Cristiano Ronaldo has been accused of using a team of ‘fixers’ to obstruct a criminal investigation into allegations he raped a woman in a Las Vegas hotel room and coerced the victim into accepting $375,000 hush money.

Football icon Ronaldo is being sued by Kathryn Mayorga, 34, over the incident which allegedly took place in a Vegas penthouse suit in 2009, after a night of partying.

Las Vegas police confirmed that a they have reopened a sexual assault case from the same year, as per the request of the woman named in the suit made last month, AP reports. 

In an interview with German news outlet Der Spiegel, which reported the claims on Friday, Mayorga alleges she accepted an offer from the Juventus winger to enjoy the Las Vegas view from his luxurious hotel room, but declined to climb into a hot tub in the apartment so as not to ruin her dress.

When Ronaldo gave her alternative clothing, he barged in on her while changing and pulled her into a bedroom, raping her while she cried "no, no, no," the lawsuit claims. 

Mayorga's attorney Leslie Mark Stovall alleges the pair then reached an agreement by which Ronaldo would pay $375,000 if Mayorga never spoke of the incident. 

Accusations against Ronaldo in the lawsuit include: coercion and fraud, abuse of a vulnerable person, racketeering and civil conspiracy. It also states the "psychological trauma" of the assault left Mayorga "terrified."

The Portuguese winger, 33, has branded the claims “fake news” and insisted such behavior is a normal ploy used by individuals “to promote” themselves by using his name.

"Fake. Fake news," the player, who moved to Italy from Real Madrid in the summer for $117 million, said. "You want to promote by my name. It's normal. They want to be famous, to say my name. But it is part of the job. I am a happy man and all is good." 

The player's legal team have claimed they intend to launch a counter suit against Der Spiegel over the publishing of "blatantly illegal" accusations. Christian Schertz, Ronaldo's lawyer, said the report was "an inadmissible reporting of suspicions in the area of privacy," per Reuters.

Like many women across the country right now, Tatum O’Neal has been inspired to speak out about her own experience with sexual abuse. In an emotional post on Instagram, the Oscar-winning actress says she was “sexually assaulted more than once” at ages 5, 6, 12, 13, and 15.

“All by older men who I thought were safe,” she writes. “I rarely have known safety and was always blamed for the assaults and my loudness and curiosity. It’s taken me almost 55 years to know how to advocate for myself.”

O’Neal, 54, went on to slam President Trump for mocking a “sexual assault victim.” Although the actress doesn’t specifically name anyone, it appears she’s talking about Trump’s verbal attack on Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford. At a rally in Mississippi this week, POTUS ridiculed Ford for being unable to recall specific details of the alleged incident in the 1980s.

“We’ve sunk to a depth of depravity that I never thought the president of the United States could ever sink to. With uproarious laughter for someone who was assaulted at 15 years old,” she says. (Kavanaugh has denied all sexual misconduct accusations.)

“Whether it was 35 years ago to a 75-year-old man at 15 I remember everything,” O’Neal says. “It’s time to band together. … I’ve never seen such a dark time in our country.” You can read her post in full below.

O’Neal has opened up about experiencing sexual abuse before, in her 2001 book, A Paper Life: My Story. In it, she detailed a childhood full of neglect and abuse — physical, emotional, and sexual.

“It was terrible. My mother stayed drunk for years and years and years. It just went on and on and on. So even from when we were little up until when we grew up and, you know, it just didn’t end,” she told NBC News of her mother’s neglect as a child. O’Neal said she was molested at age 6.

“When parents are off getting drunk or getting high or taking pills in another room, and leaving little children with, you know, people who don’t watch their kids, this is what happens,” she said.

When asked if the molestation incident was a one-time thing, she replied “no.”

O’Neal’s post has been met with hundreds of supportive comments.

WENATCHEE — A former Wenatchee broadcasting executive faces trial in December on charges that he raped two children decades ago.

Lonnie Kaye England, 53, is charged with multiple counts of child molestation, child rape and incest. Two adults who lived in England's household as children came forward to say he sexually abused them multiple times between about 1998 and 2000.

At a hearing Wednesday in Chelan County Superior Court, England was set for a trial Dec. 4. He was arrested and charged 13 months ago, which caused Judge Kristin Ferrera some concern.

"This case was filed over a year ago, and this is, I think, the third continuance now, is it?" Ferrera asked. "That's true, your honor," England's defense attorney Nick Yedinak replied.

"I understand the issues and that this is a complicated case, but try to just keep it moving along," Ferrera ordered.

Deputy prosecutor Nicole Hankins said she made a plea offer Wednesday, which England and his lawyer have yet to review.

England is the former general manager of the Apple Valley TV Association, which broadcast 11 over-the-air channels including Wenatchee's community access station. East Wenatchee Internet provider LocalTel purchased the operation in 2015.

If convicted on any of the most serious current charges, England could face anywhere from nine years up to life in prison.

#MeToo hits India: Newsrooms face sexual harassment investigations as women speak out

At the start they only plagued the West, but sexual harassment claims prompted by #MeToo have now swept into India, so much so that an investigation into “sexual predation” within the media industry has been called for.

Inspired by the mass campaign movement, journalists and writers took to social media platforms Twitter and Facebook to level accusations of misconduct against figures in the entertainment industry and politics, but journalists themselves have also been accused.

The Editors Guild of India has responded to the allegations by calling on all media organizations to conduct “unbiased” investigations into reported incidences of sexual harassment against staff.

The association said in a statement on Tuesday it “extends its total support to all women journalists, who suffered a disadvantage in their careers, physical or mental trauma, as a result of any sexual predation,” Reuters reports.

The latest person to be rocked by India’s #MeToo movement is junior foreign minister MJ Akbar, once one of the most influential news editors in India having also edited English-language newspapers The Telegraph and The Asian Age.

The minister was accused of sexual harassment by senior journalist Priya Ramani, who last year wrote an article for Vogue on the #MeToo campaign which started off with her story about Akbar. While Ramani stopped short of naming the minister in the article, she admitted on Monday that Akbar was the person in question.

Since Ramani, five others have levelled accusations against him. The minister is yet to respond.

The Hindustan Times’ political editor Prashant Jha was also asked to step down, the Indian publication reported, pending an investigation into accusations of sending inappropriate messages to a former female colleague. Jha is yet to release a public statement about the claims.

Meanwhile, a journalists’ network known as the Network of Women in Media India (NWMI), is setting up a helpline to facilitate reporting harassment cases.

“Sexual harassment has been the elephant in the room,” Kalpana Sharma, founder member of NWMI, told Reuters.

A German actress has landed herself in hot water after stripping and flashing her bum (and more) to a group of men in a carpark – unaware that the trio were actually undercover police, who then filmed her saucy little striptease.

Antje Monning, 40, described her roadside antics as a spur-of-the-moment decision… that landed her with a €1,200 fine ($1,390). The German sitcom star was caught on video in June by plain-clothed police conducting traffic checks. In the video, the actress – famous for her role as a nun called Jenny in German TV show ‘For Heaven’s Sake’ – can be seen shaking her hips invitingly, while tucking up her skirt.

Speaking to German newspaper Bild, Monning slammed the fine for her salacious little number in Jengen, Barvaria, southern Germany.

“I wagged my buttocks in front of three men who seemed involved in a conversation, slightly lifting my little skirt, under which I was naked,” she told the tabloid.

The actress, who described herself as an “exhibitionist,” said that nudity should be “considered natural.” She also slammed her public nuisance charge, launching into an emotional rhetorical diatribe.

“Do we really want to live in a society where you can not fool around mindlessly, where everyone is secretly recorded on video, in which people sue each other instead of talking to each other and in which tolerance and acceptance soon only exist as foreign words in the dictionary?” she asked.

The TV star has appealed her public nuisance fine with the help of her lawyer.

The court in Alkmaar sentenced 26-year-old Lars de R. from Krommenie to four years in prison and institutionalized psychiatric treatment for sexually abusing 10 underage boys in Netherlands, India and Croatia, NOS reports.

De R. became famous when he reached the finals of talent show Holland's Got Talent at the age of 16 in 2009. The court found him guilty of having sex with ten boys multiple times over the course of eight years. The youngest victim was 4-years-old at the time.

The man traveled to India multiple times where he had paid sex with four boys. In the Netherlands he sexually abused boys while giving them guitar lessons and as an activity supervisor at an Amsterdam playground. 

The Public Prosecutor had demanded 6 years in prison and institutionalized psychiatric treatment against him.

The Belgian authorities are also investigating De R. In that country he is suspected of creating and distributing footage of child sex abuse.

Good grief! What a pervert! And what a pathetic sentence - 4 years. It should be more like 40 years.

5 Years After Amanda Todd's Suicide - Have We Done Anything To Stop Cyber Bullying?

It's was 5 years ago today that 15 y/o Amanda Todd committed suicide after being stalked online by Dutch pervert, Aydin Cobin. I wish I could say that children are being warned now about online predators and about the dangers of sexting. 

It's not clear to me that children are being warned that there are many  predators who will happily torture you to death. There are also organized crime centers where there are banks of disgusting people who pretend to be teens and who will manipulate children until they send a nude or semi nude photo and then extort them either for more photos or for money. 

They drive kids to steal from their parents, from their friends, from anyone. The children are put under extreme pressure and forced to do things they would never have imagined themselves doing.

Are we telling kids about this in school? Are we telling our kids about this?

The 15-year-old eventually committed suicide in her mother's Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, home on Oct. 10, 2012. Her plea against cyberbullying, filmed a month before her death, went viral.

RCMP in British Columbia were alerted at least five times over the course of nearly two years about the ongoing sexual extortion of Amanda Todd before the teen committed suicide, CBC’s the fifth estate has learned.

RCMP who confirmed an arrest in the Netherlands of a man linked to the online bullying of B.C. teen Amanda Todd and possibly dozens of other victims, say other Canadian children may have been targeted, in a case that is focusing on the suspect's computer.

The National Child Exploitation Co-ordination Centre (NCECC) says the investigation includes suspected victims from Canada and other countries, including the U.S., the U.K. and the Netherlands.

The Dutch man accused of sexually extorting B.C. teenager Amanda Todd online used upwards of 90 screen names to target more than 75 victims around the world.

Todd was tormented online for nearly two years after she flashed a crowd by webcam on a live streaming chat site. An online stalker did a screen capture of that and circulated the image to her family, friends and classmates.

Dutch police arrested Coban in January 2014 in relation to an investigation involving Dutch victims who were harassed online. He was charged with nine offences, including indecent assault and production and dissemination of child pornography.

Three months later, RCMP announced Coban was also facing five charges in B.C., including extortion, internet luring, criminal harassment and the possession and distribution of child pornography in the Todd case.

Coban's trial in the Netherlands is in the pre-motion hearings stage and it was decided he would not be charged in relation to any non-Dutch victims, de Bruin said.

A press release from the Dutch court said Coban "deceived tenants, committed computer intrusion and blackmailed a man online by pretending to be a boy who was looking for sexual contacts."

An investigation by Zembla and the fifth estate revealed Dutch police knew about Coban's alleged activities long before his arrest.

Sought by Norwegian police

The fifth estate has learned that in a separate case, officers in Norway had suspected Coban of blackmailing and threatening a teenage girl — and asked Dutch police to find him.

But they never did – saying there were insufficient grounds for a search.

Around the same time, someone using the name Tyler Boo was tormenting Todd online, and someone named Tyler Cee began blackmailing a young girl in Norway.

The Dutch Supreme Court has approved the extradition to Canada of a convicted cyber blackmailer who faces charges in the case of B.C. teen Amanda Todd, who killed herself after being extorted online.

Former lawyer

Coban's lawyer Robert Malewicz didn't specify the grounds on which the latest appeal will be based.

But on Thursday, a former lawyer for Coban said he expected the case would be appealed to the European Court, in part because of the surveillance tools used by investigators.

"In my vision, the court made a mistake by accepting the use of the keylogger. The European Court is very strict when it comes to privacy and I expect that if this case will be handled by the European Court, there will be a whole other outcome," Christian van Dijk wrote to CBC News in an email.

"The question will be if the use of secret surveillance tools by governmental organizations are accepted, and if so, what are the requirements. ... This case will have influence on many other judgments in Europe."

Keyloggers are hardware devices that capture computer keystrokes. They can be used to gather personal information like usernames and passwords by tracking each letter and number pressed on a keyboard.​

Supreme Court confirms 6 year prison sentence for extortion of Amanda Todd

Those in the Netherlands in life threatening danger should immediately dial 112 for emergencies, and anyone suffering from depression or contemplating suicide can call 113 Zelfmoordpreventie at any time by dialing either 113 or 0800-0113, or by visiting 113.nl.

The Supreme Court confirmed that Adyin Coban must serve six years in prison for the extortion of Canadian teen girl Amanda Todd, ultimately leading to her suicide. A Canadian court sentenced him to 13 years in prison, but a Dutch court converted that to 6 years according to the Dutch standards. That conversion will be upheld, the Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday.

That is quite a conversion factor, especially since Canadian sentences are notoriously light.

In 2018, a Dutch court sentenced Coban to 11 years in prison for digitally stalking 33 minor girls and scamming four gay men. Amanda Todd’s extortion and suicide did not form part of this trial. The man was then extradited to Canada in 2020 to stand trial for Todd’s case.

In October 2022, a Canadian court sentenced Coban to 13 years in prison for extorting Amanda Todd. In December 2023, the court in Amsterdam sentenced Coban to six years in prison for the crime, translating the Canadian sentence to Dutch terms. The Dutch Public Prosecution Service (OM) had recommended he serve 4.5 years for extorting the girl. Coban lodged an appeal in cassation with the Supreme Court.

Coban’s lawyers argued that Todd’s case could have been considered part of the Dutch case involving the 33 other girls, citing Article 63 of the Dutch Criminal Code, which regulates the maximum sentence that can be imposed if a person has committed multiple crimes that could have been assessed simultaneously. Coban already got the maximum sentence for extorting the 33 other girls, so the sentence for Todd’s extortion should have been converted to zero days in prison, the lawyer argued.

But like the Amsterdam court, the Supreme Court ruled that Article 64 does not apply to conversion proceedings. “Under the applicable regulations, there is no obligation in conversion proceedings to consider prior convictions in Dutch criminal proceedings for a separate offense,” the Supreme Court said.

Amanda Todd took her own life in 2012 at the age of 15. The Canadian teenager’s suicide made headlines worldwide due to a video she posted online, telling on flashcards how she was convinced to send nudes to a man she thought loved her, and then blackmailed and extorted with them.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — Dutch prosecutors on Thursday sought the maximum possible sentence – nearly 11 years – for a man charged with cyberbullying dozens of young girls and gay men and who is also wanted in Canada for his alleged involvement in the cyberbullying of B.C. teen Amanda Todd.

In an emotional closing statement, prosecutor Annet Kramer urged judges at a court in Amsterdam to sentence the 38-year-old suspect, Amanda Todd’s accused cyberbully facing 11 years in Dutch prison, to 10 years and eight months in prison, saying he subjected some of his victims to years of emotional abuse.

“To do justice in any way to the gravity of the facts, and the refined way in which the suspect systematically put his own interests far above those of his victims, the prosecution believes that there is no room to impose anything other than the maximum sentence,” Kramer told judges at a high-security Amsterdam courthouse, according to a written copy of her statement.

In Canada, Coban faces a separate trial in the cyberbullying of Todd, a 15-year-old girl who drew global attention to online abuse when she posted a YouTube video recounting her ordeal. She later took her own life.

In that case, Coban faces charges including extortion, possession of child pornography and attempting to lure a child online. A Dutch court has approved the suspect’s extradition following his trial in Amsterdam. He has appealed that decision and denies involvement in any cyber bullying.

Todd brought cyber bullying to mainstream attention in Canada and around the world in 2012 by posting a video in which she told her story with handwritten signs, describing how she was lured by a stranger to expose her breasts on a webcam.

The picture ended up on a Facebook page made by the stranger, to which her friends were added. She was repeatedly bullied, despite changing schools, before finally taking her own life weeks after posting the video

In his Dutch trial, the man faces more than 70 charges linked to the alleged abuse of 34 young girls and five gay men.

Prosecutors allege that the suspect used aliases on online chat sites to portray himself as a woman or boy to befriend his victims. He would persuade them to strip in front of their webcams and then use the images to blackmail them, according to prosecutors, threatening to post the images online if they did not perform more sex acts in front of their webcams.

Kramer used her closing remarks to pay tribute to Todd’s mother, Carol, who watched parts of the trial.

“She works to prevent acts like these and that is important,” Kramer said, according to a written copy of her statement. “This case shows that in no uncertain terms.”

Danish Man Ordered Rape of 346 Children in ‘Historic’ Livestream Sex Abuse Case

Sometimes you find a story that is so evil it just takes your breath away. This is one of them and not the first to come out of Denmark

A 70-year-old Danish man has been charged with ordering numerous child rape and sex abuse livestreams from third-world countries, where each assault usually cost the predator no more than $40

The man, who allegedly ordered sex abuse of children, predominantly Filipino, over the internet and had them streamed to his computer, was charged on Wednesday with 346 counts of participating in sexual assaults or rapes of minors.

He was arrested in Copenhagen’s suburb of Brondby last February, and it took the prosecutors, in cooperation with cyber police, a whole year to collect and process all the evidence and to finally charge the suspect in this “historic scale case.”

“As far as I know we’ve never had a case in the whole world in which one person is charged with so many assaults,” Flemming Kaerside of the Danish National Police’s Cyber Crime Center said, according to The Local.

The indictment is reportedly a massive 119-page document, depicting quite disturbing details of the alleged acts of sexual abuse.

The suspect allegedly paid quite a modest sums to adults – usually not more than 280 kroner (approx. $40) – to have children sexually abused. Some instances involved parents molesting their own children, while in other cases minors were forced to perform sexual acts on each other.

In one case, a four-year-old girl was violated by her mother on demand of the alleged predator, while in another, a three year-old-girl was forced to perform oral sex on a five-year-old girl.

The hearings will begin on 28th February in Glostrup court and a ruling on this appalling case is expected in June.

It’s not the first time that pedophiles in Denmark have been caught not only ‘collecting’ child pornography, but actually ‘ordering’ it online. The main target for such predators are children from poor countries. It is, however, quite hard to provide evidence for such activities if perpetrators do not store recordings of sickening livestreams on their computers. In March 2015, ten people were arrested during investigation of a similar case, but nine of them were released almost immediately due to lack of evidence.

One of the trials, where a child abuse livestream connoisseur was actually convicted occurred in North Jutland in 2014. A man was sentenced to three-and-a-half years for ordering a number of rapes and assaults on Filipino children. The pedophile paid adults a sum between 20 and $40 to commit and livestream the crime.

Three and a half years is a joke for ordering the rape of several children! Did the judge give him a gold watch as well? He ordered children's rapes - what's the difference between that and actually raping children? Would he have gotten just 3 and a half years for raping several children. If so, Denmark might as well legalize child rape for all the good such sentences are going to do. This is just sickening.

The investigation into Edward Heath's alleged sex abuse of children began in Edmonton, Canada.

A controversial police investigation into suspected sex abuse of children by the late British prime minister Edward Heath, with related claims of Satanic rituals and murders, originated in Edmonton in 1989, when a Canadian psychologist hypnotized a woman and helped her “recover” suppressed memories, according to a confidential police consultant report obtained by the National Post.

Cheryl Malmo, an Edmonton psychologist who retired in 2016, hypnotized a woman to treat her for depression, which she suspected was related to abuse from her childhood in Wiltshire, England, according to the report. What followed was a litany of horrific tales, seeping slowly from the woman’s memory, growing in lurid detail over time, “guided and influenced” by Malmo’s hypnotherapy, according to the consultant criminologist.

The sister's stories

They include stories of helping her mother kidnap a boy, who was raped by her father on a church altar, then suspended from a rope, as the woman’s mother cut his penis with a knife and drained his blood into a gleaming metal bucket. After apparently suppressing these memories all her adult life, the woman, then in her late 40s, told stories of rape, candlelit black magic rituals, cannibalism, child murder and bestiality — stories that were initially about her parents, but in time grew to include one of the most powerful men in the world.

“It is quite possible that childhood sexual abuse did indeed take place,” the expert report concludes. “However, many of the so-called retrieved memories seem to me most likely to fit False Memory Recall of the type associated with the Satanic Ritual Abuse scandal of the 1980s. Some of the extreme ritual abuse and ritual murder scenes, in particular, strike me as crossing the boundary into flights of fancy.”

The report recommends “no charges are brought in cases where evidence relies solely or mainly on the recovery of alleged memories under psychotherapy, especially where hypnosis is employed.” It is also skeptical of evidence from the woman’s sisters, three of whom eventually made similar claims of serial rape by their parents and others, including Heath, which the report says are clearly influenced by each other. Another of those sisters had also moved to Canada.

“I think there’s definite cross-contamination,” said the report’s author, Rachel Hoskins, in an interview. Whether this was honest confabulation, or dishonest fabrication, the memories are not backed up by corresponding official records, such as police investigations or missing person reports, Hoskins said.

Her report has thrown a wrench into a sprawling police investigation that so far, 28 years after it started, has not resulted in any criminal charges.

The Edmonton woman’s allegations were first brought to police back when they were recovered in 1989, but they were focused on the sisters’ parents, not Heath, and no charges resulted. One sister returned to police a few months later, to say more memories had arisen. “I now believe that both of my parents were practising members of the Occult,” she reported.

The case was resurrected only in the last year or so, with the added detail of Heath’s alleged participation in some of the abuse, but not the Satanic rituals. One sister told police she had seen his face on the news and “trusted my gut.” This crucial recollection came at a time when the police response to historical sexual abuse claims about public figures was in dramatic flux, in Britain especially.

Jimmy Savile, for example, a beloved British television performer, had been posthumously revealed as a pedophilic monster with more than 500 victims. The resulting panic led to a police investigation that took down big names — Gary Glitter, Dave Lee Travis, Max Clifford, Rolf Harris. But several widely publicized arrests of high-profile men were not followed by prosecution, such as pop star Cliff Richard. In one case, a former MP died without learning that police cleared his name months earlier. Other prominent politicians, including a former defence chief, may deserve compensation for false accusations about pedophile rings, according to the head of the Metropolitan Police.

Much of the VIP pedophile/murder ring investigation was based on the testimony of one man. No other witnesses were found to corroborate his extraordinary claims of child rape and murder. Met Police showed very poor judgement in allowing news of their investigation into the press, but, I assume, they were hoping others would come forward to corroborate the claims. No-one did, apparently.

That's not to say that VIP pedophile/murder rings don't or didn't exist. You have only to read my most-read blog post The Great Belgium Pedophile/Torture/Murder Scandal or the more recent post  Belgian Aristocratic Paedophile Ring - Boys & Girls Raped, Tortured & Murdered to know it exists, or existed in Belgium for decades, at least. Also, you can read the disturbing story of Demi and Nirvana with accusations of pedophile/murder/Satanic rings involving the once Secretary General of the Dutch Ministry of Justice, Joris Demmink.

These investigations changed the national tone in Britain, and prompted fears that the woefully belated legal response to child sex abuse was morphing into a witch hunt. Even Robert Buckland, Britain’s Solicitor-General, has privately raised concerns with Wiltshire’s police commissioner about an expensive “fishing expedition,” according to the Sunday Times.

In this context, Heath is a big fish, but he died in 2005, so any criminal charges would be against others. He served as Conservative prime minister in the early 1970s, and his term is remembered largely for economic turmoil, labour unrest, and strife in Northern Ireland. He is mentioned scornfully in the Beatles’ song Taxman, in the backing vocals “Haha, Mr. Wilson, Haha Mr. Heath.” (Harold Wilson, Heath’s Labour Party rival, was prime minister both before and after him.)

Hoskins, the author of the report, is a registered expert criminologist for the U.K. National Crime Agency, and a specialist in faith-based violence such as witchcraft, paganism and Satanism. Hired by police to explain this arcane subculture, she was given access to diaries, police statements, and interview transcripts, mainly about the sisters.

Their father worked at Wilton Barracks, an army facility that was closed in 2010. It was used by the United States Army in World War II, and became a strategic command centre for British forces afterwards. Many of the sisters’ allegations involve being forced into sexual abuse in the barracks by military men, some of whom are likely still living.

Wilton Barracks is in Wiltshire, near Stonehenge, and the image of neo-Pagan ritual plays largely in the controversy. Heath had a home nearby in Salisbury, where police held a press conference to solicit complainants.

This is not a ‘fishing trip or ‘witch hunt’

Malmo, a psychologist focused on childhood trauma and sexual violence, has been a court-recognized expert witness in Canada on cases about, for example, post-traumatic stress disorder. She was also profiled in the documentary When The Devil Knocks, about a woman whose dissociative identity disorder seemed to stem from childhood abuse, and left her with more than 30 distinct personalities, each unknown to the other. Malmo treated each as a distinct patient.

Reached by email, Malmo said she could not discuss patient matters, nor confirm the identity of a patient. About Hoskins’ report, she wrote: “these false memory claims she seems intent on were disposed of in North America years ago by solid research and sound critique by many experts. It appears that just as the issue of child sexual abuse did not arise in Europe (except perhaps in the Netherlands) until decades after it was recognized in North America, the lack of substantiation of so-called false memories and the critiques of this position are slow to reach some professionals (this particular criminologist).”

Malmo said her own records are destroyed after 10 years.

“Whilst it is quite likely that a prolific pedophile would serially abuse all his daughters, the sequence by which the sisters retrieved their memories cannot be considered investigatively pure,” Hoskins concludes in her 150-page report.

How often, I wonder, do you find 'investigatively pure' evidence? Repressed memories, as the girls had because of the seriousness of their abuse, would have been difficult to retrieve. Repressed memories return, at least in part, suddenly, triggered by an event, a scene, a smell, etc., but parts of those memories may take years to come forth. The more one sister would talk about it, the more likely the other sisters would retrieve bits and pieces of the horror they suffered and buried for so long. To expect the sisters to recover repressed memories independently of each other is completely unrealistic.

Wiltshire Police have taken unusual steps to rebut Hoskins’ report, calling its leak “a significant breach of confidentiality and trust,” and threatening unspecified “pro-active action” in response.

“pro-active action” that sounds really serious!

Chief Constable Mike Veale said he was “duty bound” to investigate Heath, and is “very concerned and profoundly disappointed” about speculation that he is leading a witch hunt, which he fears could undermine confidence in police, or threaten any future prosecutions.

“This is not a ‘fishing trip or ‘witch hunt,'” he said. There are many allegations about a “significant number” of people, and the specific allegations about Satanism do not relate to Heath himself, he said. Rather, according to Hoskins’ report, two of the sisters report memories of Heath participating in their rapes, recalling him shirtless, with a “grotesque” face and “an element of cruelty.”

“If the force had received allegations of non-recent child abuse against a former prime minister and done nothing, what would the reaction have been?” Veale said.

And once Bakhtiar Mohammed Abdulla is deported, how long will it be before he is back in Eurabia?

And while there is no excuse for what they did to Tina Römer Holtegaard, why did Holtegaard let her daughter bring home a boyfriend who was almost twice her age?

Lisa Borch was aged only 15 when in October last year she spent hours on YouTube watching footage of the savage decapitations of David Haines and Alan Henning.

Afterwards she and her radical Muslim boyfriend Bakhtiar Mohammed Abdulla, 29, took a long-bladed kitchen knife and stabbed her mother Tina Römer Holtegaard at least 20 times at the home they shared in rural Kvissel.

A court which sentenced Borch to nine years in jail heard how she became obsessed with militant Islam after falling in love with an unnamed Muslim man.

But he jilted her when he moved back to Sweden to be with his wife and children.

Nevertheless she found a new soulmate in Iraq-born Abdulla, whom she befriended after meeting at a refugee centre near her home.

Following the brutal murder, in which both Borch and Abdulla participated, the teenager called police claiming: ‘I heard my mother scream and I looked out the window and saw a white man running away. Please come here, there is blood everywhere.’

On arrival police found Mrs Holtegaard, whose husband was away on a short business trip at the time of her murder, covered in her own blood in bed.

Despite making the frantic phone call, the victim’s daughter was discovered sitting on a chair in the living room playing with her iPhone and watching videos on YouTube. When police asked where her mother was, Borch refused to leave her computer and simply pointed upstairs.

A later police examination of the computer showed that she had watched endless repeats of the beheadings of the two Britons, both of whom had gone to Syria on humanitarian missions.

‘She watched them the whole evening long,’ said prosecutors at her trial. When police first arrived at the house she didn’t leave the computer and merely pointed upstairs to indicate where her mother lay dead. It was this apparent disinterest which made her prime suspect in a matter of minutes.

The court heard that Borch’s twin sister had recently moved out of the family home because she couldn’t stand the constant arguing that went on between her mother and sister.

Prosecutors said it was this ‘endless rowing which cost the mother her life.’

The court was told that Borch had teamed up with Abdulla after being dumped by her first lover. The two planned to flee together to Syria and fight for the ISIS cause.

Borch claimed at the trial that they were ‘just good friends’ but authorities believe they were lovers.

The rows with her mother intensified as she pressured her daughter to break off her relationship with him and ‘live the life of a normal teenager.’

Prosecutor Karina Skou told the court that the pair made a diabolical pact to kill her mother saying: ‘This murder was cold blooded, ice cold and committed in a bestial manner.’

Borch even showed her twin sister the knife she planned to use to kill their mother, but the comment was incorrectly written off a macabre joke.

In court Borch and Abdulla blamed one another for the killing of Mrs Holtegaard.

He claimed to have only arrived to ‘help Lisa’ after the teenager had already killed her mother. But Borch said Abdulla had actually been the knifeman.

The muddled version of events meant the court heard several stories about what actually happened.

Although Abdulla was no longer at the property when police arrived, investigators found his fingerprints in the victim’s bedroom.

Although it couldn’t be established who’d actually delivered the blows that killed Mrs Holtegaard, both of the accused were found guilty of murder.

Borch was sentenced to nine years in prison, the first of which will be spent in a youth offenders institute.
