Child Bride, Teacher, Coach, Cop, Alien, And A Bunch More on Today's USA PnP List

Islamist Child Bride Scandal in Philadelphia Grows

Clarion Project

The scandal involving a child bride at a radical Philadelphia mosque is just the tip of the iceberg, according to Clarion Intelligence Network sources aware of the investigations into the underage marriages that have taken place for years in the area.

Last March, the victim, who was married at age 14 and is now 17, came forward with allegations of sexual assault against her husband. In a public video posted on Facebook, the young girl said both she and her 10-year old sister were sexually abused by her husband, Rajmann Sanders, shortly after her marriage.

Sanders was charged with rape, indecent assault and forcible compulsion, among other charges. He is even accused of threatening to shoot one girl after assaulting her.

Even though he is behind bars, the victims have been placed in protective custody.

The girl’s marriage to Sanders was her second marriage, as the first one didn’t work out.

The mosque in question, Masjid Uthman Dan Fodiyo, is connected to other extremist mosques and organizations.

Wow! World class, or what?

The sources say that the weddings for the child marriages that took place at Masjid Uthman Dan Fodiyo are facilitated by an informal network of extremists that extends beyond the mosque’s congregation. The sources say that Islamist men seeking to marry girls traveled from hours away.

The imam of the mosque was directly involved in scheduling and officiating the marriages for years, the sources say.

More and more Muslims from the community are sharing their stories with other Muslims outside of the Philadelphia area after the above story broke.

Multiple accounts reviewed by Clarion Intelligence Network sources confirm that there was widespread awareness of the underage marriages, polygamy and spousal abuse by members of the Masjid Uthman Dan Fodiyo and related mosques, including those with leadership positions.

Some former members of the mosque made vague social media postings about “what happens in that place,” declining to go into detail but confirming they were disturbed by whatever they experienced there.

One testimony shared with a source recounted how one teacher at Masjid Uthman Dan Fodiyo had three wives and forced one of his wives to quit her job and instead apply for welfare and housing assistance.

The first-person account stated:

“They often stressed to parents, mostly mothers, to marry off their daughters at age 14 and up so they do not go out and fornicate and become pregnant.  Then he would give words from Quran, Hadith and their African scholars about how they married young and the community prospered because they were following Allah’s commands.  This bothered many women because many of them were sexually abused as children … The imam often mentioned that all the girls in the community should be married off.”

In some cases, a man would ask his first and/or second wife help him find a young virgin to marry because that’s what Mohammed did.

Wives who would not agree to the man’s sexual demands would sometimes be threatened with physical abuse as “discipline” or divorce and abandonment.

After the child bride scandal erupted in March, the police conducted a search of the mosque, where the wedding took place, and the imam’s home.

Clarion Intelligence Network sources confirmed not only that such marriages have taken place for years, but participants included others besides the mosque’s attendees. Men seeking to marry girls were referred to the mosque.

The 17-year old victim faulted the mosque leadership for covering up the child abuse.

“The 10-year-old was not handled correctly and everything was swept under the rug. Not only was it wrong, it was wrong to me because at the time I was still his wife,” she said in the video.

She made it clear that there’s a bigger problem in the community she comes from.

“This is not healthy for me or my kids. No one should want their kids around this, especially with the pedophilia, that should be enough to say no I don’t want my kids around this,” she said.

Our sources and open-source research make it clear that this child bride scandal (and the accompanying Islamist extremism) is not limited to a single pervert or even this single mosque.

The word 'extremism' is only accurate in relative terms in America. Elsewhere, in much of Islam, this is normal, devout behaviour. Such things must not be allowed to continue, nor to remain hidden because of political correctness. Check out the horror stories from Rotherham, UK, on this blog, or a dozen other cities in England where Pakistani men got away with sexually abusing thousands of young British girls for decades because the police and social workers were afraid of being called racist.

Most victims do not speak out. Most crimes and abuses are not discovered. And most offenders do not face justice.

New York chiropractor acquitted on all counts
of child sexual abuse
Tom Nobile, North Jersey Record

A jury took a mere two hours on late last week to digest three weeks of testimony and declare Kristina Wodicka, a South Nyack chiropractor, not guilty of sexually abusing her teenage patient.

The swift verdict brought an end to years of uncertainty for Wodicka, 54, whose practice and reputation hung in limbo after a former female patient, now 18, accused her of sexual assault across a series of appointments from staring in 2014.

The state brought charges of third-degree sexual assault, forceful touching and child endangerment, but on Friday evening a jury of three men and three women soundly rejected all 12 counts.

“After over three years of this, I feel like a weight has been lifted,” Wodicka said on Monday.

Wodicka had an unblemished professional record for more than 20 years until the teen and her mother reported the alleged abuse to police in 2016. The teen, who was friends with Wodicka’s daughter, claimed the doctor touched her inappropriately multiple times during treatments.

Mahmoud Rabah, Wodicka's attorney, called the teen’s report “made up allegations,” but authorities arrested Wodicka soon after.

The case, however, stalled for years as the charges were gradually reduced from felonies to misdemeanors and set for trial  in the state’s lowest court. A trial was held in late May at South Nyack’s municipal court building.

Absent any physical evidence of their encounters, the trial relied heavily on testimony from Wodicka and the teen, who gave vastly different accounts of their sessions together.

The teen testified that, when she was 14, the doctor allegedly touched her breasts and vagina while performing treatment for a stomach condition, and straddled her on the examination table during another appointment, which Wodicka emphatically denied.

22+ years in prison for pervert who admitted to having
‘weird sexual thoughts’
BY KATIE DELONG

WAUKESHA — A man accused of sexually assaulting three different children — in two different counties was sentenced to prison Monday, June 3.

Joshua Schindler, 31, in March pleaded no contest to three counts of second degree sexual assault of a child.

In court on Monday, Schindler was sentenced to serve 22 years and six months in prison, and seven years and six months’ extended supervision on each count — to be served concurrently. He received credit for 608 days’ time served.

The charges were filed out of Waukesha County in October 2017. He also faced one count of first degree child sexual assault, sexual contact with a person under the age of 13 out of Rock County, filed in July 2017. In that case, a bench warrant was issued in October 2017 after Schindler failed to appear in court, according to online court records.

In July 2017, Beloit police started investigating the sexual assault of a 7-year-old boy. That is when police said Schindler disappeared. Officials issued a photo asking for help from the public finding him. He was later arrested in Waukesha County.

The investigation did not stop there. Waukesha investigators discovered several alleged assaults of children in 2016 — all under the age of 13 and when Schindler lived in Waukesha County. He was arrested.

Prosecutors said Schindler told officials he “needed help” and was having “weird sexual thoughts.”

Of course, there is always the option to stop having weird sexual thoughts. Apparently, it didn't occur to him.

Missing 14-Year-Old Girl Used Text Message to Help Bust Child Sex Trafficking Ring
BY JUSTIN MORGAN

On Sunday, May 26, at around 7:42 p.m., San Jose Police responded to a tip from the Crisis Text Hotline (a volunteer organization that offers text message support to those in crisis), that a 14-year-old girl was being held against her will in a Motel 6 located at 2560 Fontaine Road in San Jose, California.

The Motel 6 where the victims were being held captive. (Google Screenshot)

The 14-year-old allegedly told the hotline that she was being forced to engage in prostitution. When police arrived at the Motel 6, they located the victim and 2 other women who were also being held captive.

A press release from The San Jose Police Department indicated that the 14-year-old is reported to have been a runaway from Flint, Michigan, who had been missing since Sept. 1, 2018, when she left Flint and went to Chicago, Illinois.

A few days later it is believed the girl was kidnapped from Chicago and taken to Gary, Indiana, after which she was moved from city to city and forced to engage in prostitution.

The second woman rescued from the Motel 6 is said to have been subject to similar circumstances as the 14-year-old, the third woman was being procured for the purpose of prostitution. It was also reported that the other two women are aged 20 and 23 years old.

The men arrested in connection with the kidnapping, Christopher Johnson and Antoine Williams, were charged with Human Trafficking. A third man, Christopher Johnson (??), was also charged for Human Trafficking as well as Pimping.

The 3rd name is Curtis Russell. I have no idea which was charged with pimping.

The press release went on to say that police believe there may be additional survivors, and it strongly encouraged anyone with information about this case or other cases involving these suspects to contact Detective Gurbaksh Sohal or Detective Sergeant Tony Ruelas of the San Jose Police Department’s Sexual Assault Investigations Unit—Human Trafficking Task Force at 408-277-4102 or email stopslavery@sanjoseca.gov.

Child Sex Trafficking on the Rise

In 2014, some 10,000 endangered runaway children were reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), a nonprofit that serves as a clearinghouse for reports on missing children. Nearly 1,700 of them were likely victims of sex trafficking.

In 2017, nearly 25,000 runaways were reported to NCMEC and nearly 3,600 were likely victims of sex trafficking.

The average age of girls forced into the commercial sex trade is between 12 and 14; and for boys, it’s 11 to 13, according to Homeland Security.

Child sexual assault, bank robbery plans investigated after 2 Oelwein, IO men arrested

OELWEIN -- After a month-long investigation spanning sexual assault of children and plans to rob a bank, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office arrested two Oelwein men.

Anthony C. Nelson III, (right) 21, was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting three minor females. During the investigation it was learned that Gary J. McNamara, (left) 22, had supplied several juveniles with a controlled substance.

After a search warrant of McNamara’s residence, evidence supporting the crimes investigated was obtained and both McNamara and Nelson were arrested.

Nelson faces one count of enticing a minor and two counts of indecent contact with a minor, all felonies. McNamara is charged with distribution to a person under the age of 18 and gathering where a controlled substance is used, both felonies.

Also during the search, investigators unveiled a detailed plan allegedly drawn by McNamara to rob the Maynard Savings Bank in Hazleton. Maps, date and times along with other names of people who may have been involved in the planning of this robbery were found.

This lead to a third charge of conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, another felony.

The sheriff’s office reported the plan to the bank manager and met with investigators from the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Marty Fisher said the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation and more charges and people could be arrested at a later date.

The Oelwein Police and the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office with the investigation.

Johnstown, OH man charged for allegedly
raping a child for years
Michaela Sumner, Newark Advocate

NEWARK - A Johnstown man is facing a felony after he was accused of raping a child over several years.

Matthew A. Hartley, 34, of Johnstown, was charged with one count of rape, a first-degree felony, on Monday.

That must be just a preliminary charge. Years of rape require something much more than a single charge of rape.

According to court records, on Friday, Johnstown police responded to Johnstown Middle School for a child sexual abuse report where the alleged victim, now 12, claimed Hartley had been sexually abusing her since she was 5-years-old.

The alleged victim claimed Hartley engaged in sexual conduct with her, among other things, and the last incident occurred in late April.

During a bond hearing Monday afternoon, Hartley told Magistrate Mattie Klein he'd never been in this situation.

Assistant Licking County Prosecutor Eric DePew requested a $250,000 bond due to the charge carrying the possibility of life in prison and the age of the victim.

Klein set bond at $250,000 and ordered Hartley not to have contact with the alleged victim or any unsupervised contact with minors.

Newark, OH man gets 15 years to life in prison
for raping child
Michaela Sumner, Newark Advocate

NEWARK - A Newark man was sentenced to serve 15 years to life in prison after he admitted to raping a child.

Shawn E. Cunningham, 32, of Newark, pleaded guilty to four counts of first-degree felony rape in Licking County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday morning.

Assistant Licking County Prosecutor Paula Sawyers said Newark police detectives began a sexual assault investigation on Feb. 5 after the 8-year-old victim disclosed Cunningham sexually abused him over a several year time period.

The victim reported the abuse occurred between July 1, 2016 and Aug. 1, 2018 at his family's home, Sawyers added.

Defense attorney Andrew Sanderson said there wasn't a lot he could say with respect to the nature of the case because it was what it was. He reminded Judge Thomas Marcelain of a joint recommendation for sentencing, adding Cunningham accepted responsibility for his actions from the start and decided to change his plea to spare the victim any additional trauma.

Reading an apology letter, Cunningham told the court room he was sorry for all the horrible things he's done in his life.

"I realize the effects of my actions and see how wrong it was. I know the word sorry can't change what I've done, though I do apologize...I hope you're OK. I can see none of this is your fault," Cunningham said. "I know it will always haunt me. I don't deserve forgiveness, but I do pray for it. I'm truly sorry. Please forgive me."

The victim's grandmother addressed Cunningham, telling him he should never be out in public because someone whose brain is like that should never be around another child.

"You did not defeat him. He is strongest kid I've ever seen. He is resilient. He is going to make it through this," she told Cunningham. "What you did to him, he will live with this forever. But I'm going to tell you, he's going to soar and he's going to be a wonderful child, which he already is, and he's going to develop into a wonderful man."

And we pray that it is so!

LOUISIANA OFFICER CHARGED WITH CHILD PORN,
ANIMAL SEX ABUSE
ASSOCIATED PRESS

ALEXANDRIA, La. (AP) — A correctional officer in Louisiana has been arrested on 50 counts of possessing child porn and two counts of sexually abusing animals.

News outlets report Rapides Parish Sheriff's correctional Officer Johnny Ulrich Schalk was fired last week.

Sheriff William Earl Hilton says the charges stem from videos and pictures the 52-year-old man viewed online.

A Louisiana Attorney General's Office statement says the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children notified it about the possible abuse.

Hilton says he learned Tuesday that attorney general's office investigators were about to search Schalk's Pineville home and had obtained arrest warrants. He says Schalk was fired that same night. Schalk had worked for the department for 13 years.

Schalk has since posted bail and been released. It's unclear if he has a lawyer.

Provo, UT ex-Scout leader downloaded
thousands of child abuse images
BY MCKENZIE STAUFFER

(KUTV)A 56-year-old man is facing 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after detectives found thousands of images of child pornography on his cellphone, court documents state.

Law enforcement served a search warrant at a Provo residence during a child pornography investigation in May. While executing the warrant, the owner of the home, Bruce Marvin Quick, was asked to come to the residence.

When he arrived, detectives seized his cellphone along with other electronic devices.

Court documents state over 98,000 images were recovered from Quick's downloaded data.

At least 100 images portrayed 10 to 16-year-old boys exposing their genitals, court document state. Based on that review, authorities believe thousands of the 98,000 photos on Quick's cellphone contain child pornography.

Quick was arrested for 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

This isn't his first offense. Court documents state Quick was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child in 2000. Quick was a scout leader at the time and allegedly sexually abused a boy scout under the age of 14.

The 63-year-old pleaded guilty to one count of sexual abuse of a child and pleaded no contest to the other count of sexual abuse of a child.

PA ex-gymnastics coach makes plea deal in
child sex assault case
JONATHAN D. SILVER
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

A former gymnastics coach whose sex assault convictions were overturned last year when an appeals court ruled that an Allegheny County judge erred in how she handled the case made a plea deal Monday and received a significantly less severe sentence.

Keith R. Callen, 48, of Sarver, pleaded guilty before Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Jill E. Rangos to one count each of aggravated indecent assault, sexual assault by a sports official, unlawful contact and corruption of minors.

In exchange for the plea, the district attorney’s office agreed to a sentence of two to four years in state prison, five years of probation and a lifetime registration as a sex offender.

In May 2017, the judge who handled the initial trial, Donna Jo McDaniel, sentenced Callen to 13 to 26 years in prison. But that sentence took into account charges that Callen sexually assaulted girls in both Allegheny and Butler counties.

Mike Manko, spokesman for the DA’s office, said that Monday’s plea deal pertained only to crimes in Allegheny County.

The charges related to a girl who police said Callen abused from 2010 through 2015 when he was coaching gymnastics at Jewart’s Gymnastics in Hampton and at Trinity Gymnastics in West Deer — both in Allegheny County.

“In any case involving the sexual assault of a child, the welfare and protection of the victim is paramount. Today’s plea was an appropriate resolution to this case,” Mr. Manko said, adding that the DA’s office would prefer not to have victims testify if they don’t have to.

Well that's nice for attorney's to know. Gives them an advantage right from the start. Good grief. This plea deal is really pathetic.

After Callen was arrested in April 2016, two additional victims reported to police that he had abused them when they were young — one between the ages of 5 and 9, the other between 4 and 8at his home in Butler County from 1998 and 2002. As well, the victim in the Allegheny County case also told police that Callen abused her at Elite Athletic Center in Butler County.

Online court records show a case against Callen is pending in Butler County and trial is scheduled for Wednesday on charges of aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children and other counts related to child sexual assault.

Whether the cases should have been combined at trial was the central issue that led Superior Court to reverse Callen’s conviction and remand the cases for new trials.

Ms. McDaniel, a veteran judge who retired Jan. 31, had previously stirred controversy over what was considered by some to be unduly harsh punishments for sex offenders. She was removed by state Superior Court from presiding over cases involving three sex offenders.

In the Callen case, Superior Court ruled that Ms. McDaniel erred in allowing one set of charges to be tried in Allegheny County when the underlying crimes occurred in Butler.

Because the two cases were tried together — and the conduct in each set of allegations was significantly different — both convictions had to be reversed and the sentences vacated, wrote Superior Court Judge Judith Olson.

Both cases were filed in Allegheny County.

Callen’s defense attorney argued to then-Judge McDaniel that the case involving the two younger victims should be moved to Butler County, where the underlying allegations were said to have occurred.

The prosecution, however, said during oral argument that they should remain in Allegheny County “because these sexual assaults have taken place over a length of time and this conduct is a course of conduct [and because] the district attorney’s offices [of Allegheny County and Butler County] consulted with each other and it was determined that Allegheny County would prosecute as to all victims here.”

Judge McDaniel agreed with the prosecution and allowed the cases to proceed. The two cases were joined and went to trial together in March 2017.

A jury found Callen guilty on all counts, and he was ordered to serve 13 to 26 years in prison.

Although the three-judge Superior Court panel wrote in its opinion that the evidence presented against Callen at trial was sufficient to warrant conviction on both cases, Judge McDaniel erred in allowing the case against the two youngest victims to be heard in Allegheny County.

Good grief! What nonsense!

The victim in the case in which Callen pleaded guilty won a $500,000 civil verdict last month in Allegheny County against Trinity Gymnastics after a jury found it negligent.

The defendant is asking the court to either reverse the verdict and find in favor of Trinity or grant a new trial.

Santaquin, Utah man facing felony
sexual abuse of a child charge
By Gephardt Daily

UTAH COUNTY, Utah, — A Santaquin man is facing a charge of sexual abuse of a child, a second-degree felony, after an incident that allegedly occurred over a Fourth of July weekend four years ago.

Jaron John Jensen, 38, was arrested May 30 and transported to Utah County Jail with his bail set at $10,000, according to a probable cause statement from Utah County.

A forensic interview was conducted with a 14-year-old female at the Children’s Justice Center in Provo on May 23, the probable cause statement said.

During the interview, the 14-year-old female said that when she was 10 years old she was sleeping over at the Jensen residence, which was in Payson, and was sexually abused by him during that sleepover, the statement said.

The victim said she was sleeping over at Jensen’s residence the night before a Fourth of July parade, and added she was sleeping upstairs on a mattress that was on the floor.

“The victim said in her interview that she was having a difficult time falling asleep and was missing her mother,” the statement said. “The victim stated that Jaron came into the room and talked to her.”

She then told detectives she remembers waking up around 11:30 p.m. that night and felt Jensen touching her private parts. She said that when Jensen realized she had woken up, he stopped.

The juvenile girl then went downstairs and told Jensen’s wife that he had touched her inappropriately.

After the interview in May, Jensen’s wife was contacted. She confirmed that the victim was sleeping at her residence and recalled the victim telling her that Jensen had touched her. However, Jensen denied the allegation to his wife.

Jensen’s wife stated that she did not notify the victim’s mother or father because she did not put “merit” into what the victim had told her.

LAUSD teacher’s aide pleads not guilty to sexual abuse of six children at North Hollywood school

The LAPD’s Sexually Exploited Child Unit arrested teacher’s aide Lino Cabrera, 27, on suspicion of
sexual abuse of children at Oxnard Street Elementary School, 10912 Oxnard St., North Hollywood.
(Google Street View)
By CITY NEWS SERVICE |

LOS ANGELES >> A teacher’s aide at an elementary school in North Hollywood pleaded not guilty Tuesday, June 4, to charges that he inappropriately touched six female students.

Lino Cabrera, 27, of San Fernando, is charged with one count of continuous sexual abuse and five counts of a lewd act on a child under 14, according to Deputy District Attorney Kelly Kraetsch. He could face up to 26 years in state prison if convicted.

Cabrera — who worked in a computer lab at Oxnard Street Elementary School — was ordered to remain jailed in lieu of $850,000 bail while awaiting his next court appearance June 19 at the Van Nuys courthouse.

Allegations of inappropriate behavior were made May 16 against Cabrera, and an investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department’s Sexually Exploited Child Unit determined there were at least six victims, ages 10 and 11, according to an LAPD statement.

All of the alleged victims are Oxnard Street Elementary students, according to a Los Angeles Unified School District statement.

“The employee was removed from the Oxnard Street school in May, when the initial allegation was made, and parents were notified at that time,” the statement says. “The safety and well-being of our students remains our top priority. While recognizing that everyone is innocent until proven guilty, these allegations are extremely upsetting, and we take them very seriously. We will remain vigilant in protecting our students from those who would do them harm. We expect every person in Los Angeles Unified to fulfill their commitment to keep our students and schools safe.”

Anyone with information pertaining to the investigation was asked to call the LAPD’s Sexually Exploited Child Unit at 213-486-0580.

Alabama passes bill requiring chemical castration for certain child molesters
By Louis Casiano | Fox News

An Alabama measure that would require certain child sex offenders to undergo chemical castration before being released from prison is awaiting the governor's signature.

The bill, known as HB 379, was introduced by Republican state Rep. Steve Hurst and targets child sex offenders whose offenses involve anyone under 13, according to the legislation.

“They have marked this child for life and the punishment should fit the crime,” Hurst told WIAT-TV in Birmingham.

The offenders would be required to foot the bill for the procedure. Refusing to undergo the castration would constitute a violation of parole, the bill reads.

A bill awaiting Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey's signature would require certain child sex offenders to undergo chemical castration before being released from prison.  (iStock)

Hurst said his aim is to reduce the number of sex crimes committed against children by making potential offenders think twice before they act.

"If we do something of this nature it would deter something like this happening again in Alabama and maybe reduce the numbers," said Hurst.

"I had people call me in the past when I introduced it and said, 'Don't you think this is inhumane?'” Hurst said of the bill. “I asked them what's more inhumane than when you take a little infant child, and you sexually molest that infant child when the child cannot defend themselves or get away, and they have to go through all the things they have to go through. If you want to talk about inhumane -- that's inhumane.”

Attorney Raymond Johnson told the station that child molestation is already a serious offense punishable with prison time and probation after parole.

"They're going to challenge it under the Eighth Amendment Constitution," Johnson told the news outlet. "They're going to claim that it is cruel and unusual punishment  for someone who has served their time."

Neither Johnson nor Hurst responded on Tuesday to Fox News' requests for comment.

The bill was sent to Republican Gov. Kay Ivey's desk over the weekend and awaits her signature.

Several states already passed chemical castration bills, but it is not known how often the practice is used. Unlike surgical castration -- which involves the severing of one's genitals -- chemical castration uses drugs to suppress sexual urges.

I am under the impression that it requires periodic administration as opposed to being a one-time treatment. I have difficulty seeing how that would work. But if it saves a child from being molested, I'm all for it.

Bloomfield, IO man sentenced to 120 years for
years of sex abuse of an infant
BY DAR DANIELSON

A Bloomfield man has been sentenced to 120 years in prison for sexual abuse involving a child.

Steven Douglas Crook Junior pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Prosecutors say he sexually abused a girl from the time she was an infant until she was six. She was rescued from his home in March of last year. Court documents showed Crook took photos and videos and sometimes live-streamed the sexual abuse on social media.

Judge Stephanie Rose described the crimes as “horrific” and says he was given the maximum sentence to effectively keep him in prison the rest of his life because she said Crook remains “very dangerous.”

Ohio church bus driver pleads guilty to
child sex abuse
Associated Press

CINCINNATI — Federal authorities say a man who met two boys he sexually abused through his volunteer work as a church bus driver has pleaded guilty to a count of sexually abusing a minor under age 12.

Forty-nine-year-old Jory Leedy of Franklin pleaded guilty Monday in Cincinnati. U.S. District Judge Timothy Black will sentence him later.

Authorities said Leedy drove the boys and their mother to a Dayton ministry. They said he started visiting them, bought things for the boys and their family, and took the boys on trips including to Disney World.

Police said Leedy used a fake name. After he had an altercation with the boys' father, police told the parents he was a registered sex offender.

His attorney didn't respond immediately Monday to a request for comment.
