IJM and World Vision to tackle Child Trafficking in Romania, while Canada does nothing

 

U.S. awards IJM and World Vision US$10 million grant to combat child trafficking in Romania

Nearly 1 in 2 identified trafficking victims in Romania are children, including nearly 3 in 5 who are victims of sex trafficking. 

Over the next five years, IJM and World Vision will lead a consortium to work with the U.S. and Romanian governments to combat child trafficking and strengthen Romania’s ability to protect children.

Excellant! Now, if Canada would only do something, anything, to combat child trafficking and child sexual abuse in Canada. But, it has done absolutely nothing since Justin Trudeau became Prime Minister - absolutely nothing in nine years!
