CSA in the USA > Memphis perv arrested for CSA of two 8 y/o girls; PA man guilty of 51 counts of CSE

Memphis man arrested for self-produced sexual videos with two 8-year-old girls, MPD says

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Memphis man was arrested for self-produced sexual videos with two 8-year-old girls, after a tip by Google, MPD said.

The Memphis Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a cyber tip from Google that said a Google email account uploaded multiple videos of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) from a residential address in Memphis.

Justin Wynn was identified as the sole user of the email accounts. A total of 20 videos were recorded by Wynn of him making sexual contact with two 8-year-old girls, according to the affidavit.

Wynn also had additional videos showing children, some toddler age, engaged in sexual acts or behaviors, MPD said.

During an interview with investigators, Wynn admitted to recording children and possessing CSAM, court records show.

Wynn was taken into custody on July 28 and charged with especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, aggravated sexual battery, and sexual exploitation of a minor, MPD said.

Mount Bethel Man Convicted on 51 Felony Counts in Child Exploitation Case

Court News

HARRISBURG, PA — A Northampton County jury has convicted a Mount Bethel man on 51 felony charges related to the possession of child sexual abuse material, Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced.

Ricky Raisner, 67, was found guilty on Thursday of 50 counts of sexual abuse of children and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. The verdict followed several days of testimony and evidence presentation in Northampton County Court. His bail was immediately revoked following the conviction, and sentencing is scheduled for December 17.

The case began after investigators from the Attorney General’s Child Predator Section received a cyber tip and traced the digital activity to Raisner’s residence. A search warrant was executed at the home, where authorities recovered electronic devices containing illicit files involving the exploitation of minors.

“Possession of these lewd materials is far from a victimless crime,” said Attorney General Sunday. “Each and every time these files are viewed it further exploits and victimizes the child depicted.”

The prosecution was led by Senior Deputy Attorney General Michelle Laucella. The Attorney General’s Office emphasized that the conviction reflects an ongoing commitment to identifying and holding accountable individuals engaged in the consumption and distribution of child exploitation material.
