NB Premier Bans Group From Schools After

‘Inappropriate’ Sex-Ed Presentation

New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs says he is upset over “inappropriate” content shared with students at New Brunswick high schools, and the group behind the presentation will no longer be allowed in schools.

“A number of concerned parents have shared with me photos and screenshots of clearly inappropriate material that was presented recently in at least four New Brunswick high schools,” he said in a May 24 post on X, formerly Twitter.

“To say I am furious would be a gross understatement,” he said.

“This presentation was not part of the New Brunswick curriculum and the content was not flagged for parents in advance,” he added. “My office has been told by Department of Education officials that this was supposed to be a presentation on HPV. “

The premier said the material went “well beyond the scope” of an HPV presentation.

A photo attached to the post noted several questions that were displayed on a board by the group, including “Is it normal to watch porn like people watch TV series?” and other comments about sexual acts.

“This group will not be allowed to present again at New Brunswick schools, effective immediately,” he said in the post.

“Our government will have further discussions about whether additional rules about third-party presentations need to be updated.”

Mr. Higgs said that he will stand with parents, and that they need to be informed about what is happening at schools.

“I want parents to know that we are with you. We will continue to make decisions based on the principle that parents need to be aware of what is happening at schools, so they can make informed parenting decisions,” he wrote.

He also invited parents to participate in a survey about third-party presentations.

Mr. Higgs’s government has introduced legislation to require schools to seek parental consent if a student wants to change their pronouns or name.

SK Bans Planned Parenthood From Schools

In June 2023, Saskatchewan’s then-education minister, Dustin Duncan, suspended Planned Parenthood from presenting in schools after “inappropriate” sexual content was taken into a high school in Lumsden, north of Regina.

The material included graphic, sexual words beginning with each letter of the alphabet. Planned Parenthood said the material was not part of the presentation, but was available at a side table.

“It’s just completely inappropriate to be in the classroom, and so that’s the basis for today’s directive,” Mr. Duncan said at the time.

The executive director at Regina’s Planned Parenthood said they were disappointed with the decision.

Julian Wotherspoon said the organization discusses contraceptives, sexually transmitted infections, and sexual consent while teachers are in the classrooms.

“We believe that people of all ages have a right to that information about their sexual health,” she said.

If that's all you taught, there would be no problem. But it isn't!

Teaching Kids to Prevent Abuse: Children’s Teams Up With Schools
on Virtual Child Abuse Prevention Lessons
April 21, 2021

By Emily Williams-Robertshaw

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.

It’s an issue that is closer to home than anyone wants to think and, according to the Children’s Hospital Intervention and Prevention Services Center at Children’s of Alabama, the pandemic may be making it worse.

Research shows that increased stress levels among parents is a significant predictor for physical abuse and child neglect. With COVID-19 resulting in financial and health-related stress, an abusive parent may place the brunt of their aggression on their children, who have been at home more often than in a typical school year.

The CHIPS center has served as an outpatient clinic where children who have experienced abuse and their families could seek refuge since 1995. But their work goes beyond their clinic walls.

When it comes to identifying the characteristics that signify abuse, teachers and fellow classmates often are the sources who point to potential problems. Sometimes that abuse is of a sexual nature.

In 2016, the Legislature passed Erin’s Law, which requires schools to provide age-appropriate lessons to educate kids on child sexual abuse prevention.

“We’ve been working with Homewood City Schools since Erin’s Law was passed,” said Deb Schneider, director of the CHIPS Center. “Homewood was our first school that we went into after the law was passed.”

Schneider has a long history of working with many schools in the area, especially as students have been found to be in distress.

Homewood City Schools Prevention and Development Coordinator Carissa Anthony notes that the CHIPS team always has been professional when it came to teaching kids hard subjects in an interactive and appropriate way.

“Their lessons are always so interactive and well-received by the students,” Anthony said. “They are well-received by teachers, and I have even heard from some parents who said that the lessons sparked great conversations at home.”

Adapting During a Pandemic

When the pandemic hit, the CHIPS staff was unable to visit schools and provide their essential lessons. They had to adapt.

“Our IT department helped us do a Zoom presentation to a school in Pickens County, and then they saw the need for us to be able to keep doing this in the future,” Schneider said.

So, the staff reached out to Anthony and began working on a standard for virtual presentations.

“I could not be more pleased, especially at the elementary level,” Anthony said. “You know, in a normal classroom setting, only one or two kids will respond, but all of the kids were getting involved and every child was having their voice heard.”

The students responded very well, with the CHIPS representatives allowing them to interact through the screen with hand signals, Anthony said. The CHIPS team also is well versed in making the subject approachable in a way that isn’t overly frightening to kids.

“It can be scary,” Anthony said. “It can be two things: it can be so scary and it can be silly, because you are talking about body parts and it’s funny. It elicits strong emotions either way.”

Anthony has sat in on multiple lessons and found that the format has allowed teachers to take on a more active role in the lesson. “This gives teachers the same language that the CHIPS representatives use,” Anthony said. “Now they have a common way of talking about this.”

It’s not an easy subject to discuss in the home, Schneider said. “Parents can’t just say something to their child one time and think that they have understood it,” Schneider said.

“We have an entire facility here at Children’s that is dedicated to this issue and treating children who are victims of abuse,” Schneider said.

It’s a hard reality, but a reality, nonetheless, that child abuse is not alien or uncommon.

“The best thing we can do for children is help them understand that that is wrong, number one; and that that adult is the one that’s wrong,” Anthony said. “The child is never wrong. To understand that and to equip them with a plan of what they can do if someone tries to hurt them in some way or someone does hurt them in some way, how they can find their voice and get help,” is the mission, she said.

Taking the Work Home

For Anthony, helping the CHIPS team is something that goes beyond her desk.

Her daughters have been getting involved, helping put together packets to be sent to schools in preparation for CHIPS lessons.

“It started out because I needed help for Homewood schools,” Anthony said. “I knew Deb and her team were overrun and I knew I needed kits to be put together for Homewood, so I wanted to help.

“If they are spending time putting kits together, they aren’t spending that time helping children. So, we can take this on.”

Anthony’s Berry Middle School seventh grader, Morgan, and Spain Park freshman, Maddie, have set up an assembly line at home to help get the job done. It’s also a bit nostalgic for her daughters.

They didn’t get the same lessons in elementary school, but Anthony used to read them the books the facility provided for her Homewood lessons.

“They would say, ‘We remember you reading these books to us,” and it grew from there and sparked good conversations with them,” Anthony said. “They have both had situations where their friends told them some things and they had to help them. They knew what to do from us reading those little books and talking.”

Arkansas Legislature Passes Bill Banning Planned Parenthood From Providing Sex Ed Programs to Schools
April 21, 2021

On Monday, the Arkansas state Senate passed a measure prohibiting Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers from providing sex ed programs to public schools.

The bill now heads to Republican Governor Asa Hutchinson’s desk. His office has not yet indicated if he will sign it either way, as of this writing, and declined to comment to the AP.

The Associated Press reports that the Senate voted 27-5 to prohibit schools from entering into transactions with any entity that performs, induces, or provides abortions.

“If the entity does that, I think the state of Arkansas has no business in any form…contracting with them to do anything,” said Republican Sen. Bob Ballinger, one of the bill’s sponsors.

Many Americans may not realize that Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the United States, also has extensive influence in the public school system by way of providing sexual education curricula heavily favoring their ideological agenda.

The abortion giant uses the controversial Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), which introduces children to a wide variety of sexual identities, lifestyles, acts, fetishes, as well as perspectives on gender identity heavily promoting gender theory (gender fluidity).

Earlier this year, the deeply culturally conservative state passed a near-total ban on abortion, which Hutchinson signed. Arkansas’ legislature has also passed a number of bills preserving conservative values, such as a ban on the enforcement of federal gun laws, a ban on biological males participating in transgender sports, and a ban on gender identity-affirming treatments for minors (which Hutchinson vetoed despite the legislature having the votes to override).

Planned Parenthood was certainly not pleased with the legislation, which would prohibit them from entering into contracts with Arkansas’ public schools.

“Our students’ basic education should not be jeopardized because of the Legislature’s misguided political agenda,” Gloria Pedro, the regional manager on public policy and organizing for Arkansas and Oklahoma for Planned Parenthood Great Plains Votes, according to AP.

Many might argue that “basic education” need not involve highly ideological and X-rated sexual content produced by a for-profit provider of abortion and that there is a wealth of alternate educational material to choose from elsewhere, of course.

Transphobic or a victory for common sense? Alabama bans ‘biological males’ from playing on female school sports teams

Alabama has adopted a new law that bars public schools from allowing transgender girls to participate in female sports, rekindling debate about the controversial measure, which has been embraced by other conservative states.

The bill, HB 391, states that public K-12 schools “may never allow a biological male to participate on a female team.” Sponsored by Republican state Rep. Scott Stadthagen, the law passed both houses of the legislature without difficulty before being signed off by Governor Kay Ivey on Friday.

In a statement, Stadthagen thanked the governor for “protecting the rights of Alabama’s female athletes,” adding that “standing up for what is right is not always easy, but it is always the right thing to do.”

Proponents of the legislation argue that transgender girls have physiological advantages in competition, making their participation in female sports unfair. State lawmakers who backed the bill said it was necessary to maintain the “integrity” of female athletic programs.

But critics insisted that the law was exclusionary and addresses a problem that doesn’t exist. LGBTQ advocacy group Human Rights Campaign said the law was “politically motivated” and “designed to discriminate against an already vulnerable population.”

The group’s Alabama state director, Carmarion D. Harvey-Anderson, claimed the bill was based on “lies and misinformation,” adding that transgender youth have been playing sports “consistent with their gender identity for years without incident on the collegiate and professional level.” The rule will result in expensive taxpayer-funded legal battles and harm the state’s reputation, the organization predicted.

Reactions were also split on social media. Many seemed to view the law as uncontroversial and necessary. One commenter argued that those who were upset over the rule didn’t understand that biological males have attributes that give them an unfair edge over female athletes.

Girls have a right to “fair competition,” and transgender athletes should form their own teams, said another supporter of the measure.

“There are no restrictions. Everyone can play sports according to their actual genders. No restrictions,” wrote one person who seemed frustrated over the controversy.

But there were plenty of others who saw the issue differently. Twitter users accused Republicans of spreading “hate and fear,” with one commenter wondering if the GOP was holding a contest to see “who can alienate the most voters.”

Republican legislators across the country have introduced bills that would restrict transgender girls from playing on female sports teams. Last month, Mississippi’s Republican governor, Jonathon Tate Reeves, signed a bill that bars trans athletes from competing on girls’ or women’s sports teams. Idaho last year became the first state to institute such restrictions, but the law is currently being challenged in court.

At the same time, there are also states that have rejected the move. On Thursday, Kansas’ Democratic governor, Laura Kelly, vetoed a similar bill, claiming it would harm children.

The Republican governors of North and South Dakota have also shot down legislation that bars transgender youth from joining female sports teams.

Pro-Life Organization Alleges That Planned Parenthood Covers Up Child Sex Abuse

This is no surprise. If you have been reading this blog for awhile you know that incestuous rapists, and child sex traffickers have been frequent customers of Planned Parenthood's abortuaries, without any fear of being reported.

A national pro-life and human rights organization alleges in a newly released report that Planned Parenthood covers up for child sex abuse.

“Despite Planned Parenthood’s public rhetoric as well as laws requiring it to report suspected abuse, its failure to report has been deliberate and widespread,” Lila Rose, president and founder of Live Action, the organization that released the report, said Wednesday in a statement.

Time and again, rather than reporting abuse to authorities, Planned Parenthood has repeatedly looked the other way and performed abortions on victims as young as 12 years old. These girls deserved advocacy but instead Planned Parenthood staff ignored their abuse and returned them to the waiting arms of their abusers.

The report, “Aiding Abusers: Planned Parenthood’s Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse” was released Wednesday and alleges that Planned Parenthood has been caught on multiple occasions providing abortions to victims of sexual abuse who are as young as 12 and 13 years old, failing to report suspected sexual abuse to authorities, and sending victims back to their abusers.

The report names multiple minors who were allegedly forced by abusers to get an abortion because they had become pregnant after rape and sexual abuse but says that the abortion giant looked the other way in these cases.

Live Action notes in its report that Planned Parenthood receives about $60 million a year from taxpayers and is the country’s largest recipient of federal Title X family planning funds. Title X is a federal grant program for preventive and family planning health services.

“This report only represents a sampling of the cases that have occurred at Planned Parenthood over the years,” Live Action noted in its report, adding:

Moreover, these are cases that have only come to the attention of authorities because a parent, a friend, or a victim herself came forward. Because many cases of sexual abuse are never reported, no one knows how many victims are actually still suffering at the hands of their abusers.

The Daily Signal requested comment from Planned Parenthood, but the organization did not respond by publication deadline.

Rose said she hopes the report will gain attention from those who have supported the “Time’s Up” and “Me Too” movements, which have sought to call out perpetrators of sexual abuse.

“Live Action is releasing this report as the Time’s Up movement is exposing both sexual abusers and those who help them cover up their crimes—the people who knew about the abuse but stayed silent,” Rose said. “While Planned Parenthood has attached itself to the Time’s Up movement, the movement should be calling out Planned Parenthood for decades of enabling sexual abusers.”

New Arkansas Law Allows Rapists to Sue Victims Seeking Abortion

I would love to hear your opinions on this. Mine is at the bottom.

A pregnant woman’s husband will be able to sue to prevent his wife from having an abortion, even in cases of rape and incest, under a new law that could come into effect as early as spring.

The new law, Act 45 – the Unborn Child Protection From Dismemberment Abortion Act, will also allow husbands to sue doctors who carry out abortions for civil damages, as well as block terminations using injunctions.

Parents and legal guardians would also be able to sue to prevent minors from having abortions, raising concerns for victims of sexual abuse and incest.

The pro-life Act 45 was sped through in only two months by the Republican-led state government.

It would also see dilation and evacuation (D&E) terminations, the safest and most common form of second trimester abortions, become a felony with offenders facing six years in prison or a $10,000 fine.

The state of Arkansas carried out more than 680 D&E procedures in 2015.

The bill’s co-sponsor, Andy Mayberry, a father of four girls, is the president of Arkansas Right to Life and member of the Missionary Baptist church.

He referred to D&E procedures as “gruesome, barbaric” and said “no civilized society should embrace” them.

Mayberry has defended his bill by pointing out that, while the father of a fetus can prevent a woman from having an abortion, the father would not be able to sue for monetary damages if he had raped her or committed incest.

Six other states have passed similar laws, inspired by National Right to Life’s model legislation.

In Alabama, Kansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, legal challenges have temporarily stalled legislation from coming into effect. Mississippi’s and West Virginia’s versions of the law passed in spring 2016.

So, if I understand this correctly, a man can rape his daughter, get her pregnant, and then prevent her from getting an abortion. It's not enough that she will live the rest of her life with the trauma of having been raped by her own father, but she will have to give birth to her father's child and live with that for the rest of her life. A rapist should have no legal power over his victim and certainly not for the rest of her life. What madness is that?

I hate abortion! But I cannot in good conscience support this cynical attempt to outlaw abortion on the backs on some of the most vulnerable people in society - rape victims.

That Victoria’s Secret Baby is Just the Tip of a Disturbing Trend

Toilet Births

Oct. 2013: Today the body of a baby was discovered in the bag of a 17-year-old teen suspected of shoplifting at a Victoria's Secret store in Manhattan. People are rightly shocked by this event.

Police have revealed that, contrary to the girl's claims, her baby was full term and was born alive, and then likely asphyxiated.

Image

Incredibly, this sort of thing is happening routinely, all across the country, as well as in other parts of the world? And that the only reason that it's making national headlines this time is because the discovery of the baby's body was at a Victoria Secret store, which gives the story that extra bizarre twist, with just a hint of weird sexuality, that will grab attention?

Take a look at the following list...which is far from complete. I've simply compiled some of the most shocking, and most recent incidents.

Here are the incidents in just the past eight months or so:

October 17 - A 17-year-old girl is stopped at a Victoria's Secret store in Manhattan for suspected shoplifting, and admits that in her bag she has the body of a baby that she gave birth to the day previous.
October 11 - A newborn baby is found, bleeding but alive, with part of his umbilical cord still attached, abandoned on the concrete in the back yard of a house in Queen's, New York. The baby survived.
September 19 - The body of a baby is found at a garbage dump in West Yorkshire, in the United Kingdom.
August 28 - A woman gives birth in a bar bathroom in Pennsylvania, stuffs the baby in the water tank of a toilet, and then returns to the bar to watch a fight on TV. The body was subsequently discovered by the bar owner.
August 7 - The body of a baby is discovered at hospital rest room in Texas.
July 9 - Police discover the body of a baby abandoned in a diaper box in the bushes at a public park in Roseville, California.
June 21 - The body of a small baby is found in a solid waste tank in a waste disposal plant just north of Montreal. Police say the baby was likely flushed down the toilet.
June 21  - The body of a newborn baby is discovered in a trash can in Oildale, California.
June 20 - An Iraqi-born UK woman is found guilty of causing grievous bodily harm after stuffing her baby in a garbage bag and throwing her down a 44 ft. garbage chute.
June 14 - A garbage truck driver in Thailand sees a small hand emerge from a garbage bag during a pickup. The baby had a balloon tied around her throat.
June 12 - Brittany Cole is arrested in Altheimer, Arkansas, after dumping her infant son in the trash can. She reportedly told police that she was tired of caring for the baby and could no longer do so.
June 5 - Twenty-seven-year-old Virginia resident Shavaughn Robinson is charged after allegedly giving birth in a toilet, then placing her daughter in a trash can, and then taking the garbage bag with the baby in it out of the can and tossing it in a dumpster.
June 4 - A dog discovers a living baby in Thailand that had been placed in a white plastic bag in a dump. The baby, which was premature, survived.
May 30 - Police announce that charges will not be filed against a Kansas teen who gave birth and dumped the body of her baby in a trash can. The teen claimed the baby was stillborn.
May 27 - Video footage of firefighters in Jinhua, China, rescuing a baby who had become stuck in a sewage pipe, rockets around the globe. The baby's mother apparently gave birth on the toilet, and by her own account "accidentally" flushed the baby down the toilet. The mom reportedly hid the pregnancy because the baby was not considered legal under China's brutal One-Child Policy.
May 2 - Cherlie Lafleur, 19, is arrested in Pennsylvania after allegedly attempting to flush her newborn baby down the toilet at her school. When that didn’t work, she reportedly deposited the body in the trash can.
Dec. 10, 2012 - The body of a newborn baby is discovered on the conveyor belt of a garbage sorting facility in La Puente, California.

So why is this happening all over the place? Good question.

Last month, a prominent Catholic deacon speculated that the rash of such incidents signals the return of the ancient pagan practice of “exposure,” in which parents would simply leave their unwanted newborn babies on a rock or in the wild to die.

“It was the Christians who saved [these babies] and transformed those cultures from cultures of death into cultures of life,” wrote Deacon Keith Fournier.

However, he said, the rise of the abortion culture seems to be bringing the custom back in an unofficial form, with numerous gruesome stories emerging in recent months of parents unceremoniously discarding their newborn children.

“These contemporary examples substitute a trash can or a dumpster for the rock,” Fournier wrote.

But, he said, this trend isn't surprising, since "babies are treated as trash” in abortion clinics across the country.

It's hard to argue with that logic. Take a look at these other recent incidents:

May 28, 2013 - Report surfaces from China about how Chinese officials forcibly aborted a mother who was 8-months pregnant, literally "yanking" her baby out of her, and then dumping it in the trash can.
May 14, 2013 - Three former workers at a Texas abortion clinic run by abortionist Douglas Karpen step forward alleging that babies are routinely murdered after being born alive during failed late-term abortions at Karpen's clinic.  One of Karpen's former assistants said the abortionist would even "twist" the babies heads off.
May 13 - Kermit Gosnell is found guilty of murdering three babies born alive during failed abortions by "snipping" their spinal cords. His former employees alleged that "hundreds" of babies were killed in this way. In some cases their dismembered feet were kept in jars, or their bodies stuffed into plastic containers and stored in the clinic freezer.
May 8, 2013 - Live Action release undercover footage of renowned late-term abortionist Leroy Carhart telling a woman seeking an abortion that after he kills the baby in her womb, it will soften up like "meat in a crock pot," before the body of the baby is removed three days later.
April 29, 2013 - Live Action releases undercover footage of a worker at a late-term abortion facility telling a woman seeking an abortion to just "flush it" if the baby is accidentally born alive during the abortion. “If it comes out, then it comes out. Flush it…if anything, you know, put it in a bag or something or somewhere and bring it to us,” the counselor says.
April 19, 2013 - A former employee of late-term abortionist Kermit Gosnell testfies in court how on one occasion a fully formed baby was born alive into a toilet. Kareema Cross said the baby was making "swimming motions" as if it was trying to get out. Another of Gosnell's employees, Adrienne Moton, then took the baby out of the toilet, and slit its spinal cord.

And this only touches the surface of similarly macabre stories that have come out of the abortion industry. The Gosnell case alone provided hundreds of pages of nausea-inducing stories of living newborn babies crying, squirming and swimming before being brutally murdered and then dumped in the trash can, or ground up in the clinic's garbage disposal.

While Gosnell was found guilty because he murdered the babies after they were born, it's clear that his crimes stemmed directly from the abortionist's mentality. In many cases if he had killed the babies minutes earlier, it would have been perfectly legal, or, at worst, a violation of the state's 24-week cut off. To him there was little difference between killing them before or after birth. And is that really all that surprising?

Recently, former Seattle City Council member Judy Nicastro wrote an article in the New York Times touting her abortion of her son at 23 weeks, saying that she was "grateful" that the late-term abortion let her son die "in a warm and loving place." In the article she describes, as if it were a beautifully emotional moment, how, "I felt my son’s budding life end as a doctor inserted a needle through my belly into his tiny heart."

Pro-life activists tend to believe that if they convince someone that the unborn child is human and alive, then they will be against abortion. But Nicastro had no doubt that that what happened during her abortion was that the abortionist killed her living son. Not a fetus, but her son. And she is "grateful" for that, and thinks it was a beautiful thing, the right thing to do.

So why are there so many stories emerging of moms or others dumping their babies into toilets or trash cans? Could it possibly be the fact that our politicians, our doctors, and our laws, all agree that killing babies and treating them like trash is acceptable, and a critical part of a "free" society? And if so, should we really be surprised when people behave as if that's actually true?

Planned Parenthood’s Very Disturbing Complicity in Child Sex Abuse

Featured Image

(LiveActionNews) -- What do you think of when you hear the words “Planned Parenthood”? Cecile Richards wants you to think of a health care organization that has the best interests of American women at heart. Planned Parenthood is an organization that is concerned with abortion above all else, even if it means doing something as abhorrent as covering up sexual abuse.

In 2007, Lila Rose first exposed Planned Parenthood’s willingness to cover up sexual abuse and statutory rape. She went undercover at clinics around the country, posing as an underage girl who had become pregnant by an older man. Even when Rose claimed to be as young as 13, and impregnated by a man as old as 31, Planned Parenthood employees still didn’t report the abuse to police, as required by law. Instead, they encouraged Rose to lie about her age or counseled her on how best to obtain an abortion without her parents or police finding out.

Sadly, there are numerous instances of this happening in real life, too.

Danielle Cramer was a teenager who was kidnapped by 40-year-old Adam Gault. For over a year, he held her captive, and raped her. When she became pregnant, he took her to Planned Parenthood…where they asked no questions, performed the abortion, and gave her right back to Gault.

By Donna Tommelleo, Associated Press  |  August 2, 2007, Boston.com

HARTFORD -- A man accused in the yearlong disappearance of a teenage runaway was matched with DNA collected after she had an abortion, according to a warrant for his arrest yesterday on an additional sexual assault charge.

Police yesterday also added kidnapping charges against the man, Adam Gault, 41, and against two women who lived with him in the West Hartford house where the missing girl was found in June, locked in a small storage room.

The arrest warrant filed yesterday indicated the girl told investigators that she had an abortion on May 1 at Planned Parenthood in West Hartford, but would not identify the father. Police obtained a search warrant to test tissue from the fetus. The tissue had been sent to a lab in Massachusetts, a standard procedure.

"I thought that when a woman had a termination of pregnancy, that that was the end of it, so to speak," Gault's lawyer, Gerald Klein said outside court. "But, apparently they have the fetus."

A clinic in Philadelphia was caught covering up multiple cases of child rape.

The Planned Parenthood Locust St., Philadelphia, Health Center’s policy, updated December 2012, stated:

Statutory sexual assault (“statutory rape”) is sexual intercourse when one person is under the age of 16 and the other is 4 or more years older. It is a crime, however it is NOT a mandated reportable incident.

This is, of course, false. And the Pennsylvania Department of Health inspectors found that for six of the girls seen at Planned Parenthood under the age of 16, no one at Planned Parenthood had any documentation proving that they had verified the age of the person who had sexual intercourse with the girls.

Of these six girls, two were age 14, and four were age 13.

… Two of the 13-year old girls were known to have had sex before the age of 13. One reported her first sexual intercourse at age 11. Another reported her first sexual intercourse at age 12. It was in their medical records. Even Planned Parenthood’s own policy acknowledged that sex with a child under age 13 is always, by definition, rape.

Under Pennsylvania law, a child under 13 cannot give consent. These incidents of child sexual abuse should have been reported by Planned Parenthood employees, but they were not.

In California, a 13-year-old girl was repeatedly subjected to sexual abuse at the hands of her stepfather. When she became pregnant, he took her to Planned Parenthood, where staffers did not report the abuse, but performed the abortion and sent her back home with her stepfather. She continued to be the victim of abuse for another seven months.

California, Sept 8, 2008: According to court documents, a Santa Clara County sexual predator impregnated his 13-year-old stepdaughter and forced her to have a late-term abortion.

The man then continued to molest her for another seven months until the child’s mother discovered the abuse and contacted police.

Despite two visits to Planned Parenthood and a surgical abortion at San Francisco General Hospital, no healthcare provider bothered to inform law enforcement.

In San Francisco, an 11-year-old girl was raped, and Planned Parenthood covered up the crime.

San Francisco, CA 15 Dec, 2005 — A testimonial posted on a California Planned Parenthood abortion business’ website regarding an 11-year-old rape victim has sparked a call for an investigation into the organization’s handling of sexual abuse cases.

In the “Shared Stories” section of Planned Parenthood Golden Gate’s website, a client’s shared her story.

“I was raped at 11, by my 17 year old boyfriend. I chose not to tell my parents because I didn’t think their involvement would help, that was the right choice for me. Planned Parethood [sic] helped me deal with the aftermath of the rape allowing me to deal and cope as best as I could in my own way.”

Two separate Planned Parenthood clinics were sued, by two different teenage girls, for refusing to report that they were being abused. One of the girls told staffers that she was being abused by her father – they did nothing, and she continued to be abused for another 18 months. The second girl sued because Planned Parenthood staffers performed an abortion on her without notifying her parents first – which is against Ohio state law. Planned Parenthood also failed to report that she was a victim of rape.

Cincinnati, OH, 10 May 2007 — A suburban Cincinnati Planned Parenthood has been sued by a teenage girl who accuses it of covering up her sexual victimization by her father. Under Ohio law, doctors, nurses, teachers and other professionals are required to report alleged sexual abuse to authorities and the teen says that didn’t happen in her abortion case.

The unnamed girl filed the lawsuit in Warren County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday saying she told Planned Parenthood staff about the incest.

Under the lawsuit, the teenager says Planned Parenthood’s failure to report the incest to police resulted in another 18 months of sexual abuse at the hands of her father.

According to AP, the girl eventually told someone else about the problems, leading to her father John Blanks Jr’s prosecution and a five year prison sentence.

The lawsuit claims Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio uses a "don’t ask, don’t tell" policy.

The teen’s Cincinnati lawyer, Brian Hurley said he’s obtained a handwritten note from Planned Parenthood that mentions the phrase, "don’t ask/don’t tell" and said the note was from a Planned Parenthood trainer, Julia Piercey.

"So, to me, their position is laughable," Hurley told the Cincinnati Enquirer. "It came from their own files, from their own trainer."

This is the second lawsuit against the Cincinnati Planned Parenthood over its treatment of teenagers.

An earlier lawsuit from neighboring Hamilton County involved a 14-year old girl who was a victim of rape and Planned Parenthood is accused of doing a secret abortion on her.

The girls’ parents filed a lawsuit against the abortion facility for violating the state’s parental notification law by not telling them of her abortion, which may have been coerced.

The girl in that case provided an incorrect phone number to Planned Parenthood officials for notification. Instead of giving the abortion center her parents’ phone, she gave the number for her 21-year-old boyfriend.

"Apparently they made no effort to confirm to whom they were speaking when they placed their call to notify the parents," Hurley told the Cincinnati Enquirer newspaper. "They did the minimum they could under the existing law."

There are incidences of sexual abuse cover-up at Planned Parenthood facilities all over the country.

“In Ohio, a Planned Parenthood facility permitted a soccer coach who had impregnated a 14-year-old child to sign off on her abortion without her parents’ knowledge or consent.”

A case in California details how a perpetrator was able to continue the pattern of abuse.

“In one California case, a well-known swimming coach, Andrew King, a sexual predator, impregnated a 14-year-old girl who then received an abortion at Planned Parenthood. King went on to sexually molest and abuse scores of other girls.”

But tragically, it doesn’t end there. Planned Parenthood is also willing to aid and abet child sex trafficking.

Investigations found seven Planned Parenthood clinics in four different states were willing to aid and abet the sex-trafficking of minor girls by supplying confidential birth control, STD testing, and secret abortions to underage girls and their traffickers.

Seven clinics in four different states were found to be willing to participate in the exploitation of minor girls, supplying birth control, STD testing, and abortions to children who were being trafficked. And Planned Parenthood didn’t report any of it. Staffers even coached the traffickers on how best to avoid being detected by law enforcement, so that these young girls could remain in slavery.

Steven Wagner, former director of the Human Trafficking Program at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services explains how forced abortions – a common occurrence in the trafficking world – are often a “death sentence” for the girls and women:

“If someone is being trafficked — which is to say, under the domination of a pimp/trafficker — she is by definition unable to provide informed consent to an abortion or to a regime of contraception. The victim has no voice in this decision. Indeed, providing such services to a victim of sexual trafficking benefits only the trafficker by getting the victim back out on the street and making money sooner.

The average age of entry into commercial sex exploitation is about 14. The average life expectancy of someone in commercial sexual exploitation is seven years. Start at 14, dead by 21. The mortality rate for someone in commercial sexual exploitation is 40 times higher than for a non-exploited person of the same age. Helping a victim return to exploitation more quickly by terminating a pregnancy increases the odds of death.”

Sex traffickers use Planned Parenthood, and abortion, to keep girls enslaved. In addition to subjecting them to sexual slavery, the traffickers force these girls into abortions, the majority of which are unwanted, without giving them any kind of follow-up care or respite time after the procedures. Does Planned Parenthood care? No, they take their money, perform the procedure, and hand the girls right back to their captors.

If you look inside Planned Parenthood, you’ll see it has never had women’s best interests at heart, and is frequently complicit in crimes against women and young girls.

Planned Parenthood: Selling Aborted Babies’ Organs a ‘Humanitarian Undertaking’

Abortion Clinics are Businesses not Services

WASHINGTON, D.C., July 14, 2015 (LifeSiteNews) – Commentators have described a new video showing a leading Planned Parenthood official admitting that abortionists sell aborted babies' body parts “gruesome” and “disturbing.” But Planned Parenthood describes its side business in a different way: as a “humanitarian undertaking."

The nation's largest abortion provider has responded to a viral undercover video showing Dr. Deborah Nucatola released this morning by saying that its human organ trafficking “holds the potential to cure disease, save lives, and ameliorate suffering.”

Eric Ferraro, the vice president of communications for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, admitted in a statement today that “we help patients who want to donate tissue for scientific research.” But he insisted all national affiliates do so “with full, appropriate consent from patients and under the highest ethical and legal standards.”

“There is no financial benefit for tissue donation for either the patient or Planned Parenthood,” he said, claiming the funds Dr. Nucatola asked for merely reimbursed “the cost to transport tissue to leading research centers.”

On the video, Nucatola discussed charging $30 to $100 per body part, while munching salad and sipping wine.

She also seemed to describe performing an abortion procedure outlawed by Congress a dozen years ago. “You can take her words in the video and line it up point by point with the legal definition of partial birth abortion,” David Daleiden, project lead at the newly public Center for Medical Progress, which released the footage and a complete transcript of the conversation following a 30-month investigation.

Her Twitter profile was removed a mere 90 minutes after the video's release.

Planned Parenthood then released a second statement, claiming that “Deborah Nucatola was speculating on the range of reimbursement that patients can receive after stating they wish to donate any tissue after a procedure.”

CMP said even the abortion provider's defense admitted illegal activity.

“Planned Parenthood makes two key admissions in their statement today: 1) aborted fetal parts are harvested at their clinics, and 2) money is exchanged in connection with this,” the group said in a press release.

“The Center for Medical Progress has obtained an advertisement to Planned Parenthood clinics from StemExpress, LLC, one of the major purchases of Planned Parenthood’s aborted fetal tissue,” it continued. “This flyer advertises 4 different times the financial benefit that Planned Parenthood clinics can receive from supplying fetal tissue, with the words: 'Financially Profitable,' 'Financial Profits,' 'financial benefit to your clinic,' 'fiscal growth of your own clinic.'” The advertisement carries an endorsement from Planned Parenthood Medical Director Dr. Dorothy Furgerson.

He said that Nucatola's admission is but the tip of the iceberg.

Daleiden told LifeSiteNews this morning that a single Planned Parenthood abortion facility “could easily make $100,000 a year off baby part sales just in one clinic.”

Planned Parenthood continues to deny it has any fiduciary interest in the trade, blasting a “promotional video mischaracterizing Planned Parenthood’s mission and services” being “made by a long time anti-abortion activist that has used deceptive and unethical video editing.”

But Troy Newman, president of Operation Rescue and a CMP board member, told LifeSiteNews today, “Planned Parenthood has sonogram machines the same way that your butcher has a scale, to sell meat by the pound for profit.”

Daleiden promised that many more revelations will be forthcoming.

Before anyone takes me to task for my opening statement that Planned Parenthood abortion clinics are businesses not services, I offer this. I worked for the federal government for many years in a non-profit ministry. Nevertheless, I spent many years 'growing' the business of the offices I ran. The last several years of my service, I grossed the government more than a quarter million dollars per year.

What I'm saying is that people are ambitious and want to excel at what they do.
