Texas Man Arrested on 3 Counts of Continuous Child Sex Abuse

   The Gaines County Sheriff's office arrested David Acosta Ramirez, 64, of Seagraves, TX, for three accounts of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The arrest took place Dec. 9, 2014, and the indictments were out of Gaines County, according to a law enforcement press release.

    Ramirez is in the Gaines County Jail on a $100,000.00 bond for each indictment, totalling $300,000.00.

According to Sheriff Pipkin, the Gaines County CID Unit began investigating report of sexual  abuse of a child in February 2014 after child protective services got in touch with law enforcement.
