Some Weird and Disgusting People on Today's Canadian PnP List

Prince George, B.C., man charged in unusual kidnapping and sexual assault case
By Wil Fundal, CBC News

A Prince George man has been arrested and charged after a report of a kidnapping and sexual assault that prompted police to warn the public, especially women, to be careful when travelling alone.

Sukhjinder Singh, 26, is scheduled to appear in court again Oct. 19, 2017 to answer to one count of kidnapping and one count of sexual assault. He made his first appearance this week.

The charges stem from an incident on Sep. 3, 2017 at a Prince George gas station parking lot.  Investigators say a woman was trying to fix a tire when a man, who was parked nearby, offered to help.

When the tire could not be repaired, the man then offered the woman a ride home, which she agreed to. But instead, police say, the suspect drove to another parking lot, held her against her will and sexually assaulted her.  The woman was reported to have fended off the man and escaped on foot.

"[Kidnapping] incidents that involve a suspect who is a stranger to the victim are quite rare," said Insp. Shaun Wright.

Little is known about the accused, except that he does not have a prior criminal record.

"Naturally, everyone always thinks it's going to be your prolific offender. But [cases could] be one-offs. They can definitely be people who haven't hit our radar," said Wright. "People should feel safe. These are relatively rare incidents."

Police say the September incident occurred just a few blocks from another one in which a female jogger was reportedly attacked from behind at Foothills Boulevard. and Ochakwin Crescent.

Investigators described the suspect as a South Asian male with a slight accent, in his mid-to-late 20s with brown eyes, short brown hair, and facial hair. The description is close to that of a suspect wanted in connection with a series of indecent acts reported earlier this year.

"There's some similarities between [them] but there's insufficient evidence at this time to support charges," said Wright. "But we are actively pursuing that avenue of investigation."

Indecent Acts

Prince George, B.C. RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public to help identify the suspect or suspects in three Indecent Acts that have occurred in Prince George recently.

On Sunday March 12th, 2017 at approximately 4:00 AM, the Prince George RCMP received a report of an Indecent Act that had occurred earlier in the morning near the corner of Patricia Boulevard and Queensway in Prince George.

The suspect male approached an adult female and asked for directions. As the female began to provide directions, the suspect exposed himself. The female fled without further incident.

The suspect is described as:

South Asian male
Approximately 25 years old
173 cm (5’8)
Slim build
Slight beard and mustache

The suspect was wearing a grey and black plaid zip hoody, dark jeans and dark shoes. It is believed that he was also wearing a black turban under the hood of his hoody.

There have been two similar incidents reported to police in late January. On Monday January 30th, 2017, RCMP received a report of a South Asian male that had exposed himself to an adult female at a local liquor establishment near 3rd Avenue and Dominion Street in Prince George. The incident occurred earlier on the weekend and was not immediately reported.

Also on Monday January 30th, 2017, police received a report of a South Asian male that exposed himself to an adult female outside her residence near Ferry Avenue and Massey Drive in the early hours of the morning. When the incident occurred, the victim immediately went into her residence and the suspect fled the area on foot. Police were not immediately called.

It is vital to public safety that incidents like these be reported immediately to police. In fact, all criminal offences and suspicious occurrences should be reported at the earliest possible time in order to provide the greatest chance of positive results.

Investigators would like to identify and locate the person or persons responsible for these incidents. If you have any information about these Criminal offences or the person or persons involved, please contact the Prince George RCMP at (250)561-3300 or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1(800)222-8477, online at www.pgcrimestoppers.bc.ca (English only), or Text-A-Tip to CRIMES (274637) using keyword pgtips. You do not have to reveal your identity to Crime Stoppers. If you provide information that leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward.

Dan the Magic Man gets 5 years for
child sex abuse imagery
By Dean Pritchard, CBC News

A popular children's magician and former educational assistant whose arrest on child pornography charges sent shock waves through the Winnipeg school community has been sentenced to five years in prison.

Forty-year-old Daniel Kamenicky pleaded guilty earlier this year to one count each of making and possessing child pornography.

Kamenicky was arrested in August 2016 after dozens of photos and videos he had taken of young children were inadvertently uploaded to the photo sharing site Flickr.

Kamenicky surreptitiously recorded dozens of girls between the ages of eight and 10 while working as an educational assistant and while performing magic shows under the name Dan the Magic Man. Court heard Kamenicky would distract the girls and then take cellphone pictures or videos from underneath their dresses.

Police found Kamenicky was also in possession of videos and pictures he had downloaded from the Internet depicting children being sexually abused by adults.

"The only real inference is that he for some time has been obsessed with viewing children in deviant contexts ... and of late, depraved contexts," said Judge Sid Lerner.

Sin is progressive!

Lerner credited Kamenicky for time served, reducing his remaining sentence to 40 months.

Toronto doctor accused of having sex with girl, 15;
injecting her with meds
By David Shum
Web Producer Global News

A 32-year-old Toronto doctor is facing multiple charges following a human trafficking investigation that found a man had sex with a 15-year-old girl after meeting her through an online escort service.

Toronto police said the suspect met the girl in December 2016 after responding to an ad on backpage.com. Authorities said the man and girl had unprotected sex at different hotels in the Toronto area for several months.

It is also alleged the suspect would prescribe her birth control pills and inject her with medication after each encounter.

Police said on one occasion, the suspect requested the girl show up at his place of work at the Toronto General Hospital where they had sex in his office.

Ernest Chiu of Toronto has been arrested and charged with sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, obtaining sexual services from a person under 18 and sexual assault.

Police said the suspect is employed as a doctor of nephrology. He has worked in several medical facilities in Toronto including St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto General Hospital, Toronto Western Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto Rehab and Sinai Health System.

The accused made a court appearance on Oct. 6.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-7474 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).

Testimony wraps in St. John’s child sex abuse case

Meanwhile, his son is awaiting trial on several child sex abuse charges
Tara Bradbury the telegram

Chris Snow, 68, appeared in Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court this week, on trial for charges related to the sexual abuse of five children over a period of years in the 1960s and 1970s. The case will be back in court Friday morning, when lawyers will give their closing submissions.

Testimony in the trial of a St. John’s man accused of sexually assaulting five children in the 1960s and 70s wrapped up in Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court Wednesday morning, with the defence calling no evidence.

Chris Snow, 68, had indicated to the court through his lawyer Jason Edwards on Tuesday he wanted to testify, but did not take the stand when his case resumed Wednesday. Edwards called no other witnesses.

Five people — both women and men — testified on Tuesday that Snow sexually assaulted them over a period of years between 1965 and 1976. A sixth complainant had been scheduled to take the stand but declined at the last minute, resulting in two of Snow’s charges being withdrawn.

Snow — who is known in St. John’s for driving a truck decorated with boughs and coloured lights and playing music during the Christmas season — has pleaded not guilty to 14 charges related to sexually abusing children, beginning when he was 18 years old.

The complainants gave testimonies of Snow sneaking into their bedrooms at night and fondling them, sometimes leaving them money. The men spoke of Snow forcing them to fondle him or forcing their mouths on his genitals. One man told the court Snow attempted to penetrate him anally on a number of occasions, beginning when he was nine years old. He gave details of three alleged incidents in particular, the most violent taking place when he was 13 and Snow was 24, he said.

All the witnesses said Snow assaulted them many times over the years.

“Once a week would be guaranteed,” one man said. “Sometimes it would be every second night.

“It was always the same repeated incident, some more aggressive than others.”

In addition to the complainants describing symptoms of physical and emotional trauma, one of them said she had been working with a psychiatrist in the late 1970s and had blocked out memories of her childhood for a period of time as a way of dealing with what Snow had done to her. Edwards questioned her on the accuracy of her memories as a result.

The woman acknowledged memory issues, but was adamant she was recalling the details of the abuse accurately, even if she was unable to provide a better timeline for them.

“I was a kid,” she said. “You don’t remember everything that happened when you were a kid. But I know it happened.”

Another woman said she had memory issues because of car accidents and surgeries, and had remembered many of the assaults through having flashbacks. Often times the flashbacks were brought on by seeing Snow’s truck or other encounters with him as an adult, she told the court.

“Just to be clear, everything we’re hearing today (from you) is based on flashbacks?,” Edwards asked the woman.

“Absolutely, yes,” she replied.

Justice William Goodridge asked Edwards and Crown prosecutor Tannis King to provide examples of case law involving flashbacks and recovered memories flashbacks when they provide their final submissions in the case Friday morning.

Snow's son in custody for child sex abuse charges

In an unrelated case, Snow’s son, David Snow, is facing charges of sex crimes against children in relation to incidents alleged to have occurred between 2011 and 2015. The 35-year-old, who is currently in custody, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference, three counts of exposing his genitals to a child under 16, and 10 counts of observing a person for a sexual purpose. He’s also charged with making and possessing child pornography. He has not been convicted and his case is making its way through the courts.

Advocate says system failed 12-year-old
sexual abuse victim
James McLeod the telegram

The province’s child and youth advocate says the system failed a 12-year-old girl who was sexually assaulted by her stepfather, and then taken by him to get an abortion in the province.

In a report released Wednesday, Jacqueline Lake Kavanagh detailed a situation where a family was in the process of moving to Newfoundland and Labrador, and the stepfather impregnated the 12-year-old, and then took her to Planned Parenthood seeking an abortion.

Ultimately, the child was referred to Eastern Health, and an abortion was performed. Kavanagh said in her report that various players didn’t do enough to intervene.

“Age-appropriate counselling services were not provided nor offered; no screening for potential sexual abuse or potential coercion occurred,” the report says.

Ultimately, after the family’s case was eventually referred to the provincial department of Children, Seniors and Social Development, the RNC (Royal Newfoundland Constabulary) were brought in. The family moved to another province, and the child received another abortion. Eventually, the stepfather was criminally charged and sentenced to 16 years in prison.

“Questions were not asked, risk was not assessed, consents were not appropriately obtained, child-centred responses were not provided, investigative responses were incomplete and documentation deficiencies existed,” the report says.

Kavanagh recommended that when children seek abortions, greater counselling and follow-up care should be provided. She also said that health care workers need more education on relevant legislation when it comes to child abuse and consent.

At the very least! I'm inclined to believe that both of these abortions were arguably criminal acts. If they aren't, they should be!

Blue bearded man busted in kiddie porn probe

BY BRAD HUNTER, TORONTO SUN

A Toronto man sporting a distinctive blue van dyke beard has been busted and charged with a slew of child porn charges. And cops fear where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

Walter Weber, 56, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, two counts of accessing child porn and making child pornography available.

Investigators say Weber’s arrest comes as part of a wide-ranging probe into the distribution of child porn.

They executed search warrants in the Keele-Bloor Sts. area and Jane St.-Eglinton Ave. area. During the execution of the search warrant, cops allegedly found images and video of child sexual abuse.

Cops say they believe Weber had close contact with children in the late 1970s to early 1980s in Scarborough.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-8500 or call Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).

The CBC says Children Seeing Nude Men at Pride is a Good Discussion Opportunity

Weird! If a man shows his private parts to a child in private, he can be sent to jail for years, but as long as he does it in public under the banner of 'Gay Pride' it is no longer exhibitionism, or indecent exposure, or 'live pornography' but an opportunity to teach your children about open-mindedness. In reality, it is child sex abuse! Parents who take their children to the Gay Pride Parade are abusing their children.

Blog Post, The Bridgehead,
By Jonathon Van Maren

Remember when parents didn’t think it was a good idea for their children to see other naked adults? Yeah, that was back when people were close-minded and homophobic. Now, Pride events across the country feature simulated sex acts, public nudity, and a wide variety of other weird fetishes—and Canada’s public broadcaster, funded by the taxpayers, published a helpful list of tips for parents taking their kids to the outdoor strip show.

WATCH: Heartbreaking video. Watch the very end!

For example, the CBC finds it important that parents “be open-minded.” After all, some kids might find it initially weird:

Your kids will probably see boobs and penises. There will bodies of all shapes, sizes and in all states of undress. For parents like Ian Duncan, dad to 3-year-old Carson, this is all part of the appeal. “We’re not body shamers,” he says. “It all feeds into my son’s emotional intelligence and sexual development. And it’s never too early to think about that.” Consider the experience as a great opportunity for some interesting discussion. Explain what you’re seeing, and be ready for questions.

You read that correctly. Our public broadcaster thinks that children under the age of five seeing drag queens waving their genitals is “a great opportunity for some interesting discussion.” Some parents are apparently concerned with the sexual development of their three-year-olds, which they have concluded will be furthered by being exposed to adult men simulating sex with each other in bondage gear. Somehow, public acts of gross indecency that would have once been condemned across the board by people of every political persuasion are now something you should consider taking your kids to:

Julie and Angela Burnett are mums to two busy boys under two — almost 2-year-old Liam and 4-month-old Ben — and they live about an hour’s drive from the city. “Despite the effort of loading up the car with baby and toddler essentials, we always attend because it instills a sense of pride in our children and our family as a whole,” they say. “I want our boys to broaden their sense of what a family is and to be reassured that ours is just as special and important as all the other types of families they see. Pride gives them that.” After all, whether your family is part of the LGBT community or not, who doesn’t want to raise children that grow up to be thoughtful and open-minded allies? Happy Pride!

Just to recap: Canada’s public broadcaster, which is funded by the taxpayers, is advising parents to take their children to an event where they admit the children will see the genitals of adult men. For some reason, this is not considered child abuse, and is not considered creepy. Rather, the penises of Gay Pride revelers are now supposed to be interesting discussion opportunities for little kids who need to be sexually developed and open-minded.

It is these people who sneer at Christian parents.

Danish Priest Charged with New Cases of Child Sex Abuse

Imprisoned cleric has voluntarily chosen to
extend his detention time

By Lucie Rychla

A 46-year-old priest from Tømmerup near Kalundborg in west Zealand, who has been in custody since June facing charges that he sexually abused an underage girl, has now been accused of doing the same to four boys.

According to the West Zealand Police, the priest is currently being investigated on 11 charges of sexual abuse relating to four boys and one girl aged 12-17.

The charges include sexual intercourse, attempted sexual intercourse and indecent exposure.

Since the matter is still under investigation, the police did not wish to elaborate on the charges in detail.

According to the police statement, however, the priest has admitted having sexual intercourse with the girl when she was only 12 years old. He denies any sexual interaction with the boys.

The priest has today voluntarily chosen to extend his detention time for another four weeks.

Lovely! 4 years won't be long enough! He better get himself right with God or he will be in detention for a lot longer than that.

According to DR, the priest was well-liked in the community and organised several summer camps for children to entice younger members to the church.

Danish church shut down after allegations of
child sexual abuse
Jutland police confirm receiving reports of misconduct by priest

May 23rd, 2016 1:52 pm| by Ray W

A free church in Jutland has been closed after several children and young people said at a meeting that they had been abused by a priest.

The attacks are alleged to have taken place from 2006 to 2011.

“We are in shock,” the church leader told Metroxpress. “It is difficult to understand that so much has been going on that we were not aware of.”

Oh come on! Worse things than that have occurred in Denmark, for instance:

After the allegations were revealed, the leader of the church said that he decided to close the church on April 27.

The name of the church or priest are being withheld while police investigate whether or not the allegations are true.

Superintendent Ole Henriksen from the Mid and West Jutland Police confirmed that the police have questioned several people.

Not the first time

Allegations were made against the priest in 2012, but the case was dropped due to a lack of evidence. American police are also said to be investigating the Danish priest.

The Transgender Locker Room

Coming soon to a school near you

By STEVEN E. RHOADS

The debate over transgender individuals and public facilities yields more heat than light. The Washington Post Outlook section thought it was providing perspective with a recent lighthearted spread on the long history of battles over public bathrooms. Not a word was said about the more problematic space: locker rooms.

Media discussions of the North Carolina law requiring use of accommodations consistent with the sex on one’s birth certificate rarely mention that in many states one can alter one's birth certificate after sex reassignment surgery. Of course, those who have undergone hormonal and surgical treatment to make their bodies more congruent with their gender identity cause less commotion in locker rooms appropriate to their identity. But many transgender people do not want to "transition" fully or at all.

I sympathize with people who feel their biological sex is not who they are, but shouldn't we feel sympathy also for people traumatized by the sight of nude bodies that certainly appear to be in the wrong locker room? At one YMCA, a woman abused as a child told the Seattle Times that being seen in the shower by a transgender woman who hadn't surgically transitioned would reproduce the trauma she endured when her abuser enjoyed watching her in the shower.

See also: A Rape Survivor Speaks Out About Transgender Bathrooms

In practice, laws intended to allow transgendered people to use the facilities of the gender they identify with will protect heterosexual men who simply like to expose themselves or look at nude girls and women. For a case that illustrates this danger, and the difficulties of formulating policy on transgender issues, consider what happened at a Seattle public swimming pool in February. A young adult male in men's clothes used the women's changing room before and after his swim, and he did not self-identify as female. Since girls' swim teams had practices on both ends of the man's swim, girls and women were undressing while he was in the changing room. Naturally, the girls and their parents became alarmed.

When staff asked the man to leave before he entered the pool, he replied, "the law has changed and I have a right to be here." After all, Washington state allows people who are biologically male to use women's facilities—if their gender identity is female. Staff again asked the man to leave when he was changing after his swim. He resisted at first, but eventually did so. But did those in charge of the pool have the legal right to challenge him?

Seattle Parks and Recreation communications manager David Takami thought his authorities dealt with the situation appropriately. Pool staff had not yet come up with a policy to protect everyone, and they did not have any guidelines in place for how people should demonstrate their gender before accessing a changing room. Instead, staff relied on people's physical appearance or verbal claims, and by neither standard did this man seem to be a transgender woman.

But surely proponents of transgender rights would object to any requirement that transgender persons report their gender identity to authorities before using their preferred facilities. Mandating that they verbally single themselves out in this way could cause embarrassment to many transgender people.

And we could hardly rely on individuals' physical appearance. As feminists and other progressives have been telling us for decades, women who resist pressure to dress and present themselves in a stereotypically feminine way are nonetheless women in every sense of the word. It can be impossible to guess the gender identity of someone who is biologically female but mannish in appearance.

Some may suggest protocols allowing only transgender people who have pursued hormone treatment and/or surgery to use the bathrooms and locker rooms of the gender they identify with. That wouldn't fly because so many transsexuals want to do neither.

The folks at the Seattle pool tried to take everyone's feelings into account. They offered the use of the family changing area to both the women who complained about the male in their locker room and the male himself. I would guess that, in the typical case, the family changing area would be too small to accommodate all the offended girls and women. But in any event, it was only the male who was pressured to leave the women's changing room. If he had been in fact a transgendered female, the authorities at the pool broke Washington's rules. State regulations forbid treating the feelings of transgender people and alarmed women equally: "If another person expresses concern or discomfort about a person who uses a facility that is consistent with the person's gender expression or gender identity, the person expressing discomfort should be directed to a separate or gender-neutral facility, if available."

Fantastic insanity

What fantastic insanity has overcome the western world. So afraid of slighting a man dressed as a woman, we completely ignore the rights and feelings of normal women and children, and open the door to abuse by perverts like the one mentioned above. He is one of many such perverts who prey on women and children with the full complicity of state law.

No consideration is given to the girls and women who have been sexually abused by men. Roughly one third of all North American women have been sexually abused. They are being thrown to the wolves for the sake of not hurting the feelings of a handful of mentally ill men suffering from either pedophilia, or gender dysphoria.

Girls Must Overcome ‘Discomfort’ of Seeing ‘Male Genitalia’ in Locker Rooms

Charlotte Observer: Girls must overcome ‘discomfort’ of seeing ‘male genitalia’ in locker rooms

By Bradford Richardson - The Washington Times

A leading North Carolina newspaper issued an editorial last week telling girls to attempt “overcoming discomfort” at the sight of “male genitalia,” should transgender bathroom laws be enacted.

In a defense of President Obama’s order compelling schools to allow access to restrooms on the basis of gender identity, the Charlotte Observer editorial board compared the discomfort of school-aged girls seeing male genitalia in locker rooms to the discomfort of white people being around black people in post-segregation America.

What a ridiculous analogy! It's illegal for a man to show his genitalia in public, in general. You can't walk the streets of a city with your genitalia hanging out; that's called indecent exposure. Black people were always able to walk the streets except for some exclusions that were a consequence of pathetic bigots. So the discomfort was completely a construct of bigots - the discomfort was their own fault!

Girls are not generally bigoted or otherwise sick and pathetic. We can assume most of them are normal and are grossed out by the sight of men's parts in public. That's a normal reaction not a bigoted construct - the discomfort is not their fault but the fault of the man in women's clothing.

“This is what the Obama administration nudged the rest of the country toward Friday,” the editorial said. “Yes, the thought of male genitalia in girls’ locker rooms — and vice versa — might be distressing to some. But the battle for equality has always been in part about overcoming discomfort — with blacks sharing facilities, with gays sharing marriage — then realizing it was not nearly so awful as some people imagined.”

It is as awful as some people imagine. It's dirty, disgusting and abusive. Transgenderism is a mental illness akin to anorexia nervosa. It is called gender dysphoria and should be treated as a mental disorder not encouraged. 80% of people who experience gender dysphoria turn to accept their biological sex. Of those who don't, they are 20 times more likely to attempt suicide. It is morally reprehensible to encourage transgenders to accept their mental illness as normal. And it is literally criminal for the government to force normal women and children to be exposed to them.

While admitting that exposure to male genitalia is a possible outcome of transgender bathroom laws, the editorial said the notion that such laws constitute a threat to the privacy and safety of women and children is a “political fiction” pushed by Republicans.

Talk about compartmentalizing your thoughts. Exposure to male genitalia is not a threat to girl's privacy? Sharing swimming pool showers with a man is not a threat to the privacy of women and girls. How utterly stupid!

“Those safety issues are political fiction — non-transgender men wouldn’t have been allowed in women’s bathrooms under the Charlotte ordinance that HB 2 killed, and the 200 or so cities with similar ordinances have had no incidents involving bathroom predators,” the editorial said.

Absolute lies! Here are nine cities with nine perverts who dressed as women to get into girl's bathrooms or locker rooms. This fellow is one of them. Read his story here.

President Obama issued a legally nonbinding order on Friday compelling schools to allow bathroom access on the basis of gender identity, or risk losing federal education funding. Several states have promised to oppose the decree.

The U.S. Department of Justice has sued the state of North Carolina over a law regulating public restroom access on the basis of biological sex.

The world is going stark raving mad and Canada and the US are leading the way. God help us.

Not Much Surprises Me Anymore, But This is Just Weird

By Tim Hudson
thudson@examiner-enterprise.com

A jury trial has been reset for a previously convicted sex offender — whose wife reportedly exposed herself to him while he was in the Washington County, Oklahoma jail — on charges of child sexual abuse.

David Wayne Willoughby, 46, had been set for jury trial on Jan. 11 on charges of child sexual abuse and failure to register as a sex offender. The case has been reset for Jan. 25.

Willoughby had previously waived preliminary hearing in the case. His sex offender status comes from a prior Cherokee County conviction for sexual battery in 2001.

The current case came to light in May when Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies were “informed of an incident involving sexual abuse to a child under the age of 10.” WCSO investigator Sgt. Jon Copeland said, at that time, the initial report came from a concerned individual who had received information a child had been sexually abused by a relative.

“The reporting party informed deputies the child disclosed a relative had sexually abused the child,” Copeland said. “The Department of Human Services, Child Welfare, was contacted and, after being informed, the child and their sibling were taken into emergency custody.

A forensic interview was then conducted at Ray of Hope Advocacy Center that revealed inappropriate sexual conduct between the child and the relative dating back to when the victim was 7-years old.

Copeland said deputies later learned that Willoughby failed to notify the WCSO of a change of address after his home had caught fire earlier in 2015.

Willoughby was also in the news when his wife, 39-year-old Crystal Leeann Willoughby , was arrested on charges of indecent exposure after she allegedly exposed herself to him during visiting hours at the county jail.

In that case, authorities contend that Crystal Willoughby came to the jail to visit David Willoughby and was observed “acting strangely and looking around a lot.” Deputies say that, at one point, while using the jail’s audio/visual visiting system, she “bared her breast” to David Willoughby via video camera.

A podmate of David Willoughby reportedly told deputies, “it’s not right” of the incident.

Crystal Willoughby ‘s next court date will be Feb. 2 for purposes of preliminary hearing. She is currently free on $2,500 bond. David Willoughby remains in the Washington County Jail on $75,000 bond.

Well, it's pretty early in 2016, but so far this my degenerative couple of the year.
