A 20-year-old Moroccan man, Mohamed Amine Elouardaoui, has been placed under a mental incompetence order after investigators concluded he was responsible for a string of violent assaults on women in Prato over a period of just over two months.
Ten women were attacked, several suffering fractures and disfigurement, but the suspect was repeatedly neither expelled nor formally arrested because he had previously been declared mentally unfit.
According to reporting by Corriere della Sera, the migrant told his psychiatrist that he was rejected by an Italian woman, which led him to wage an attack against total strangers just because they were female and Italian. The first assault occurred in late September, when a young woman shopping in a supermarket was punched in the face without warning. She sustained fractures to her jaw, cheekbone, and eye socket. The assailant fled and resurfaced weeks later at another supermarket, where he allegedly struck a woman in the back of the head. In November, he was accused of tripping a woman in the street and threatening a post office employee. Days later, he is said to have punched another woman in the ribs and crushed her hands against a checkout counter.
The violence escalated in early December. On Dec. 4, a 64-year-old woman suffered a fractured arm. The following day, a 30-year-old woman was slashed with a broken bottle in Piazza delle Carceri. A female police inspector intervened and arrested the suspect, to which the man reportedly said, “You can’t do that, you’re a woman,” in response.
Psychiatric assessments ordered by the investigating judge concluded that Elouardaoui suffers from schizophrenia and psychotic disorders. A psychiatrist told authorities the man had developed a fixation after being rejected by an Italian woman, and this had evolved into what experts described as an “ethnic hatred” toward Italian women. On that basis, the aggravating circumstance of ethnic hatred was applied.
Despite the severity of the assaults, the court ruled that the suspect was incapable of understanding his actions at the time of the offenses and unfit to stand trial. Instead of pre-trial detention, he was ordered into compulsory psychiatric care. He was initially placed in a hospital ward, from which he escaped, but was later transferred to a mental health facility in Volterra. He is reported to hold a valid residence permit….

The Qur’an likens a woman to a field (tilth), to be used by a man as he wills: “Your women are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth as you will” — Qur’an 2:223
It declares that a woman’s testimony is worth half that of a man: “Get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as you choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her” — Qur’an 2:282
It allows men to marry up to four wives, and have sex with slave girls also: “If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry women of your choice, two or three or four; but if you fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly, then only one, or one that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice” — Qur’an 4:3
It rules that a son’s inheritance should be twice the size of that of a daughter: “Allah directs you as regards your children’s inheritance: to the male, a portion equal to that of two females” — Qur’an 4:11
It allows for marriage to pre-pubescent girls, stipulating that Islamic divorce procedures “shall apply to those who have not yet menstruated” — Qur’an 65:4
Jean-Luc Mélenchon, of course, doesn’t know any of that, or care about it. All he wants to do is lessen the suspicions of the native French population toward the Muslim migrant newcomers. If women suffer as a result, that’s just the price of leftist hegemony.

Rapist convicted after teenager alerts police ‘by ordering pizza'
West Midlands Police, December 6, 2025:
A rapist was caught by officers after the 15-year-old girl he attacked bravely called us for help by ‘asking for a pizza.’
The girl had seen a video on TikTok where another sexual assault victim had phoned police to ‘order a pizza’ and our force call handler had the presence of mind to understand the situation.
The call handler quickly dispatched officers to the girl as she’s been left at the roadside and she was able to provide details of her attacker’s car and registration, with officers later arresting him at his address.
Abdul Kahar, aged 41, of Anthony Road, Alum Rock, appeared at Birmingham Crown Court on 1 December where he pleaded guilty to two charges of raping a female under 16, four charges of sexually assaulting a female over 13, non-fatal intentional strangulation and breach of a sexual harm prevention order. He will appear back at court on 9 February for sentence.
Kahar had met the girl on Snapchat in June of this year posing as a 17-year-old boy called ‘Jay.’
They decided to meet up on the afternoon of 28 July, when he picked her up in his vehicle and gave her alcohol.
Kahar went on to rape the girl and sexually assault her in his vehicle. After the attack she bravely called us from the vehicle where she spoke to one of our call handlers and asked to order a pizza.
Our call handler had the foresight to realise the nature of the call for help and asked her ‘yes’ or ‘no’ questions, to establish what was happening and send out officers.
When she asked the girl if she was in danger she replied ‘yeah.’ She was able to tell us a location and we found her by the roadside in Druids Heath where she was safeguarded. The girl bravely provided a strong description which led to Kahar’s arrest….
