Pakistani Man Kills Daughter, Boy For 'Honor'

A man has shot and killed his daughter and her male friend in what appears to be an honor killing on Abul Hasan Isfahani Road, Karachi.

In the course of the event, a father and his son are accused of killing the girl and her male companion and blaming it on their supposed “illicit relationship.”

The victim’s father, identified as Rafiq, allegedly went to the extreme of killing his own daughter and her friend. The girl’s brother was also involved in the murders.

The accused father has confessed to his involvement in the act of honor killing….

In the Qur’an, a mysterious figure, known as Khidr in Islamic tradition, kills a boy in an apparently random and gratuitous attack. He then explains: “And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief. And according to Islamic law, “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” (Reliance of the Traveller o1.1-2).

Muslims commit 91 percent of honor killings worldwide. The Palestinian Authority gives pardons or suspended sentences for honor murders. Iraqi women have asked for tougher sentences for Islamic honor murderers, who get off lightly now. Syria in 2009 scrapped a law limiting the length of sentences for honor killings, but “the new law says a man can still benefit from extenuating circumstances in crimes of passion or honour ‘provided he serves a prison term of no less than two years in the case of killing.’” And in 2003 the Jordanian Parliament voted down on Islamic grounds a provision designed to stiffen penalties for honor killings. Al-Jazeera reported that “Islamists and conservatives said the laws violated religious traditions and would destroy families and values.”

Who is the man who stabbed the Neukölln schoolgirls?

On May 3, 38-year-old Berliner Berhan S. entered the schoolyard of the Neukölln Evangelical School. He stabbed a seven-year-old and an eight-year-old girl with a kitchen knife. The children were playing table tennis. He stabbed one girl in the neck and the other in the chest. The older one narrowly escaped death, both were saved.

This Wednesday, the public prosecutor said that Berhan S. will not be charged. A “preliminary psychiatric report” revealed that he “was in a psychotic state at the time of the crime due to a mental illness.” He was “not guilty” and was housed in a psychiatric ward.

Of course! If he is a strict Muslim, he is always in a psychotic state or on the verge of being so.

Berhan S. reported to investigators that he “heard voices ordering him to kill the girls.” Is that all we know about this man? The judiciary, the church, politicians and the media (with the exception of the B.Z.) do not even mention his name to this day.

There would be a lot to report from the history of Berhan S. In August 2009, he stabbed his partner Sonja S. (then 24) in Kreuzberg. Sonja’s mother, Gürsel S., said that Berhan came from a strictly Islamic Turkish family and had been tormenting her daughter for a long time.

Berhan’s family threatened to murder her (Gürsel) and Sonja if they went to the police. On September 1, 2009, the “Tagesspiegel” reported from Berhan’s police file: “Eleven reports of threats, multiple coercion, bodily harm and insults.”

The perpetrator had a problem with violence and the list of his crimes is long. Even if he now claims to have heard voices and is therefore said to be innocent, this history is important.

Many questions remain unanswered: Was Berhan S. observed by the police? What role does his religious indoctrination play? Why did he hear his voices outside a Christian school? And this question has to be asked again and again: Where is the line between mental illness and religious madness?

When the Afghan Abdul Malik A. (29) wanted to behead the resident Regina G. in Wilmersdorf on September 4, 2021, he was Islamist indoctrinated. The court certified him “paranoid schizophrenia” and denied him any criminal responsibility.

When the Syrian Abdalrahman A. (27) stabbed three fellow passengers on the ICE near Passau on November 6, 2021, he was first declared mentally ill. Doctors later found him guilty and he was convicted.

The experts find it difficult to distinguish between religious delusion and mental illness.

Berhan S. is handed over to psychiatry. There is no trial and therefore no processing in court. And so we will never know how the double attempted murder of the children could have happened.

Let me explain: Hearing voices in your head is not necessarily a delusion. God can speak to us, angels can speak to us, but so can demonic beings. Can you imagine God creating man without the ability to speak to him? How absurd. 

So the question now becomes, was it God's angel who spoke to him, or Satan's angel who spoke to him? The answer is in the message which was manifested by the action. The action contradicts the God of the Bible, although it is right in line with Mohammed's message in the Quran. 

Consequently, since it was an attack on little Christian girls, it was demonic. If you prefer to call the demonic - madness. Then it was madness. Thousands of examples of such madness can be found in this blog and on my other blog as well.

Finally, such lunatics must be separated from healthy societies and returned to the madness from which they fled.

Islamic State brides are often as culpable as their jihadist husbands, and driven by the same doctrine, which instructs such actions as beheadings, abuse of infidels, and sex slavery.

Many Islamic State brides continue to raise their children in the way of jihad. Some Islamic State brides are active on social media and open about their commitment to raise their their children as jihad fighters.

In Islam, war is prescribed for conquest as seen with the Islamic State and sex slaves are war booty.

Jennifer Wenisch’s 14-year sentence “comes after Germany’s Federal Court of Justice threw out an appeal by Wenisch, who was initially convicted in October 2021 of two counts of crimes against humanity through enslavement, in one case resulting in death, being an accessory to attempted murder and membership in a terrorist organization abroad.” At the time, she was sentenced to 10 years, but now it’s 14.

A German woman who joined the Islamic State and chained up a five-year-old Yazidi slave girl, leaving her to die of thirst in the baking sun, has been handed a 14-year prison sentence by a Munich court.

Jennifer Wenisch, originally from Lohne in Lower Saxony, joined ISIS in Iraq and allowed the young girl to die of thirst for wetting the bed in August 2015.

She and her then-husband, an ISIS fighter, had bought the young Yazidi girl and her mother as household slaves, and went on to commit horrific acts of abuse.

The woman argued in court that her husband had restrained the girl and left her to die, but judges decided that she was equally responsible for the girl’s fate.

Prosecutors also pointed out that Wenisch later put a gun to the slave mother’s head and threatened to shoot her in an attempt to prevent her crying over her daughter’s horrific fate.

The Higher Regional Court in Munich this morning charged Wenisch, 32, with enslavement resulting in death and accused her of having ‘acted out of contempt for fellow human beings’…..

Poilievre says parents should have final say about what is taught to children

Conservative Party of Canada leader Pierre Poilievre said parents should have the final say over what is taught to their kids in schools, saying, “parental rights come before the government’s rights.” 

Poilievre’s comments come amid growing opposition to gender ideology teachings and Canadian premiers implementing new parental rights policies requiring that parents consent before children can change their name or pronoun at school.

In an interview with Canadian Urdu – Hindi TV Channel Awaz Entertainment, Poilievre was asked if he had his thoughts on the “Million Person March” and if he would be joining it. The event is a planned nationwide multi-faith and multi-ethnic protest against gender ideology teachings that will take place on Sept. 20.

Poilievre would not confirm his attendance saying, “I don’t know yet enough about it,” adding “I understand that its parents who are frustrated with government imposing contrary values on their children.”

“My view is that parents should be the final authority on the values and the lessons that are taught to children. I believe in parental rights, and parental rights come before the government’s rights.”

This is not the first time that the Conservative leader has spoken out in favour of parental rights.

Back in June, Poilievre called out Prime Minister Justin Trudeau over his criticism of provincial parental rights policies, telling him to “butt out” and “let parents raise kids.” 

“The prime minister has no business in decisions that should rest with provinces and parents. My message to Justin Trudeau is ‘butt out, and let provinces run schools and let parents raise kids,’” the Conservative leader said.

In March, Poilievre also told a voter that he opposes the teaching of gender ideology and sexual orientation to young children.

Poilievre has yet to speak out against the transitioning of children. When asked this week amid a resolution set to be debated at the party’s upcoming convention calling for a ban on life altering and irreversible gender transitions for children and teenagers, Poilievre said he had not taken the time to study it and that he’ll “take a careful look at every proposal and decide whether or not it aligns with our platform.” 

Several conservative premiers have now come out against gender ideology and announced new policies to protect parental rights, involvement and consent.

New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs and Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe have both mandated parental consent before kids under the age of 16 can change their name or gender at school. 

Meanwhile, Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson pledged to enhance parental rights if re-elected in the fall, saying she agrees parents should be informed if their child wants to identify as a different gender at school.

Canada warns LGBTQ travelers of visiting the United States

Aug. 29 (UPI) -- The Canadian government on Tuesday issued an advisory warning LGBTQ travelers of the dangers of visiting the United States.

"Some states have enacted laws and policies that may affect 2SLGBTQI+ persons. Check relevant state and local laws," Global Affairs Canada, the governmental department that manages the country's diplomatic relations, wrote in the advisory.

The initials 2SLGBTQI+ in the advisory refers to those who identify as two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and intersex -- an expanded and more inclusive (i.e. Canadian) form of the more common LGBTQ initialism.

The advisory did not specifically mention any particular states or laws to be cautious of. In a statement to the CBC, a representative of Global Affairs Canada provided some additional context.

"Since the beginning of 2023, certain states in the U.S. have passed laws banning drag shows and restricting the transgender community from access to gender-affirming care and from participation in sporting events," the statement said.

"The information is provided to enable travelers to make their own informed decisions regarding destinations. Outside Canada, laws and customs related to sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sex characteristics can be very different from those in Canada."

Not 'can be', 'are'. Canada's laws and customs have shot out further to the left of any country in the world under Trudeau. The good news is, the pendulum may be starting to swing back.

In the advisory, Global Affairs Canada linked to a separate page with further advice for LGBTQ people traveling internationally.

"Watch for laws that: criminalize same-sex activities and relationships and criminalize people based on their sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sex characteristics," it warned. "Some countries may use laws related to 'vagrancy,' 'public nuisance' or 'public morals' to criminalize 2SLGBTQI+ people."

Among other advice, Global Affairs Canada warned that "not all countries have the same values and legal system that we have in Canada."

Canadian Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland defended the advisory during a press conference in Moncton, New Brunswick.

"We have professionals in the government whose job is to look carefully around the world and to monitor whether there are particular dangers to particular groups of Canadians," she said.

"That's their job and it's the right thing to do."

Aug. 29 (UPI) -- Nearly 200 people were arrested in Nigeria for attending a gay wedding, including the couple who got married, according to police in the western African country.

Using the country's homosexuality laws, officers arrested hundreds of "gay suspects" early Monday morning at a hotel in Ekpan town, Delta state, in southern Nigeria.

"The amazing part of it was that we saw two suspects -- and there is a video recording -- where they were performing their wedding ceremony," Delta State Command spokesman Bright Edafe told reporters.

"This is not something that will be allowed in Nigeria," Edafe added. "We are in Africa and we are in Nigeria. We cannot copy the Western world because we don't have the same culture."

While there were reports of 200 people arrested, 67 were detained and will be charged "upon completion of the investigation," Edafe said.

Nigeria's Same Sex Marriage Prohibition Act bans same sex relationships. Mass arrests are common in the country.

According to the law, which was enacted by President Goodluck Jonathan in 2013, same sex marriages are punishable with up to 14 years in prison. Anyone who "witnesses, abets or aids the solemnization of a same-sex marriage or union" faces up to 10 years.

Wow! If they all end up in the same prison, what a party they could have!

Former U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry condemned the law when it was enacted, saying it "dangerously restricts freedom" of expression for all Nigerians. Britain and Canada have also criticized the law.

Security forces will stop Afghan women from visiting national park,

Taliban says

The Taliban will use security forces to stop women from visiting one of Afghanistan’s most popular national parks, according to information shared by a spokesman for the Vice and Virtue Ministry. The ministry alleges that women have not been observing the proper way to wear the hijab, or Islamic headscarf, when going to Band-e-Amir in the central Bamiyan province.

This comes a week after the minister, Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, visited the province and told officials and religious clerics that women haven’t been adhering to the correct way of wearing the hijab, asking security personnel to stop women from visiting the tourist hotspot.

“Going sightseeing is not a must for women,” Hanafi said at the time.

Ministry spokesman Molvi Mohammad Sadiq Akif shared a report of Hanafi’s remarks late Saturday night, including the use of security forces, clerics and elders to carry out Hanafi's order. A recording of the minister's speech in Bamiyan, aligning with Akif’s report, was shared on social media.

Akif was not immediately available for comment on Sunday.

“Not content with depriving girls and women of education, employment, and free movement, the Taliban also want to take from them parks and sport and now even nature, as we see from this latest ban on women visiting Band-e-Amir,” said Heather Barr, the associate women’s rights director at Human Rights Watch in an emailed statement. “Step by step the walls are closing in on women as every home becomes a prison.”

Don't forget, women must be invisible in public!

Last November, the Taliban-led government barred women from using public spaces, including parks, saying that they were not wearing the hijab correctly or following gender segregation rules.

Since taking over the country on August 15, 2021 after the withdrawal of U.S. and NATO forces, they have imposed several restrictions targeting Afghan girls and women, including stopping girls from going to school beyond the sixth grade, and prohibiting Afghan women from jobs at local and non-governmental organizations while cracking down on media.

These harsh measures triggered a fierce international outrage, including from Muslim-majority countries.

Band-e-Amir is a major tourist attraction in Bamiyan. It became the country’s first national park in 2009 and pulls in thousands of visitors every year.

It is a major source of income for locals and their sightseeing, restaurant, hotel and handicraft businesses.

Following the hours-long homosexual rape of an 18-year-old male Polish citizen by a 20-year-old Afghan male migrant on an underground train platform in Munich, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has commented on the case, saying it was due to “open borders” policies pushed by the EU and certain politicians.

"A young Pole in Munich was raped by an Afghan immigrant. These are the effects of the open border policy pushed by the European Union, (head of the European People’s Party) Mr. Manfred Weber, and his representative in Poland, Donald Tusk. Do we want such a Europe in Poland?” asked Morawiecki in a post on Facebook.

Remix News reported about the homosexual rape case involving the Polish male on Tuesday. The culprit, who has been detained by the German police, took advantage of the fact that the young Pole was returning from a party and under the influence of alcohol fell asleep in an underground station in Munich. 

Morawiecki elaborated in his post that Poland ”is one of the safest countries on the continent, and the Law and Justice (PiS) government invests huge funds in the army, police and protection of Polish borders.”

“These are the effects of the open borders policy being forced through by the EU, Manfred Weber and their representative in Poland Donald Tusk,” Morawiecki posted on Facebook.

Poles against migrants. “We are not stigmatizing anybody. We are governing responsibly. The same cannot be said of the opposition when it was in government. We will all decide what kind of security policy Poland needs at the ballot box on October 15.”

The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday called in a representative of the German Embassy to discuss the case. The ministry handed in a statement saying that such situations are likely to occur again. This is why there is a need for an information campaign to raise awareness of the danger of such crimes being committed in Western European countries….

Germany has suffered a rising degree of rape cases tied to open borders in recent years. For example, last year the country saw a record increase in gang rape cases, with half of the suspects being of foreign origin.

What so exercises Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki is that although Poland, which has refused to take in Muslim migrants despite pressure from the EU, remains safe, Germany — where many Poles have found employment — is not. Morawiecki wants the Germans to engage in a public information campaign warning Germans — and others, including Poles working in Germany — about the danger from Muslim criminals. 

This is what I have been complaining about for several years now. The German police, government, and media shelter migrant criminals from blame for the evils they commit, and thus, leave German nationals, especially young women, completely unaware of the dangers of such people.

Ideally, he would want the Germans to imitate the Poles, vote in the anti-immigrant Alternative für Deutschland party, and start to deal seriously with the Muslim migrant problem that Germany, under former Chancellor Angela Merkel, so needlessly created for itself. The high point of the pro-immigration madness occurred in 2015, when Merkel allowed in a million unvetted Muslims, but while those numbers have decreased, more than half a million Muslims, both legal and illegal, still manage to enter Germany each year, where they take advantage of every benefit the generous welfare state provides. These Muslims are a threat, the Polish Prime Minister makes clear, not just to Germans, but to all other non-Muslims, including Poles, now living and working in Germany. He wants the EU bureaucrats to stop demanding that its member states take in a certain quota of migrants, set by the EU itself, and instead leave it up to individual countries to decide how many immigrants, and how many Muslims among them, that it is prepared to take in. Morawiecki knows that the only sensible answer will be “not many” or better still, “none.”

In a German nightclub, a Moroccan migrant, Aissam D., was seen by Tony B., a native German, putting a date rape drug in a girl’s drink. After Tony B. confronted him, the Moroccan then smashed a glass into Tony B.’s face, leaving him without sight in his left eye, and with much diminished vision in his right eye. Robert Spencer wrote about this briefly here, and more on this atrocity can be found here: 

German victim blinded in glass attack by Moroccan migrant speaks out over 

paltry compensation offer

The 30-year-old victim of a vicious attack in a German nightclub by a Moroccan migrant which left him blinded has spoken out on the incident for the first time.

Tony B. sustained life-changing injuries including the loss of sight in his left eye and considerable damage to his right when 41-year-old Moroccan Aissam D. struck him with a glass to the face in the early hours of April 30.

The incident occurred at the Milchbar nightclub in the Bavarian city of Munich at around 5 a.m. when video footage showed a dispute between the pair which resulted in Tony being attacked and falling to the floor where he awaited rescue workers in a pool of blood.

Tony was taken to the Rechts der Isar Hospital where he was placed into an induced coma as doctors operated to remove shards of broken glass from his eyes. Unfortunately, Tony lost his left eye, and his right eye was badly damaged, leaving him visually impaired. He also sustained several lacerations to his face which have left permanent scarring.

“I’m aware that I will never look the same again,” Tony wrote in a caption accompanying a photograph on social media of him with his sister, who is now his primary carer.

It is understood from the victim’s account that he confronted his attacker after being told the Moroccan national had spiked a girl’s drink at the bar [in his sister’s account, he was not told about, but saw Aissam D. spiking the girl’s drink].

Tony’s sister wrote on Instagram on her brother’s behalf: “My group that was there told me that I must have caught the guy putting drops in a girl’s glass and I confronted him.”

Following the attack, the Moroccan migrant was arrested and placed in custody. He told the authorities that Tony had headbutted him, an accusation denied by the victim but that is still being investigated….

Tony also acknowledged that he is unlikely to be able to work again for the rest of his life….

What matters to us here is not the size of the compensation Tony B. will receive (he will apparently never be able to work again), or where it will come from (isn’t Aissam likely to have no assets?), but the extreme savagery of the Moroccan migrant who blinded him. Aissam D. was, in addition, very likely a serial rapist, foiled on this one occasion. But how many times in the past has he used the date rape drink successfully? Why did the German government accept his claim to be an asylum seeker? What could he have been fleeing from in Morocco, where there is no war going on, and the rule of King Mohamed VI is most benign? And what is his record of employment in Germany? Has he been living on the dole, paid for by the German taxpayers, who provide his housing, his medical care, his education (in his case, vocational training), his allowance for clothing and food? And finally, what about Aissam D.’s criminal record? We know that in Germany, where 7% of the population is Muslim, about 40% of the prison population is Muslim. I wonder what he was thinking? Those eyes are a little disturbing.

Aug. 17 (UPI) -- Australian megachurch founder Brian Houston was found not guilty on Thursday of hiding his father's sexual abuse of a child years before.

Magistrate Gareth Christofi ruled that 69-year-old Hillsong founder Brian Houston had a "reasonable excuse" for not reporting the allegations against his father, late Assemblies of God pastor Frank Houston, he believed he was respecting the wishes of the victim Brett Sengstock.

"There is little doubt in my view that the accused knew or believed on reasonable grounds that Brett Sengstock did not want the matter reported to the police," Christofi said.

Brian Houston, who pleaded not guilty to charges of concealing a serious indictable offense said he learned in 1999 that his father abused Sengstock when he was 7. The younger Houston said he was left "speechless" about the revelation by Sengstock who was 30 at the time.

Sengstock testified that he did not want others to know about the abuse, calling it a "hideous secret."

"Frank Houston was no pioneer for Christianity; his legacy remains a faded memory of a pedophile," Sengstock said. "Regardless of today's outcome, I have received a life sentence."

The magistrate said Sengstock was paid $10,000 after meeting with Frank Houston in late 1999 or early 2000, during which he signed a napkin and was told to contact Brian Houston if he did not receive the money.

Christofi did admonish Brian Houston for being involved in the payment of Sengstock, which he saw as a "hush money" payment than a form of financial compensation for what the victim went through.

He noted, however, that Brian Houston took part in a 2003 interview in which he said his father confessed to the abuse which was reported to church elders and the wider congregation and later discussed in sermons.

The magistrate said this was a sign that he did not try to hide his father's crimes.

"The obvious conclusion to draw ... is that he wanted people to know about it," Christofi said. "That is the very opposite of a cover-up."

During the trial, Brian Houston said additional victims from New Zealand had come forward around the same time as Sengstock and that the full extent of his father's abuse may remain unclear.

"He was obviously a serial pedophile," he said. "We probably will never know the extent of his pedophilia and a lot of people's lives have been tragically hurt and for that I'll always be very sad."

A young pastor in Nigeria’s Anambra State jumped from a two-story building and died, reportedly after his girlfriend rejected his marriage proposal. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to reports.

Identified as Pastor Prosper Obum Igboke, the 30-year-old man led a Pentecostal church in the Nnewi area of Anambra State, Nigerian Tribune reported Saturday, citing a relative who said the pastor took the fatal leap last month after his girlfriend, whom he had financially supported through university, declined his proposal for marriage.

The same relative expressed surprise that “a man of this age and a pastor can do this.”

Pastor Igboke was a native of Leru community in Umunneochi Local Government Area, Abia State. According to the tradition of the Leru autonomous community, individuals who die by suicide are buried in a forest as an act of “sacrilege.”

Igboke was buried last Friday in a bush in his community, the relative was quoted as saying.

The state police spokesman, DSP Tochukwu Ikenga, told media the incident had not been reported to the police command.

“There is no information like that before me, and I want to also thank you for the privileged information. I will escalate this to the police manager within the area for necessary action,” Ikenga said in a statement to Punch.

The deceased had reportedly seen his girlfriend through university, investing emotionally and financially in her education. The relative who spoke to journalists said the rejection came as a disappointment to Igboke, leading to his drastic action. This information was consistent across reports from the Nigerian Tribune, Punch and Daily Post.

The incident has raised questions about the societal pressures and expectations that may have contributed to this tragic event. However, as of now, the police have not initiated an official investigation into the matter.

In a separate incident in January 2016, a 49-year-old Nigerian pastor named Bassey died by suicide in his Lagos home, according to News Break. Bassey had been accused by his church members of misusing church funds for personal gain.

The accusation led to his depression and withdrawal. On the night of his death, he stayed on the balcony until 3 a.m. before his wife convinced him to go to bed. Unbeknownst to her, he had hidden a knife under the bed. He used it to slash his throat at 5 a.m. Bassey left a suicide note stating, “I, Myself, not my wife.”

Pastors who misuse church funds, or who suicide because of rejection, have not surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ. Consequently, their ambitions open the door for Satan to enter in and tempt them to suicide. These tragedies are not societal in origin, they are an example of men who should not be pastors.

More than 120 arrested after brutal gang rape of 8 women in South Africa

Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Some of the more than 120 men arrested after a brutal gang rape and robbery of eight women on a music video shoot in South Africa are scheduled to be in court Wednesday to face firearms and illegal mining charges.

DNA tests could lead to rape charges against some of the men, police said.

The gang rape occurred at an abandoned mine in Krugersdorp where a video crew were attacked by a group of armed men in blankets, according to the Guardian. Women and girls in the Krugersdorp area had complained about the widespread crime and violence.

The arrested men allegedly participated in illegal mining. According to police, one person was killed during a shootout during the police raid on the illicit mining Tuesday.

South African Police Ministry spokeswoman Lirandzu Themba tweeted Tuesday, "46 suspects were arrested and one fatally wounded during today's illicit mining take down."

In a South African Police Service Facebook post, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa denounced the gang rape near Krugersdorp and called on communities to work with police to ensure that these criminals are apprehended and prosecuted."

The president acknowledged in that post that gender-based violence and femicide is "a deeply rooted social problem."

CANBERRA, Australia -- A former principal of an Australian Jewish school was sentenced on Thursday to 15 years in prison after she was convicted of sexually abusing two students.

Malka Leifer, 56, must serve at least 11 years and six months of the sentence before she can be considered for early release. As soon as she is released from a Victoria state prison, she will likely be deported to her native Israel.

Leifer was principal of Melbourne’s ultra-Orthodox Adass Israel School when she abused sisters Dassi Erlich and Elly Sapper between 2004 and 2007. Erlich was 16 and Sapper 17 when the abuse began.

The Associated Press does not usually identify victims of sexual abuse, but the sisters have chosen to identify themselves in the media.

The siblings, who along with their older sister Nicole Meyer became the public face of a campaign to bring Leifer to justice, attended court and welcomed the sentence.

Erlich said the sentence demonstrated that “voices of survivors will not and cannot be silenced, no matter the obstacles.”

“This has been one of the most traumatizing, destabilizing and awful, painful, paths to justice,” Erlich told reporters.

“But today really marks the end of this chapter of our lives and opens the chapter to us healing,” she added.

A Victoria County Court jury in April convicted her of 18 of 27 charges of sex abuse that she was tried on. The most serious convictions were on six counts of rape, each carrying a potential maximum sentence of 25 years in prison. Leifer was found not guilty of five charges relating to Meyer's allegations.

In sentencing, Judge Mark Gamble described Liefer’s offending against vulnerable victims as predatory and persistent.

The sisters had endured a “cruel and frightening upbringing at the hands of a very abusive mother,” received no sex education and did not recognize sexualized conduct, Gamble said.

“This case is striking for just how vulnerable each of the two victims was and for the calculating way in which the offender, Mrs. Leifer, took callous advantage of those vulnerabilities in order to sexually abuse them for her own sexual gratification,” he said.

“This is a serious aggravating feature in respect of all of the offences,” he added.

The Tel Aviv-born mother of eight maintains her innocence and Gamble said she had shown no remorse.

Leifer chose to watch her three-hour sentencing hearing by a video link from a high-security Melbourne women's prison rather than attend court in person and appeared teary-eyed at times.

She began teaching at the school in 2001 and returned to Israel in 2008 the morning after she was stood down from her principal role because Erlich’s allegations had come to light.

The school's current principal and chief executive Aaron Strasser on Thursday apologized to Leifer's victims for the distress they had suffered and for the impact of the abuse on their lives and families.

“Her offending was a gross and complete breach of trust and it is our hope that today’s sentencing provides a sense of justice for the survivors and helps them to heal,” Strasser said in a statement.

"The safety and wellbeing of students remain our highest priorities and we have zero tolerance for abuse of any kind,” Strasser added.

Victorian police filed criminal charges in 2012 and the battle to extradite her from Israel began in 2014, with her lawyers arguing that she was not mentally fit to stand trial.

Gamble gave her 2,069 days off her sentence for time already served in custody in Australia since she returned in January 2021 and for time spent in Israel in custody and under home arrest.

He found Leifer had exaggerated and intensified her mental health conditions to frustrate extradition proceedings in Israel.

This 'German' rape gang all turned out to be Turkish migrants

Aug. 26 (UPI) -- Three Britons arrested in connection with the third recent case of alleged gang rape involving young tourists on the Spanish island of Mallorca made their initial court appearances on Saturday.

Photos showed the three British men covering their faces as they went before a court in Palma, Spain, to face charges in connection with an alleged gang rape of a British woman who says she was drugged at a hotel in the town of Magaluf on Friday.

The three men tried to leave the country but were apprehended at Palma Son Sant Joan Airport as they were about to board a flight to Manchester in Britain.

A doctor who examined the alleged victim said she had signs of sexual violence.

"This morning a central response unit received an alert about a possible sexual aggression from a hotel in the municipality," a spokesman for the Spanish Civil Guard told the Manchester Evening News.

Initial evidence suggested the woman had been drugged, he said, adding the victim told police "she felt completely unwell possibly because of the consumption of some type of drug. She said she didn't know the identity of the alleged aggressors, just the nickname of one of them used on a social network."

Police were nonetheless able to identify the men.

"Officers identified the alleged aggressors who had just abandoned the hotel with the intention of taking a flight back to their home country," the spokesman added.

Earlier this month, six people, including five French nationals and one Swiss national, were arrested on suspicion of having gang raped another British woman at the same hotel where this week's attack took place.

And in July, six German men were arrested for the alleged rape of an 18-year-old German woman at a Mallorca hotel. All 6 were Turkish migrants. No media outlet made any attempt to determine if the Brits, the French and the Swede were migrants. They continue to protect those who drug and gang-rape European girls. What colossal stupidity and evil!

Authorities said it is likely the three Britons arrested on Friday will be held in the same facility as the Swiss and French nationals detained in connection with the prior attack.

A 11 year old Hindu girl, hailing from Tando Allahyar under Umerkot district in Pakistan was abducted at gunpoint by a Islamist more than twice her age. The minor Hindu girl identified as Jiji bheel, a resident of Tando Allahyar village of Sindh province (a notorious region for abduction, rapes and Nikaah after forced conversion of minority Hindu girls) was abducted by a 28 year old Azim Ghumrani.

As per the information shared by a few social media handles associated with the minority rights in Pakistan, the girl was later arrested by the Umerkot police and brought to the police station. Now after the abduction it is being speculated that the girl would meet the similar fate of forced conversion and Nikaah cum slavery in the coming months.

The horrific development occurred exactly a week after another minor Hindu girl identified as Ekta Kumari Sonaro was abducted from Kada Bazaar of Karachi of Sindh province. Ekta has been reported to be untraceable since then……

Afghan asylum seeker is jailed for twice raping ‘vulnerable’

An Afghan asylum-seeker has been jailed for twice-raping a ‘vulnerable’ 12 year-old Albanian refugee living in the same Home Office-funded hotel.

Sakhidad Ahadi, 25, who continues to lie about his age and was deemed ‘dangerous’ by the judge, received twelve years imprisonment after grooming the young girl and coaxing her into his room.

He is determined to pursue a life in the UK, claiming he was shot by the Taliban when he refused to be recruited, having already endured the murder of his father at the hands of the country’s rulers.

The girl and her brother had been brought to the UK by their mother and the family were accommodated at a hotel in south London.

Ahadi pleaded guilty to one count of raping the girl and a Croydon Crown Court jury convicted him on a second count of raping her on the same occasion between December 22, 2022 and January 1, 2023.

He claimed she consented to sex and he believed she was 19 years old, with his lawyer Lisa Wilson submitting: ‘Perceiving age may not be so clear to someone who has grown up in mountainous Afghanistan.’…

Judge Anthony Dunne told Ahadi, wearing a grey tracksuit: ‘You touched her and took her pants off and you raped her first when she was face-down and a medical examination revealed you tore her….

‘It has been said your cultural background made it impossible for you to know she was twelve. I reject that as implausible….

Ahadi continues to lie he is only twenty years-old, but Judge Dunne confirmed: ‘The records of the relevant authorities show that he is twenty-five years-old….

If he lies relentlessly about his age and about her age, then he is probably lying about being shot and his father's death.

Accordingly, Judith S. met her later killer in August 2022 in the gym. After just a month, the couple moved into an apartment together in the Johannesviertel. Judith finally wanted to put the on-off relationship with a violent ex-partner behind her.

She didn’t realize that she had “got the wrong guy” again.

Four days before Judith’s death, Fahim Z. punched her in the nose. She fled to her brother (33) and wanted to separate again after only four months. Her fear of the man with unclear citizenship was so great that she wanted to get her car keys out of the apartment on November 24 during Z.’s absence. She asked her brother to drive her there.

What Judith had no idea: Fahim Z. had already reported sick to his employer the evening before. He ambushed her with an eight-inch blade. According to the indictment, Z. attacked the woman from behind, convinced “that Judith has no right to continue living under these circumstances.” He sat on her and stabbed her face and upper body “with the absolute will to destroy.”

Judith’s brother called the police when she still hadn’t come out of the apartment after 15 minutes and didn’t answer his knock.

Fahim Z. apparently noticed that, so he knocked on a neighbor’s door and fled, covered in blood, over the balcony of the attic apartment. The police caught Z. anyway, not far from the crime scene.

Z. does not want to give any information about the course of events and his person, only says his defense attorney: “I am responsible for the death of Ms. Judith S.”

The confessed killer was provided with an Afghan translator, but he speaks and understands German well. He had introduced himself to the neighbors as French, and to Judith’s family as a foreign legionnaire.

Who is Fahim Z. really? This should be clarified in the further course of the negotiation by questioning acquaintances.

Is this a consequence of German media refusing to warn Germans about how dangerous Muslim migrants really are? Is there blood on the hands of the reporters and editors and publishers?
