Sir Jeffrey Donaldson has been convicted of 18 counts of sex abuse, including one count of rape, which he committed against two women when they were children.

The 63-year-old former Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) leader showed no emotion and sat in the dock with his hands clasped as the verdicts were read out at Newry Crown Court on Monday.

His wife Lady Eleanor Donaldson had faced a trial of the facts on mental health grounds, meaning the jury was asked to find out if she did the acts or did not do the acts of which she was accused.

They found that she had done the acts in relation to all five charges – including four counts of aiding and abetting her husband's offending.

The jury of seven men and five women deliberated for 10 hours over three days before coming to their verdicts.

Donaldson, dressed in a dark blue suit, white shirt and pink tie, was in the dock at the back of Court One, between two custody officers.

He was asked to stand for the verdicts.

As he was found guilty of each charge, he showed no signs of emotion and stared straight ahead.

Judge Paul Ramsey then remanded Donaldson in custody, telling court officers to "take Mr Donaldson down".

Donaldson, who is due to be sentenced in September, was told it would be a lengthy one.

He was then taken from Newry Crown Court in the back of a prison van to Maghaberry Prison, which is situated in his former constituency of Lagan Valley.

There were two victims in this case and they were referred to as Complainants A and B.

Complainant A is the younger of the two women who Donaldson sexually abused as children.

He was found guilty of eight offences against her, which occurred between 1999 and 2008.

In her interviews with the Police Service of Northern Ireland. which were played in court, Complainant A described a number of encounters with Donaldson including a kiss in which she said he put his tongue in her mouth.

She also said he had put his hands under her bra and rubbed her breasts.

In another encounter, the court heard he used a bright light, possibly a torch, to look at her private parts, an experience that she said made her feel "really frightened".

Complainant A also said his wife Eleanor Donaldson had witnessed the incident when he had rubbed her chest with his hand under her clothing, but did not intervene.

The 10 remaining offences, including the one count of rape, related to Complainant B and were committed between 1985 and 1991.

Like Complainant A, Complainant B took to the stand during the trial and the court also heard an interview she gave to police.

During it, she said Donaldson put his hand down her underwear "quite a lot" and detailed the rape.

The court heard of another incident in which Donaldson "lifted her top up and her bra and started to touch her exposed breasts".

Complainant B also said Eleanor Donaldson witnessed an incident in which her husband had "played" with her breasts, but walked away.

Timothy Busfield pushes to dismiss child sex-abuse indictment

Timothy Busfield is asking a New Mexico court to throw out his indictment on child sex-abuse allegations.

The "West Wing" actor, 68, filed a motion on Thursday, June 18, to quash the grand jury's February indictment arguing the prosecution did not present a fair and impartial case and misstated the law to the grand jury, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY.

"The state has abdicated its role of administering justice and instead pursued an indictment against Mr. Busfield at the cost of evidence, Mr. Busfield's rights, and the independence and integrity of the grand jury," the filing says.

Busfield is facing four counts of criminal sexual contact of a child stemming from alleged incidents that occurred between late 2022 and early 2024 when he was working as a director on "The Cleaning Lady." According to prosecutors, he allegedly abused two twin boys who were actors on the series when they were 7 and 8.

Busfield's lawyer Larry Stein previously told USA TODAY in a statement that "the indictment was not unexpected" and maintained Busfield is innocent.

"As the saying goes, a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich. What is deeply concerning is that the District Attorney is choosing to proceed on a case that is fundamentally unsound and cannot be proven at trial," Stein said. "The detention hearing exposed fatal weaknesses in the State’s evidence — gaps that no amount of charging decisions can cure.""This prosecution appears driven by something other than the facts or the law," he continued. "Mr. Busfield will fight these charges at every stage and looks forward to testing the State’s case in open court — where evidence matters — not behind closed doors."

A look back at the allegations against Timothy Busfield

The alleged victims both accused Busfield of inappropriate physical contact on the set of "The Cleaning Lady" and instructed them to call him "Uncle Tim." One also alleged Busfield touched his genitals several times, according to the criminal complaint.

An investigation began in November 2024 when a University of New Mexico Hospital staff member reported concerns that the boys were being groomed. Because the boys did not allege sexual contact at the time, the case did not meet criteria to continue.

On Oct. 3, the children's mother filed a police report and told Child Protective Services that one of her sons disclosed "inappropriate touching" from Busfield to a mental health counselor.

According to the affidavit, Busfield told authorities "The Cleaning Lady" set was a "playful environment" and admitted he probably tickled the boys, but said there was never any inappropriate contact. Busfield also allegedly said the claims were retaliation for the boys being replaced on the show.

Busfield surrendered himself to authorities in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on Jan. 13. Before he was taken into custody, a video obtained by TMZ  showed him promise to "confront these lies."

"They're horrible," he added. "They're all lies, and I did not do anything to those little boys, and I'm [going to] fight it. … So, hang in there, and hopefully I'm out real soon."

Busfield pleaded not guilty and was released on his own recognizance pending trial. Throughout the legal proceedings, his wife, "Little House on the Prairie" star Melissa Gilbert, has stood by his side and voiced her support for her husband.

Sweden, like Germany, has in the last decade open wide its doors to Muslim economic migrants posing as refugees. Even when there is no reason for them to remain in Sweden, because the ostensible cause of the danger to them at home has disappeared, they are almost never deported. Three Syrian economic migrants in Sweden have just been charged with raping an underage girl while holding her hostage in a locked bathroom. One of the rapists sent a picture of the rape to a friend on Snapchat — no sense in not letting fellow Muslims enjoy the spectacle of an Infidel girl being raped by three Muslims. They had been allowed into Sweden by posing as refugees who would ostensibly be harmed in Syria because of that country’s civil war. But now that that civil war is essentially over, they have been allowed to remain, rather than being sent back to their now-pacified country. And instead of integrating into, and contributing to, Swedish society, they are in no hurry to find employment. They prefer instead to take advantage of every possible benefit the generous Swedish welfare state has on offer: free or heavily subsidized housing, free medical care, free education, unemployment payments (even without a work history in Sweden), family allowances, and more. Why work when this cornucopia is readily available?

Three Syrian citizens have now been charged and brought to trial for raping an underage girl in Sweden and transmitting child pornography. They are now appearing in Linköping district court for the crime, which was committed in September 2022.

The three suspects, two aged 17 and another one 18, are accused of raping an underage girl in a public toilet at the Garden Association in central Linköping on Sept. 18, but they are only appearing in court now over a year after the incident.

Police say the suspects locked the door and prevented the girl from escaping. All three suspects then raped her in turns, according to Swedish newspaper Nyheter Idag.

Police obtained footage of one of the rapes, which one of the suspects recorded with his smartphone and sent to a contact on Snapchat. This suspect has therefore been also charged with transmitting child pornography.

DNA was also obtained from two of the three suspects when a rape kit was ordered for the young victim.

Since all the suspects were under the age of 18 at the time, they will be charged as juveniles. The suspects also all require an interpreter in Arabic.

I would be happy to interpret if I'm allowed to take my baseball bat into the courtroom. My baseball bat named, "The Interpreter". 

So they’ve been living in Sweden, pocketing every conceivable government benefit, but not bothering to learn the language. How can they be expected to integrate into Swedish society, and find work, if they haven’t performed the most essential of tasks — learning Swedish so as to communicate with the people who have allowed them into their midst?

They deny that they committed the crime….

Of course they do. Why should these three Muslim Arabs tell the truth to Infidels, who are “the most vile of created beings” (Qur’an 98:6)? Besides, the girl they raped was not dressed in modest Muslim fashion. Her clothing was of a Swedish come-hither variety. Unlike a Muslim girl, she did not modestly lower her eyes when speaking to men, but met their gaze with the bedroom eyes of an Infidel girl. She had it coming.

The madness of the government

Yet like almost all European governments, the Swedish government refuses to follow the wishes of its people, who after their brutal experience with Muslim migrants who have arrived in the last decade, would like much stricter limits, or even a complete halt, placed on Muslim migration. And those governments try to prevent the dissemination of academic studies that reveal some unpleasant home truths about the behavior of Muslim migrants once they have been admitted to European countries. Two well-known academic researchers, studying the background of those convicted of sexual crimes including rape, came to a conclusion they had not expected: that foreign-born, mostly Muslim, migrants had rates of conviction for sexual assault, and especially for rape, far out of proportion to their numbers in the general population. And the Swedish government, instead of letting the public know about these findings, which would naturally lead to an even greater increase in opposition to such migrants than has already been observed, is deliberately trying to defund those researchers who choose to study such matters, and in the case of the two academic researchers Prof. Kristina Sundquist and Prof. Ardavan Khoshnood, to punish them for daring to publish their findings, so damning on the subject of the Muslims and sexual assault.

This is how a country commits suicide. The ruling political elite in Sweden, afraid to publicly recognize the menace within that it has helped create by allowing in large numbers of Muslim economic migrants, wants to put off the day of reckoning when the public finally is made aware of the scope of the Muslim problem. But despite their machinations, including attempts to punish such intrepid researchers as Khoshnood and Sundquist, that day is coming. It can’t come fast enough.

Wednesday marked twenty years since the fateful day that a fourteen-year-old girl in the seaside English resort town of Blackpool went missing; Charlene Downes was never seen again, and authorities believe she was murdered. As the ghastly story of what happened to her unfolded, it became appallingly clear that she was only one of thousands of British girls who had suffered a least some of the terrible ordeal she went through before she was killed. Yet even now that two decades have passed, Britain still hasn’t fully faced what happened to Charlene and the other victims or taken any serious steps to prevent what happened to them from happening to any young girl ever again.

The National Pulse reported Wednesday that Charlene Downes “disappeared after falling victim to Muslim groomers in the seaside resort of Blackpool.” Two owners of a Blackpool kebab shop, Iyad Albattikhi and Mohammed Raveshi, were put on trial for her murder, but Charlene’s grieving family would receive no justice: neither Albattikhi nor Raveshi nor anyone else was ever convicted of murdering Charlene. Her brother was the only person ever convicted in connection with the case: he assaulted Albattikhi after recordings surfaced showing him “saying she had been ‘chopped up’ and her body had ‘gone in the kebabs.’”

As if all that weren’t bad enough, on Thursday, The Publica added more piquant details: “the cases against them were dropped after police were accused of having handled the investigation ‘unprofessionally.’ The men were ultimately paid over $420,000 USD each in compensation.”

And some people say "crime doesn't pay!"

Yet as horrific as it was in every detail, Charlene’s case was only one of many similar cases. The Publica added that “during the investigation into Downes’ murder, it was discovered that up to 60 girls in their early teens had been groomed and sexually abused by men in the town.”

That was just in Blackpool; investigators have found that gangs made up overwhelmingly of Pakistani Muslim men victimized over a thousand girls in the town of Telford, and 1,400 in the town of Rotherham. And this “grooming gang” activity, as it came to be known, went on all over Britain; there could be tens of thousands of victims — or even more than that.

One estimate a few years back claimed a million girls were at risk in Great Britain.

Yet hardly any of the perpetrators were prosecuted: “Earlier this year, GB News reporter Charlie Peters released a documentary on the grooming gang phenomenon, revealing that in the years between 1997 and 2017, 1 in every 1,700 Pakistani men in the country were prosecuted for their participation in such gangs. In some cities, the figure was as high as 1 in 73.”

Why did so many of these suspected pedophile rapists escape prosecution? Because British police and other authorities were terrified of being called “racist” or “Islamophobic.”

On this occasion, Noor Islam, the father of two children of the deceased Abur Hussain of Bhimpur Mahishkhola village of Alampur Union of Upazila, took the child to his house and raped her on the pretext of giving her chocolates. At this time, on the cry of the child, the residents of the shelter project came and informed the police of Tarakaganj police station, after seeing the child covered with blood. Later, the police of Tarakaganj police station rescued the child and admitted her to Rangpur Medical College Hospital for treatment. Taraganj police station’s SI Ajmal Hossain admitted that the rape victim was rescued and admitted to the hospital on the day of the incident and admitted to having received the complaint, saying that since the mother and father were with the child in the hospital, they could not make any complaint to the police station. After receiving the complaint, preparations have begun to arrest and prosecute the abductor.

I think a few residents should visit the man before the police arrive. Maybe set a precedent for other paedophiles in the neighbourhood.

Assistant Chief Constable Colin McFarlane admitted that “not enough was done” to “supervise and oversee him.”

And why not? No one seems to be asking that question. The answer is that to have supervised and overseen him would have been “Islamophobic.” The Greater Manchester Police were so avid to have a Muslim officer, and a role model at that, that it exercised none of the oversight that would ordinarily have been taken for granted as necessary. This is similar in some ways to the case of Mohamed Noor.

A former hero policeman hailed as a role model and put in charge of teenage cadets after being injured tackling a crazed knifeman was today unmasked as a predator who abused a string of youngsters.

In the latest disturbing example of a police officer taking advantage of his trusted position to pursue his twisted sexual desires, Pc Adnan Ali instead used the award-winning unit as a ‘grooming playground’, a court heard.

The shamed 36-year-old was today facing a lengthy prison sentence and the loss of his police pension after being convicted of five counts of sexual assault against teenage cadets and 15 counts of misconduct in a public office over his sexualised messages.

Following his conviction, bosses at Greater Manchester Police issued a grovelling apology for what Ali’s trial was told was ‘inadequate oversight’ by senior officers which helped him get away with his predatory behaviour.

Branding Ali’s crimes ‘abhorrent’, Assistant Chief Constable Colin McFarlane admitted that ‘not enough was done’ to ‘supervise and oversee him’, adding: ‘For that I am truly sorry’.

Mr McFarlane told MailOnline he was ‘very mindful that this comes on the back of other cases involving police officers’.

However, he insisted: ‘Ali represents the very worst that there is in policing, but also a very tiny minority. The vast majority of officers, like the public, will be horrified by what he’s done.’

The police chief insisted that changes to the popular uniformed cadet scheme – which aims to ‘encourage the spirit of adventure and good citizenship’ in young people – meant participants are now better protected.

However, with more than 500 volunteer police cadet groups across Britain responsible for thousands of children as young as 13, it means questions are likely to be asked as to whether enough has been done to root out abusers.

Until his arrest, bisexual Ali – who insisted on being known as ‘Adz’ – had seemed the perfect role model.

The steep increase in the incidence of rapes in France is entirely a result of the rise in Muslim migrants from North Africa. Fifty percent of the crimes in Paris are now committed by “foreigners” – overwhelmingly maghrébins; in France’s second city, Marseille, 55 percent of crimes are committed by “foreigners,” also overwhelmingly maghrébins. 

Muslims make up 9% of the population in France, but 70% of those who have been imprisoned for rape. They do not think they have done wrong; their French victims, after all, are Infidels, and their dress and mien are regarded by Muslims as come-hither invitations to sexual encounters.

‘I came to France to build a future’ – Algerian migrant who raped woman 

at knifepoint ‘shocked’ to be handed 26-month prison sentence

After 35-year-old Algerian migrant Ahmed Khalef was convicted of raping a woman who was waiting for a tram in the French city of Bègles, he argued that he is a “good person” and that he was “shocked” at the length of his prison sentence.

“I am a good person,” said Khalef in court. On Monday, April 24, the Assize Court of Gironde found him guilty of rape under the threat of a weapon and violence against a person holding public authority.

However, he claimed not to “understand anything. I am shocked to find myself here and in prison for 26 months when I came to France to build a future.”

Yes, we, too, are “shocked” by the sentence – just a bit more than two years in prison for “rape under threat with a weapon” — but not for the same reason as Ahmed Khalef. We are shocked because we would expect at least a ten-year sentence; in some American states, rape in the first degree can bring a sentence of life imprisonment. But Ahmed Khalef, in Ahmed Khalef’s view, is “a good person.” He thinks 26 months is far too long a sentence.

The case he was convicted for dates back to 2021. On Feb. 20 of that year, he approached a 20-year-old woman who was waiting for tram C at the Parc Mussonville stop in Bègles.

She became suspicious of the man and moved in front of the tram’s CCTV cameras, according to a report from French news outlet Sud Ouest. This did not deter Khalef, who pressed a knife into her back, dragged her into a park, and then proceeded to rape her by force.

Police had already been called to the scene after witnesses to the incident became concerned about the woman. The victim, who was in a state of shock, saw police walking with flashlights in the park and reported the incident to them.

A little earlier, his attacker had already set his sights on two young 18-year-old passengers by groping them and insulting them in Arabic.

The police indicated that when they moved in to arrest the perpetrator, he began biting his tongue, spitting blood at them, and resisting arrest; he then hit an officer on his nose, resulting in an injury.

Khalef, who said he is an “only son” among seven sisters, told the court he is “a normal person” to whom his parents “gave a good education.”

A good education? Did he learn the Quran by heart in a language he couldn't understand? Did he learn about the ridiculously generous social welfare program in France where he could retire as a teenager? What he didn't learn is that rape is not a tool for punishing women who might not dress as to be invisible! At least, not in France.

26 months for violent rape with a weapon is absurdly light, it should be closer to 26 years.

Why doesn't the French government sponsor advertisements explaining that rape is illegal and punishable by long prison terms, and should be followed up by deportation?

Far-left MK lets killer off the hook, blames Public Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir for horrific slayings.

An Arab man who murdered his wife and two sons in a brutal stabbing attack is not responsible for the slayings – rather, the blame for the horrific murders lies with the right-wing government led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to a far-left lawmaker.

Baraa Jaber-Massarwa, 26, was murdered overnight Sunday, alongside her two sons, two-year-old Amir and six-month-old Adam, in the Israeli-Arab city of Tayibe, northeast of Tel Aviv.

Her husband, whose name has not been made public, has been arrested and is the sole suspect.

But MK Aida Touma-Suleiman of the Arab Joint List party released a fiery statement on Monday morning absolving the husband of responsibility for the crime and placing the blame squarely on the government and Public Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.

While Touma-Suleiman’s statement blamed the police and government for the triple murder, there was barely a mention of the man who actually carried out the killings.

“While we slept, a woman and her two children were murdered in Tayibe. The knife used by the murderer was sharpened by the government who deliberately acts against us women and by the appointed minister who harms every plan to protect women,” charged Touma-Suleiman.

Nothing to do with Islamic Insanity or the devaluation of women and children in Islamic society!

It appears that Touma-Suleiman was referencing Ben-Gvir’s delay of a bill that would mandate electronic tracking of domestic violence suspects.

Citing concerns about civil liberties, Ben-Gvir said the bill must be rewritten to require a hearing before a judge, rather than automatically tracking anyone accused.

Because the man involved in the Tayibe case had no previous reported history of violence, even if the bill had passed, it would not have protected the victims in this specific incident.

“We will not go to our deaths like sheep to the slaughter. The time has come for us to revolt against an institution that deliberately kills us in this way, daily. We must revolt against an institution that does not carry out its minimum duties, does not monitor or deal with the issue, but rather feeds violence and lives on it,” Touma-Suleiman stated.

Of course, blaming Islam is not possible!

The Joint List party has repeatedly called the Israeli police racist. Special initiatives aimed at reducing violence within the Arab community have been slammed by the party, which claims that stricter policing of Arabs is inherently discriminatory.

And yet, when it doesn't happen, the consequences are the fault of the police! Islamic logic - Muslims are always the victims!

A proposal from Ben-Gvir to use Shin Bet resources to solve murders in the community – the vast majority of which go unsolved due to uncooperative witnesses – was flatly rejected by the party as well.
