Pray for God to stop 1 child from being molested today.
Pray for God to stop 1 child molestation happening now.
Pray for God to rescue 1 child from sexual slavery.
Pray for God to save 1 girl from genital circumcision.
Pray for God to stop 1 girl from becoming a child-bride.
If you have the faith pray for 100 children rather than one.

Approaching Sodom > Gov'ts fund Drag Queen Summer Camp for kids 7-11 years old, in Vancouver

..

Drag Queen Summer Camp for Kids 7–11 Hosted by

Government-Funded Vancouver Theatre

The Carousel Theatre hosting a drag camp for children in July 2023 receives funding

from all levels of government.

By Tara MacIsaac, Epoch Times
March 31, 2023. Updated: March 31, 2023

Vancouver’s Carousel Theatre is hosting a “junior drag” summer camp for children ages 7–11, where children are given “drag makeup starter kits” and learn to find their “alter ego.”

The theatre will also host a “teen drag camp” this summer for ages 12–17.

“You might be wondering, is drag for kids?” says the theatre’s website. “Drag is for everyone!” it says.

It suggests that getting dressed up is drag and everyone does it. “Parents, ask yourself, what’s the difference between what you wear at home versus what you wear at work? You’re doing drag honey, you just don’t know it!”

When parents dress for work, they are not pretending to be the opposite sex, and they are not trying to draw children to their perverse lifestyle. Neither are they teaching children to do the opposite of what God expects of them:

A woman shall not wear a man's garment, nor shall a man put on a woman's cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God. Deuteronomy 22:5

The theatre is supported by municipal, provincial, and federal funds. It received $41,000 in federal funding last year, and a combined $407,632 since 2014, according to government grants data. Much of the federal funding is from the Heritage Ministry.

As if drag queens are a part of our heritage!

The Epoch Times asked the ministry how it responds to critics who say drag camp is not suitable for children and shouldn’t be government funded, but did not receive a reply as of publication.

“This is utterly disgusting. Camps indoctrinating kids as young as 7 with gender ideology and sexual confusion are now being promoted and subsidized by all government levels,” said Maxime Bernier, Peoples’ Party of Canada leader, in a tweet on March 31.

It isn’t the first children’s drag camp in Vancouver. The Havana Theatre hosted one in 2019. It was the first all-ages drag camp in the city, according to the theatre.

A similar camp, for children aged 12–18, will be hosted this summer by the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle. “You’ll investigate drag history and work together with local artists to create your own personas. You’ll choose your name, explore hair and makeup techniques, and develop your character’s stage presence,” its website says.

Protests have surrounded drag events for children across Canada, particularly the many drag story hours hosted by public libraries. After a spate of protests in Calgary, the city passed a bylaw this month against protests within 100 metres of libraries and recreation centres. Protests around recreation centres had focused on transgender use of the changerooms.

Approaching Sodom > Nashville school shooter a Transgender

Research has been woefully inadequate into the relationship between transgenderism and mental illness. Researchers know that if they begin such a study they are going to be screamed at, at the very least.

Nashville school shooter ID’d as Transgender

By Stephanie Pagones and Larry Celona, NYPost
March 27, 2023 4:58pm  Updated

The shooter who killed six people at an elementary school in Nashville Monday has been identified as Audrey Hale, law enforcement confirmed to The Post.

The transgender shooter had opened fire inside the private Christian elementary school, killing three children and three adults. Police received an active shooter call at 10:13 a.m.

Officers heard gunshots on the second floor and rushed to a lobby-type area where they came across the 28-year-old Nashville resident, who had two assault rifles and a handgun.

Police said Hale once attended the school. A Linkedin profile listed Audrey Hale as an Illustrator and graphic designer, with pronouns listed as he/him.

Hale, who had also started to go by the name Aiden, was shot dead by police on site at 10:27 a.m.

I get the impression that she wasn't a transgender for very long, which would mean that she wasn't a trans when she attended school. We'll have to wait for more info on that.

A Tik Tok account under the name iam_aiden10 which linked to other social media associated with Hale had a final video posted of a person’s shadow, which showed them bouncing a basketball and then a basketball net, an apparent tribute to a friend who had passed.

On the screen, it displayed the words: “For Syd. I look up the sky is bright. It’s a beautiful day. I wish you were here…”

Another possibility is that the attack was revenge for the death of Syd. Again, we have to wait for more info.

My heart goes out to Audrey's family and the families of those she shot. Please pray for them.

A car was located near the Covenant School, where the 14-minute shooting spree took place Monday morning. It helped provide investigators clues as to the shooter’s identity, Metro Nashville Chief of Police John Drake said at a press conference.

A neighbor to the last address listed for Hale told The Post police were on the scene and the whole area had been blocked off.

Police had earlier confirmed the suspect was a Nashville resident.

In online profiles, Hale is listed as having attended the Nossi College of Art and most recently worked as a shopper for Shipt, a grocery delivery service.

Another local said they had seen the shooter yesterday and that she lived at the home with her mother Norma, who works at a church nearby, and father Ron, who is self-employed.

They described Hale as reserved and spoke very little and said she has a brother in law school in Brooklyn.

The source told The Post: “The parents are very nice people, especially Norma. We’re just shocked. We would see the daughter from time to time, she was very reserved, and very quiet.

“She would just park her car and go inside. She didn’t say much at all.”

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signs law restricting

March 22 (UPI) -- Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed a controversial law Wednesday that restricts transgender youth from using the school bathrooms that align with their gender identity.

The law enacted by the Republican governor states that transgender pre-K-12 students may only use the bathroom that corresponds with their sex designated on their birth certificate. The law also applies to locker rooms for public and private charter schools.

It also restricts transgender students from sharing a room with someone from the opposite sex on school trips, unless they are a member of their immediate family. The school must either ensure that students staying in the same sleeping quarters are of the same sex or provide single occupancy sleeping quarters.

"The governor has said she will sign laws that focus on protecting and educating our kids, not indoctrinating them, and believes our schools are no place for the radical left's woke agenda," Alexa Henning, a spokesperson for the governor, told CNN.

With Sanders' signature, Arkansas becomes the fifth state with a "bathroom ban" on the books. Iowa, Oklahoma, Alabama and Tennessee also have passed similar laws. Arkansas' 40/29 News reports that lawsuits have been filed against Oklahoma and Tennessee over their bathroom restrictions.

Last week, Iowa Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds signed similar legislation, while also signing a law to bar doctors from giving gender-affirming care to transgender minors.

Arkansas also has reportedly advanced a bill that would criminalize transgender adults who use public bathrooms that align with their gender identity.

These anti-trans actions have attracted growing vocal criticism.

"These bathroom bans hurt students' academic achievement -- and the educators held accountable for students' success. Discriminatory policies affect more than just grades: LGBTQ+ students who experience discrimination, like being prohibited from using the restroom, report higher levels of depression and lower self-esteem," said Melanie Willingham-Jaggers, the executive director of the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network, according to CNN. "Enforcing these bills would be prohibitively expensive and time-consuming for schools and extraordinarily invasive toward transgender students."

Can you imagine how many little girls are holding off as long as they can to avoid having to go to the bathroom because of the chance of meeting a gender-confused boy there? That would negatively affect far more students than the odd transgender.

J.K. Rowling: ‘There is something dangerous’ about transgender movement

‘and it must be challenged’

What are the most dangerous aspects of transgenderism? Read my brief comment at the bottom of this page.

MAR 22, 2023 9:00 AM
BY CHRISTINE DOUGLASS-WILLIAMS
Jihad Watch

Despite vicious woke attacks against acclaimed Harry Potter author J.K Rowling, she refuses to back down from her warranted criticism of the trans movement, which has gone out of control.

It shouldn’t be a movement to begin with. Some obvious examples of how the trans movement has become so “dangerous,” as Rowling says: the rape of women by men identifying as women; the trans takeover of female sports; the potential physical harm to females in prisons and to youngsters in schools; the sexualization of small children during what should be innocent reading and learning time, not drag shows; vulgar exhibitionism at pools in full view of young girls; and increasing incidents of outright weirdness that threaten women to an extent never previously thought possible, such as the male who identifies as a woman with a birthing fetish, who has now been arrested for fraud and sex assaults.

No limits is what makes this movement scary and so dangerous, as the rights and safety of others are trampled. Too many weak politicians have surrendered to special interest groups.

J.K. Rowling: ‘There’s Something Dangerous’ About the Transgender Movement

by Paul Bois, Breitbart,
March 17, 2023:

Author J.K. Rowling continued to prove she will not back down in her criticism of transgender radicalism in a recent podcast episode in which she called the movement “dangerous.”

Speaking on the Witch Trials of J.K. Rowling podcast, the acclaimed Harry Potter author said she tried listening to transgender activists to better understand their views but ultimately concluded that something “dangerous” lurked within.

“I can only say that I’ve thought about it deeply and hard and long. And I’ve listened, I promise, to the other side,” Rowling said. “And I believe, absolutely, that there is something dangerous about this movement, and it must be challenged.”

The British author addressed the trolls who say she somehow “betrayed” the values espoused in her books.

“I’m constantly told that I have betrayed my own books, but my position is that I’m absolutely upholding the positions that I took in ‘Potter,’” Rowling said. “My position is that this activist movement in the form that it’s currently taking, echoes the very thing that I was warning against in ‘Harry Potter.’”

“I am fighting what I see as a powerful, insidious misogynistic movement that I think has gained huge purchase in very influential areas of society. I do not see this particular movement as either benign or powerless,” she continued.

In the summer of 2020, J.K. Rowling said that transgender ideology could lead to the erasure of womanhood as we know it by denying the basic biological functions that differentiate women from men.

“If sex isn’t real, there’s no same-sex attraction. If sex isn’t real, the lived reality of women globally is erased. I know and love trans people, but erasing the concept of sex removes the ability of many to meaningfully discuss their lives. It isn’t hate to speak the truth,” she tweeted….

There is no doubt that Rowling is way smarter than most of her readers, especially those who judge her harshly. But she has yet to pick up on perhaps, the most dangerous aspect of transgenderism, and that is the sheer regret that happens to the majority of transgenders.

Girls who transition to boys have a 50.8% attempted suicide rate while still in their teens or twenties. This tells us at least two things - most of them regret their transition, and most of them probably suffer from mental illness, if not before transition, then after.

My favourite minister in any country is Suella Braverman

Suella Braverman orders 'woke' police to protect free speech

and focus on fighting crime

EXCLUSIVE: The Home Secretary will introduce new legislation that requires forces to focus on serious offences rather than policing social media.

By SAM LISTER - DAILY EXPRESS POLITICAL EDITOR

Common sense policing will today be restored when officers are ordered to focus on tackling crime instead of hurt feelings. Suella Braverman will introduce new rules that require forces to focus on serious offences rather than policing social media.

The Home Secretary says officers must be allowed to get on with catching dangerous criminals instead of being dragged into political rows.

She told the Daily Express: "Brave police officers up and down the country work day in, day out to keep the public safe.

“That is what they are there to do, and we will continue to support them to fulfil this vital role.

“It is only common sense that their focus must remain on catching dangerous criminals and bringing them to justice, not getting embroiled in political debate where no laws are being broken.

“That’s why we’re taking action to ensure a clear threshold must be met in order for ‘non-crime hate incidents’ to be recorded - under new safeguards, the police will only record these incidents when it is absolutely necessary and proportionate, and never simply because someone is offended.

"Our new code, laid in Parliament today, will protect the fundamental right to freedom of expression, and better protect people's personal data.

“We must work together to show the public we are delivering the basics they expect us to.

"By reducing unnecessary burdens, the police can get back to their primary focus – fighting crime and keeping people safe."

Mrs Braverman will introduce new statutory guidance about the way so-called non-crime hate incidents are dealt with to ensure police prioritise freedom of expression.

The draft code of practice laid before Parliament today will say the police should only record complaints when it is absolutely necessary rather than because someone is offended.

It follows concerns that officers have been processing trivial incidents on social media that then leads to people having information about them stored by the police.

Harry Miller was visited by Humberside Police at work for comments he made on social media about transgender people.

The retired police officer was told he had not committed a crime but his remarks were being recorded as a non-crime "hate incident".

He challenged the force and at the High Court Mr Justice Julian Knowles found the police probe was unlawful, adding Britain had never been “an Orwellian society” with a Stasi or Gestapo.

New safeguards mean personal data may only be included in a non-crime hate incident record if the event is clearly motivated by intentional hostility and where there is a real risk of escalation causing significant harm or a criminal offence.

The College of Policing will update their operational guidance so that it is in line with the new code.

Stephen Watson, Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, who took the force out of special measures with a back to basics approach to policing, backed the reforms.

He said: “Crimes that are motivated by hate cause great distress for the victims, many of whom can be both marginalised and vulnerable.

“It is right and proper therefore that the perpetrators of hate crime are dealt with robustly and prosecuted in line with the well-defined legal provisions which are specifically designed to safeguard the interests of the victim.

“The duty of the police in these cases, as with all incidents of criminal offending, is to do our utmost part in ensuring that justice is properly served.

“It is not automatically unlawful to say or do things which can be unpleasant, hurtful, distasteful or offensive.

“This guidance is replete with sensible provisions to safeguard victims of hate crime and better distinguishes between that which should involve the police and that which, in a free country, should emphatically not. It gives effect to what the public actually expect the police to do.

“I support the new code of practice and consider the revised guidance to be fair, timely and welcome.”

The measures are part of a return to “common sense policing” drawn up by the Home Secretary.

A plan to recruit an extra 20,000 extra police officers in England and Wales is expected to be met by the end of the month.

Police forces across England and Wales have agreed to send an officer to attend every domestic burglary and the government is working on an action plan to crack down on anti-social behaviour causing misery in communities.

Earlier this month, prosecutors told the Home Affairs select committee that police only spend the equivalent of one day a week fighting crime and the rest of their time goes on safeguarding, crime prevention and other work.

Committee member James Daly, a Conservative MP, said he was pleased the Home Secretary is giving police the direction they need to focus on tackling serious crime.

“Officers should spend 100 per cent of their time on dealing with the crimes blighting our streets,” he said.

“We have pathetically low charge out rates for most offending because the police are spending most of their time on quasi-social work.

“It is completely unacceptable. The public has a right to expect the police to attend when they have been a victim of crime and that they will charge people if they have the evidence, but that doesn’t seem to be happening at the moment.”

Analysis of crime statistics suggest that some offences have effectively been decriminalised.

A number of forces failed to bring anyone to justice for “low level” offences in their areas over a three month period, including bicycle thefts, blackmail, arson, pickpocketing and burglary.

Policing Minister Chris Philp said: “We are committed to supporting the police to fulfil their vital role of keeping the public safe, including tackling the scourge of hate crime.

“Their focus must remain on catching dangerous criminals and bringing them to justice.

“That’s why we’re taking action to ensure a clear threshold must be met in order for incidents of this type to be recorded.”

God bless you Suella. I hope this approach goes viral around the world.

Muslims, Christians and Sikhs protest against the

This past Saturday, a protest organized by the Freedom Party of British Columbia attracted approximately 50 citizens concerned about sexually explicit books and gender ideology teachings in schools.

The demonstration, which was the first of its kind in the Greater Vancouver area, took place in front of BC NDP MLA and Minister of Education Rachna Singh’s office in Surrey.

“We need to awaken all the parents,” said leader of the Freedom Party of BC Amrit Birring as he addressed the crowd. Birring says he wrote a detailed letter to Minister Singh which outlined concerns about the sexual indoctrination happening to children in public schools and received no response.

A sexual orientation curriculum called SOGI 1-2-3 has normalized sexually explicit books “for kids” in schools and anti-scientific teachings such as the ideas that there are more than two sexes and that children can be born in the wrong body. These were the main topics discussed in the letter.

Science to support this nonsense, please?

While the curriculum of concern to the demonstrators is often presented as lessons on diversity and inclusivity, the protest opposing it couldn’t have been more diverse.

You will have to go to Rebel News to watch the video.

Approaching Sodom > Woke Politicians Leading Ireland's Children Astray

..

I don't often approve of something the Catholic Church has done, but they are right in this matter.

Irish Catholic schools group argues (Primary) students shouldn't be taught

about transgenderism

The Catholic Primary Schools Management Association is challenging Children's Minister Roderic O'Gorman's argument that children should be taught what it means to be transgender.

@IrishCentral
Mar 06, 2023

An association of Catholic primary schools has written to the Irish Government arguing that students should not be taught what it means to be transgender.

The Catholic Primary Schools Management Association (CPSMA), which represents 89% of primary schools in Ireland, is challenging the views expressed by Children's Minister Roderic O'Gorman, who recently told the Irish Independent that children should be taught more about what it means to be transgender.

The CPSMA reportedly issued a letter to O'Gorman and Ireland's Minister for Education Norma Foley in late January.

According to the Irish Independent, the CPSMA said in its letter that teaching primary children “what it means to be transgender would require to teach something about which there is neither a scientific nor social consensus to highly impressionable young children."

It would be “counterproductive, generating unnecessary divisions in school communities where none now exist," the group said, adding that “more seriously, it might add to a growing psychological contagion amongst young and vulnerable children."

The group added: “We believe a more prudent and sensible policy is to teach children to respect every human being and to allow children to be children.

“We should not prematurely introduce children to complex and sensitive topics around which there is no scientific or medical consensus.”

The CPSMA argued that there "is no scientific consensus on the cause [or causes] of gender dysphoria and there is currently an intense international debate on the appropriate treatment of children with gender dysphoria.

“For example, the affirmative care model has recently been rejected in Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Affirmative care is a guide for psychologists which many use as an excuse to accept whatever children tell them as being true when the majority of gender dysphoric children suffer from mental illness. It's like affirming anorexics in their decision to starve themselves to death.

“Secondly, there is mounting evidence of psychological contagion. In the UK the numbers of children referred to the Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) rose from 50 a year in 2009 to 25,000 in 2020.

“Significantly, this increase in referrals was accompanied by a change in the case-mix from predominantly birth-registered males with gender incongruence from an early age, to predominantly birth-registered females presenting with later onset of reported gender incongruence in early teen years.

Why has this happened? Social media is the main culprit, and schools teaching gender fluidity is a major contributor. From 50 per year to 25,000 per year in eleven years, is an astonishing jump.

“In addition, approximately one-third of children and young people referred to GIDS have autism or other types of neurodiversity.”

CPSMA general secretary Seamus Mulconry said that the association has worked with a significant number of schools “to ensure children who are gender questioning are treated with respect, consideration and support as they navigate these issues."

Mulconry added: “It is not, in general, a major issue or source of controversy in our schools.

"However, CPSMA believe that it is neither prudent, nor age-appropriate, to attempt to teach primary school children about ‘what it means to be transgender.'"

BeLonG To, a charity representing young LGBT people, said it was "very disappointed" by the CPSMA's calls for children not to be taught about transgender issues.

The charity said children as young as six or seven can know that they are LGBT, adding that educating children about transgender issues can help trans children feel safe and included in their schools.

Moninne Griffth, the charity's CEO, told Newstalk Breakfast that there is no harm in ensuring that children feel safe at school.

"What I am concerned about is the safety of children," Griffith told Newstalk Breakfast.

"I know from talking to teachers and parents all over the country that there are young people as young as six and seven who know they are LGBT.

This is a bunch of bull! 85% of gender dysphoric children normalize after puberty - 85%! So it's impossible to know before puberty if a child is LGBTQ. One of the great tragedies of the past ten years is the illegal use of puberty blockers. I believe the spectacular rise in attempted suicide by trans children can be largely blamed on this, and parents should be suing these doctors.

"It is a small number but what is the harm in making sure that they feel safe and included in their school?"

As the CPSMA pointed out, there is no problem in that regard in schools today. Teaching this madness will simply draw attention to them having the opposite effect.

Meanwhile, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar said: "I think the purpose of the education system is to prepare children for life and to teach them about the world.

"Trans people exist. They have always existed and I think it makes more sense in schools to just inform children about the world around them.

"This does not have to be a value judgment as to whether it is right or wrong.

"But it just makes sense to me that education is about teaching children about the real world. Trans people exist in the real world so why not just give them information and facts?

"It does not have to be a value judgment in either direction to challenge anyone's personal or religious opinions."

Why not teach primary students algebra? Why, because their little brains can't process such complexities. Prepubescent children have no need for sexual education with one exception - child sexual abuse. "It's a small number", as Moninne Griffith said, referring to primary school gender dysphoric children. What is not a small number is the number of children being sexually abused by paedophiles and teenagers.

Between one in 3 and one in 5 children are sexually abused before they turn 18 in most western countries. This problem is a million times worse than gender issues. Paedophiles exist, Taoiseach, in far greater numbers than transgenders. Do Irish schools do anything to prepare them for that?

There is a program in the USA called Erin's Law which teaches children what is 'good touch, and bad touch'. It reaches them who to tell and how to tell. It has been adopted in most US States and it funded by Washington.

Your children would benefit far more from such a program as this than from causing them confusion about something they cannot understand.

Eastern P.E.I. theatre postpones drag storytime event over online attacks

Kings Playhouse in Georgetown reschedules event ‘out of an abundance of caution’

'I am working very hard to bring an inclusive environment here on P.E.I. for people who don’t fit into the norm around here,' says Trey Yeo. (Tony Davis/CBC)

A drag storytime event planned for the Kings Playhouse in Georgetown has been postponed after it was the target of online attacks.

Trey Yeo, a drag performer and producer who performs under the persona of Treyla Parktrash, was set to read a children's book to families at the Kings Playhouse in March.

He says the purpose of the event was to promote inclusivity and acceptance in a supportive atmosphere for kids.

"I was going to dress like a Disney princess, we were going to read a few books, [and] in between the books, we were going to have a few activities, like colouring — just showing kids that they can have a good time but also be themselves, be authentic."

So, dressing as a Disney Princess is being yourself? Seriously?

A detail from the cover of the children's book, A Day in the Life of Marlon Bundo, which was to be read
at the drag storytime at the Kings Playhouse. (CBC)

The plan was to have a performer read a children's book, A Day in the Life of Marlon Bundo, about a romance between two rabbits of the same gender.

"It's a really sweet story," said Catherine O'Brien, interim executive director at the King's Playhouse. "[It's about] two bunnies in love. I mean, what can you not love about that?"

What I cannot love about that is that it is about romance and about gay romance. Children of 10 years or younger have no business reading stories about romance or gay romance. There is no place for sexually charged stories in the lives of prepubescent children. It's madness to think you are doing something good for such children with such characters and stories.

The storytime has not been cancelled entirely, the theatre said in a Facebook post: "We are thrilled to be working with the Provincial Library to plan a new date for this event, and we look forward to continuing our inclusive programming for Islanders."

Some of the backlash on social media featured expletives and anti-LGBTQ slurs. Other posts fixated on the graphic for the event, which stated it was only for children under 10.

O'Brien said that graphic could have been worded better.

"It wasn't meant that parents can't be there with the kids … I should have maybe made it just that it was for families," she said.

"We were looking at the age level that would really be engrossed by this book that we had chosen … Children over the age of 10 just might find it a little bit young for them, that was it."

O'Brien said the playhouse has hosted drag events in the past with little backlash. But after the negative comments and hateful messages began to spread, they decided to postpone the event "out of an abundance of caution."

"It has become quite aggressive online and our drag queen performer has also been personally harassed," she said.

"We still really believe it's an important thing to do. We want to do it."

Events have attracted protests

Drag storytime events have become popular at libraries and community centres across Canada, as a way to start conversations with families and children.

"It is a great way to entertain and also help families understand gender diversity," said O'Brien.

Again, prepubescent children do not need to understand gender diversity. All you can do is mess them up big-time!

But as the events have grown in popularity, protests have also taken place across the country — a trend that is "really concerning" to Scott Alan, men's sexual health program coordinator with Charlottetown-based PEERS Alliance.

"I think it does a lot of damage to the community as a whole," he said.

Not as much damage as holding Drag Queen storytime for little children! This is typical of CBC's far-left bent as they interview people who think these events are positive for little children. They avoid talking to anyone who is interested in protecting children from such perversity.

"This type of harassment is unnecessary and the type of programming that's made for the youth is right, and it's good for them at the end of the day."

Good grief! Are you a child psychologist? Do you even have little children?

Alan said there are mental health supports available for performers and community members facing harassment, including Our Landing Place, which offers fully funded mental health services to the LGBTQ2IA+ community on P.E.I.

"We're all here to help these individuals through these situations and offer them support that they need," he said.

These performers need serious mental health support long before they face harassment.

The show must go on

If you are determined to bring society to the edge of Sodom and Gomorrah, then yes, the show must go on. But you should consider what happened to those perverse cities.

Meanwhile, Yeo said he's received support for past events and performances on the Island, and will carry on with other upcoming shows.

"I am working very hard to bring an inclusive environment here on P.E.I. for people who don't fit into the norm around here," he said.

"I'm still going to go, if not harder now, to be present here on P.E.I., especially as a queer person, as a drag entertainer."

Yeo has made his social media accounts private but said he's been doing his best to not let the hate get to him.

"The whole point of these events are to show people that the 2SLGBTQ+ community are not evil and that to demonize this group is not the right thing to be doing," he said.

"We as individuals only want to inspire everyone, to live their authentic life and to just, you know, we just want to spread joy and love. That's all it is."

In reality, you just want to justify your own behaviour and that of others like you. You have no business targeting little children in such a pursuit.

Canada considers allowing assisted suicide for children

without parental consent

By Samantha Kamman,
Christian Post Reporter

A parliamentary committee has called for expanding Canada's assisted suicide program so that "mature minors" whose deaths are "reasonably foreseeable" be allowed to hasten their deaths without parental consent.

The Special Joint Committee on Medical Assistance in Dying
presented its report last week for discussion in the House of Commons, recommending that minors should be eligible for doctor-assisted suicide.

Minors "deemed to have the requisite decision-making capacity upon assessment" should be eligible for the country's Medical Assistance in Dying Program (MAID), the report states in a list of 23 recommendations.

The committee urged the Canadian government to "undertake consultations with minors on the topic of MAID, including minors with terminal illnesses, minors with disabilities, minors in the child welfare system and Indigenous minors, within five years of the tabling of this report."

The report also recommended that parental consent is not always necessary in certain cases if a minor is eligible for assisted suicide.

"That the Government of Canada establish a requirement that, where appropriate, the parents or guardians of a mature minor be consulted in the course of the assessment process for MAID, but that the will of a minor who is found to have the requisite decision-making capacity ultimately take priority," Recommendation 19 in the report reads.

While the report recommended expanding MAID to minors, it called for restricting it to only young people whose death is "reasonably foreseeable."

The report did not propose an age limit for assisted suicide, stating "eligibility for MAID should not be denied on the basis of age alone." Regarding parental consent, the final report recommends parents be consulted "where appropriate."

The majority of the committee's members called for the government to hold formal consultations with Canadians under 18 within the next five years and to provide funding for research into the issue of minors being eligible for MAID. In addition, the committee called for the creation of an independent expert panel to evaluate the criminal code provisions in MAID for "mature minors" within five years.

Recommendation 22 calls on the Canadian government to "work with provinces and territories, regulatory authorities, provincial and territorial law societies and stakeholders to adopt the necessary safeguards for advance requests."

Conservative members of Parliament objected to the proposal to expand MAID eligibility to minors, highlighting how decision-making capacities, even for mature young people, remain questionable.

Citing Dr. Maria Alisha Montes, a clinical associate professor of pediatrics, the report states: "I would argue that MAID for mature minors carries the highest amount of risk, as the consequence is death."

"It's irreversible," Montes wrote. "We need to ask ourselves if we should be legalizing this for mature minors when biology shows us that the ability to balance risks and rewards is one of the last areas of the brain to mature."

As The Christian Post reported, Canada legalized doctor-assisted suicide in 2016 but was limited to citizens or permanent residents at least 18 years old with "a serious and incurable disease, illness or disability" that included "enduring and intolerable suffering."

Canadian Parliament expanded the law in 2022 to patients with non-threatening physical disabilities, intending to offer assisted suicide to people with mental illness by March before the Canadian government announced a temporary delay in December.

MAID provider Dr. Madeline Li, who has overseen hundreds of patients hasten their deaths through the program, recently expressed concerns that MAID has gone too far and is "missing fundamental safeguards for vulnerable people."

In an op-ed published earlier this month by the Canadian magazine Maclean's, Li voiced disapproval towards offering assisted suicide to people with mental illnesses or patients with curable conditions that refuse care.

The provider recalled a cancer patient determined eligible for MAID despite his condition having a 65% chance of a cure. The MAID assessors approved his case just because the patient declined care and had a "grievous and irremediable condition."

"[I]t was irremediable because they didn't want the treatments available. That's what the law currently states: as long as the patient doesn't want the treatment, their condition is considered irremediable — even if there are effective treatments," she wrote.

"But not treating a cancer with such a high chance of cure goes against medical practice standards. The doctors involved had a lot of moral distress about this person's request for MAID. This person signed consent for me to share their story, but I feel differently about it than they did. They saw it as an expression of their autonomy; I saw it as dystopian."

Canada wouldn't be the first country to legalize assisted suicide for minors, as the Netherlands and Belgium have allowed the practice. In the Netherlands, children 12 and older can request assisted suicide but must have parental consent unless they are 16 and older. In Belgium, children must have a terminal disease or be near death. They must also have the consent of their parents.

Approaching Sodom > African Archbishop Calls Anglican Church to Repentance for Blessing Same-Sex Unions

Anglican Church of Kenya rebukes Church of England’s same-sex blessing

Strong words from the Anglican Church of Kenya. Archbishop Jackson Ole Sapit couldn’t have made his message any clearer for the woke,  who have not only infiltrated Christian Churches, but demonize Christian tradition. This has promoted the social persecution in the West of those who choose to uphold traditional Christian beliefs and discuss them openly. To hold the belief that an action is sinful does not in any way imply or amount to hatred. It only means a difference of held belief, which is a protected right.

In a transparent and hypocritical move, Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby recently slammed attempts to “force same-sex marriage” on the Church. But what does he expect, since same-sex blessings are approved in the Church of England? His rebuke made no sense, except that Welby’s reaction was likely in response to condemnation from the Association of British Muslims.

Anglican bishop in Kenya rejects Church of England’s decision

to bless same-sex unions

LifeSite News,
February 13, 2023:

NAIROBI, Kenya (LifeSiteNews) – The Anglican Church of Kenya has strongly condemned the Church of England for its decision to bless same-sex unions.

In a letter published February 10, Anglican Archbishop Jackson Ole Sapit of Nairobi condemned the decision of the Anglican Church of England to approve the liturgical blessing of same-sex unions.
The English choice, the result of a vote, was praised by Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and Archbishop of York Stephen Cottrell in a joint statement. “For the first time, the Church of England will publicly, unreservedly, and joyfully welcome same-sex couples in church,” they wrote.

Slamming the decision as a contradictory attempt to appease both sides on the Anglican same-sex “marriage” debate, Ole Sapit said, ”It is ridiculous that the Church of England affirms to remain faithful to the traditional teachings of marriage, yet have sanctioned the so-called prayers of love to be used in their churches to bless unions between persons of same-sex. This is hypocritical and a blatant lie for there is only one truth and not many versions or opinions of it.’

Ole Sapit continued, ‘The unfortunate rise of the liberal churchmanship within the Western Provinces of our beloved Anglican Communion is devious and must be countered with the true gospel. Having lost all theological and doctrinal legitimacy, the liberal churches have used their political dominance to secularize the church by normalizing all manner of sins.”

Firmly positioning the Anglican Church of Kenya as faithful to the Gospel, Ole Sapit called upon Anglicanism’s western branches to repent:

We in the Anglican Church of Kenya call upon these western liberal Provinces to repent and return to the one and only faith in Jesus Christ as revealed and taught in the canonical scriptures of the church. The rhetoric of political and secular correctness will only serve to undermine the one and only pure gospel, and unless these churches preach the gospel as we inherited it, they will soon be irrelevant, lose their identity as a church, and they will only be as good as that salt which has lost its saltiness to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by the world (Matthew 5:13). We make a humble call to these churches: “Wake up! Strengthen what little remains, for even what is left is almost dead. Your actions do not meet the requirements of God”.

The Anglican archbishop declared, “From the Holy Scriptures it is taught that marriage is between one man and one woman, monogamous and heterosexual. Any deviation from this God-designed covenant relationship is sinful and unacceptable. If there are people who are not called to marriage and are faithful followers of Christ, let them embrace celibacy, and live a life obedient to the teachings of the bible as they so profess to believe in.”

Approaching Sodom > Another step back from the Edge for Scotland as Sturgeon resigns - 2 stories including Piers Morgan

First Ardern, now Sturgeon: leaders echo ‘dehumanising’ pressures

Like ex-New Zealand PM, Scotland’s first minister speaks of duty to admit

how ‘brutality’ of political life got to her

She was, she stressed, “a human being”, not just a politician. And as one who had wrestled with accepting she simply no longer had the reserves needed to do the job justice, it was her “duty to say so”.

Just three weeks after insisting there was “plenty left in the tank”, Nicola Sturgeon’s shock announcement revealed the personal toll she said eight years as Scotland’s first minister had exacted on her and her loved ones.

Could she have battled on for longer? Yes. Could she have given it “every ounce of energy that it needs?” Then the answer was “different”, she said. And she had “a duty to say so now”.

As she spelled out her reasons in detail, the echoes of another, equally surprising resignation, were impossible to ignore. When Jacinda Ardern announced last month that “I no longer have enough left in the tank” to continue as New Zealand’s prime minister, there was equal shock. She too spoke of a duty to admit her doubts.

“I am leaving because with such a privileged role comes responsibility – the responsibility to know when you are the right person to lead and also when you are not,” Ardern said. “I am human. Politicians are human. We give all that we can for as long as we can. And then it’s time. And for me, it’s time.”

Such admissions appear to be far rarer among male politicians than females ones. Critics will accuse both women of stepping down before being pushed. However, both gave a glimpse of how politics had become personal.

“A first minister is never off duty. Particularly in this day and age, there is virtually no privacy,” Sturgeon said. “Even ordinary stuff that most people take for granted like going for a coffee with friends, or for a walk on your own, becomes very difficult.”

“I am a human being,” she stressed more than once. “And every human being every day wrestles with a whole load of conflicting emotions. And over the last number of weeks, probably since around the turn of the year, I’ve been struggling with just that.”

Both had found themselves in the eye of the storm immediately before announcing their departures. Ardern, who when elected was the youngest female world leader, and who was praised in particular for the compassion and strength she exhibited after the Christchurch terror attacks, had seen her popularity fall.

She had faced a significant increase in threats of violence, particularly from conspiracy theorists and anti-vaccine groups infuriated by the country’s vaccine mandates and lockdowns. So much so that the New Zealand actor Sam Neill tweeted at the time she quit: “Her treatment, the pile on, in the last few months has been disgraceful and embarrassing. All the bullies, the misogynists, the aggrieved. She deserved so much better. A great leader.”

Sturgeon, though confident she could lead her party to victory in the next elections, had recently found herself entangled in the issue of transgender rights, among other things.

They each insisted these difficulties were not factors in their decisions. Yet both had been subjected to online abuse as a result of them. Sturgeon spoke of the “much greater intensity” and “brutality” of life as a politician today.

Rosie Campbell, a professor of politics and director of the Global Institute of Leadership at King’s College London, believes female politicians are more vulnerable to abuse in this environment.

“We had a period in time in the 90s and early 2000s where we had more women in politics. Social media wasn’t so present, and actually the quality of the discourse was better than it is today,” she said. “What I suspect is a minority of individuals have managed to lower and brutalise the debate for everybody. It’s something we have got to tackle because not only will it force good people out of politics, it will have consequences in terms of the quality of legislation that is passed.”

The Labour MP Chris Bryant, chair of the standards and privileges committee, acknowledged the specific problems female politicians faced when he tweeted: “Life in modern politics is tough so I want to thank Nicola Sturgeon for every ounce of energy she has given and every personal sacrifice she has made in public life. We all take slings and arrows – and women politicians more than most – so thank you.”

Caroline Nokes, the chair of the Commons women and equalities committee, has highlighted the specific pressures faced by female politicians.

“The most glaring problem is the shocking abuse and misogyny which all women in politics and especially minority ethnic women suffer,” she said when the committee published a report titled Equality in the Heart of Democracy: a Gender Sensitive House of Commons last year.

“Vicious abuse, including rape and death threats, is totally unacceptable. Specific action must be taken to protect women MPs and candidates. Without such action, an entire generation of women could be deterred from entering parliament,” Nokes said.

For Sturgeon, the moment is a major milestone. “I will be 53 this year. I entered parliament when I was 29. I’ve been in government since I was 37. I have literally done this in one capacity or another for all of my life. I’ve been Nicola Sturgeon the politician for all of my life.”

She added: “But having reached this stage in my life, maybe I want to spend a bit of time on Nicola Sturgeon the person, the human being, and contribute differently.”

=====================================================================================

While the above story makes an important point in the brutality of social media on women in particular, it lends only a single sentence to the real cause of Sturgeon's stress and demise. Like Jacinda Ardern, Nicola was far left in her beliefs. Far left of the Scottish people in general, and that contributed greatly to the criticism she received in the past few months.

People are rejecting wokeism all over the world as it's madness becomes more and more obvious. Nicola couldn't have made it more clear than in the craziness about transgenders and women's prisons.

PIERS MORGAN The seven deadly words highly intelligent Nicola

Sturgeon couldn’t bring herself to say which caused her downfall

Piers Morgan, The Sun
Published: 14:06, 15 Feb 2023,

‘A WOMAN is an adult human female.’

Those were the seven deadly words which Nicola Sturgeon couldn’t bring herself to say, and which ultimately played a large part in her downfall.

Piers says Ms Sturgeon 'threw herself onto her own career sword'

And how spectacularly ironic that one of the most successful women in modern British politics willingly threw herself onto her own career sword because of an abject, mind-bogglingly stupid disinclination to state a simple basic irrefutable fact about her own biological sex.

In May last year, Scotland’s First Minister point-blank refused to answer the ‘what is a woman?’ question, saying: ‘I'm just not going to get into this debate at a level that's about simplified and lurid headlines.’

Watch Piers Morgan Uncensored weekdays on Sky 526, Virgin Media 606, Freeview 237, Freesat 217 or on Fox Nation in the US

But just three months later, she gleefully chased simplified lurid headlines when England’s brilliant Lionesses won the Euro 22 Championships, by tweeting: ‘Brilliant @lionesses and just goes to show… when you want something done… ask the women!’

Hmmm.

How can we do that, Ms Sturgeon, when you can’t even say what a woman is?

Her gender-confused chickens came home to roost with the ridiculous decision to place a male rapist named Adam Graham into a Scottish female prison because he pretended to be a woman named Isla Bryson at his trial to get an easier sentence and be put among future potential targets, like a fox being locked up in a hen coop.

This was the shocking and inevitable consequence to Sturgeon’s dismally ill-conceived campaign to make it easier for people to change their gender and self-identify in any way they see fit even if it means seriously eroding women’s rights to fairness, equality, and safety in the process.

Her Gender Recognition Reform bill, passed in December and then rightfully blocked by Rishi Sunak, would give a legal rubber stamp to this woke nonsense, and represents a shameful betrayal of women.

After Adam Graham was finally moved back to a male prison last month, but only after an intense media furore forced Sturgeon into a humiliating U-turn, she was hoisted by her own virtue-signalling petard in an excruciating 52-second interview with ITV News journalist Peter Smith that I think played a big part in her decision to quit.

‘Are all trans women, women?’ he asked.

‘That’s not the point we’re dealing with here,’ Sturgeon snapped, even though that was of course exactly the point we were dealing with.

‘That’s the question I’m asking,’ Smith persisted.

‘Trans women ARE women,’ stammered Sturgeon, ‘but in the prison context there is no automatic right for a trans woman…’

‘So,’ Smith interrupted, ‘there are contexts where a trans woman is not a woman?’

‘No, there is…’ Sturgeon replied, before pausing and laughing awkwardly as she realised that she’d fallen into the giant trap she’d laid for herself, ‘…circumstances in which a trans woman will be housed in the male prison estate because of the nature of the crime.’

‘Is there any context in which a woman born as a woman will be housed in the male estate?’ asked Smith.

‘Look, we’re talking here about trans women,’ said Sturgeon.

‘I’m asking about women born as women,’ said Smith.

‘I don’t think there are circumstances there, but…’

‘So, it’s different for trans women?’

‘Well yes…’

‘So, they’re not equal.’

It was a preposterous exchange that exposed the hideous intellectual vacuum in the First Minister’s gender stance and surely helped seal her fate in the eyes of even her most loyal supporters?

The most incomprehensible thing about all this is that I always found Nicola Sturgeon to be one of the most ballsy and up-front politicians when it came to facing the media music.

She never hid in fridges like Boris Johnson to avoid scrutiny.
