German MP Speaks Out on Diversity Bill, Addressing 60 Genders

This is what it's coming to

When a bill campaigning for gender diversity was proposed by a leftist German party, a conservative politician responded hilariously, taking two minutes to address anyone who might be listening – and using some 60 gender identifiers.

Alternative for Germany (AfD) politician Steffen Königer arrived at the Brandenburg parliament to speak on a bill introduced by the Green Party which would “campaign for acceptance of gender and sexual diversity, self-determination, and against homo- and trans-phobia” in the city of Brandenburg. It would also “give equal rights and societal equality for LGBTTQQ [lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, trans, two-spirit, queer, questioning] people in Brandenburg.”

Königer began his address on the proposal in the most normal of ways.

“Dear Mr. President, ladies and gentlemen...” Königer said at the podium.

However, it soon became obvious that his introduction was a little out of the ordinary.

“Dear homosexuals, dear lesbians, dear androgynes, dear bi-genders...” he said, continuing with another minute of greetings, including to “trans-men...trans-women...and trans-humans.”

One minute and 12 seconds after the start of his address, the parliament's president asked if Königer “would allow an interposed question” – to which he promptly said “no."

“I'm not done with my introduction yet, Mr. President. Sorry,” Königer said, prompting laughter from the audience and even a city official sitting on the panel behind him.

The AfD politician went on to speak for almost another minute, not forgetting to mention hermaphrodites and “two-spirit third genders." He finally addressed the Green Party MPs behind the bill, and cheekily 'respecting' the gender with which they choose to identify by greeting all of them as “Mrs. or Mr.”

After that, it took Königer eight more words to make his point: “The AfD party rejects your proposal. Thank you.”

Sweden Legalizes Public Nudity for Humanitarian Reasons

Sweden leading the world in progressive thinking; or, in corporate insanity and stupidity

So Sweden has decided that it would rather offend migrant women
than gender confused people

LIFE

Sweden's bungled "open doors" migration policy has left the country struggling with integration problems due to religious and cultural differences. The government's controversial efforts to promote human rights at all cost may make things even worse, as women's right to swim topless in public swimming pools is likely to stir further controversy.

Since last year, Sweden's discrimination ombudsman has been providing support for people to swim topless, even if they are perceived as women. The controversial decision concerns so-called "intergenders," which are people who identify themselves between or beyond the traditional man/woman-division of gender.

Surprisingly, this decision was largely unknown for the majority of Swedes themselves, but made news after a shirtless person, who had been evicted from a public bathhouse in Stockholm, reported the incident to the discrimination ombudsman and received full support. Therefore, the requirement for women to dress the upper body was formally removed. In practice, this means that bath houses risk becoming the subject of ombudsman's criticism if the staff reject a female bather with a bare breast.

Per Holfve of the discrimination ombudsman's office, welcomed the revised rules.

"It will affect the society's perception of gender issues in a more inclusive direction," he told Swedish public broadcaster SVT.

However, the decision to allow people perceived as women to bathe topless is not without problems. Earlier, a number of bathhouses across Sweden included girls-only hours to combat harassment and welcome more Muslim swimmers, following a number of unpleasant incidents.

I'm sure this will not lead to more 'unpleasant' incidents....good grief!

"There is a risk of collisions with other cultures and religions. There are [Muslim] women swimming fully dressed. Even people without religious or cultural ramifications may be offended by women bathing shirtless," Carina Engström, head of the Liljeholmsbadet public bathhouse in Stockholm said.

"Certainly, there is a risk that it may lead to sexual harassment. But women may be exposed to harassment, even if they are wearing a top," Mats Ivarsson, bathhouse director in the city of Gävle said, stating that he did not see any problem with the decision.

The decision, which initially only applied to "intergenders," is vastly seen as the first step towards legalizing public nudity, something which many are in favor of.

"In an equal society, women should have the same rights as men when it comes to exercising their bodily freedoms in public," debater Amanda Soltanian wrote in her opinion piece in Sweden's largest newspaper Dagens Nyheter. "The bra is a great invention for those women who feel they need or want it in their everyday lives, but wherefrom stems the notion that the bra is mandatory?" she asked rhetorically.

Correspondingly, 61 percent of Swedes believe that everybody, regardless of their gender, should be given the right to swim topless, a subsequent poll by SVT revealed.

Donald Trump Accused of Raping 13yo Girl in New Lawsuit

I hesitate to post this for fear it could be a very nasty 'dirty trick' by the establishment oligarchs who fear a Trump presidency. Nevertheless, it has been reported in several news sites, even a few reputable ones. So here it is:

A lawsuit filed in federal court in New York has accused presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl more than two decades ago. A suit with similar allegations filed by the same plaintiff was dismissed in California.

The suit filed Monday, first reported by The Real Deal, alleges that the rapes occurred in 1994 at Upper East Side parties hosted by ex-hedge fund manager and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Trump had known Epstein for seven years by that time.

Epstein was a high flyer who arranged parties for many people. He also shared his private jet with celebrities. Names like Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey and Chris Tucker have been associated with Epstein along with allegations of sex between Prince Andrew and an underage girl.

The plaintiff, known only as Jane Doe, claims that Trump and Epstein lured her and other girls to the parties at Epstein’s mansion with promises of a modeling career. The plaintiff said that instead she was sexually assaulted by the two men in a way the suit characterizes as “savage.”

The complaint alleges that Trump tied the plaintiff to the bed and raped her. It claims that when she pleaded for him to stop, Trump struck her in the face with an open hand and screamed “that he would do whatever he wanted,” according to the suit.

“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed,” the plaintiff said in an affidavit, according to the New York Daily News.

Epstein is claimed to have subsequently raped the plaintiff twice, and to have reiterated violent threats against her family.

Some of the claims of girls being lured to parties were corroborated by another anonymous woman identified as Tiffany Doe. She claims that Epstein met her at the Port Authority and paid her to recruit other underage girls for his parties.

A very similar lawsuit was filed by the same Jane Doe in federal court in Los Angeles. That suit included claims that Trump gave the plaintiff money for an abortion after she expressed fear of pregnancy, and that Trump called Epstein, but these allegations are nowhere to be found in the latest complaint.

The Los Angeles lawsuit – which asked for $100 million in damages – was dismissed by a judge last month, and the Trump campaign called it “categorically false” and “disgusting.”

While Monday’s suit may not have the price tag or some of the sensational claims of its forerunner, it still has the core allegations of sexual assault.

Doe said in the filing that she remained silent on the matter for so many years because she was afraid of the threats against her family being carried out, but said she remains traumatized by the incident due to the media coverage of Trump.

The Donald Trump campaign did not immediately respond to RT’s request for comment.

Today's Global Pedophile List Includes Tribal Exec, Gold Medalist, Cult Leader & Cop

Former Utah tribal leader to serve 30 years in child sex-abuse case
The Salt Lake Tribune

A former Ute tribal leader in Utah has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for sexually abusing a girl from the time she was 10 years old until she was 16.

The U.S. Marshals Service put him on its most wanted fugitives list, and authorities finally caught up with him in a Brazilian resort town in February 2015. Brazilian authorities said he had arrived in Brazil in March 2012.

A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney for Utah says Richard Jenks Jr., 58, of Fort Duchesne, was found guilty during a January trial of one count of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and two counts of a sexual abuse of a minor.

On Friday, U.S. District Judge Clark Waddoups sentenced Jenks to prison, followed by supervised release for life, which includes sex-offender registration.

Jenks has served more than one term on the Ute Tribe Business Committee, representing members of the tribe's Uncompahgre Band. The six-member panel exercises executive and legislative power on the Uintah-Ouray Indian Reservation in northeastern Utah.

His most recent term ended in April 2013.

KIDS’ SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR CAUGHT WITH CHILD SEX ABUSE IMAGES

By Tele Reporter

Dundee, Scotland: A SCOUTS assistant leader and disabled kids’ swimming instructor is facing jail after he admitted downloading a stash of child sex abuse images.

Andrew Gray – a special olympics gold medallist who now teaches swimming to kids – was caught when police raided the home he shares with his parents.

They found hundreds of sick child abuse images of young boys and girls on Gray’s computer following analysis.

Gray – who won gold in the 25 metre butterfly at the 2007 games in Beijing – could face jail after he admitted the charge at Dundee Sheriff Court.

Fiscal depute Saima Rasheed told Dundee Sheriff Court: “The accused has asperger’s syndrome but is not on any medication.

“Confidential information was received indicating that indecent images of children were accused from an IP address attributed to his home address.

“A warrant was executed on September 9 last year and the accused was traced along with his parents within. “The warrant was explained to him and the accused stated ‘Can I ask when this was as I had a problem before’. “His parents then explained about images they had discovered on his mobile phone previously.

“A search began and officers were informed that their computer tower was at a repair company, where a hard drive and computer tower were later seized. “A full examination was carried out and it was discovered that both contained indecent images of children.

Gray, 37, of Dunmore Gardens, Dundee, pleaded guilty on indictment to a charge of taking or making indecent images of children at his home between March 18 and August 29 last year.

Sheriff Alastair Brown deferred sentence until next month for social work background reports and released Gray on bail meantime.

Gray was also placed on the sex offenders register meantime.

Minnesota cult leader charged with 59 counts of child sex abuse

PINE CITY, MINN. (AP) –  A judge set bail at $1.5 million Monday for a religious sect leader who's charged with sexually abusing girls at a secluded compound in rural Minnesota.

Victor Barnard, 54, made his first state court appearance since his extradition from Brazil. U.S. marshals delivered him to the Pine County Jail on Saturday.

Pine County prosecutors charged Barnard in April 2014 with 59 counts of criminal sexual conduct for allegedly having sexual relationships with two girls in his "Maidens Group" at his River Road Fellowship compound near Finlayson, about 90 miles north of Minneapolis.

Image for the news result
Barnard looked haggard, thin and pale during the brief hearing as attorneys argued over the conditions of his bail.

Pine County Attorney Reese Frederickson argued for bail as high as $7 million, saying he'd received reports that Barnard's remaining followers were liquidating assets to try to free him. He said Barnard remains a flight risk.

But defense attorney Dave Risk said his client had already spent more than a year in prison in Brazil and had agreed to extradition. He said the prison stay "took quite a toll on him. His health has diminished significantly as a result."

Judge James Router set bail at $1.5 million with conditions including Barnard's having no contact with the two women he allegedly abused starting when they were girls, surrendering his passport and being monitored by GPS. Barnard could also go free with no conditions if he posts $3 million.

According to the criminal complaint, the two women told investigators they were among about 10 girls and young women who were chosen to live apart from their families in what was called the Shepherd's Camp. One alleged Barnard started abusing her when she was 13, continuing until she was 22. The other said she was abused between ages 12 and 20.

Investigators have said Barnard used religious coercion and intimidation to maintain his control over them. They've also said they believe Barnard abused other girls but were unable to get others to come forward.

Most of the counts against Barnard carry maximum sentences of 30 years in prison.

Ex-Victoria cop jailed for child sex abuse
By AAP

A predatory Victoria Police officer used his position to sexually abuse young children for more than a decade.

The man violated nine boys and girls in the 1970s and '80s and was later jailed for similar crimes interstate in the mid-2000s.

Now in his 60s, he was handed a minimum 15 years behind bars on Tuesday for a string of sexual offences including rape and buggery. He won't be eligible for release until he's aged in his 80s.

The man abused one of his victims in a divisional van and another at a police station.

The former police officer abused his stepchildren and family friends, who were all aged about five to 10 when he first began to prey on them.

One woman recalled him coming to school and taking her out of class before molesting her, ordering her to shower and driving her back.

"I don't think even hell will take you," she has previously told her attacker. "So just rot where you fall."

A sworn member of the force for about 10 years, the man resigned almost 40 years ago when allegations arose.

The officer, wearing his uniform, went to a local boy's home under the guise of work after the child was reported for throwing stones. He sexually abused the boy, who later told his family what happened. The abuse was reported by the boy's mother and investigators questioned the child.

The boy's mother didn't want to take the matter further. The police told her the officer would be booted from the force and moved away. The ex-cop continued to live as a free man, offending against kids.

The man told many of his victims it was a "secret" and gave one boy chocolate after episodes of abuse. On one occasion he threatened to kill a stepchild's mother and siblings if his crimes were revealed.

The court heard that the man, who had been sexually abused as a child, was still considered a high risk of reoffending.

He was sentenced to 19 years in jail with a non-parole period of 15 years after pleading guilty to 18 charges.

"You clothed yourself in the respectability of the uniform of Victoria Police and betrayed that respect by the most base of human behaviour - offending sexually against vulnerable children," the judge said.

Child Pornography, Violent Pornography Found on Neverland Ranch

Michael Jackson Stockpiled Underage, Violent Pornography on Neverland Ranch, Report Shows

New details from the 2003 investigation are horrifying.

BY MATT MILLER

Newly obtained reports from the 2003 child molestation investigation of Michael Jackson reveal that the late pop star had stockpiled gruesome underage pornography on his Neverland Ranch.

During a police raid in November of 2003, his California home was reportedly found with pornography that included both adults and children, animal torture, S&M, and gore, along with "drugs to treat sex addiction, with multiple prescriptions written by a variety of physicians," according to documents obtained by Radar Online.

Investigators told Radar Online that these materials were "used to desensitize children."

"The documents exposed Jackson as a manipulative, drug-and-sex-crazed predator who used blood, gore, sexually explicit images of animal sacrifice and perverse adult sex acts to bend children to his will," the source told Radar.

Jackson was charged with child molestation and two counts of giving an intoxicant to a minor in 2003. He faced up to 20 years in prison, but was later acquitted in 2005. During that trial, the New York Times reported:

Prosecutors painted him as a serial pedophile who got young boys into his bed using Neverland as a lure. They portrayed the singer's estate near here as a no-rules fantasy kingdom that lowered children's inhibitions and made them ready for Mr. Jackson's sexual advances. The accuser in the case was just the latest in a long list of Mr. Jackson's "special friends," they said, at least two of whom were silenced with large payments.

A jury cleared Jackson of all the charges, with one juror saying after the trial, "we considered all the evidence, and since this was a criminal trial, it had to be beyond a reasonable doubt."

Since then, lawyers claim that Jackson paid up to $200 million to keep as many as 20 victims quiet. Jackson died in 2009 after taking a lethal dose of sleeping medications administered by his doctor.

Calls for Case into Child Sex Abuse Scandal at Prestigious Jakarta School to be Reopened

Glimmer of hope for Neil Bantleman

Foreign Correspondent By Samantha Hawley and Suzanne Smith

A sexologist whose evidence was used to help jail a Canadian teacher on child abuse charges in Indonesia has cast doubt on the verdict, amid growing calls for police to reopen their investigation.

Canadian teacher Neil Bantleman, his Indonesian teaching assistant Ferdinand Tjiong and five school cleaners were sentenced to jail terms of up to 11 years.

But it has now emerged that part of the evidence against Bantleman hinged on how many times a week he had sex with his wife — with the court saying he was "abnormal" because it was only once a week.

Good grief. I guess most Canadians are abnormal.

Key points:

Canadian teacher, his assistant and five cleaners all given jail terms for allegedly abusing children
Evidence hinged on how many times a week teacher had sex with his wife
One of the male cleaners died in police custody
Seven staff from the Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS) are serving lengthy jail terms for allegedly sexually abusing kindergarten children.

It is also alleged that of the six cleaners, five were beaten into making confessions, while one female colleague was not harmed and never confessed.

One of the male cleaners died in police custody.

Now a former commissioner at a peak police integrity body has told Foreign Correspondent the investigation into the allegations was flawed, while a former Australian detective brought in to investigate the case says he is certain the men are innocent.

Doubt over court's 'deviant sexual behaviour' claim

Judges from the South Jakarta District Court who brought down the initial guilty verdict against the two teachers in part relied on evidence from Indonesian sexologist Dr Naek Tobing.

The doctor was used by the prosecution to assess whether Mr Bantleman's sex life caused him to become a paedophile.

The initial judgement found that the Canadian's sex life with his wife was "abnormal" because they had sex about once a week and sometimes less.

In their ruling, the panel of District Court judges found that "normally it happens every day or at least two or three time per week", and that "usually men would at least masturbate but he doesn't do it".

"The question is exactly how he channeled his sexual needs," the judges said.

Indonesian sexologist Dr Naek Tobing gave evidence to the South Jakarta District Court. (ABC News)

They concluded the Canadian had a "deviant sexual behaviour" and that his actions could be classified as "inclusive paedophilia".

But when interviewed by Foreign Correspondent, Dr Tobing said he had found nothing during his interviews with Mr Bantleman or his assistant Mr Tjiong that could determine whether the men were paedophiles.

"This testimony cannot relate to someone to be a paedophile," he said

"Even less than once a week we cannot make it as data to call them a paedophile. It needs data or — what do you call? ... A confession."

'Biased adults putting stories into the minds of children'

Former Australian detective Chris O'Connor said there was no evidence the three kindergarten boys were raped or that any of the seven people now in jail were guilty.

"It's not the case of children making up stories, it's a case of biased adults putting stories into the minds of children," he said.

"Once a child takes on a false report much of the research we have here indicated that a large number of children will embellish the false report."

Chris O'Connor
Chris O'Connor, former head of the child exploitation unit and the sexual crimes squad in the Victorian police, believes there is not enough evidence. (ABC News)

Mr O'Connor was employed by the school, which caters to wealthy Indonesians and expatriates, as a child protection adviser and gave evidence for the defence.

He is the former head of the child exploitation unit and the sexual crimes squad in the Victorian police, with a career spanning 36 years.

"I am prepared to offer my personal and professional reputation to unequivocally declare that these seven people did not commit the offences for which they have been convicted," he said.

He has called on the United Nations to conduct an independent investigation into the case.

'I know Neil is innocent'

At the beginning of the year, Foreign Correspondent began filming with Mr Bantleman's wife, Tracy.

From Jakarta she is campaigning to free him. A judicial review is her last legal avenue, but it requires evidence not heard by the court previously.

"I know Neil is innocent, he knows he is innocent," she said.

"It needs to be known that I am standing beside my husband because he's an innocent man."

On the other side of Jakarta, another woman is living an almost parallel horror.

Sunarti is the wife of Agun Iskandar, one of the six Indonesian cleaners. Agun was sentenced to eight years in prison in December 2014.

The couple has a two-year-old daughter Nabila, who has only ever seen her father behind bars.

Like Ms Bantleman, Ms Iskandar has no doubt about her husband's innocence. She alleges he was beaten into confessing.

"He had to admit sodomising a kid — he didn't even know which kid," she said.

"[He told police:] 'Who is he sir? Which one? I don't know.'

"I said 'would you dare to swear to our unborn baby, that you didn't do what was accused of you?' He then whispered to my tummy, 'I swear that I never did such a thing'."

Holding out for a judicial review

Mr Bantleman and Mr Tjiong were briefly released from jail at the end of last year when the Indonesian High Court overturned the conviction on appeal.

But in February the nation's highest court, the Supreme Court, overruled the acquittal and increased the teachers' jail terms from 10 to 11 years.

In the ruling the Supreme Court judges found the High Court made errors in its decision to release the men, including by dismissing the testimony of the alleged child victims.

It found although the children were not under oath, their testimony should be taken into account in conjunction with the statements made by the parents and psychologists.

Ms Bantleman hopes to have her husband out of jail by the end of the year, although most legal experts agree that is unlikely.

"Right now in my mind, I'm giving a very large timeframe for the judicial review," she said.

"For me the next best hope for Neil is that we can bring him home at Christmas.

"That's the target — you can't live past that, otherwise it will bring you down."

Dr Muhammed Nasser, a member of Kompolnas, the National Police Commission at the time of the arrests, told Foreign Correspondent the cleaners' confessions may have been made after physical abuse.

Dr Nasser wants the case relaunched.

"We suspect that the confession made by the people who got interrogated smells abusive," he said.

"We challenge the court decision and that is what we are doing now."

Please people, let's pray for this travesty to be made right.

Thousands of Child Sex Crimes Committed on Internet

England and Wales: Internet used in eight cases of child sex abuse every day, NSPCC finds

Charity reveals more than 3,000 cyber-enabled sexual crimes were committed against children in past year

But the real numbers are certainly much worse

The shadow of a child playing on a swing
In 2015-16, sexual offences involving the internet were committed against 272 children aged under 10. Photograph: Alamy

Sandra Laville

The internet was used to commit an average of eight sexual crimes against children each day in the past year, including rapes, grooming and live streaming of abuse, new figures obtained by the NSPCC reveal.

The data reveals that in England and Wales during 2015-16 more than 3,000 sexual crimes were committed against children in which the internet was used as a gateway to access or abuse them. These included more than 100 rapes, plus cases of inciting children to take part in a sexual act and grooming offences.

In the past year, police forces have for the first time been required by law to add “cyber flags” to sexual offences against under-18s that have involved the internet. The measure was introduced in order for government and the criminal justice system to gain a better understanding of the scale of online abuse of children.

Most victims of the offences reported to police were 13 years old (535 individuals) but 272 children aged under 10 and a one-year-old baby were involved in the crimes that took place.

But it is much worse than that

Of the 44 police forces in England and Wales, 38 responded to the freedom of information request for figures on how many cyber-enabled sexual crimes had been committed against children. The forces that responded recorded 3,186 sex crimes against children in which the internet had played a part.

Some forces, however, said they were not using or did not know about the cyber flag, which was made mandatory by the Home Office at the beginning of April 2015.

The cyber flag also appears to be used by some forces much more than others. Some recorded just a handful of cases, while others have data on hundreds of offences of cyber-enabled sex crimes against children.

The obvious take-away from this is that a lot of police are not using the cyber flag and consequently the numbers revealed here are considerably lower than reality. Home Office needs to make sure that all police are on board with this program.

Peter Wanless, chief executive of the NSPCC, said: “These figures confirm our fears that the online world is playing a significant role in the sexual abuse of children in the UK. It’s clear that a large volume of sexual assaults and rapes of children have involved the use of the internet – for example, by grooming victims before abusing them offline, or live-streaming the abuse.

“We know grooming is on the rise because children are increasingly telling our ChildLine service how they are being targeted online. Predatory adults posing as children try to meet them, or blackmail them into meeting up or performing sexual acts on webcams, which obviously terrifies them and can leave some feeling suicidal.”

Wanless said the charity had obtained the data in order to highlight how police were under increasing pressure from the scale of online offences. “We have to ensure they have the resources and training to make them fit for tackling crime in the 21st century,” he said.

The figures were revealed on Tuesday in the NSPCC’s annual How Safe Are Our Children? report.

As the scale of online abuse of children grows, more victims of internet-enabled sex crimes are turning to ChildLine than ever before to report their experiences. In 2014-15, the charity undertook 378 counselling sessions about online grooming – a 42% increase on the previous year’s figure of 266, with 70% of contact from girls.

One 13-year-old girl told the NSPCC: “My friend told me she thinks I’m being groomed but I don’t think that’s true. I’ve met a guy and he’s a lot older than me. He’s always telling me that I’m perfect and that he wishes I was older. More recently he’s been asking me to sleep with him and I feel as if I should because he’s always buying me gifts. I don’t want him to get into trouble, which is why I don’t want to say anything, but I don’t want to sleep with him either. I don’t know what to do.”

Another 13-year-old girl said: “This guy I met online would listen to all my problems and make me feel good about myself. I honestly thought he cared about me, so I did some sexual stuff over camera for him. As soon as I did, he turned really nasty and started threatening me because he wanted me to do and send more. He’s really scaring me so I regret ever talking to him now. I need help, but I’m terrified about telling my parents because they always told me not to talk to strangers online. I’m finding the situation really difficult to cope with, so I’ve started self-harming.”

Deputy Fire Chief Arrested on Child Sex Abuse Charges in Alaska

By DAYSHA EATON

Police have arrested a Homer man on six counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree.

They arrested Stephen Boyle Thursday. Boyle is the deputy fire chief for Kachemak Emergency Services.

A press release sent out Friday says the Homer Police worked with a Florida County Sheriff’s office on the case, after a woman reported she was allegedly sexually assaulted by Boyle when she was a child living in Homer.

The 28-year-old woman, who now lives in Florida, said the abuse took place over a period of six years when she was 9 to 15 years old.

The release says during a recorded phone conversation with the victim, Boyle admitted to inappropriate sexual conduct.

The Homer News reports that Boyle, a Kenai Peninsula Borough employee, has been placed on administrative leave.

If convicted, Boyle faces up to a $500,000 fine and up to 99 years in prison on each count.

According to the Kachemak Emergency Services website, Boyle has worked in fire and emergency services since 1991, when he was a volunteer firefighter with the Homer Volunteer Fire Department.

Boyle was arraigned in Homer Court Friday and is being held at the Homer Jail.

Migrant Boys Claim Swedish Woman Forced Them to Have Sex with Her

And now, in the totally unexpected category...

Two Afghan migrant boys say Swedish woman who ran
refugee home forced them to have sex with her
on camera or she would have them deported

By MAILONLINE REPORTER

A woman who ran a home for refugees in Sweden is under investigation for sexual offences after two Afghan boys claimed she threatened them with deportation if they refused her advances.

The boys, who have not been named, say the woman encouraged them to film her having sex with each of them, according to Eskilstuna Kuriren.

She then urged them to watch the films and to phone her when they missed her, they said.

One boy said they would be 'stoned to death' if they ever went back to Afghanistan and their story got out
One  boy said they would be 'stoned to death' if they ever went back to Afghanistan and their story got out

The Swedish newspaper was shown the films and believes they show the acts described by the boys, and that the woman can clearly be identified, although she rejects all the accusations.

The pair said they tried to tell social services and the police but nobody listened to them.

They then went to the newspaper with their story on the advice of relatives living in another part of Sweden.

'The boss at the home forced us into it and exploited us for sex. She knew we had to, and that nobody would help us,' one said.

The boys claim they had sex with the woman on four or five occasions, at a hotel and in her own home in the Sörmland region.

On one occasion all three were in bed together, they say, but mostly one of the boys had sex with the woman while the other filmed.

The woman also offered them alcohol, they claim, saying it would help them enjoy the experience, despite them being under the legal drinking age of 18.

They allege that she promised to buy them clothes and toiletries if they had sex with her, but she also told them she would destroy important documents and get the migration agency to deport them if they said 'no'.

They also faced sexual advances from other people in the woman’s social circle, they say.

One of the boys said they would be 'stoned to death' if they ever went back to Afghanistan and their story got out.

The boys were recently moved to a home in a different municipality where local authorities contacted the police after hearing their allegations.

Police confirmed to the newspaper that an investigation into sexual offences was ongoing, although they would not specify what the alleged offences were.

The boys say they arrived in Sweden in November after they were urged by their families to flee Afghanistan and seek a better life.

Live-Streamed Child Sex Abuse - Terrorism Against Children

Live streamed sex abuse the new threat to children - NSPCC chief

Huckle
Richard Huckle shared images with paedophiles worldwide through the dark web

International paedophile rings are exploiting the growth of internet live streaming services to run on-demand child abuse screenings in a “horrifying” new tactic to avoid detection, the chief executive of the NSPCC has warned.

Peter Wanless called for global child abuse networks to be treated in a par with terrorists, employing similar tactics to those used to intercept online communications between jihadists.

He issued the call in an interview with The Daily Telegraph ahead of a conference on new threats to children.

In a speech to the event in London next week he is expected to single out the spread of live streaming abuse as one of the major threats worldwide.

It follows the conviction earlier this month of Richard Huckle, dubbed Britain’s worst paedophile, who used the so-called "dark web" to abuse up to 200 Malaysian children, posing as a respectable Christian English teacher and philanthropist.

Two years ago, 54-year-old Peter Daly from Mersyside was jailed for paying Thai mothers to abuse their own children while he watched over Skype.

Mr Wanless said police and groups such as the Internet Watch Foundation had made “impressive” progress in combatting traditional child sexual abuse images by using technology to tag the pictures and take them down.

“This has shown that where there is a concerted focus and effort from all sides you can make a palpable impact on the visibility of those sorts of images,” he said.

“But live streaming is completely different, it doesn’t leave a record that you can tag and pull down in the same way.

It is doubly horrifying because not only is it harder
to track down but it requires the live abuse of children
 - some incredibly young
Peter Wanless

“And that is scary.”

He said that while some recent cases showed that many of those paying to witness child sex abuse were in the Far East, there are believed to be both perpetrators and victims in the UK.

But because the live footage does not leave a digital trail in the same way, the true scale of the problem is still unclear.

We expect social media platforms to engage in a
preventative fashion around combatting terrorism
so how do we feel about applying that logic to the
live sexual abuse of children?
Peter Wanless

“It is really difficult, we don’t know and that is part of our concern,” he said.

“We know about the static images increasingly, although even there the data is quite out of date and we have been working hard to try and establish a stronger picture.

“But there isn’t any authoritative factual or regularly updated information either about the scale of this sort of activity or how effective the UK and others are being at tackling this.

“I pay tribute to the police who have prosecuted a small number of cases [which have enabled] us to be able to understand that it exists at all.”

He argued that the only way to crack online streaming rings could be to employ similar tactics to those used to stop terror cells.

“There are live conversations taking pace in the internet plotting terrorist activities of one kind or another and it seems acceptable, appropriate and indeed an obligation, if you like, on the main digital payers to do something about this and intervene ahead of the bomb going off,” he said.

He cited recent reports in the wake of the Paris attacks, highlighting how Twitter, Facebook and Google all have procedures to alert the authorities about anything likely to indicate a terror threat.

But he added: “If you delete ‘terrorist’ and add ‘live sexual abuse of babies’ what are the policies or approaches to that?

“I can’t tell you what the answer is but I think it is interesting that we are increasingly coming to expect and require social media platforms to engage in a preventative fashion around combatting terrorism so how do we feel about applying that logic to the live sexual abuse of children?

“It seems to me that has got to be as a minimum a question worth asking.”

Excellent point Peter, I pray this idea gains considerable traction at the conference. You're my hero today, God bless you.

We should also be pressing to have courts treat perverts like Peter Daly as though they were physically sexually abusing the children themselves.
