Prosecutor demands a nine-year prison sentence for a Dutch man who allegedly raped daughter, niece
On Monday, at the court in Den Bosch, the Public Prosecution Service demanded a nine-year prison sentence for 47-year-old Fred K. from Boekel, who is said to have sexually abused his daughter, raped a niece, and committed indecent online acts with dozens of young girls.
The youngest, a twin, was only eight years old when the first act of abuse happened. "A sad low point," said the prosecutor. She called the scale on which the suspect abused girls "shockingly large." "Situations like these are incredibly disruptive and leave deep scars", she added.

During the hearing, K. denied sexually abusing his daughter and niece. He confessed to the online abuse. He, however, refused to answer any further questions during his hearing.
Psychiatrically, experts say K. suffers from a pedophile disorder and is to be held fully accountable for the crimes. Given the risk of recurrence, the Public Prosecution Service wants the court to impose a post-detention monitoring device.
The police arrested K. in May 2023 after his daughter reported sexual abuse. Prior to that, the niece had also contacted the police. She said she was raped twice by K. in 2014 and 2015. As a result, she had to have an abortion in 2014. According to the public prosecutor, she—who was just eighteen at the time—was in "an extremely difficult period" of her life. "Instead of offering her a safe haven, he had sex with her on the very first night," the officer said.
According to the daughter, her father abused her from the age of nine, during weekends when she stayed with him. The officer was also highly critical of the fact that K. "dismisses his own daughter as a liar".
When K. was arrested, the police confiscated various data carriers. In addition to downloaded child pornography, 43 folders created by K. were found on them. The folders included girls' names and corresponding ages. Inside were pornographic images, recorded by K. during chats and video calls. The police were able to identify a number of girls. Some of the victims were Belgian.
K. approached the girls via Snapchat, pretending to be a teenager. He incited them to perform sexual acts in front of the camera. He allegedly threatened a number of girls, saying he would, for example, do something to their parents if the girl did not come over.
Nowhere is there a place for drugs and kids to mix. It is always the adults who bring the drugs and always the children who suffer the horrific evils. Illicit drugs are evil and evil (sin) is progressive. It just gets worse and worse, especially for the children who are victims of druggies.
Notorious Scottish pedo gang jailed
Seven Scottish pedophiles have been handed stiff prison terms for committing what authorities described as some of the most “monstrous” cases of child abuse.
The six men and one woman were convicted in November after a trial at the High Court in Glasgow. Four of them, including the woman, were found guilty of attempting to murder a child by placing her in a microwave oven, while all seven were found guilty of gang raping a minor. One man and the woman were convicted of multiple counts of assault, sexual assault, rape and causing a child to ingest drugs and alcohol.
The group, all of whom are in their 40s and addicted to heroin, were handed ‘Orders for Lifelong Restriction’ on Monday, and will not be eligible for parole for between nine and 20 years. If released, they will be monitored for the rest of their lives.
The group’s victims told police that they were plied with alcohol and cocaine and taken to “rape nights” at a house in Glasgow, with some of them forced to abuse other children for the entertainment of the gang. The pedophiles told their victims that they were “witches and wizards,” who could summon demons if the children refused to submit to the abuse, prosecutors told the court in 2023.

During the trial, Judge Lord Beckett described this testimony as “unpleasant and shocking,” adding that the perpetrators’ behavior “plunges to the depths of human depravity.”
“The levels of depravity shown in this case are extremely rare in Scotland and the courage of the victims was essential in securing this conviction,” Detective Superintendent Nicola Kilbane told Sky News.
“There have been some horrendous cases over the decades. But this one is truly shocking and the public will find it difficult to think that children…can be exposed to such willful and awful treatment, such horrendous abuse,” National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children spokesman Matt Forde told the British broadcaster.
Orders for Lifelong Restriction are rarely handed down in Scotland, and are typically reserved for violent and sexual offenders. Prisoners serving such sentences cannot be released unless they can prove that they pose no threat to the wider community.
