MILAM COUNTY, Texas (FOX 44) – A 52-year-old Cameron man has been sentenced to 60 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
According to Milam County, Damion Corona was sentenced in the 20th District Court by Judge John W. Youngblood. This conviction requires lifetime sex offender registration.
Corona was previously found guilty of Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Child, a first-degree felony. This was after a five-day Milam County jury trial who reached the verdict in less than one hour.
Milam County says Corona is not eligible for parole and must serve his entire sentence.
