Random Lake students accused of child sex assault; 1 makes court appearance
RANDOM LAKE, Wis. - One of the Sheboygan County teens charged with child sex assault and incest was in court on Monday, Feb. 17.
He faces additional sexual assault charges in Ozaukee County.

What we know
17-year-old Cole Guttmann is charged as an adult in both Sheboygan and Ozaukee counties.
He and another teen, 16-year-old Spencer Dietrich, are facing multiple felonies after investigators say the teens forced two brothers to perform sexual acts on one another.
Guttmann is facing the following charges:
- First-degree child sexual assault - sexual intercourse with a child under age 13 - as a party to a crime
- Second-degree sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age - as a party to a crime
- Incest - as a party to a crime (2 counts)
- Sexual exploitation of a child - filming - by person under 18 years of age
- Possession of child pornography
- Exhibition of child pornography by a person under the age of 18
Dietrich is facing the following charges:
- First-degree child sexual assault - sexual intercourse with a child under age 13 - as a party to a crime
- Second-degree sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age - as a party to a crime
- Incest - as a party to a crime (2 counts)
- Physical abuse of child - intentionally cause bodily harm
- False imprisonment (2 counts)
- Felony intimidation of a victim (2 counts)
Alleged incident
The backstory
Prosecutors say the assault happened in April 2023. The investigation started after prosecutors say an explicit video was going around the Random Lake School District in 2024.
Prosecutors say the boy told his mom while he was playing at Guttman's house and Guttman and Dietrich "forced" one of the victims "to give oral sex to his brother" with the threat of violence.
Investigators say one of the victims was punched, and the incident was videotaped.
Prosecutors say both Guttmann and Dietrich told police the video was shared with "multiple people," which is what prompted a tense school board meeting last March. Also back in March, a parent sent a video of one of the teens arrested on school grounds at Random Lake High School.

Guttmann is charged in an unrelated case in Ozaukee County from an incident prosecutors say happened in the summer of 2020. He's charged with two counts of first-degree child sexual assault with a person under the age of 13.
Prosecutors say a victim who was 10 at the time "described a number of occasions she was abused by Cole Guttmann."

What's next
He'll be in court March 6 for that case.
Both the defense and state say they are meeting this week to try to come to a resolution or a plea agreement.
Tulsa woman sentenced to 35 years in prison for child sex abuse charges
Once released, Johnson will have to register as a sex offender.

8/25/2025 UPDATE:
Johnson appeared in Tulsa County court for sentencing on Monday after pleading guilty to the charges last month.
Judge Doug Drummond sentenced Johnson to 35 years in prison, and she must register as a sex offender once released.

Tulsa woman pleads guilty to sexually exploiting child, other charges; Sentencing set for August
A 42-year-old woman pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including child sex exploitation charges, in Tulsa court on Tuesday.
Court records show that Falisha Johnson, 42, appeared in court on July 22 and pleaded guilty to the following charges.
Falisha Johnson Charges:
- Count #1: CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A CHILD UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE
- Count #2: CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
- Count #3: LEWD MOLESTATION
- Count #4: LEWD MOLESTATION
- Count #5: AGGRAVATED POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
Her bond was set in May at $450,000, which remains the same, according to OSCN. Johnson is still in custody.
Her sentencing date is currently scheduled for August 25, 2025.

Peoria man indicted for alleged child sexual assault
Daemein C. Keller, 19, was indicted by a Peoria County grand jury on two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault. The charges allege Keller committed sexual acts with a victim under the age of 13 for sexual gratification.
Peoria States Attorney spokesperson Anna Perales previously said he was arrested for assaulting two underage relatives.
Peoria man held for alleged connection to child sexual assault case
On Aug. 9, officers responded to a Peoria residence on a report of sexual abuse. Two victims were interviewed and revealed years of alleged abuse. The victims said they had been bribed and threatened to stay quiet, Perales said.
Keller allegedly admitted to the assault and was arrested on Aug. 14. He faces up to 60 years for each count.
He will return to court for his arraignment on Sept. 11.
Suspect arrested for alleged child sexual assault, aggravated incest
(EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) arrested a 43-year-old man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl for five years.
The victim had 14 videos recorded on a social media app and said Southern had abused her for about five years, according to arrest documents. Southern was arrested on March 2 on several felony charges including Sexual Assault on a Child, Sexual Assault by One in a Position of Trust, Aggravated Incest, and Unlawful Sexual Contact.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office told FOX21 News that Southern had bonded out and was not in custody.
Court documents show that Southern posted bond, and is due in court on Thursday, March 13.
