All of the 6 women in this story qualify as some of the
worst mothers in America
DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC)
One of the last of 10 people charged in connection with the sexual abuse of young children in a mobile home park in Davenport has been sentenced, with Melvin Lucier receiving the harshest punishment yet. According to the Scott County Attorney Michael Walton,
Lucier was given three life sentences without the possibility of parole on three counts of 2nd degree sex abuse. Lucier was convicted earlier this summer in the case out of the Patriot Mobile Home Park in which
moms were accused of leaving their children with known sex offenders.
There were multiple counts and he also had a previous conviction of abusing a 10-year old girl.

Back in April of 2014, the Scott County Sheriff’s Office determined
there were nine victims under the age of 13. Six moms were accused of leaving their children in the care of the sex offenders who all lived together. At the time, officials said it was
the largest child sex abuse case they’d ever investigated.
