SEX OFFENDERS and predators in Panama City
Sex offenders and predators living in the Panama City 32404 ZIP code as listed with the FDLE sex offender database.
It would be nice if these four were all the perverts and predators there are in Panama City, but the website goes on and on and on. I don't know how many there are on the list but I'm sure it's in the hundreds. And that in one city of only about 37,000 people. How can that be?
Even if there are only 100 on the list, if we extrapolated that to the entire population of the USA, it would be close to 1 million perverts and pedophiles. How many children then would be the victims of a million Pervs n Pedos? Several millions, most of them repeatedly. What a sick society we live in; and many countries are even worse.
As people get more and more locked up in their homes, child sex abuse and family abuse will increase significantly. People please pray for women and children especially during this pandemic.

for child sex abuse
An Edinburg man was sentenced to 185 years in prison after he was found guilty of nine counts of sexual abuse of a child last Friday.
Jose Guadalupe Lopez Cadena, 68, was charged with one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, a first degree felony, two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, first degree felony, four counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, second degree felonies, onc count of sexual assault of a child, second degree felony, and one count of indecency with a child by exposure, a third degree felony.
According to a news release, Cadena’s longest sentence was 25 years for continuous sexual abuse of child under 14. He will be serving the nine sentences concurrently.
Normally, I go ballistic when I see that word, 'concurrently', but at the age of 68, I think it will suffice.
The three victims are reported to have been between the ages of 9 and 16 years of age at the time of the assaults, which reportedly took place in 2015 and 2016.
Cadena was arrested on May 28, 2017, by the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office.
“Our office is very proud of the exemplary work of Special Crimes Division Chief Hope Palacios and Assistant District Attorney Veronica Bernal McCann for bringing justice to the victims,” said Criminal District Attorney Ricardo Rodriguez, Jr. “We will continue seeking justice and serving as a voice to the victims in the prosecution process.”
Special Crimes Division Chief Hope Palacios and Assistant District Attorney Veronica Bernal McCann prosecuted the assailant in the nine counts. Special Crimes Division Investigator Linda Greenwood, and Victim Advocates Ilda Sifuentes and Sandra Rodriguez also assisted in the process of the case.
The case was investigated by the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office. Cadena’s sentence was handed down on Monday, March 16, by 464th District Court Judge Ysmael Fonseca.

San Diego police arrested two people after the
child’s mother suspected them of sexual assault
By PAULINE REPARD
SAN DIEGO — San Diego police arrested two people on suspicion of sexually assaulting and torturing a toddler in their care, authorities said Wednesday.
The child’s mother began to suspect in January that her child was being abused and called police, Lt. Shawn Takeuchi said in a statement.
Investigators learned that the alleged abuse actually had started in October and continued for several months.
Marcos Ramirez, 27, and Vennesia Ruiz, 27, who live together in the East Village neighborhood of San Diego, were arrested Tuesday.
Ramirez was booked on suspicion of torture, sexual assault of a child under age 10, lewd and lascivious acts by force on a child and child cruelty with injury. Ruiz was booked on suspicion of child cruelty with injury.
They are being held without bail. They are scheduled to appear in court on April 6.
Takeuchi said the two had been entrusted with the care of the child. He described them as acquaintances of the mother and said no other children are believed to have been at risk from the couple.
He did not disclose how badly injured the child was or the extent of the alleged torture.

Arkansas man charged with sexually assaulting Utah girls
By Pat Reavy, KSL
SALT LAKE CITY — An Arkansas man is accused of sexually assaulting two girls in Cache County several years ago.
Guillermo Farias, 34, of Wickes, Arkansas, was charged Tuesday in 1st District Court with rape of a child, a first-degree felony; and three counts of sexual abuse of a child, a second-degree felony.
A woman recently contacted Logan police to report that in 2012 when she was 12, she developed a “crush” on Farias and “that on some days (they would kiss) romantically several times a day,” according to charging documents.
One day, when the girl was at Farias’ house, he provided her with alcoholic drinks and raped her, the charges state.
Police arranged to have the victim call Farias while detectives monitored the conversation, according to the charges. During the call, the victim expressed concern of contracting a sexually transmitted disease.
“Oh, you ain’t gotta worry about that (expletive) because they check that (expletive) out when you go to federal prison,” Farias said, according to charging documents.
Later in the conversation, Farias asked, “‘How long ago was that?’ (The victim) replied, ‘Um, while I think I was 12, so, about eight years ago,’” the charges state.
Farias then said “he was on so many drugs he couldn’t remember Utah. Guillermo did not ever deny on the call that sexual relations occurred, but rather he couldn’t remember because of drugs,” according to charging documents.
As the investigation continued, “a second victim reported possible sexual abuse,” the charges state. That girl told police she was 14 when she also sexually assaulted by Farias in 2012, the charges state.
The stupid, asinine thing people do on drugs!

N.J. Teacher Charged, Sued Over Nude Photos She Allegedly Sent to Boy She Taught in 3rd Grade
By Steve Helling
A New Jersey middle school teacher is facing criminal charges of endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated criminal sexual contact — and now her alleged victim has filed a civil suit, as well.
Stephanie Carafa, a teacher at Thomas Jefferson High School in Bergen County, was arrested in October 2018 for allegedly sending sexually explicit photos to and having sex with a 16-year-old student.
Police say that they learned about Carafa’s relationship with the boy as they were conducting an investigation of 12 to 15 students who were allegedly circulating sexually explicit photos of high school girls. As police questioned the students, they said they had explicit pictures and videos of Carafa, as well.
Carafa wasn’t the boy’s teacher at the time, but she had taught him when he was in third grade.
According to NorthJersey.com, a lawsuit was filed last week in Superior Court in Bergen County on behalf of the boy by his parents. The complaint alleges Carafa exchanged sexually explicit text messages with the boy every day. The suit goes on to allege the boy was “encouraged to touch” Carafa sexually in her classroom.
In addition to suing Carafa, the boy is suing the Board of Education, the former school superintendent and the former principal of the school. None of the defendants have filed a response to the suit yet.
The student alleges he was a victim of “sexual assault, battery, negligent infliction of emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, child endangerment, negligence, breach of constitutional duty and violating the child sexual abuse act.” He is seeking actual and punitive damages.
Carafa has pleaded not guilty of the charges against her, and her attorney says the alleged photos — which do not show the face of the person pictured — may have been hacked from her phone. She is free on bond and will face trial later this year.
MmmHmmm!
