Married labourer, 57, hacked webcams of 772 women
to watch them undress and have sex
Alex Winter
27 Oct 2020, 14:31

A LABOURER who hacked into more than 700 webcams across the world to watch women undressing and having sex says he'll "kill himself" if he's extradited to the US to be punished.

Christopher Taylor,
57, spied on 772 victims from 39 different countries from his home in Wigan between August 2012 and July 2015.

Taylor tricked the unsuspecting women into downloading 'Cammy' software by packaging it as a recognisable computer program. The software allowed him to take control of their webcams.

Cammy is listed as an 'all in one camera alarm system' on the company's LinkedIn page.

But the offences only came to light when he tricked a student at Atlanta's Georgia Institute of Technology into downloading the app onto her university laptop, Westminster Magistrates' Court heard today.

When she connected her computer to the university's network it alerted the school's security officials, who then called the FBI.

The US agency tracked the IP address to Taylor, who admitted invading the privacy of his victims during an interview with Greater Manchester Police and FBI agent Roderick Coffin.

The court heard the agencies found hundreds of images of people 'in various stages of undress and involved in sexual activity' on his laptop, all of whom were unaware of the intrusion.

The extradition hearing was told 52 of his victims – seven per cent of those hacked – are believed to live in the UK.

A Georgia grand jury indicted Taylor with charges of wire and computer fraud in January 2019.

And today, Taylor and his wife Wendy told District Judge Michael Fanning they would take their own lives if he loses the extradition battle.

Appearing on video-link from separate rooms of their home in Vicarage Road, Wigan, Christopher said his wife "just does lots of cryingShe's terrified of me being extradited and being left alone," he said.

I'd be worried sick about what's happening to him over there because I've seen programmes on American prisons.

Sex Offender Christopher Taylor's Wife Wendy

"I'm just not coping at all. I'm having bad thoughts about ending my life. I'm so sorry for what I've done. I would never come back or I would come back in a coffin, I know I would. I know my wife wouldn't be here to stand it, I know she would end her life too. I'm so sorry.'

Wendy broke down crying when asked what she would do if her husband was extradited.

"I wouldn't want to live actually, I wouldn't want to be a burden on my children," she said. "If they take him over there I know he wouldn't survive it anyway so I would just take my own life.

"I would be worried sick about what's happening to him over there because I've seen programmes on American prisons."

Taylor admits the offences, but is fighting extradition to the US in a three-day trial.

The hearing continues.

Evil Jon Venables uses ‘sex and porn as a means of coping’
and ‘thinks about sex a lot’, parole experts warn
Tom Wells, The Sun
27 Oct 2020, 15:47

And despite “positive” behaviour and landing a job in jail the monster is still not safe to be released.

Details of Venables’ top secret life behind bars are revealed in an official Parole Board summary obtained by The Sun.

It comes just a month after it emerged the Board had refused to recommend him for release or for a move to an open prison.

James Bulger’s murderer, now 38, was recalled to jail in 2017 after being found with a hoard of vile child abuse images.

He was sentenced to another 40 months inside but has remained in custody ever since.

Venables and pal Robert Thompson shocked the nation when the barbaric details emerged of James Bulger’s murder on February 12, 1993 Credit: PA:Press Association

The three-page report gives no details of where Venables is kept or his latest new identity, which are both subject to a strict gagging order. But it reveals the terrifying risks facing officials who have to weigh up whether to release the monster.

Officials note: “The panel listed as risk factors those influences that made it more likely that Mr Venables would reoffend in the future.

“The risk factors identified at the time of his offending included his sexual interests and an attraction to sexual violence as well as other issues considered relevant but amenable to change.

“Risk factors identified in subsequent reviews include thinking about sex a lot, problems in maintaining relationships, concerns about self-awareness, and his ability to deal with stress.

“Mr Venables had also experienced difficulties relating to employment.

But experts did NOT recommend his release or a move to an open jail. Instead they said a long list of “very strict limitations” were needed on his “contacts, movements and activities” before any freedom bid was granted in another two years’ time.

Venables and pal Robert Thompson shocked the nation when the barbaric details emerged of James Bulger’s murder on February 12, 1993.

The pair, then aged ten, snatched the toddler from his mum as she let go of his hand for a few seconds to pay for sausages at a butcher’s in a shopping centre in Bootle, Merseyside.

Venables and Thompson then led James two miles away through traffic, and along a canal towpath, before battering him with a 22lb iron bar.

They poured modelling paint into his eyes, stoned him and clubbed him with half-bricks, before leaving him on the railway line to be sliced in two by a train.

In November 1993, the pair, by now both 11, were found guilty of abducting and murdering James after a trial at Preston Crown Court.

The verdict made them the youngest convicted murderers in Britain for 250 years and they were detained in youth custody indefinitely.

Despite huge opposition, both were released under strict conditions in 2001 and given new identities.

Since being freed, Venables alone is thought to have cost the public around £5 million.

Australian prison boss Wayne Harper could be behind bars
for child sexual abuse material
27 Oct, 2020 09:00 AM
news.com.au

The general manager of a Geelong prison could find himself on the other side of the bars after he was caught with child sexual abuse material.

Wayne Alan Harper pleaded guilty to five charges, including possessing and transmitting the material, in the County Court of Victoria on Tuesday.

The father of three would swap images such as young girls in swimsuits with other friends on messaging platforms including Instagram, the court heard.

He shared fantasies involving the children with four other adults for his own pleasure, the court heard.

Harper found the "taboo" of children and sex exciting, the court was told.

As I have opined a few times, I don't think paedophilia is as much about sex as it is about doing something evil and getting away with it. It has more to do with the destruction of innocence, and the violation of the sacred.

The 58-year-old was caught with child sexual abuse material, including photos and videos, on a USB and on devices seized from his home by police in September last year. His vile behaviour was only caught because he left a USB containing child sexual abuse material behind when he sold his house.

The horrified new owners alerted authorities after plugging the USB into their computer and finding the repulsive material, the court heard.

The former Marngoneet Correctional Centre general manager – who lost his job when the charges came to light – would have a more difficult time in prison than "any other prisoner" because of his position, his lawyer Sally Flynn said.

"He needs to be treated differently to other offenders who come before Your Honour," she told judge Patricia Liddell.

Prisoners could "attempt to stand over him in an attempt to gain knowledge" on how to traffic drugs into prison or on security details, she said. She said he would likely have to be kept in protection for the duration of his sentence.

She said Harper had experienced a "spectacular fall from grace" from his senior role and position as breadwinner of his family. His wife had been a stay-at-home mum but had to start a cleaning business to make ends meet, the court heard. "Their family are in some financial peril due to Mr Harper's actions," Flynn said.

The court heard Harper was involved in managing sex offenders through his job. Judge Riddell said it was "hard to fathom" that a prison general manager would not have considered how his actions could affect victims.

She said it was "concerning" he appeared to have a "refusal to confront himself" about why he downloaded, watched and shared the material. "This man is not facing up to reality when it comes to his motivations."

Marngoneet Correctional Centre is a 559-bed medium security prison at Lara near Geelong, adjacent to maximum security HM Prison Barwon.

Harper will be sentenced in November.

Foster son of ‘Britain’s most sadistic mum’ on how she forced kids
to eat their own poo and rammed knives down throats
Debbie White
28 Oct 2020, 13:52

WARNING Disturbing details follow:

THE foster son of “Britain's most sadistic mum” has revealed for the first time his “haunting” life inside her house of torture.

Caleb Gilbert, 28, was raised by 'psychopath' Eunice Spry, now 76, who inflicted horrific and sickening abuse on some of her kids.

Spry forced three - Victoria, Alloma and Christopher - to eat their own poo.

She also rammed sticks, hot pokers and knives down their throats and rubbed their faces raw - until they bled - with sandpaper.

The twisted woman locked them up for weeks at a time, made them eat vomit, and attacked them with cricket bats and machetes.

Britain's 'most sadistic mother', Eunice Spry

After heroic Victoria eventually managed to escape and raise the alarm, Spry was caged for 14 years - reduced to 12 on appeal - and was released in 2014.

Sadly, earlier this month it was confirmed that Spry's foster daughter, who was abused by “Britain’s most sadistic mum” for 17 years, was found dead aged 35.

Her foster brother Caleb has now spoken to tell his side of the story for the first time.

Caleb has told how he was bizarrely spared from the most extreme abuse his siblings received between 1986 and 2005.

While he saw beatings - which he was convinced were "normal" - he only found out about the worst abuse years later, via his big brother's chilling autobiography.

He thinks Spry, a Jehovah's Witness, spared him because he was young enough for her to believe she could "mould" him. Aged 13 when Spry was arrested, Caleb revealed she chillingly shouted "mummy loves you" at him as cops carried her from their filthy home.

Manipulative Spry kept Caleb out of school, and as he wasn't given lessons until he was rescued, aged 13, he still struggles to read and write.

So horrifying was the experience that 15 years on from his escape, he's still left breathless if he sees someone in the street who looks like evil Spry.

She lied to him, telling him she was his birth mother - and he only found out the truth when he met his genetic parents after he was rescued.

He was taken into care as a baby and given to Spry, who had already taken in two of his genetic siblings, Alloma and Christopher.

Caleb, who lives in Gloucester said: "I never understood why other kids were allowed to go to school and I wasn't allowed to. But I didn't question it. I thought it was a perfectly normal thing to do.

"To be honest, a lot of it was kept away from me. Most of it would happen if I wasn't around, like if I was playing outside. I can't really remember any specific really bad things happening in front of me.

"I saw some things like them being slapped or beaten on the feet or bum with bamboo sticks. But growing up very sheltered from anything else, I thought that was normal. I thought everyone went through that, hence why I never mentioned it to anyone."

It wasn't until his key worker read out his brother, Christopher's, book on how he was "disciplined” with poles, sticks and knives on their remote Tewkesbury farmhouse that he found out the truth.

Christopher described Spry as a "torturous, twisted person, a psycho."

Caleb said: "That's when I found out about them drinking bleach, and sticks going down peoples' throats. I sort of knew that she had done horrible things, but I didn't have any clue about what extent. I didn't see it. I shut off and I react like it didn't happen. I could explain it as going numb."

He recalled of Spry's dramatic arrest: "I woke up to a massive commotion and three armed police in my bedroom, so I obviously knew then that something was wrong. I remember Eunice as she was being carried away saying 'mummy loves you, mummy loves you' to me.

"I do get nervous sometimes; not of bumping into her but if there is a loud noise outside, I get really nervous." He added: "If I see a woman with the same colour hair, or looks similar, my heart still jumps a beat, in a bad way. My mates are like 'oh my god, you look like you've seen a ghost', and I will say 'no, I just thought that was Eunice'."

Police found horrific conditions in the twisted woman's home

Spry was arrested when police raided her home in Tewkesbury in February 2005 and found children living in horrific conditions

Caleb was not physically abused like the rest of his siblings.

He said: "I reckon it might have been because I was taken away so young so maybe I was more impressionable, so she thought she could mould my mind into what she wanted."

Victoria and her siblings were battered and attacked with hot pokers, machetes and cricket bats and had their heads held under water.

Spry of Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire, was convicted of 26 charges of child abuse against children in her foster care in April 2007. She was sentenced to 14 years' imprisonment and ordered to pay £80,000 costs. In sentencing, the judge told Spry that it was the "worst case in his 40 years practising law".

Caleb said the last time he saw her was after he was rescued from their filthy house - at a contact centre after she had been arrested - but he understandably has no desire to see her again. "The further away she stays from me the better," he said.

While Caleb escaped the physical tortured doled out by his foster mother, he said being kept out of school until he was freed, left its mark.

She's a very messed up person; a bit like a serial killer but without the murder.

"I was brought up almost to be underdeveloped, like an adult child," he said. "I still don't know how to make a bed or tie my shoelaces. I can't spell or read very well, and my maths is completely useless."

Caleb said he suffers with alcohol dependency issues, for which he is seeking help and working through with professionals.

He added: "I think I would have discovered drinking at some point anyway, but what the family went through must have something to do with it. Most people don't turn into an alcoholic unless something bad has happened to them."

Caleb said his sister called him to tell him that Victoria had died. Her death is not being treated as suspicious and an inquest has been opened. He said Victoria had suffered with mental health and alcohol problems in the past, but had battled through them.

"It must have been through what happened to her, growing up with Eunice," Caleb added.

He said that while he's "not an angry person, I find it quite shocking how it seems Eunice can still affect people numerous years later.

"What she did is still affecting people - all of us really - and with Victoria it's ended in a tragedy. For me, it's affected my mental health, with depression, and left me with difficulties in doing normal things.

"How I feel about Eunice now is I think she's a very twisted person. She's a very messed up person; a bit like a serial killer but without the murder."

One wonders what horrible things might have happened to Eunice to make her into such a monster?

UK cops abandon hunt for child rapists who attacked girls
aged 11, 13, and 14 after failing to identify suspects

COPS have abandoned their hunt for evil child rapists who allegedly attacked girls aged 11, 13, and 14 in two Home Counties.

The youngest victim was grabbed by the arm by a paedo who then dragged her into woodland in Buckinghamshire to carry out his depraved assault.

But the trail has apparently gone cold to find the attackers who targeted girls in a meadow, woodland and - in one victim's horrific case - near a road.

Police confirmed today that they have so far failed to catch any of the rapists.

In June last year, detectives announced that they were seeking rapists who seized girls aged 11, 13 and 14 years before assaulting them in separate attacks across Surrey and Buckinghamshire.

The harrowing accounts provided by cops in appeals to the public for information rocked both leafy communities.

Detectives in the Thames Valley had said that they were seeking a teenage boy with a pointed nose who raped an 11-year-old girl as she walked through a meadow in Holmer Green in Bucks. It's alleged that the attacker - who had been using his mobile - grabbed her arm before dragging her into woodland.

Meanwhile in Camberley in Surrey, cops said a girl, 14, was pulled into woodland while she was walking home. The teen was raped by a man dressed in black. His face was menacingly covered by a black mask.

And in Warlingham, Surrey, detectives had been hunting a rapist who attacked a 13-year-old as she left a party in May 2019. She was expecting to see her mum waiting for her in a car on the road outside. But, she was allegedly grabbed by a man who pulled her into bushes and raped her.

A couple who are thought to have witnessed the "clearly distressed" victim of the rape in Warlingham were asked to come forward by police, reported Get Surrey in June last year.

More than a year after senior detectives urged people in the attack areas to stay vigilant for the three rapists, there have been no updates on any of the investigations. Surrey Police and Thames Valley Police confirmed today that all three investigations have ended without any arrests being made.

Det Insp Mike Anderson of the Child Abuse Investigation Unit said: "Following a thorough investigation into the reported rape of an 11-year-old girl in Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire, on June 1 last year, detectives have exhausted all possible lines of inquiry.

"Despite a lengthy and extensive investigation, no suspect was identified. It is important to stress that there have been no other linked offences. All reasonable lines of our investigation have concluded, therefore the case has been filed, pending any new information coming to light.

"Relevant support has been put in place for the complainant and her family." He added: "Thames Valley Police take the report of any sexual offence very seriously."

A spokesman for Surrey Police said both rape investigations have been closed. The assault investigation in Warlingham was shelved due to a lack of witnesses or a full description of the child's attacker, while the alleged rape in Camberley was closed after the victim withdrew her complaint.

The spokesman added: "We were made aware of a report of a rape in Warlingham on May 25 last year. An extensive investigation was carried out and numerous lines of inquiry were pursued, including house-to-house inquiries and reviewing CCTV footage.

"A number of public appeals were issued and high visibility patrols were stepped up in the area. Unfortunately, due to a lack of witnesses or a full description of the suspect, the investigation has been closed. The victim and her family have been made aware of this.

"Any new information or lines of inquiry which subsequently comes to light will, however, be reviewed and if appropriate, will be thoroughly investigated."

The report of a serious sexual assault in Camberley in the early hours on Saturday 8 June 2019 has also "been closed".

The spokesman said: "The victim, a teenage girl, claimed she was walking along Upper College Ride between 12.30 and 1am when she was taken into a wooded area and assaulted. The incident was reported to police on 10 June. The allegation was withdrawn on June 14 last year.

Coroner rules in favour of sex abuse victim Victoria Agoglia's grandma
in her legal battle with council
..
Coroner dismisses council action as "a backdoor" challenge to her previous decision

By Neal Keeling, Manchester Evening News
19:55, 28 OCT 2020

Manchester council must hand over crucial documents about the death of tragic Victoria Agoglia to her grandma, a Coroner has ruled. The council had launched a legal fight to stop them being released.

But senior Coroner, Joanne Kearsley, has dismissed the council's application, saying it is "flawed" and "a backdoor" challenge to her previous ruling that Victoria's maternal grandmother, Joan Agoglia, is a proper person to have the material.

It means Mrs Agoglia is now free to pursue her own application to the Attorney General for a new inquest into Victoria's death. GMP had not opposed the release of the documents.

Victoria, known as "Vicky", was 15-years-old and in the care of the local authority in 2003 when she died after being injected with heroin by a man then aged 50.

It triggered Greater Manchester Police to launch Operation Augusta, a probe which found she had been sexually exploited by older, Asian (read Pakistani) men who were allowed to operate in plain sight around care homes.

It was found Victoria suffered 'severe abuse and exploitation' for two years before her death.

But Augusta was shut down in 2005 for resource reasons, despite having identified 57 potential victims and up to 97 suspects.

This is just astonishing. After identifying dozens of victims and perpetrators, to be shut down because of budgets is absurd. It wasn't a budget decision; it was a cowardly political decision.

Earlier this year, a damning report (2nd story on link) commissioned by Mayor Andy Burnham concluded that a gang of paedophiles had been allowed to prey on children under the noses of police and council services.

Andy Burnham (Image: Joel Goodman)

Vicky had told social workers that she was being forcibly injected with drugs and raped - but no action was taken.

The report also raised serious questions about the inquest into her death carried out by then coroner Simon Nelson in 2007.

In a narrative conclusion, Mr Nelson said Vicky's death could not have been reasonably foreseen by authorities.

He stated: "Whilst the Local Authority and other agencies could and should have properly anticipated Victoria's propensity to abscond (and return); consume alcohol; abuse drugs; mix with inappropriate individuals, and provide sexual favours, this knowledge and these acts would not in my view, amount to a real and immediate risk to life."

It seems like Mr Nelson is blaming 15 y/o Vicky for her own death and sexual abuse.

He added that Victoria's death was therefore neither the result of a breach of the Authority's protective duty and not withstanding her dependency, nor by reason of a gross failure on the part of the Authority "to meet her needs, nor indeed by reason of any failure that would have had a significant bearing on her death."

The authors of Mr Burnham's report said this conclusion 'significantly underplays the coercion and control she was subject to' in terms of child sexual exploitation and that there were possible grounds for the inquest to be quashed.

Rochdale Coroners' Court heard on Tuesday October 13th that Mrs Agoglia has begun that process. In August, her legal team asked the current coroner for access to the bundle of evidence from the 2007 inquest to allow them to make an application to the Attorney General.

Mrs Kearsley granted this request, but Manchester council challenged that ruling, arguing that it is not appropriate for Mrs Agoglia to have access to 'sensitive children's services records'.

Senior coroner Joanne Kearsley (Image: Rochdale)

The council pointed out that Mrs Agoglia was not biologically related to Victoria and argued that they did not have a 'relationship of nexus'.

The council suggested that she has no legal right to challenge the coroner's conclusion in the high court.

It is understood Mrs Agoglia adopted Vicky's mum Donna, who died when she was eight.

The council's current head of children's services, Paul Marshall, was allowed to give evidence behind closed doors to support the claim that giving Mrs Agoglia the bundle would cause 'serious risk of harm' to others.

In a dramatic court hearing, it also emerged that 'new evidence' (Vicky's Diary - 8th story on link)  has come to light about Victoria's death in the last few weeks.

Senior coroner Joanne Kearsley said that on the basis of this new evidence, she would now be making her own application to the Attorney General to challenge the original inquest conclusion.

Now Mrs Kearsley has ruled Mrs Agoglia should be granted access to the coroner's bundle that runs to more than 775 pages. Rochdale Coroners' Court heard it contains evidence relating to Manchester council, the company that ran Victoria's care home Greencorns Ltd, Greater Manchester Police, and Victoria's family.

Sophie Cartwright, the barrister representing Manchester council, had said the authority was making an application for the bundle to be subject to Public Interest Immunity (PII).

The council's position is that Mrs Agoglia is not a 'proper person' to be granted the material and that instead Mrs Kearsley's application to the Attorney General should take precedence.

There are 3 heroes to this story - Vicky's Grandma, Joanne Kearsley. and Mayor Burnham. God bless you all. The villains in this story are Manchester council as it seems to be trying to cover up the horrendous mistakes by the council, police, and the Coroner.

As long as the truth remains buried, young British girls will continue to be thrown to the wolves.

Brazilian sex abuse victim, 11, dies days after giving birth prematurely to child fathered by 43-y/o man

Moraes groomed the youngster into posing for photographs that showed them as though they were in a normal adult relationship

By Ryan Fahey For Mailonline
28 October 2020

An 11-year-old sexual abuse victim has died days after prematurely giving birth to a child fathered by a 43-year-old man.

Francinildo Moraes groomed and sexually abused Luana Costa from the age of nine and continued to have sex with her during her pregnancy in Brazil.

Police said Moraes convinced the youngster to pose in photographs with him as though the pair were in a normal adult relationship.

Luana was in her fifth month of pregnancy when she had to be induced. She died four days after the birth, on 27 October.

The crimes occurred in the rural municipality of Uruara, in the northern Brazilian state of Para.

Luana’s family members only became aware of the sexual abuse when they noticed changes in her body and they took her to see a doctor, who revealed she was five months pregnant.

The girl then told the family about the abuse she had suffered over three years.

According to her aunt, the man threatened the girl not to tell anyone, and he carried out his crimes far from the family’s village.

The suspect had uploaded dozens of photos of the pair to his social media pages, showing an apparently affectionate bond between the two, despite the illegality of their ‘relationship’.

Police are looking for the suspect, who remains at large and may have fled.

Probably looking for another little girl to destroy.

Pensioner denies sexually abusing five-y/o boy, Oxford Crown Court hears

By Will Walker  @OxMailWilliamW
Senior court reporter
Oxford Crown Court

A PENSIONER has gone on trial accused of sexually abusing a five-year-old boy during an alleged child sex attack.

The claimed child victim - who cannot be named for legal reasons - told police that the incident made him feel 'very sad' and that the attack hurt him.

Answering questions about the allegation Robert Simpson told police that no sex attack had ever taken place. He denies one count alleging the assault of a child under 13 by penetration.

It is claimed that the 79-year-old of Robin Place, Oxford, abused his young victim on a single occasion using his fingers. His trial got under way at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.

Outlining the case to the jury prosecutor Andrew Howarth said the incident took place in Oxford in August last year. He told jurors that the boy claimed he was using a toilet when Simpson followed him. It was while there, the jury was told, that the alleged sex assault took place upon the boy.

Prosecutors said that following the claimed assault it was noticed that the child appeared to be 'uncomfortable' and he didn't want to sit down. The boy later complained that his bottom was 'really sore.'

Jurors went on to watch a recorded police interview that the child gave following the incident. In that interview he told officers about the alleged sexual assault. He said that it only happened once and asked how it felt he answered: "It was hurting and it makes me feel sad."

Asked by police how he later felt about what he claimed had happened to him he replied: "Sad. Very sad."

Prosecutors also told the jury that the child was previously cross examined in a video recorded setting rather than being brought to court. During that process, it was said by Mr Howarth, the child responded to the questioning 'in large part to say he had forgotten and therefore he was no help at all when he was being cross examined.'

Little children have very few 'tools' to deal with abuse. Deliberately forgetting is probably the most often used.

It was also said that the child was later examined about a month after the incident by a consultant paediatrician. Speaking of that medical examination Mr Howarth said that no injuries were found at all. He added: "Sexual abuse can occur with no signs. The evidence was that it's one way or the other."

The jury was also told that Simpson was not arrested for the alleged offence but gave a voluntary police interview. During that interview he denied any wrong-doing and said the alleged sexual offence had never taken place.

He went on to tell officers that he had long fingernails at the time and that the incident 'didn't happen.' Simpson denies the single count and the trial - which is expected to last two days - continues.

Interesting, I wonder who brought up the fingernails in the interview?
