Italy: Young migrants commit nearly 50% of crimes in their age group

Migrants to Italy in 2021 were mostly from Tunisia, Egypt, Bangladesh, and Iran. What do those countries have in common? Might this have something to do with admitting large numbers of people who believe that they are the “best of people” (Qur’an 3:110), while the unbelievers are “the most vile of created beings” (Qur’an 98:6), and thus when they come to the land of the vile beings, they have no obligation to respect them or their laws?

“Italy: Young immigrants commit nearly 1 out of every 2 crimes in their age group,”

by John Cody, ReMix News,

Young foreigners commit nearly half of the serious crimes in Italy in the 14-24 age group, according to data from the Italian government’s National Institute for Statistics (ISTAT).

The numbers are truly shocking since for this age group, foreigners make up 9.6 percent of the population. Nevertheless, young immigrants commit 50.2 percent of thefts, 48.1 percent of robberies, 47.7 percent of sexual violence, and 40.4 percent of assaults.

In the 18-24 age group, foreigners make up 11.2 percent of the country’s population, yet commit a whopping 89.7 percent of crimes involving exploitation of prostitution, 55.8 percent of cases involving sexual violence, 52.8 percent of robberies, 52.4 percent of thefts, and 43.6 percent of malicious injury cases, writes Giuseppe Valditara for Italy’s Libero newspaper. The data does not include crimes committed by second-generation Italians. In other words, Italians born to immigrant parents are not listed as “foreigners” and are instead seen as Italian citizens.

In other words, the statistics are far worse than those reported here!

The data helps dispel the notion that immigrants have higher crime rates simply because they are mostly made up of young males. The data here simply compares crime rates between foreigners and natives who are from the same age groups, and it shows that foreigners account for a massively disproportionate share of the overall crime rate.

ISTAT also shows that the share of crime committed by foreigners has steadily increased in the last few decades. In 1990, foreigners represented 2.5 percent of those accused of crimes while in 2009, foreigners represented 24 percent of those accused of a crime. This troubling statistic has only grown worse over the years.

Muslim youth take over town, gang rape 6 girls

The data is especially troubling in light of recent cases, such as when 2,000 migrant teens descended on lakeside towns near Lake Garda last month and proceeded to riot, assault police, and rob people of their belongings. More ominously, six teenage girls were sexually assaulted on a train on their way home from the area by approximately 30 migrant youths, with the incident sparking outrage in Italy and an investigation in parliament….

Italy: 30 North African migrants sexually assault 6 teen girls

on train to Milan

The news has shocked Italy, with major politicians weighing in on the reported

mass sexual assault involving North Africans

Five of the six teenage sexual assault victims, pictured, spoke of their nightmare ordeal.

A day that was supposed to be fun and exciting turned into a nightmare for six Italian girls returning by train to Milan from their trip to Gardaland amusement park. The young women, four from Milan and two from Pavia, all aged 16 to 17 years old, were sexually assaulted by a large group of North African migrant males while traveling on board the 2640 regional train from Peschiera del Garda to Milan, according to Italian news reports.

‘White women don’t come up here’

“We were surrounded. The heat was suffocating, and some of us passed out. While we were looking for a controller, the sexual harassment took place,” said one of the victims.

They then recalled that their attackers, while laughing, had told them: “White women don’t come up here.”

The incident took place in the late afternoon of last Thursday, June 2. The girls claimed that just before 6 p.m. they were in the train station of Peschiera. Over a hundred boys and a few girls, mostly North Africans of similar age or a little older, invaded the platform and the tracks, according to Italian news outlet il Giornale.

“They screamed and ran. They also spat on the windows of a train that arrived before ours,” said one of the victims.

According to the mayor of Castelnuovo del Garda, Giovanni Dal Cero, those young people were probably part of the crowd that had poured onto the beach of Peschiera earlier in the day. After a party was organized on TikTok, nearly 2,000 young people descended on Lake Garda, which resulted in a number of brawls and stabbings. Riot police were deployed to control the crowds, and by the evening, there were hundreds of intoxicated teens boarding trains in the area, both Italians and a number of migrant groups.

When the mass sexual assault took place, the train to Milan was full of passengers. The girls say that the group of about 30 men were groping them in turns and hurling sexual insults at them. The six victims of sexual harassment did not alert the police right away for fear of being beaten by the perpetrators, but they decided to call their parents who arranged to call the police. The mothers and fathers, however, reported that no one intervened to stop the sexual assault until one boy came to the rescue of the victims and helped them get off at the next stop.

On the Instagram page Milanobelladadio, one of the mothers of the victims wrote a message: “They managed to go down to Desenzano del Garda, in shock, in tears, and we parents went to retrieve them. Now, I wonder, is it possible that things like this still happen?!”

Another parent commented, “We called 112 [Italy’s emergency number] but no one intervened. The young women were helped by a boy who made them get off at the next stop.”

Not the only case

The news also comes after a harrowing sexual assault that was caught on video earlier this year during a New Year’s celebration in Milan, with migrant men filmed sexual assaulting numerous females. According to police statistics, foreigners are responsible for nearly half the rape cases in Italy but only account for a small portion of the country’s population.

League Party leader Matteo Salvini produced multiple posts about the latest incident, writing sarcastically in one post: “A shame, a disgust. I expect an effective intervention from [Interior] Minister Lamorgese and harsh condemnation from the left and feminists. Do you think I’ll wait a long time?”

Maria Teresa Bellucci, a deputy of the Brothers of Italy party and the head of the social affairs commission, wrote that “the events of Desenzano are group violence, along the lines of those that occurred in Milan on New Year’s Eve. The gang phenomenon must be contained, Italy cannot experience situations similar to those of the suburbs. The government needs to tell us if there is an anti-gang strategy.”

Luca Zaia, governor of the Veneto Region, commented on what happened: “We continue our daily battle for not only individual but also social freedom. It is inconceivable that women and girls would be harassed and threatened in this way in this country. I appeal for zero tolerance and that the police put their utmost effort into finding those responsible.”

The governor then underlined that the Venetian population is used to a society based on respect for people and rules.

“We cannot allow for events like these to become ordinary or, even worse, that we get used to them. I repeat, zero tolerance.”
