Stony Plain man charged with several child sex abuse offences: RCMP
Parkland RCMP have charged a 44-year-old man from Stony Plain with multiple child sex abuse offences.
On April 27, officers initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle driving in a concerning way and, after further investigation, officers confirmed the driver was in breach of court-imposed conditions prohibiting him from being in contact with anyone under the age of 16, said police in a Tuesday news release.
The Parkland RCMP special investigations unit took over the investigation and identified an additional four victims related to several other offences.
Brian Jenkins has been charged with four counts of breach of prohibition order, two counts of making child sexual abuse and exploitation material, two counts of possessing child sexual abuse and exploitation material, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, making sexually explicit material available to a minor, child luring and accessing child sexual abuse and exploitation material.
Police said Jenkins remains in custody and his next court appearance is slated for Dec. 17 in St. Albert.

Man charged with multiple child luring offences in Port Colborne

In April of 2025, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Detectives assigned to the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit began an investigation into the luring of minors using the Internet. Over the course of the investigation the suspect is alleged to have communicated for a sexual purpose with young persons under the age of 16, using the Snapchat username “model_agency25”. The offences took place over a period of time in early 2025. After a thorough investigation by members of the NRPS ICE Unit, a Port Colborne resident was identified as the suspect.
On Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, Detectives from the NRPS Internet Child Exploitation Unit and the 3 District Street Crime Unit arrested 45-year-old Bryan Leslie PRINGLE of Port Colborne for the following Criminal Code offences:
Bryan Leslie PRINGLE remains in custody and is scheduled to attend a bail hearing on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church St., in the City of St. Catharines.
Detectives have identified additional Snapchat accounts used by Bryan Pringle; “rubkids699”, “kidmodel457”, “kidsyum699”, “janesfriend6999”, “shhssksskskj”, “miagoldberg699” and hotkids69455”.
