiaye, but only for people to recognize that, given the laxity of the police and the criminal justice system, they must be prepared to protect themselves. Why should that ever be a crime?
In Germany, Migrant Muslims and the Rise In Sexual Assaults
At Swimming Pools
“Germany: 8 migrants arrested for sexual assault of 13-year-old girl in Cologne swimming pool,” by John Cody, Remix News, September 19, 2023:
Eight foreign nationals have been arrested for surrounding and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in a Cologne swimming pool in Germany, with the girl managing to free herself and immediately alert police on Sunday.
According to police, there are eight suspects between the ages of 16 and 26 who are said to have surrounded the girl in a bathroom at the pool. They harassed her and fondled her, according to the police report released on Monday.
The main suspect, a 16-year-old Iraqi, is said to have reached inside the girl’s bikini bottom. She freed herself from her attackers and went to inform a lifeguard, who then called the police. They arrived in seven patrol cars and discovered the suspects at the exit of the pool, according to German broadcaster ZDF.
The suspects didn’t even bother to leave the scene, so sure were they that the girl they assaulted wouldn’t have dared to report them. They were wrong.
Three of the other suspects have Turkish citizenship and four have Syrian citizenship. The investigation remains in its early stages, and it is unclear how far the sexual assault went, but the 16-year-old Iraqi has already been charged with sexual assault….
It sounds as though not actual rape, but digital penetration, was the extent of the assault. But one can well imagine the effect on a 13-year-old girl, suddenly being surrounded by eight jeering and threatening males, some in their mid-20s, groping her sexually. It’s not something she will ever forget.
The Alternative for Germany (AfD) party released a statement about the alleged sexual assault, writing: “A disgusting and speechless crime occurred on Sunday in an outdoor pool in Cologne’s Agrippabad: A 13-year-old girl was harassed, surrounded and then sexually abused by a group of eight foreign men (16 to 26).”
The party also referenced the mass sexual assault attacks also seen in Cologne in 2016.
“And again, the reactions of the established parties are predictable: nothing but unbearable phrases, appeasements, silence and trivialization — instead of finally deporting people and protecting our children and women! In the city of Cologne in particular, sexual abuse brings back horrific memories: on New Year’s Eve 2015, there were hundreds of sexual attacks by migrants in the area of Cologne Cathedral and the main train station. The mass migration ideologues in Cologne have apparently learned nothing. The incredible extent of the suppression of reality and the mockery of victims culminated in the statement by the still incumbent mayor of Cologne, Henriette Reker, that women should keep an ‘arm’s length away.’ But this helpless 13-year-old girl in the swimming pool had no chance of getting an ‘arm’s length distance.’ She is the victim of a political mainstream that puts its ideology before the protection of women and girls.”
After hundreds of German girls and women were sexually assaulted by Muslim migrants on New Year’s Eve 2015, the then- Mayor of Cologne, Henriette Reker, outrageously blamed the victims instead of blasting the perpetrators: she faulted the women for not having kept at “arm’s length” from their attackers. At least she did not accuse them of having incited their attackers by wearing what, for Muslims, are seen as “come-hither” outfits. And apparently Reker is still blaming the victim in this case, a 13-year-old girl, for not having kept “an arm’s length away” from her attackers. And how was that 13-year-old, surrounded by eight older males in a bathroom where they sexually groped her, supposed to keep them all “at arm’s length”?
These mass sexual assaults, including rapes, by Muslim migrants of German girls and women at swimming pools will continue, undiminished, until the anti-Muslim immigrant party, Alternative für Deutschland, which is climbing precipitously in the polls, takes power — it is now the second largest party in Germany — possibly as the head of a right-wing coalition.
AfD promises to halt Muslim migration, and to deport Muslim migrants who commit crimes back to their countries of origin. These measures will keep the Muslim population from growing, and threaten a punishment — deportation back to Muslim hellholes after a sentence has been served — that is far more worrisome to Muslims than time spent in a comfortable Western jail. Those Muslim migrants who have been having their fun assaulting little girls and women at municipal pools from now on will have to consider the newly-severe consequences imposed by the AfD. And, of course, the AfD will also devote greater resources to deal with the rise in crime by Muslims, including police to be stationed right at the entry to, and even inside, municipal pools, for an extensive presence that, until now, the center-left government has not thought necessary or advisable. It all depends on enough voters in Germany coming to their senses, ignoring the smear campaign against, and voting in, the AfD.
