The Perverted Lives of the Rich and Famous > Edinburgh City Council Head - 1st Class Creep; Jay-Z sued for raping 13 y/o girl with Diddy Combs

UK politician suspended over sexual messages

to Ukrainians – media

The head of the Edinburgh City Council allegedly asked women from the country about their sexual preferences via messenger
UK politician suspended over sexual messages to Ukrainians – media

Edinburgh City Council head Cammy Day has been suspended following accusations of sending sexually explicit messages to Ukrainian women, BBC Scotland reported on Sunday, citing Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar.

The Sunday Mail had earlier reported that Day, who represents the Labour party, had been texting the women to ask about their sexual preferences, trying to meet for dates and making compliments about their looks.

Labour is the third biggest party on the Edinburgh Council. However, Day has led the local authority for more than two years with support from the Liberal Democrats and Scottish Conservatives. Both of these groups are now calling for his resignation.

Speaking on BBC Scotland’s Sunday Show, Sarwar, who described the allegations as “deeply distressing,” said the party took “immediate action” when it became aware of the claims of inappropriate behavior. He added that police are investigating the case, emphasizing that Day has been suspended pending the outcome of the probe.

According to several refugees, as cited by the Sunday Mail, it was impossible to ignore the unwelcome advances by the Labour politician due to his high position. One individual who fled Ukraine shortly after the escalation of the military conflict in 2022 told the news outlet that the 50-year old politician bombarded her with messages when she arrived in Edinburgh.

The messages, seen by the tabloid, show Day “asking sexually explicit questions, sending love heart and kissing emojis and repeatedly asking […] to meet up for wine.” In addition, the politician allegedly contacted refugees on a dating app where the messages were “more sexually explicit.”

“I tried to ignore all his hints about sex or meeting up because I was afraid of his influence and just tried to be polite to avoid any conflict,” an unnamed Ukrainian national said, adding that her friends had faced “a similar situation where he wrote to them on social media and in the dating app.”

“One of my Ukrainian friends said that this person had shown sexual interest for some time but I don’t know what actually happened or why he was interested specifically in Ukrainians,” the migrant added.

Another refugee, who has now left Edinburgh, confirmed having received multiple messages from Day via social media and dating sites while staying in the city.

“He started following me then sent lots of emojis and reactions to posts and asked to meet up. It was too much and I didn’t know how to say I didn’t want him to contact me anymore because of his position.”

A Labour spokesman said the party is taking all complaints seriously and that they are being fully investigated. Meanwhile, a Police Scotland spokeswoman told the outlet that “enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”

Jay-Z accused of raping 13-year-old girl,

rapper calls it ‘blackmail attempt’

An amended lawsuit filed in federal court on Sunday alleges that rap mogul Jay-Z raped a 13-year-old girl along with Sean “Diddy” Combs during a party in 2000.

Jay-Z denied the allegations on social media and blasted the lawsuit, calling it part of a “blackmail attempt” by the plaintiff’s lawyer. Lawyers for Jay-Z did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The lawsuit was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York and at that time did not name Jay-Z as a defendant, though the amended lawsuit says that Jay-Z was identified as “Celebrity A” on the original complaint.

Combs has denied all allegations against him, including this one, in October. He is currently in jail on federal sex trafficking charges, to which he has pleaded not guilty.

The lawsuit alleges that the unnamed girl was drugged and raped by both Jay-Z and Combs at a party hosted by Combs following the MTV Music Awards in 2000, which was held in New York.

Tony Buzbee, the Texas lawyer representing the girl who filed Sunday’s lawsuit, has filed at least 20 civil lawsuits against Combs accusing him of sexual misconduct.

In an email to Reuters, Buzbee said the Jay-Z lawsuit “speaks for itself.”

“This is a very serious matter that will be litigated in court,” Buzbee wrote.

Buzbee, in his amended lawsuit, says his legal firm had previously sent Jay-Z a letter seeking to mediate a settlement.

Jay-Z, the lawsuit says, responded to that letter by filing a lawsuit against Buzbee, and by “orchestrating a conspiracy of harassment” against Buzbee and other lawyers in his firm, which the lawyer said was an intimidation tactic meant to silence his client.

The Perverted Lives of the Rich and Famous > Disney, Pixar animator very sick pedo; New lawsuits against Diddy Combs from men, women and boys

Key Disney and Pixar Animator Now Facing

Child Sex Abuse Case

Bolhem Bouchiba, a famed Pixar and Disney animator,

is awaiting trial for child sex abuse.

Over the years, Disney and Pixar have become a bastion of animation. The companies will go down in history for their innovative features from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves to Toy Story. However, a new report is clouding their names and we have a disgraced animation to thank. New reports have confirmed Bolhem Bouchiba is awaiting trial in France on charges of child sex abuse.

The report, which comes from Cartoon Brew, reveals the 59-year-old animator is awaiting trial in Paris. The animator, who was a key talent at Disney and Pixar through 2004, is accused of ordering hundreds of rapes. Authorities say Bouchiba ordered the assaults on young girls in the Philippines by way of live streaming.

BOLHEM BOUCHIBA AWAITS TRIAL IN FRANCE FOR SEX ABUSE

According to Le Figaro, one of France’s top newspapers, police began investigating Bouchiba in 2019. The group Europol noticed the animator was tied to suspicious fund transfers tied to the Philippines. As the team investigated, authorities learned Bouchiba was allegedly paying others to sexually abuse minors overseas. Investigators say the minors impacted were aged three to fifteen, and they believe as many “as a thousand children” were targeted.

Currently, Bouchiba is awaiting trial, but this case is not the first time the animator has been hit with In 2014, the artist was arrested and convicted of sexually assaulting the young daughter of his partner. During that case, investigators found that Bouchiba had viewed child pornography, and the case ended with the animator earning a suspended two-year sentence.

As for his current case, Bouchiba faces up to 20 years in prison. In France, Le Figaro has earned major attention due to its graphic reporting on this case. In one instance, the report documents part of Bouchiba’s many interviews with police. It was there Bouchiba shared disturbing information about the sexual abuse he directed and how “scared” the victims were.

THE INDUSTRY RESPONDS TO BOUCHIBA’S HORRIFIC CRIMES

Bouchiba’s crimes are nothing short of monstrous, and Disney fans are eager to disavow the artist. In 1995, the artist began work at Disney with Runaway Brain before signing on to The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Hercules as a key animator. In 1999, Bouchiba took point on Tarzan as one of its lead animators, and he worked on other projects like Lilo & Stitch. At Pixar, the disgraced animator did work on Ratatouille as well as The Incredibles and Up. Plus, Bouchiba had recent credits to his name through Soul, Luca, and Elemental.

Beyond Disney and Pixar, the animator worked with other companies like DreamWorks. Radford Sechrist, the creator of Kipo and the Age of the Wonderbeasts, recounted their upsetting history with Bouchiba. So of course, read on with caution:

“The more I sit and think about working with Bolhem the angrier I get. Before his first charge in 2014 he said to me “I loved having kids, all I care about is finding someone so I can have a kid again.” So he moved back to France specifically to have kids. Now I realize he was toying with me like a psychopath. Making me think he was a family man but he knew he meant something else. He’s only facing 20 years, but he had to have been doing more for years if he was saying stuff like that openly messing with people,” the artist shared.

“I used to look at him like this wise mentor but now when I think back on his face I feel like I’m seeing a demon with that little crooked smirk he always had.”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of molesting

teenage boy in latest lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs has again been hit with a slew of new lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, including one claim alleging the hip-hop mogul molested a 16-year-old boy.

Combs, who has already been named in more than a dozen sexual assault lawsuits, was sued by six more people in Manhattan on Monday. The new filings claim Combs was abusive to the victims, who have not been named publicly, at various parties and industry events from 1995 to 2021.

Two of the six lawsuits centre around various “white parties” thrown by Combs, where guests dressed in all white clothing to celebrate the Fourth of July or Labour Day weekend at his home in the Hamptons.

One accuser said he was 16 at the time of a 1998 party, where Combs allegedly asked him to remove his pants and proceeded to touch the victim sexually, the Washington Post reported.

Combs told the teenager such conduct was a rite of passage for anyone attempting to break into the music industry, the filing states. The man, identified only as John Doe, said he complied out of fear and a hope Combs would help him secure a successful future.

The second White Party allegation comes from a man who said he was hired as security for the event in 2006. The anonymous accuser alleged he was served a drink laced with narcotics. While he was “extremely ill,” the man said Combs raped him in an open van.

In a statement, Combs’ lawyers denied any wrongdoing and said all of the lawsuits are “clear attempts to garner publicity.”

“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman,” his lawyers wrote.

The I’ll Be Missing You rapper is expected to be named in more than 100 additional lawsuits, according to lawyers who said their clients’ allegations range from sexual assault and rape to sex trafficking and violent behaviour. The latest lawsuits come from this same pool of filings, led by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee.

Combs, his various business enterprises, the department store Macy’s and the hotel chain Marriott were named as co-defendants in the six new lawsuits.

One accuser said she was raped by Combs in 2004 after while filming the reality TV show Making the Band. She said Combs invited her and a friend to an “exclusive” after-party at a Marriott hotel. Upon their arrival, the lawsuit claims one of Combs’ staffers told the two women, “You know what you are here for.”

The unnamed woman said she was 19 when Combs “fondled, molested and ultimately raped” her in the hotel room.

Another accuser said Combs sexually assaulted him at Manhattan’s Macy’s flagship store in 2008. According to the lawsuit, Combs was there to promote his clothing line, Sean John, when he cornered the John Doe in the stockroom with three of his bodyguards in tow. The man, who worked for a rival fashion brand, said Combs forced him to perform oral sex as his staffers watched.

Combs allegedly threatened the man’s life if he were to tell anyone about the assault, the filing states. Other accusers said the same, claiming Combs threatened them.

The fifth lawsuit sees a woman accuse Combs of becoming physically violent and raping her at a party celebrating the release of Notorious B.I.G.’s One More Chance music video at Elks Plaza in New York City in 1995.

Most recently, one accuser said he believed he was served a laced drink at a party thrown by Combs in 2021. The man, who said he is a consultant working in the music industry, alleged Combs brought him to a backroom and raped him while he was impaired.

Combs has also denied the racketeering, sex trafficking and prostitution charges against him in an ongoing federal investigation.

Last week, the rapper and his lawyers accused federal authorities of leaking the video of Combs’ physical assault against his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, among other information, to the press in an alleged attempt to deprive Combs of a fair jury trial.

Combs is still in custody and has repeatedly been denied bail. He was arrested last month.

Two judges have concluded that Combs would be a danger to the community if he is released. On Friday, an appeals court judge denied Combs’ immediate release from jail while a three-judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals weighs his bail request. One judge deemed Combs a “serious flight risk.”

He is scheduled to stand trial on the federal charges on May 5.

Perverted Lives of the Rich and Famous > Blade-Runner to get parole 10 years after murdering girlfriend; Jamie Foxx sued again by same woman; Sean Diddy Combs sued by a third woman

Oscar Pistorius granted parole a decade

after killing girlfriend

Double-amputee Olympic runner Oscar Pistorius was granted parole Friday, 10 years after shooting his girlfriend through a toilet door at his home in South Africa in a killing that jolted the world.

Department of Corrections spokesperson Singabakho Nxumalo said Pistorius would be released from prison on Jan. 5. His parole will come with conditions, including that he not leave the area of Pretoria where he is set to live without permission from authorities. Pistorius will also attend a program to deal with his anger issues, Nxumalo said, and will have to perform community service.

Pistorius’ parole conditions will be in place for five years, the Department of Corrections said.

“Parole does not mean the end of the sentence. It is still part of the sentence. It only means the inmate will complete the sentence outside a correctional facility,” Nxumalo said.

Pistorius taken to hospital with cuts to wrists

Pistorius, who turned 37 this week, has been in jail since late 2014 for the Valentine’s Day 2013 killing of model Reeva Steenkamp, although he was released for a period of house arrest in 2015 while one of the numerous appeals in his case was heard. He was ultimately convicted of murder and sentenced to 13 years and five months in prison.

Serious offenders in South Africa must serve at least half of their sentence to be eligible for parole, which Pistorius has done.

Pistorius was at the height of his fame and one of the world’s most admired athletes when he killed Steenkamp. He shot her multiple times in the bathroom of his Pretoria villa in the predawn hours with his licensed 9mm pistol.

Friday’s parole hearing was Pistorius’ second in the space of eight months. He was wrongly ruled ineligible for early release at a first hearing in March. That was due to an error made by an appeals court over when the sentence officially started.

Pistorius was initially convicted of culpable homicide – a charge comparable to manslaughter – for killing Steenkamp. That conviction was overturned and he was convicted of murder after an appeal by prosecutors. They also appealed against an initial sentence of six years for murder, and Pistorius was ultimately sentenced to 13 years and five months in prison.

Pistorius testified at his murder trial that he killed Steenkamp by mistake, thinking she was a dangerous intruder hiding in his bathroom in the middle of the night when he fired four times through the door with his licensed 9mm pistol. Prosecutors argued that Steenkamp, a 29-year-old model and reality TV star, had fled to the toilet cubicle during a late-night argument and Pistorius killed her in a rage.

Pistorius was eventually convicted of murder on a legal principle known as dolus eventualis, which means he acted with extreme recklessness and should have known that whoever was behind the door would likely be killed. It’s comparable to third-degree murder.

Steenkamp’s father, Barry Steenkamp, died in September. Her mother, June Steenkamp, did not oppose Pistorius’ parole.

Rob Matthews, a South African man whose 21-year-old daughter was murdered in 2004 and who became a Steenkamp family friend, read out a statement from June Steenkamp outside the prison before the hearing in which she said she was not opposing his parole and didn’t attend the hearing because “I simply cannot muster the energy to face him again at this stage.”

Nevertheless, “I do not believe Oscar’s version that he thought the person in the toilet was a burglar,” June Steenkamp said in the statement. “In fact, I do not know anybody who does. My dearest child screamed for her life. … I believe he knew it was Reeva.”

While out on parole, Pistorius is expected to live at his uncle’s luxurious mansion in a wealthy Pretoria suburb, where he stayed during his murder trial.

Pistorius was initially sent to Pretoria’s central prison, a notorious apartheid-era jail. He was moved to the city’s Atteridgeville Correctional Centre in 2016.

There have been only occasional glimpses of Pistorius’ life behind bars over the past decade. His father has said he has been holding bible classes for fellow prisoners, although there have also been flashes of trouble, including an altercation Pistorius had with another inmate over a prison telephone that left him requiring medical treatment.

Steenkamp’s killing happened when Pistorius was at the height of his fame and just months after he had become the first double-amputee to compete at the Olympics. He was also a multiple Paralympic sprinting champion and one of sport’s most marketable figures, having overcome the amputation of both his legs below the knee as a baby to run on specially designed carbon-fiber blades.

At his sensational trial, prosecutors argued there was another side to Pistorius’ life that involved guns and angry confrontations with others. Pistorius was also found guilty of a second charge of recklessly firing a gun in a restaurant.

Jamie Foxx accused of sexually assaulting woman

in New York restaurant

Actor Jamie Foxx has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman while dining at a New York City restaurant in 2015.

lawsuit against the Django Unchained star was filed on Monday with the New York State Supreme Court, according to Variety.

In the legal filing, the accuser, identified only as Jane Doe, claimed Foxx led her to a “secluded” area of the Catch NYC restaurant and groped her. The woman alleged Foxx, 55, “intentionally and without consent used force” to touch her breasts and genitals.

She said Foxx appeared “intoxicated” at the time.

As news of the lawsuit broke, Foxx denied the allegations against him.

“The alleged incident never happened,” a representative for Foxx told Page Six. “In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter.”

“The claims are no more viable today than they were then. We are confident they will be dismissed again,” the spokesperson concluded.

Jane Doe claimed she and a friend were at a table next to Foxx and Mark Birnbaum, the owner of Catch NYC.

The woman claimed she and her friend asked Foxx for a photo together before he allegedly assaulted her. Foxx agreed to take a photo and complimented the complainant, saying she had a “supermodel body” and looked like Gabrielle Union, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit states Jane Doe experienced “physical and emotional injuries, anxiety, distress, embarrassment and economic harm” as a result of the incident. She is seeking an unspecified amount of compensation.

Jane Doe is also suing the parent company of Catch NYC, Catch Hospitality Group. She alleged a security guard at the restaurant witnessed Foxx’s assault her but did not intervene.

Other business-related people have been named as defendants in allegations of negligent hiring practices, training and inadequate supervision.

Catch Hospitality Group has not released a statement about the claims.

The lawsuit against Foxx is one of many New York-based sexual assault cases currently filed against celebrities. The allegations come as part of the New York Adult Survivors Act, which in May 2022 created a one-year window for adult survivors of sexual assault to file a legal claim, even if the statute of limitations has expired. The window to file a lawsuit against an alleged abuser began on Nov. 24, 2022, and will end on Friday.

Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. and Axl Rose of the band Guns N’ Roses have also been accused of sexual assault under the legislation this week.

In May, Foxx suffered what his family described as a “medical complication” and was hospitalized. The actor never disclosed the nature of what happened to him. At the time of his hospitalization, he was in Atlanta filming Netflix movie Back in Action with fellow actors Cameron Diaz and Glenn Close.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sued by third accuser claiming

he and Aaron Hall took turns raping her

A third woman has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming that the rapper and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall both took turns raping her and a friend in the early 1990s.

The plaintiff, identified in the complaint obtained by The Post as Jane Doe, alleged that she and her pal met Combs and Hall at an event hosted by MCA Records in New York City in 1990 or 1991.

“Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night,” read the 10-page lawsuit filed Thursday, just before the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act.

The two performers later invited the women to Hall’s apartment for an afterparty, where Doe was allegedly “coerced” into having sex with Combs.

“After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized,” according to the court documents. “As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”

Following the alleged rape, the woman got dressed and ran out of Hall’s home, with her friend leaving a short time later.

A third accuser has come forward accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs, left, of rape in a new lawsuit.

The friend told Jane Doe, according to the filing, that she, too, “had been forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room.”

“Upon information and belief, when Combs finished with Jane Doe, he and Hall switched, and they commenced assaulting Jane Doe’s friend,” the lawsuit alleged.

Doe claimed that a couple of days later, Combs came to the home where she and her friend were staying, and violently attacked her.
