Islamic Republic of Pakistan: Muslim murders his sister

in honor killing over her ‘inappropriate’ relationship

In the Qur’an, a mysterious figure, known as Khidr in Islamic tradition, kills a boy in an apparently random and gratuitous attack. He then explains: “And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief. So we intended that their Lord should substitute for them one better than him in purity and nearer to mercy.” (18:80-81)

And according to Islamic law, “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” (Reliance of the Traveller o1.1-2).

But what about brothers? How do they get away with murdering their sisters?

Muslims commit 91 percent of honor killings worldwide. The Palestinian Authority gives pardons or suspended sentences for honor murders. Iraqi women have asked for tougher sentences for Islamic honor murderers, who get off lightly now. Syria in 2009 scrapped a law limiting the length of sentences for honor killings, but “the new law says a man can still benefit from extenuating circumstances in crimes of passion or honour ‘provided he serves a prison term of no less than two years in the case of killing.’” And in 2003 the Jordanian Parliament voted down on Islamic grounds a provision designed to stiffen penalties for honor killings. Al-Jazeera reported that “Islamists and conservatives said the laws violated religious traditions and would destroy families and values.”

Brother Allegedly Murders Sister in Honor Killing

Khyber News, December 7, 2023 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

In an alarming incident in Bahwalngar, a young man, identified as Afan Sohail, allegedly committed fratricide by strangling his 17-year-old sister, Afia Mumtaz, to death.

The Saddar police station reported that the accused, a resident of Basti Shera Lakhan Moza Hafizwala, cited “honour” as the motive for his brutal act, fueled by suspicions about his sister’s alleged inappropriate relations with someone….

India: Muslims threaten to behead principal who asked

Muslim girls to remove hijabs inside classrooms

It’s a blunt negotiating tool, but a highly effective one.

Bihar school principal gets death threats for asking girls

to take off hijabs inside classrooms

OpIndia, December 3, 2023:

On 2nd December, an official in Bihar said the school principal of a government school received death threats after girl students were asked to remove hijabs inside classrooms. In a written complaint, the principal of Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya in district Sheikpura said the family members of girl students threatened to behead those who did not pay heed to their demands.

The District Education Officer Om Prakash Singh said that the principal of the government school sent a written complaint stating that Islamists stormed the school on 29th November. They threatened the principal with consequences as the school administration asked the female students to remove hijabs inside classrooms.

Singh said, “They were livid at the teaching staff asking the girls to take off headscarves inside classrooms. They told the principal they would not allow the school to run if their girls did not follow their customs.” He added that the principal said in the complaint that the Islamists threatened to behead those who did not pay heed to their demand….

This is Islamic Hysteria, and it's coming to a country near you!

The administration had requested that female students forgo the hijab during their time in college in accordance with the new state regulations. Eight female students consistently disobeyed the rule and claimed it inhibited them from practising their faith.

Islamic Republic of Iran: Security forces

raped and sexually assaulted male and

female protesters as young as 12

Why? Primarily in order to “strike terror in the enemies of Allah” (Qur’an 8:60), and to humiliate those who they hated. But also because Islam exalts sexual activity as essentially the highest good a human being can attain, since it is what the blessed will be engaging in forever in paradise. As far as they’re concerned, to destroy one’s ability to engage in it is to strike at the most precious aspect of humanity.

Iranian security forces raped and sexually assaulted male and female protesters as young as 12 – with six victims subjected to gang-rape by groups of up to ten

by Chris Jewers, Daily Mail, December 7, 2023 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

Iranian security forces raped and sexually assaulted male and female protesters as young as 12, according to a damning new report.

Amnesty International found security forces used rape and sexual violence to torture, punish and traumatise protesters arrested as part of the Tehran regime’s crackdown on nationwide protests that erupted from September 2022.

The rights group said it had gathered testimonies from 12 women, 26 men, one girl and six boys who survived rape or other forms of sexual violence.

Its 120-page report details 45 cases of rape, gang rape or sexual violence against protesters, with six victims gang-raped by groups of up to ten men….

Amnesty said 16 of the 45 cases documented in the report were of rape, including six women, seven men, a 14-year-old girl, and two boys aged 16 and 17. Six of them – four women and two men – were gang raped by up to 10 male agents, it said.

It said the sexual assaults were carried out by members of the Revolutionary Guards, the paramilitary Basij force, agents of the intelligence ministry, as well as police officers as the Tehran regime rounded up protesters off the streets.

The rapes on women and men were carried out with ‘wooden and metal batons, glass bottles, hosepipes, and/or agents’ sexual organs and fingers’, it said….

Sheer Barbarism.

Iran bans Mahsa Amini’s family from travelling

to accept EU's Sakharov human rights prize

The family of Mahsa Amini, the Iranian Kurdish woman who died in custody, have been banned from travelling to France to collect a top rights prize awarded posthumously, their lawyer said Saturday.

Amini died aged 22 on September 16, 2022, while being held by Iran's religious police for allegedly breaching the Islamic republic's strict dress code for women.

Her family and supporters say she was killed. Iranian authorities claim she died in custody from a previously undisclosed medical condition.

More likely, a previously non-existent medical condition.

In October, the European Union awarded its top rights honour, the Sakharov Prize, to her and the global movement her death triggered.

On Saturday her family's lawyer in France, Chirinne Ardakani, told AFP that Amini's parents and brother had been "prohibited from boarding the flight that was to take them to France for the presentation of the Sakharov Prize".

She said the family had been banned from leaving Iran despite having a valid visa, and their passports had been confiscated.

Ardakani said Iranian authorities "have never been so mobilised to prevent the families of the victims from speaking to the international community".

Mahsa Amini's death triggered mass protests in Iran.

It also generated a global movement known as "Woman, Life, Freedom", calling for the end of Iran's imposition of a headscarf on all women and an end to the Muslim cleric-led government in Tehran.

Iranian security forces have cracked down on the protests domestically, killing hundreds, and have executed dozens for allegedly participating in what officials have called "riots".

The "Woman, Life, Freedom" campaign continues in cities around the world, with frequent demonstrations in which Amini's photo is held aloft.

The Sakharov Prize, which comes with a 50,000-euro ($53,000) endowment, was to be handed over in a European Parliament ceremony on December 13.
