Justin Welby seems to be completely unaware of the tens of thousands of British girls who have been raped and gang-raped and trafficked by Muslim men, almost all from Pakistan, over the past 30 years. He seemed surprised and horrified by the kidnapping of 287 children in Nigeria last week, as if Muslim gangs there have not kidnapped several thousand children, mostly girls, and mostly Christians, to become wives and sex-slaves for insane men.

Italy: Catholic Diocese Urges Faithful to Participate

in Islamic Prayers During Ramadan

Another Ramadan is upon us, and as is always the case, the eager-to-be-fooled infidels are out in force. A Catholic diocese in Italy has just called upon priests and laypeople to seek out opportunities to participate in Ramadan observances, as a gesture of goodwill toward Muslims. When will Muslim leaders tell Muslims to participate in Christian worship to show friendship with Christians? Don’t hold your breath.

The Catholic Herald reported Friday that the Italian diocese of Bergamo is “instructing its priests to participate in Islamic rituals, citing Pope Francis’ directives on interreligious dialogue.” Diocesan officials issued a directive “urging priests to seek out opportunities for interreligious dialogue during the ‘holy month’ of Ramadan by inviting the faithful to join in praying with Muslims and joining in the Iftar ritual meal.”

This directive was the handiwork of Fr. Massimo Rizzi, who is the director of the diocese’s Office for Interreligious Dialogue. Fr. Rizzi is such a hip, up-to-date, Church-of-what’s-happening-now type of priest that he even went so far as to give this letter the date 23 Sha’ban 1445. He wasn’t trying to fool anyone into thinking that the directive had been written nearly six hundred years ago; the date he gave was that of last Monday according to the Islamic calendar.

Given Fr. Rizzi’s clearly firm commitment to multiculti pieties, it’s no surprise that is directive is also heavily larded with today’s fashionable cant and blather. He asks Catholics to pray for “a continuous realization of all the dimensions that make up humanity desired by the Creator,” as well as for “continuous growth in the dialogue between peoples and different faiths.”

Yeah, we gotta keep that dialogue growing. Fr. Rizzi was, however, too busy racing to the multicultural mountaintop to take the time to explain that dialogue’s effects. Why do so few Christians in the West speak out about the rampant persecution of Christians in the Islamic world? Because they don’t want to harm the “dialogue.”

Yet this “dialogue” has not saved one single Christian from being murdered. Robert McManus, Roman Catholic Bishop of Worcester, Mass., said it on Feb. 8, 2013, as he was suppressing a planned talk (by me) at a Catholic conference on that persecution: “Talk about extreme, militant Islamists and the atrocities that they have perpetrated globally might undercut the positive achievements that we Catholics have attained in our inter-religious dialogue with devout Muslims.”

Remember also that Mohamed Atta, about the plane he had hijacked on Sept. 11, 2001, told passengers over the intercom: “Stay quiet and you’ll be okay.” The Catholic Church appears to have adopted that statement as its policy regarding Muslim persecution of Christians.

A well-known progressive activist and former Christian pastor has announced his conversion to Islam and expressed solidarity with Palestinians amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict. 

In a post on Telegram early Monday morning, Shaun King announced that he and his wife “converted to Islam to start off Ramadan” at their mosque in Dallas, Texas. A video excerpt from the conversion ceremony shows King agreeing that “there is only one God and his messenger is Muhammad.” 

After describing his conversion as a “beautiful, powerful, meaningful” experience that he will “never forget,” King said he planned to “begin fasting in the morning with over 1 billion Muslims around the world.” King’s post about fasting reflects that fasting from sunrise to sunset is a custom practiced by various Muslims sects when they observe Ramadan.

King added, “My heart is with my dearest friends in Gaza and I’m proud that we were able to provide meals tonight to thousands and thousands of families from the North to the South in Gaza and will do so every day of Ramadan.” His Telegram account consists of multiple posts documenting the situation in Gaza following the Oct. 7 Hamas terror attacks on Israeli civilians, expressing sympathy with the Palestinians there and outlining his efforts to provide them with hot meals during Ramadan. 

In a subsequent post Monday afternoon, King vowed to “begin sharing our journey with Islam this Ramadan.” He also expressed gratitude that “we have received hundreds of messages from all over the world of men, women, and children that want to convert to Islam with us.” 

King first became a source of national controversy in 2015, when he emerged as one of the most prominent voices in favor of the Black Lives Matter movement. King, a former Christian pastor, suggested that the man listed as his biological father on his birth certificate was not his biological father and that his real biological father was a “light-skinned black man” whom his white mother had relations with. His comments led to allegations that he was merely pretending to be black. 

King has also been mired in several controversies surrounding the accounting of money he managed for social justice causes and his relaunch of Frederick Douglass’ abolitionist newspaper, The North Star. While The Daily Beast noted he’s never faced criminal or civil charges related to the accusations of wrongdoing, professor and author Keisha N. Blain said in a post on Twitter/X in 2020 that she was “warned” about King. Blain claimed that she learned through personal experience that he is a “liar and a fraud.”

Which means, of course, that he was never a real Christian. There are no liars in Christendom, only pretend Christians.

Following the mass shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Oct. 1, 2017, King suggested that “whiteness, somehow, protects men from being labeled as terrorists.” He noted that the perpetrator behind the Las Vegas mass shooting was white and contrasted the treatment he received from the media with the treatment directed at non-white mass shooters by the media. 

In 2020, following the death of George Floyd in police custody, King generated backlash for proclaiming that “the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down” along with statues memorializing historic figures who owned slaves and/or supported slavery. King described the depiction of Jesus as a “form of white supremacy.” 

“In the Bible, when the family of Jesus wanted to hide, and blend in, guess where they went? EGYPT! Not Denmark. Tear them down,” he demanded. 

King maintained that “all murals and stained glass windows of white Jesus, and his European mother, and their white friends should also come down.” Characterizing them as a “gross form of white supremacy,” he claimed they were “racist propaganda” and “tools of oppression.” 

“I am a practicing Christian. I am an ordained minister and was a senior pastor for many years,” he noted in response to the blowback and alleged death threats he received for his condemnation of “white Jesus.” King defended his comments, doubling down on his belief that “Christian whiteness has ALWAYS been dangerous.” 

King elaborates more on his background and experience on his personal website. An archived version of the website as it appeared in 2020 highlights King’s “astounding 1,500 articles on injustice” that have appeared in The Intercept, New York Daily News, Harvard Law’s Fair Punishment Project and the Daily Kos.  

The website portrays the speaker and writer as a journalist, humanitarian, and activist as well as a “magnetic element of the Black Lives Matter movement” and a “humane and passionate advocate for justice and families.” It mentions that King previously served as a “popular high school history and civics teacher in Atlanta, then a traveling teacher and counselor at a dozen different jails, prisons, and youth detention centers in Georgia–speaking and teaching 5 times a day, 5 times a week, for years.”

“Shaun started and pastored a church in inner city Atlanta and launched several award-winning social good campaigns that raised millions of dollars for causes around the world,” the website added. A 2016 interview with BuzzFeed News identifies the church King started as Courageous Church.

The Archbishop of Canterbury has told Church of England leaders that their failure to deal with child sexual abuse is "a knife in our soul".

Speaking at the opening of the General Synod in York on Friday, the Most Rev Justin Welby told an audience of hundreds of synod members that there is much more progress to be made in the wake of the safeguarding scandal.

He said that "every time the Archbishop of York or I see another case where there's a falling short of our response, it is a knife in our soul".

The Archbishop of Canterbury, along with Dr John Sentamu, are due to give evidence at the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) later this week.

The Archbishops are the two most senior members of the Church of England. Previous findings from IICSA have already concluded that the Church's response to sexual abuse allegations was "marked by secrecy". This investigation into the Anglican Church is currently assessing the appropriateness of safeguarding and child-protection policies and practices.

It is also considering the adequacy of the Past Cases Review of the Church of England and the Historic Cases Review of the Church in Wales.

In his comments, at Synod on Monday, the Archbishop of Canterbury - who conducted the christening of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's son, Archie - was responding to a request for time to debate safeguarding.

However, he said that it would be more appropriate to wait until the conclusion of IICSA. "We speak from the heart, every time," he said.

"We have to have processes and procedures. There's no magic wand. We have to have rules.

"There's no shortcut. But we do that because we are so grievously ashamed of what has happened in this Church over the years.

"We do that because it comes from the heart and that because we seek to change the culture.

"And every time the Archbishop of York or I see another case where there's a falling short of our response, it is a knife in our soul.

"There are many survivors here in the Synod. Some known, some who've never felt they wanted to or were able to speak. There are many survivors among the bishops. They speak from the heart. And from grief."

IICSA will continue to hear evidence from victims and survivors as well as Church leaders and safeguarding experts later this month.

I love the humility, the shame, the determination to change. They are what seems missing in the Catholic response to its atrocities, not to mention other denominations. But, I would like to point out one thing to Dr. Welby, and that is that every single act of child sex abuse committed by a member of the CoE, was a dagger to the soul of the victim. I think you may still have a lot of bleeding to do.

Halifax police investigating doctor who for sexually assaulting RCMP members for 22 years

Halifax Regional Police are investigating a doctor after numerous complaints from former RCMP officers and applicants that he sexually assaulted them during medical examinations.

Halifax Regional Police are investigating a doctor after numerous complaints from former RCMP officers and applicants that he sexually assaulted them during medical examinations and periodic health assessments.

According to an internal RCMP email written by the force’s acting human resources officer, the incidents are alleged to have occurred between 1981 and 2003 at the RCMP’s Health Services Office in the “Atlantic Region.”

The doctor who is alleged to have assaulted members of the RCMP is not named in the email.

“If you are a victim, or if you have any information regarding this matter, please contact the Halifax Regional Police,” writes Assistant Commissioner Stephen White, in an email that was distributed to members of the RCMP.

The Halifax police confirmed to Global News they are investigating the allegations.

“We can confirm that an investigation has been opened following reports of sexual assaults against RCMP employees and recruits involving incidents that took place at the RCMP Health Services Office between October 1981 and July 2003,” said Const. Carol MacIsaac, a spokesperson with the Halifax Regional Police.

According to the internal email, the doctor in question — who has not been identified — has since retired from practising medicine.

Police confirmed today that the number of abused people may be in the several dozens. The doctor was an RCMP employee.

PPP support hanging convicts of child sexual abuse
and murder

ISLAMABAD: The PPP on Monday strongly supported the hanging of those convicted of child sexual abuse and murder. Senate Standing Committee on Interior Chairman PPP Senator Rehman Malik suspended the agenda of the parliamentary body’s meeting and announced that the committee will discuss the kidnapping, rape and murder of two girls, seven and four, from Kasur and Mardan.

During his tenure as the interior minister, the then president Asif Ali Zardari had put a moratorium on death sentences on the demand of the European Union.

In the meeting on Monday, Mr Malik proposed that the child sexual abuse and murder be punished by hanging.

“We need to know why the murderers could not be tracked down. Many people have called me and suggested that culprits of such heinous crimes should be hanged in public. According to section 364-A of the Pakistan Penal Code, a person can be given the death penalty, life imprisonment or a minimum of seven years of imprisonment for kidnapping or murdering a child of less than 14 years. It is unfortunate that we have failed to give justice to our children,” he said.

He then tabled a resolution which was unanimously passed by the committee. He said a draft bill will be moved to make amendments to the law. However, Senator Javed Abbasi said the execution of death sentences can be done by amending the rules and that new legislation is therefore not needed. The interior ministry was then directed to give input on whether public executions can be done by making amendments to the rules.

Supreme Court advocate Anees Jillani disagreed with the suggestion and said its implementation will mean there is no difference between the government and the Taliban.

The father of seven-year-old Zainab, who was kidnapped, raped and killed in Kasur, Ameen Ansari was also invited to the meeting. He said his daughter and her five-year-old cousin were going to their aunt’s house on Jan 4 for Quran lessons.

“Zainab had some money and she went to the shop while her cousin went to their aunt’s house. The shop is just 100 metres from their aunt’s house. When Usman came home, the family got to know that Zainab had not gone to her aunt’s house and that she was missing. I was in Saudi Arabia so my brother-in-law informed the police,” he told the meeting.

“Residents of the area cooperated but the police did nothing for the recovery of the child. They were requested to get sniffer dogs to track down Zainab and the family even offered to pay for this, but the police did not. When the body was found and identified, we once again requested the police to get sniffer dogs but they refused. Locals cooperated with us and provided CCTV footage in which my daughter can be seen with the suspect,” Mr Ansari said.

He added that the CCTV footage shows the suspect passing through the area the morning after the abduction which meant he was still in the area.

“My family requested the police to cordon off the area and search all houses, but they refused. Officials visited [us] a few times and would go back after eating oranges,” he said.

Mr Ansari said he was told that the suspect had used a spray which dazes children.

Additional Inspector General of Police (IGP) Investigation Punjab, Khuda Bakhsh said nine such cases had been reported since June 2015 within a three kilometre radius in which girls between the ages of five and 10 were kidnapped and sexually abused.

“DNA tests show that in eight of the cases, the culprit is the same. He throws the dead bodies near the victim’s house so the family gets the bodies. We have deputed as many as 200 people for the arrest of the suspect and 692 DNA tests have been conducted despite the fact that one test costs Rs60,000. Inter Services Intelligence is also helping us in identifying the culprit,” he said.

Senator Malik suggested that a national database of DNA be formed with the help of the National Database and Registration Authority.

“Culprits will be identified within minutes if we had such a database,” he said.

Accused confesses to raping 3 y/o in Pakistan

NOWSHERA: A man accused of raping three-year-old girl confessed to his crime in a judicial magistrate’s court, Superintendent of Police (SP) Investigation Sanaullah Khan confirmed on Tuesday.

A medical report confirmed that the minor was raped by accused Muhammad Hammad – who was sent to jail on judicial remand.

The man — a self-employed garbage collector — had coaxed the child into accompanying him into an under-construction site by offering her sweets on Thursday, January 18, 2018.

The rapist attempted to escape the crime scene but was roughed up by citizens after the three-year-old girl's calls for help were heard by passersby.

Hammad, who originally belongs to Pak Pattan, was living in a rented accommodation in Nowshera for the past five years.

The case is one of the numerous incidents of child abuse and murder that have been highlighted in the media after the recent rape and murder cases of two minors — Aasma and Zainab — sparked widespread condemnation as well as calls to address the issue of child sexual abuse.

The Archbishop of Canterbury has refused to declare the late Bishop Bell innocent of sexually abusing a young girl in the 1950s despite calls from his supporters to clear his name.

A review published in December criticised the church for rushing to believe the alleged victim’s allegations “without serious investigation or inquiry”.

It emerged that the original investigation had failed to seek out witnesses who had known or worked with Bishop Bell during his time as Bishop of Chichester between 1929 and 1958.

Claims made by a woman known only as “Carol” of abuse by Bishop Bell when she was aged between five and eight in the 1950s led the church to issue an apology and pay more than £15,000 in compensation in 2013.

The review, led by Lord Carlile of Berriew, found that the Church had “rushed to judgment”.

But on Monday, Justin Welby refused to deem Bishop Bell innocent despite the failings of the original investigation.

He said: “Our history over the last 70 years has revealed that the church covered up, ignored or denied the reality of abuse on major occasions. I need only refer to the issues relating to Peter Ball to show an example.”

He said that the Diocese of Chichester had been given legal advice based on the civil standard of proof, the balance of probability, and not on the criminal standard of proof, which is beyond reasonable doubt.

He continued: “As in the case of Peter Ball, and others, it is often suggested that what is being alleged could not have been true, because the person writing knew the alleged abuser and is absolutely certain that it was impossible for them to have done what is alleged.

“As with Peter Ball this sometimes turns out to be untrue, not through their own fault or deceit but because abuse is often kept very secret.

“The experience of discovering feet of clay in more than one person I held in profound respect has been personally tragic.

“But as I said strongly in my original statement the complaint about Bishop Bell does not diminish the importance of his great achievements and he is one of the great Anglican heroes of the 20th century.”

Bishop Bell was famous for helping to rescue Jewish children transported out of Germany during the Second World War and criticising the blanket bombing of German civilians.

Following the publication of the review, the archbishop said: “No human being is entirely good or bad. Bishop Bell was in many ways a hero. He is also accused of great wickedness,” he said.

“Good acts do not diminish evil ones, nor do evil ones make it right to forget the good. Whatever is thought about the accusations, the whole person and whole life should be kept in mind.”

In a letter published in the Telegraph on January 18, Professors Sir Ian Kershaw, Charmian Brinson, Andrew Chandler, John Charmley, Michael J Hughes, Jeremy Noakes and Keith Robbins called for the archbishop to retract his comments.

They wrote: “The statement of Dec 15 2017 seems to us both irresponsible and dangerous.

“We therefore urge you, in all sincerity, to repudiate what you have said before more damage is done and thus to restore the esteem in which the high, historic office to which you have been called has been held.”

They added: “The allegation is not only wholly uncorroborated but is contradicted by all the considerable, and available, circumstantial material which any historian would consider credible.”

St Albans man jailed after trying to arrange

sexual abuse of children

A Shenley man has been jailed for four years after being caught in a police sting operation trying to arrange sex with children.

John O’Shea, of Pippin Close, was caught by police after travelling from Hertfordshire to Leicester, where he was expecting to rape and sexually abuse an 11-year-old girl and her eight-year-old brother.

At the end of his 85-mile journey, police caught O’Shea in a Burger King restaurant at the Meridian retail park on November 16 last year and arrested him.

O’Shea had thought he was talking over the internet to the children’s mother, ‘Emma’, who was actually an undercover officer.

Satya Chotalia, prosecuting O’Shea in St Albans Crown Court yesterday (January 22), said: “He accepted speaking to Emma on Chatstep. He accepted he was seeking children to have sex with. Over seven to 10 days he had communicated with her by text, had given her his mobile number and sent her a picture of himself.

“Within the messages he said he wanted to have sexual activity with both children. He said he knew it was wrong and illegal.”

O’Shea set out what he wanted to happen in graphic and explicit texts.

When the police examined his mobile phone they found indecent images of children, which included 10 category A images and one category A movie - the most serious level. In addition there were 60 category B images and one video, and 11 category C images, the least serious level.

O’Shea admitted two offences of arranging to meet a child under 13 for the commission of a child sex offence. He also pleaded guilty to three charges of making (downloading) indecent images of children.

Andel Singh, defending O’Shea, said he had given full and frank admissions to the police and had never been in trouble before. He said: “He knows he brought it upon himself and does not want to blame anyone else. He wants help while in the prison system. It is something he is keen to do and he is keen to understand it, so the behaviour is never repeated.”

Mr Singh also told the court that O’Shea had lost his job and his partner of 30 years, who wants little to do with him. In addition to jailing him, Recorder Amanda Tipples QC said O’Shea must abide by the terms of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and register as a sex offender indefinitely.

West Midlands man jailed over horrific

A delivery driver behind a string of sickening child sex attacks has been jailed for nearly 20 years. Peter Collins abused young girls for two decades until one of his victims found the courage to speak out.

The “predatory” 58-year-old, of Talfourd Street, Bordesley Green, denied the claims against him and said he had a condition which caused him to fall asleep and not know what he was doing.

But his cover story was dismissed by jurors who convicted him of 12 charges after a three-week trial at Birmingham Crown Court.

He was jailed for 19 years and ordered to register as a sex offender for life on Monday.

Investigating officer, Det Con Katrina Sands, from West Midlands Police’s Public Protection Unit, said: “Collins abused vulnerable young girls and continued his predatory behaviour for over several decades.

All victims gave evidence in court and I commend their bravery in re-living what are surely very painful memories.

“When confronted, Collins denied the allegations and claimed in his defence that he had a condition which led to him fall asleep unexpectedly in a number of places and being unaware of what he was doing. “Expert witnesses gave evidence which didn’t support this claim.

“We are delighted the jury saw through Collins’ denial the offences had happened and this now means he will be a registered sex offender for the rest of his life.

“We hope that anyone else who may have been abused by him now has the courage to come forward.”

Collins began his abuse in 1995 on a girl who was aged 11 at the time, West Midlands Police said.

He then sexually assaulted two other girls, with his last recorded assault being on a 12-year-old girl, which was reported in 2016. One of the victims spoke out about her ordeal the same year, and the police began an investigation.

Collins was convicted of three counts of indecent assault, one of indeceny with a child, two of sexual assault with a child under 13 by penetration, two of assault by penetration, two of sexual assault and two of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

After the sentencing, West Midlands Police said it had an “excellent” track record of bringing sex offenders to justice. The force urged anyone who had suffered abuse in the past to get in touch.
