Martin Gardey de Soos, a teacher in a private Catholic high school in Drôme, is under investigation for “attempted corruption of a minor” for having asked his students to pose naked “against the war in Palestine.”

Martin Gardey de Soos, a substitute teacher in literature, “suggested to the students that they pose naked against the war in Palestine and to post the photo on social media networks,” the public prosecutor of Valencia, Laurent de Caigny, indicates to our colleagues. The public prosecutor’s office was contacted by the management of the establishment. Marc [sic] Gardey de Soos had already been fired on May 17 following several complaints from parents.

He didn't realize he was producing child pornography? Or, was that his intention in the first place? 

“Deferent Catholic, actor and pacifist”

Contacted by Libération, Marc [sic] Gardey de Soos defines himself as a “fervent Catholic, actor and pacifist,” and claims to have wanted to “stimulate reflection on Pentecost.”

Without denying the facts, he explains that he “wanted to propose an action of solidarity with Palestine.” His idea: “to break down the barrier of modesty to show human fragility.” He finally adds that faced with the reactions of his students, he finally gave up photographing them. Laid off, he claims to have “apologized to the parents.”

So, that appears to mean that he actually did photograph some of them. Individually, or group photos? He needs to be charged with producing child sex abuse material and lose his teaching licence.
