A woman who has been called a “high-risk sex offender” by police, has been sentenced to three years of additional probation for breaching conditions of a previous release from custody.
Audrey Elizabeth Jean Black, 38, had been arrested last month and released on bail, with the condition that she not attend any park, playground, recreation centre or other place where children are expected to be.
Black pleaded guilty last week to breaching her recognizance.
Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada Police Const. Ian MacDonald said Black was found in Albert Dyck Park on June 19. She was in the company of an adult man, he said.
There was no indication that she approached any child at the park.
In addition to the probation order, Black was sentenced to time served and handed a victim surcharge fine.
Charges of breaching her probation last year were stayed.
Black was sentenced to four years in prison in Saskatchewan in 2007 after pleading guilty to sexual interference with a person under the age of 14, sexual touching of a person under 14, one count of making child pornography, and one count of bestiality. She was also handed a 10-year probation order at the time.
At the time, her husband, Donald William Black, was already serving an eight-year sentence for the same crimes, committed against two girls, ages 18 months and four years.
He was also convicted of crimes against a third girl, a five-year-old.
This infantophile's 8 year sentence must be nearly complete. Then we are liable to have both high-risk pedophiles living in Abbotsford. Watch your kids folks!
Black was released from prison in 2011 and initially chose to live in Chilliwack and then Abbotsford, resulting in local police issuing a public notice of her residency.
