UN Moving toward legalizing paedophilia since it's being practiced by UN Forces anyway; Arab Supreme Court Judge in Israel lets Arab rapist go free

..

Several UN offices have found a way to make the world's worst atrocity, child sexual abuse, even worse. Damn them to Hell! (Pardonnez-moi Francais).

The position of the United Nations on the subject

was already a matter of record

More than 100 UN peacekeepers ran a child sex ring in Haiti. None were ever jailed – AP

An Associated Press investigation of U.N. missions during the past 12 years found nearly 2,000 allegations of sexual abuse and exploitation by peacekeepers and other personnel around the world — signalling the crisis is much larger than previously known. More than 300 of the allegations involved children, the AP found, but only a fraction of the alleged perpetrators served jail time.

Now the UN would just like everyone to adopt its position on sexually grooming children.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, “The International Committee of Jurists (ICJ) along with UNAIDS and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) officially launched a new set of expert jurist legal principles to guide the application of international human rights law to criminal law.”

These expert jurist legal principles inform us that “international human rights law requires paying due regard to… “adolescents’ evolving capacity to consent in certain contexts, in fact, even if not in law, when they are below the prescribed minimum age of consent in domestic law.”

Furthermore, “the enforcement of criminal law should reflect the rights and capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in consensual sexual conduct and their right to be heard in matters concerning them.”

Especially when they’re starving children servicing UN peacekeepers.

“I did not even have breasts,” said a girl, known as V01 — Victim No. 1. She told UN investigators that over the next three years, from ages 12 to 15, she had sex with nearly 50 peacekeepers, including a “Commandant” who gave her 75 cents. Sometimes she slept in UN trucks on the base next to the decaying resort, whose once-glamorous buildings were being overtaken by jungle.

V03 identified 11 Sri Lankan troops through photographs, one of whom she said was a corporal with a “distinctive” bullet scar between his armpit and waist. V04, who was 14, said she had sex with the soldiers every day in exchange for money, cookies or juice.

The boy, V08, said he had sex with more than 20 Sri Lankans. Most would remove their name tags before taking him to UN military trucks, where he gave them oral sex or was sodomized by them.

Another boy, V09, was 15 when his encounters began. Over the course of three years, he said he had sex with more than 100 Sri Lankan peacekeepers, averaging about four a day, investigators said.

This is how the UN celebrates International Women’s Day.

The folks most excited about “adolescents’ evolving capacity to consent” are pedophiles.

But this report does provide a compelling argument for moving the UN back to San Francisco, building a wall around the place and then walking away and pretending that nothing inside ever existed.

Sounds like a good plan to me!

‘No significant violence’? (Just Rape) Group protests against

Israeli Supreme Court judge who released Arab rapist

 April 21, 2023

Dozens protest against Israeli judge's leniency towards Arab who raped an Israeli woman, Apr. 20, 2023. (B'tzalmo)

Ironically, thousands of left-wing protesters have showed up at demonstrations against judicial reform wearing ‘Handmaid’s Tale’ costumes, claiming to be fighting for women’s rights.

By World Israel News Staff

Dozens of protesters from all walks of life protested Thursday evening in front of the home of Israeli Supreme Court Justice Khaled Kabub over his release of an Arab who raped a Jewish woman, claiming absurdly there was “no significant violence,” Israel National News reported.

Can you imagine a Jewish Supreme Court Justice in any Muslim country?

The protest was organized spontaneously by human rights organization B’tsalmo.

MK Almog Cohen (Otzma Yehudit) was reportedly the only lawmaker to attend the protest. He demanded an investigation into Kabub’s ruling.

Media personality Ariel Elharar tweeted:

“MK Almog Cohen is the only MK who participated last night in the demonstration in front of the house of Supreme Court Judge Khaled Kabub who released the rapist Muhammad Tawil with the delusional and disturbing claim that ‘the rape was not violent, so it is possible to examine the release of the rapist’. Does anyone know where all the MKs and women’s organizations have gone who shout from morning to night about women’s rights and dignity?”

Ironically, many of the left-wing protesters who attend anti-government demonstrations against judicial reform have showed up en masse wearing red Handmaid’s Tale costumes, claiming to be fighting for women’s rights.

They were not among the protesters on Thursday who arrived with signs reading, “Honorable Judge: Rape is murder,” “Honorable Judge: Rape IS violence,” and “We will not allow women to be hurt.”

Police reportedly had to break up a fight between local Arabs and one of the protesters.

B’tsalmo CEO Shai Glick said, “Justice Khaled Kabub is not worthy of discussing any case, and certainly not cases of sexual abuse,” INN reported.

“It is sad and infuriating that the Israel Women’s Network did not join the protest against the judge. This is the true ‘Handmaid’s Tale,'” he said, noting that he neglected to notify Emunah, the Religious Zionist Women’s Organization who likely would have joined the demonstration.

In 2014, Kabub, then a nominee to the position of Supreme Court justice, was accused of being honored at an event in support of terrorism.
