Iraqi Refugee who Raped 10yo Boy due to ‘Sexual Emergency’ Given 7 Years

Iraqi refugee who raped 10yo boy at Austrian swimming pool due to ‘sexual emergency’ given 7 years

An Iraqi refugee convicted of raping a 10-year-old boy at a Vienna swimming pool has had his sentence increased from six to seven years in prison as the result of a retrial.

A Vienna court slapped 21-year-old Amir A. with the longer prison sentence, after finding him guilty of serious sexual assault and rape of a minor.

The retrial came after a previous sentence of six years was overturned in October after a defense lawyer argued that the lower court had not done enough to determine whether the rapist had realized that the boy was saying no.

However, the court determined on Tuesday that sexual assault did, in fact, meet the conditions defining rape, Kronen Zeitung reported.

In addition to the sentence, the compensation the rapist must pay his victim’s family was also increased, from €4,700 (US$4,938) to €5,000 ($5,253).

The assault took place in December of 2015 at Theresienbad pool in Vienna, where the man dragged a young boy, known only as Goran, into the changing rooms before locking the door and violently raping him.

The incident left the boy in need of emergency treatment, which he was given at a local children’s hospital. He continues to suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), his mother reportedly told the court.

After raping the boy, Amir A. went back to the swimming pool and acted as if nothing had happened. However, the police were called after the boy told a lifeguard that he had been attacked.

On being confronted, the perpetrator admitted to the rape, explaining that, though he knew it was wrong, he had had a “sexual emergency” because he had not had sex in four months.

Tuesday’s sentence is not final, however, and can still be appealed.

Crimes by migrants up 32% from last year

A number of similar attacks committed by asylum seekers at swimming pools have been reported in Austria and elsewhere in Europe. Earlier this year, the Austrian town of Mistelbach issued a temporary pool ban on refugees after a “dark-skinned” man reportedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl at a public pool.

The incidents have strengthened anti-migrant sentiment in Austria, which saw some 90,000 asylum seekers arrive in 2015 amid the wider European refugee crisis.

Data released by the Austrian newspaper Krone in September found that some 11,158 asylum seekers were suspected of committing crimes in Austria in the first half of 2016, compared to 15,236 in the whole of 2015.

2 asylum seekers suspected of sexually harassing 5 girls in German swimming pool

Bad Oldesloe pool

Two asylum seekers are under investigation after five teenage girls claimed they were sexually harassed by the men in a swimming pool in Germany, police confirmed.

The incident took place in the town of Bad Oldesloe in the northern German state of Schleswig-Holstein on Saturday, police said in their report.

The preliminary information released by police suggested that the girls, aged between 12 and 14, were “touched under water” by “two southern-looking” male persons. The teenagers then reported the incident to a lifeguard who ejected the men from the pool and called law enforcement.

The men in question were later confirmed to be asylum seekers, aged 23 and 34, who were living in Bad Oldesloe. Police have opened investigation into the case, but did not provide the nationalities of the alleged perpetrators.

According to Vereinigte Stadtwerke GmbH which operated the pool in question, the facility has only one camera at the entrance and police have taken the tape for evaluation.

“One should be careful. In no time people’s [image] is being massively damaged following such statements,” Hartmut Jokisch, an activist at a local intercultural center stressed, adding that it’s up to authorities now to make the final judgment.

Remarkable! No concern for the girls whatsoever! Protect the migrants; throw the girls under the bus.

Similar incidents in Germany involving asylum seekers and carried out especially at leisure centers and swimming pools have been widely reported by the local media over recent months.

In April 2016, a 27-year-old migrant was arrested for a sexual attack on two nine-year-old girls at a swimming pool in the German town of Rendsburg.

Another German city, Norderstedt, also in Schleswig-Holstein, saw a similar attack in early March 2016, after which two asylum-seekers, an adult man and a 14-year-old boy, were charged with attempted rape. They were mandated to remain in custody without bail by a court due to the risk of repeating the offence.

The most striking case of sexual assault by refugees occurred in Germany on New Year’s Eve 2015: there were cases of 881 sexual offences involving over 1,231 women, a German Police report from November revealed.

Apart from Germany, sex attacks allegedly took place in Sweden, Austria, Finland and Switzerland last year.

The vast majority in Sweden have been covered up and kept secret by the police and the Swedish media seem content to keep it that way.

The Transgender Locker Room

Coming soon to a school near you

By STEVEN E. RHOADS

The debate over transgender individuals and public facilities yields more heat than light. The Washington Post Outlook section thought it was providing perspective with a recent lighthearted spread on the long history of battles over public bathrooms. Not a word was said about the more problematic space: locker rooms.

Media discussions of the North Carolina law requiring use of accommodations consistent with the sex on one’s birth certificate rarely mention that in many states one can alter one's birth certificate after sex reassignment surgery. Of course, those who have undergone hormonal and surgical treatment to make their bodies more congruent with their gender identity cause less commotion in locker rooms appropriate to their identity. But many transgender people do not want to "transition" fully or at all.

I sympathize with people who feel their biological sex is not who they are, but shouldn't we feel sympathy also for people traumatized by the sight of nude bodies that certainly appear to be in the wrong locker room? At one YMCA, a woman abused as a child told the Seattle Times that being seen in the shower by a transgender woman who hadn't surgically transitioned would reproduce the trauma she endured when her abuser enjoyed watching her in the shower.

In practice, laws intended to allow transgendered people to use the facilities of the gender they identify with will protect heterosexual men who simply like to expose themselves or look at nude girls and women. For a case that illustrates this danger, and the difficulties of formulating policy on transgender issues, consider what happened at a Seattle public swimming pool in February. A young adult male in men's clothes used the women's changing room before and after his swim, and he did not self-identify as female. Since girls' swim teams had practices on both ends of the man's swim, girls and women were undressing while he was in the changing room. Naturally, the girls and their parents became alarmed.

When staff asked the man to leave before he entered the pool, he replied, "the law has changed and I have a right to be here." After all, Washington state allows people who are biologically male to use women's facilities—if their gender identity is female. Staff again asked the man to leave when he was changing after his swim. He resisted at first, but eventually did so. But did those in charge of the pool have the legal right to challenge him?

Seattle Parks and Recreation communications manager David Takami thought his authorities dealt with the situation appropriately. Pool staff had not yet come up with a policy to protect everyone, and they did not have any guidelines in place for how people should demonstrate their gender before accessing a changing room. Instead, staff relied on people's physical appearance or verbal claims, and by neither standard did this man seem to be a transgender woman.

But surely proponents of transgender rights would object to any requirement that transgender persons report their gender identity to authorities before using their preferred facilities. Mandating that they verbally single themselves out in this way could cause embarrassment to many transgender people.

And we could hardly rely on individuals' physical appearance. As feminists and other progressives have been telling us for decades, women who resist pressure to dress and present themselves in a stereotypically feminine way are nonetheless women in every sense of the word. It can be impossible to guess the gender identity of someone who is biologically female but mannish in appearance.

Some may suggest protocols allowing only transgender people who have pursued hormone treatment and/or surgery to use the bathrooms and locker rooms of the gender they identify with. That wouldn't fly because so many transsexuals want to do neither.

The folks at the Seattle pool tried to take everyone's feelings into account. They offered the use of the family changing area to both the women who complained about the male in their locker room and the male himself. I would guess that, in the typical case, the family changing area would be too small to accommodate all the offended girls and women. But in any event, it was only the male who was pressured to leave the women's changing room. If he had been in fact a transgendered female, the authorities at the pool broke Washington's rules. State regulations forbid treating the feelings of transgender people and alarmed women equally: "If another person expresses concern or discomfort about a person who uses a facility that is consistent with the person's gender expression or gender identity, the person expressing discomfort should be directed to a separate or gender-neutral facility, if available."

Fantastic insanity

What fantastic insanity has overcome the western world. So afraid of slighting a man dressed as a woman, we completely ignore the rights and feelings of normal women and children, and open the door to abuse by perverts like the one mentioned above. He is one of many such perverts who prey on women and children with the full complicity of state law.

No consideration is given to the girls and women who have been sexually abused by men. Roughly one third of all North American women have been sexually abused. They are being thrown to the wolves for the sake of not hurting the feelings of a handful of mentally ill men suffering from either pedophilia, or gender dysphoria.

2 Teenage Girls Sexually Assaulted by Afghan Migrants at German Waterpark

Asylum seekers from Afghanistan have been charged with the attempted rape of two schoolgirls in a public swimming pool in the northern German state of Schleswig-Holstein. The court ruled in favor of holding the suspects in custody without bail over the risk of repeated offence.

The adult man and 14-year old boy reportedly molested two girls, aged 14 and 18, at the Arriba aquatics center in the city of Norderstedt on Saturday. After being groped by the men, the girls approached the center`s security staff, who detained the perpetrators and called the police.

The court ordered the arrest of the both men who will remain in custody without bail as there is a substantial risk they could flee the country to avoid proceedings or commit further crimes of a sexual nature. The men are to be held in two separate prison facilities in Schleswig and Neumünster, said the police report.

It is not the first time the leisure center has made headlines for the wrong reasons. Almost two years ago, a group of migrants sexually abused five teenage girls by the poolside. The young men reportedly caressed them without any prior consent them and ripped the bikini top off one of the girls.

In January, a leisure center in the city of Bornheim in the western German state of North Rhine-Westphalia became the first of its kind in Germany to ban all male refugees from the facility. The move was prompted by regular complaints of sexual harassment from female visitors. The local officials said the ban was a temporary measure and men would be granted access to the pool services once they get the message. The enforcement of the measure was also triggered by a sexual attack by 18-year old migrant on 54-year-old woman that took place in broad-day-light in another Bornheim public pool.

Last month, the story of a 10-year-old boy raped by an Iraqi refugee in a Viennese pool sparked outrage in the Austrian society. The suspected abuser, who now awaits trial, arrived from Iraq in Austria in September and cited “sexual emergency” as the motive of the crime.

The cases of sexual abuse of local citizens by newly arrived refugees and migrants have been common across Europe. The offenses of sexual nature committed by migrants were reported in Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden and Austria among other countries.

The Utter Stupidity of Gender Identity Washroom Access

Man cites 'gender identity' rule after stripping in women's washroom, returns as young girls change for swim practice

These 'progressive' ideas are blowing up in the faces of the Liberals who came up with them and it's downright embarrassing.

A man undressed in a woman's locker room and said he was allowed to do so because of the 'gender identity' rule.

The issue is the first being faced by Seattle Parks and Recreation.

On February 8 at Evans Pool, a man wearing board shorts entered the women's locker room and began to strip. When females alerted staff they asked the man to leave.

“The law has changed and I have a right to be here,” the man told them, citing the transgender rule.

No one was arrested and police weren't called, according to King5.

Even more disturbing, the man returned a second time while young girls were changing for their swim practice.

Pool regular Aldan Shank said this rule, “sort of works against the point they're trying to make. They're causing people to feel exposed and vulnerable with the intention of reducing people feeling exposed and vulnerable.”

Well, duh! I've been saying this for weeks now. Stupid, short-sighted, hair-brained, liberal people just have no sense whatsoever.
