Kazakh paedo castrated for raping schoolgirl moans
it ‘aches so badly’ he can barely walk
Will Stewart, The Sun

A PAEDOPHILE sentenced to castration has said it has left him "aching so badly" that he could hardly walk.

The unnamed convict was jailed for 15 years in Kazakhstan for raping an underage girl.

Chemical castration is now mandatory for convicted paedophiles in the ex-Soviet republic.

Speaking of his horror, he said: “It is incredibly difficult, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

“I am pleading for help, and I want to appeal to everyone so that chemical castration is cancelled.”

The man said he wanted to have a family when he is released from prison.

“I still hope to go back home, to continue my life,” he said. “I want to have a family, I want to have children.

“My body is aching so badly after the injection that I struggle to walk, and it is scary.”

I feel so sorry for him .... NOT! He's getting a glimpse of what his victim goes through every day of her life.

Kazakhstan has used chemical castration on 11 convicted paedophiles since a new law came into force in 2018.

His description of chemical castration has been apparently issued as a warning to potential child sex offenders.

Government funds have been allocated for the procedure to be used on 88 child sex attackers initially. The country has purchased stocks of Cyproterone, a steroidal anti-androgen developed for fighting cancer, to use for the chemical castration of paedophiles, according to reports.

The law applies to child sex attackers aged between 18 and 65.

A nurse and grandmother tasked with castrating paedophiles in one Kazakh jail claims the West should also follow the ex-Soviet state's example.

Zoya Manaenko, 68, who works in a prison hospital, insists it's right that child sex attackers should face this punishment.

“These people need to be stopped somehow,” she said. “They commit terrible crimes against children. So it is right that the law allows this.”

But, Russian psychiatrist Mikhail Peruvshin claimed chemically castrated paedophiles could become more dangerous once they are released from jail.

"Such people are 'mentally ill' and by blocking their sexual desire, they may instead kill," he said.

I guess we will see in the next decade or two.

Terrifying moment UK carjackers drag mum from car before speeding off with her three daughters, aged 4, 5 and 7, in back

One thug forces open the driver's door before pulling the terrified mum out of the black Ford Kuga. He then pulls her along the pavement by her ankles.

The other man jumps into the passenger seat before the first thief leaps into the driver’s side.

The frantic woman managed to get to her feet and forced open the driver’s side door before it was slammed shut and the robbers drove away.

Shortly afterwards the thieves stopped and left the three girls on a nearby street, in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The car was found burnt out an hour later.

A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and remains in custody.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "At 9am on Saturday (3/10) police were called to Armley Ridge Road where a woman in her forties had been dragged out the driver’s seat of her black Ford Kuga by a man who drove off in the vehicle along with another man.

"The woman’s three daughters, aged four, five and seven, had been in the back of the car and were left by the men in nearby Paisley Terrace. They were quickly found safe and well.

"The car was found set alight outside Rothwell Labour Club, in Fifth Avenue, Rothwell, shortly after 10am."

Anyone who witnessed any part of the incident is asked to contact Leeds District Crime Team via 101 quoting crime reference 13200495257 or online via www.westyorkshire.police.uk/101livechat

Convicted N.Z. sex offender raped girl a year after being released

A convicted sex offender was on parole for less than a year before he started sexually assaulting  a girl.

Lance Michael Lee, 53, was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment in the High Court in Christchurch on Wednesday and ordered to serve a non-parole period of seven-and-a-half years.

Lee pleaded guilty to three charges of unlawful sexual connection, a representative charge of sexual violation by rape, a representative charge of supplying methamphetamine, assault and strangulation when he appeared in court in June.

The court heard the offending started about a year after Lee was released on parole after serving time for possessing and manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of drug-making equipment and utensils for taking drugs, and assaulting a woman. The victim was under the age of 16 at the time.

The first sexual assault took place when Lee was alone with the victim and coaxed her into giving him oral sex. He told her he knew it was wrong and asked her if she thought it was wrong.

The sexual offending continued over the next three-and-a-half years and happened on a weekly basis.

Lee supplied the victim with methamphetamine before sexually assaulting her. He would send her text messages saying she “owed” him for the methamphetamine he had given her and claim sex in return.

The victim said she felt pressured and did not know how to stop the sexual offending. At times Lee would physically hurt her if she did not do as he demanded.

A sexual video and nude photos he had taken of the victim were found on his phone after his arrest.

Justice Rachel Dunningham said Lee had taken “a bright, confident girl” and turned her into someone who is depressed, anxious and traumatised.

“She was hopelessly handicapped by a drug addiction that you caused. You have completely derailed her life. Her ability to trust people has been destroyed,” she said.

Reports filed with the court ahead of sentencing showed Lee had no remorse and little insight into the criminality of his actions. During an interview with police he said he regarded the victim as his “lover”.

One of the reports said there were various factors that predisposed Lee to sexual offending including a deviant sexual interest, sexual preoccupation, resistance to rules and supervision, and negative social influences.

The court heard Lee had regularly exploited women’s addiction to methamphetamine in the past to gain sexual favours.

Defence lawyer Kirsten Gray said while she acknowledged Lee showed little insight into his offending, she believed intensive treatment would help in challenging his beliefs.

Why? He's 53 years old. Why do you think he will change now? He has no conscience, no moral compass. He should be locked up for the rest of his life.

Lee had a number of criminal convictions on his record including sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in 1993, manufacturing methamphetamine in 2002, violence, and methamphetamine possession and manufacture in 2013.

Lee was given a strike warning and his name will be added to the Child Sex Offender Register.

New Zealand’s version of ‘Three Strikes’ took effect on 1st June 2010.¹ From that date forward, offenders convicted of one of the 40 specified serious offences in the schedule², all of which are serious violent or sexual offences, and all of which carry a maximum term of imprisonment of seven years or more, receive a ‘strike’ warning.

The offences subject to ‘strike’ warnings range from murder, manslaughter, sexual violation and kidnapping at the most serious end, to robbery, indecent assault, wounding with intent to injure and assault with intent to rob at the less serious end.

Upon conviction for a first strike offence, the normal sentence the Judge considers fit is handed down, and the offender is given a warning of the future sentencing consequences of another ‘strike’ conviction.

Upon conviction for a second strike offence, again the normal sentence the Judge considers fit is handed down – but parole or early release is not available.

If the offender is unwilling or unable to refrain from committing a third strike offence, the Judge is required to impose the maximum sentence available in law for the offence committed. That sentence will be served in full, without any parole or early release.

Child sex abuser screamed 'I'm no beast' and attacked guard
in court after she was jailed

Samantha Smith lashed out at a custody officer and kicked her in the stomach
before being restrained in the cells

A woman who screamed 'I'm not a beast' as she was convicted of sexually abusing two children attacked a custody officer moments after she was jailed.

Samantha Smith, 31, from Rutherglen, Lanarkshire, repeatedly preyed on a boy aged five and a three-year-old girl.

She was jailed for three years for the sickening campaign of abuse which lasted until the boy was eight and the girl five.

But she lashed out at a custody officer and kicked her in the stomach before being restrained in the cells at Hamilton Sheriff Court last year.

She has now re-appeared at the same court and admitted the assault in November.

Smith, whose earliest release date is May 2021, was handed a five month sentence to run alongside her current jail term by Sheriff Douglas Brown.

And the point of that is?

Depute fiscal Morag McLintock said: "The accused was not happy at being found guilty by the jury and caused problems in the court resulting in her being removed.

"She told the custody officer to go and f*** herself and kicked her on the stomach resulting in her falling to the ground and requiring others to assist.

"Thankfully the officer did not suffer any injuries after the accused's actions towards her."

Jim O'Dowd, defending, said: "She apologises for her behaviour and clearly it was out-of-order and she accepts that."

If she was trying to prove what great self-control she has, it was a dismal failure.

Sheriff Brown said: "I will impose five months imprisonment reduced from six."

Smith had denied abusing the youngsters, who cannot be named for legal reasons, between November 2009 and June 2014 at a house in East Kilbride, Lanarkshire.

Smith claimed to be 'elated' to be in court to clear her name at her original trial. She told jurors: "The first I heard about this was when the police came to the house. I'm horrified to be accused of these things. I'm actually elated at the thought of being in court to clear my name over this."

She was forced to flee her home in Blantyre, Lanarkshire, after 40 people turned up outside to protest against her.

As Smith was led away to begin her jail sentence, she yelled "paedos should be hung not put in jail, I'm not a paedophile" before turning to relatives of the victims and shouting "what goes around comes around".

She was placed on the sex offenders' register indefinitely.

Do you think there is much more to this story?

Survey Suggests 20% of Slovenes Victims of Child Sex Abuse
By STA,

STA - Every fifth Slovenian was a victim of sexual abuse as a child, shows a recent survey commissioned by the Justice Ministry. Minister Lilijana Kozlovič announced on Tuesday that a bill enabling the country's first Barnahus for child victims of sexual abuse would be likely passed in 2021.

Slovenia has been striving to ensure a way for children involved in criminal procedures to avoid any potential victimisation in the future, said Kozlovič at today's press conference.

A step closer to this objective is setting up Children's House, a special institute where children who have been victims of sexual abuse or other criminal offences or have witnessed them would be treated holistically in line with the internationally established Barnahus model.

The project encompasses more than simply opening a few special facilities for child victims of sexual abuse; it also aims to amend relevant procedures and change attitudes of all who come in contact with abused children, the minister said.

As part of the project, which is held under the auspices of the European Commissions and the Council of Europe, the ministry also commissioned the survey, which aimed to assess the understanding of the issue among children themselves as well as adults and their response mechanisms to sexual abuse.

The results will serve as a way to provide services at Children's House which would be tailor-made for children and their parents.

The survey, conducted by the Ipsos social research institute, shows that the majority of Slovenians (almost 70%) think that child sexual abuse is a grave issue, however half of the respondents do not believe they would recognise the signs of such offences.

What is even more concerning is that many apply a very narrow definition to child sexual abuse. A third believe that it always involves a level of physical force and do not deem other types of sexual abuse what they actually are - sexual abuse.

A quarter of Slovenians also believe that exposing children to sex and pornography is not abuse, warned Nataša Mohorč Kejžar, the head of Ipsos.

Good grief! 20% should be about right - 30% of girls, 10% of boys! That's about normal!
