The barbarism of Iran’s Islamic regime has no bottom.
Saleheh Akbari, a nurse and operating room technician, secretly treated wounded protesters in her home during the January 2026 uprising.
Regime agents raided her house. In front of her husband Ahmad Khodaei and their child, they shot her in the heart and killed her.
Then they took her body.
They used her lifeless finger to unlock her phone. They sent her husband messages claiming they had her genitalia — and sent him photos of the desecration of her corpse.
Ahmad had already been beaten, imprisoned, and tortured. This broke him completely.
They denied him any funeral or chance to mourn her.
Yesterday, he could no longer endure it and took his own life.
This is the Islamic Republic.

The world must see the true face of this regime.
