Police say Peter E. Holland, 53, of Caledonia, was arrested Monday on 3 counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse of a victim between 13-17 years of age, stemming from alleged incidents that occurred to a juvenile female in the 8600 block of Belvidere Road in rural Winnebago County between April 1st, 2016 and March 31st 2018.

Police continue search for alleged PA child sex offender

SOLEBURY TWP., Pa. - The hunt continues for an alleged Bucks County child sex offender.
David Hamilton, 47 years old, has been on the run since Friday (Sep 21). Since then, police have scoured Solebury Township, the scene of his last sighting.
Monday morning, canines and machine gun-carrying cops canvassed 30 to 40 acres of woods near Stoney Hill and Aquatong Road in Solebury Township, Bucks County. "It's difficult terrain, there are creeks and woods and cornfields," said Solebury Police Chief Dominick Bellizzie.
Hamilton has been on the run since last week. This after being charged with a dozen counts of sexually assaulting two underage girls in Southampton Township, and assaulting and trying to disarm a New Hope police officer.
Hamilton was last seen Friday on Andrew Robertson's New Hope property. Robertson's friend caught Hamilton on camera while hunting. Robertson said Hamilton tried to scale a fence on his property.
"The police presence has been so thick. Over the weekend there were helicopters, and they've been going up and down the street so I don't know how he would have gotten out of this triangular area," said Robertson. But Robertson says the entire area is riddled with sheds and outbuildings, places for Hamilton to hide.
When asked as a homeowner if he was nervous Robertson said he was. "We've locked the doors, put the lights on all night. I noticed all our neighbors have lights on very late into the night. It's not normal for that to happen," said Robertson.
Police say they're done searching until another confirmed sighting of Hamilton. The 47-year-old faces 12 charges of child sex abuse in Lower Southampton Township.
He faces three charges in New Hope, which include aggravated assault and trying to disarm a police officer.
FBI needs help putting name to face in
child sex abuse investigation
This is the second call for help from the FBI in finding this creep.

CLEVELAND - The FBI is urgently trying to put a name with a face. He's only known as John Doe 40.
"We're looking for different clues in the pictures," said Special Agent Vicki Anderson. That could include, "a scar, mark, or tattoo on the predator," she explained. While they look for clues in the picture, the FBI is also relying on the public for help to identify those suspected of sexually abusing children.
Time is crucial in tracking down a suspected pedophile. "They don't do it one time. This is a consistent thing. We owe it to our children to protect them from predators," said Renee Jones with the Renee Jones Empowerment Center, which deals with sexual abuse survivors.
Anderson said John Doe 40 could be anywhere in the country, including right here in Northeast Ohio.
The program has had success. So far, 26 of the 40 men have been identified. If you have any information about John Doe 40, call the Cleveland FBI at 216-522-1400.
Texas man sentenced for first of two
child sexual abuse victims
Patrick Johnston, Wichita Falls Times Record News
A Wichita Falls man has been given prison time for sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl in Wichita County after an investigation in a nearby county revealed the second victim.
Raul Sanchez Benavides, 50, pleaded guilty to one count of indecency with a child by sexual contact.– a second-degree felony.
Benavides was sentenced to 12 years in prison by 89th District Judge Charles Barnard, per the plea agreement. He was given credit for having already served 872 days in jail.
The Wichita County Jail online inmate roster states that Benavides is still facing a charge of aggravated sexual assault out of Young County.
According to an arrest affidavit:
On April 27, 2016, Wichita Falls police were contacted by an investigator with the Graham Police Department about a case of suspected aggravated assault being investigated in Graham.
During the course of their investigation, Graham police learned of a possible second victim who had been abused by Benavides at his home in the 1800 block of Huff Street in 2012.
The second victim was identified and forensically interviewed at Virginia's House Child Advocacy Center in Graham.
The girl told the interviewer that she had visited Benavides' home in Wichita Falls for two weeks during the summer of 2012, when she was 13 years old.
While there, she disclosed that she had been lying in bed one night when she woke up to someone touching her buttocks area. She identified the person as Benavides.
She said Benavides then began touching her genital area on top of her clothes before she rolled over and kicked him away.
The girl said Benavides stood up and left the room. She told the interviewer that she called her mother the next day and asked to come home early, claiming she had gotten into a fight with a friend.
She said she was afraid to tell her mother the truth about what really happened and why she wanted to come home early.
The mother spoke with detectives about the incident. She recalled her daughter leaving to stay with the Benavides family for two weeks, but said the girl called the day after she got there wanting to come home early.
A records check revealed Benavides had a residence in the 1800 block of Huff Street in 2012.
